Use of common rubric for scoring.
Organizational Readiness tool to filter suitable projects.
Participatory review to enhance feedback and ensure applicant benefit.
Changes in the Current Round
Introduction of criteria for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Enhanced feedback mechanisms throughout the competition stages.
Eligibility and Requirements
Any organization/legal entity can apply except government agencies.
Must further a charitable purpose and not engage in political activities.
Larger organizations generally better equipped to handle large grants.
