Overview

Collecting Previous Papers & Topic List
- Gather AIPG exam papers from 2018 to 2023.
- Make a detailed list of every topic ever asked in questions and options across those years.
- Categorize topics under subjects and chapters for focused revision.
Recommended Books & Resources
- Continue using the textbooks you studied during your BHMS (e.g., Mahapatra for Physiology, Allen's Keynotes for Materia Medica).
- Reference books: SARP series for all subjects, Crack the Entrance for Materia Medica, AK Das for Organon (as a reference only).
- MCQ books: Primary—PG Plus; Alternative—RS; for Homeopathy, use Janandra (if not available, use Success Vol 1).
- For Repertory, use SK Tiwari as a reference; for Pharmacy, Mandal and MLE are suggested.
Subject-wise Study Approach
- Start with first-year BHMS subjects as they are most likely forgotten.
- Study by solving MCQs first; refer to textbooks or notes for any difficult or forgotten topics.
- Use PG Plus (or alternative) for section-wise MCQ practice.
- For FMT and Community Medicine, focus only on PG Plus and SARP series.
- For Gynae & Obs, solve MCQs and refer to DC Dutta and SARP series if needed.
Homeopathy Subjects Preparation
- Pharmacy: Use Janandra for both study material and MCQs.
- Repertory: Use Janandra and SK Tiwari for study material and philosophy.
- Organon: Solve MCQs from Janandra, then mark corresponding sections in AR; revise only from AR before the exam.
- Materia Medica: Mark MCQs from Janandra in Allen’s Keynotes; revise by linking MCQs and symptoms directly in your book.
Study Schedule & Practice
- If interning: study at least 6 hours/day; without internship, aim for 10 hours/day.
- Begin by solving 100 MCQs daily, increasing to 300-400 by the third or fourth month.
- Start taking weekly tests from month two, matching final exam timing to build routine.
- Use previous State PSC papers for practice tests.
- After each test, analyze mistakes and revise weak topics.
- Revise each subject 4-5 times before the final exam.
Staying Motivated & Consistent
