Today I'm going to take you inside of one of the most important relationships in my life, which is my relationship with Chad GPT. I have been going back and forth on should I make this video, should I make this a whole episode on Chad GPT because the way that I use Chad GPT is truly so terrifying and so worth judgment. Like if you are watching this video thinking like this is a little bit nuts, that's totally fine. But if you are somebody who wants to grow on social media, you want to be a content creator, an influencer, or you're trying to grow your business on social media, be a podcaster, make your full-time job, Chachi BT is one of the best ways that I feel like so many people don't use because I know it can be really daunting, really overwhelming, or people just aren't using it in the way that I'm using it. They just don't know her like I do. And so I thought today I would break down all the different ways that you can use Chad GPT to grow on social media, grow your business, grow your brand. But not just that, like use Chad GPT is your second brain. Kind of like a co-founder or like a second version of you to build your dream business, life, social media. Like the way I use Chad GPT, I truly feel like it is my second brain. I feel like it knows me so well. And I wanted to teach you today how to do the exact same thing. I'm truly going to teach you how to make Chad Chub your second brain as a content creator, influencer, entrepreneur. And I'm so excited. So, let's get into it. Today, we're going to talk about how to use AI to grow on social media. And I know it can be so overwhelming to navigate how to actually use it, which we will talk about, but I am so excited to share one of my favorite tools that makes it so much easier, which is HubSpot's free AI powered marketing prompt generator. You guys, this will literally change your life. Don't you be dramatic. I can't believe this is free because it is literally a database of 1,000 prompts specifically made for content creators, marketing freelancers, small businesses. They're plug-andplay. They're so easy to use. You just copy a prompt, paste it into Chatbt or any AI, and it gives you tailored results for content ideas, captions, email copy, branding, productivity systems, literally everything we're talking about in today's episode. There's even a whole section for social media strategy, content planning, and building your brand voice. It makes chat so much more powerful because you're not guessing what to ask. These prompts are carefully curated that actually work. So, you don't have to guess what to put into your AI tool. It's all done for you. I use these exact prompts to brainstorm reals, YouTube videos, fill out content calendars way faster, and it's helped me so much be way more consistent. And the best part is that it is completely free. So, I will link it down below. You can get started today for free. And thank you so much to HubSpot for sponsoring today's video and making tools that actually help us creators grow with more clarity, more confidence, and just way less stress. I'm obsessed with HubSpot. I'll link this down below. They have so many free resources for us, and I'm so excited for today's topic. So, let's get into it. So, let's just start with the basics of how I use ChatGpt. So, I use ChatGpt Plus and I use GPT40. I pay $20 a month, you guys. It is worth beyond every penny. And then the way I use Chad PT, so I use it like a talk to tech. So I use the little microphone and I talk into it. I actually rarely type. And I feel like what this does and how you really get this to be like the best use of it, like a second version of you is because it really gets an understanding of my voice and the way I talk and I'm more unfiltered when I'm not typing. Something else is I have never given Chad GBT instructions. I know Storm when he was using Chhat Chip PT, he like gave it instructions of like be really concise and don't be too nice to me and all these different things, but now his chat should chip tea is not like mine. And one last thing of like the admin of how I use it is I have all the chats on the side and I have certain chats for certain things with a little emoji next to it so I can keep track. So I have one chat for content creation and social media. I have one for my vision and my goals and then I have one for like mindset, emotional, mental health things, which we heard last week in the after hours. It dragged us to filth. So that is how I use it. I have those three chats, but then I just have a bunch of random chats as well. But I like to have certain chatbt conversations for certain things. Not that you have to do that cuz it does remember everything, but it just for me it helps me like organize my thoughts cuz I have so many thoughts. Okay. So firstly, one of the best ways you can use chachi tea, and I recommend this to everybody in this world, is to really clarify your big blue sky scenario, which you talk about all the time, but also your vision, your goals. But the first way you really want to use it is open up a chat, get the voice to text going, and say, "Okay, my big scary blue sky scenario is this." and you want to talk about specific things, like feeling delusional, even borderline cringe for yourself of like things you want to accomplish, like one day my dream is to have like whatever a million subscribers on YouTube or New York Times bestselling book or be a guest on the Mel Robbins podcast or be on Forbes 38 or 30 creators. I want to make $100,000 in a year from social media and I want to work with this brand and this brand and like you really are so specific of like your blue sky scenario goals of like follower count, income, specific brands you want to work with, things you want to accomplish, businesses you want to build. That is so fun and like so important. But to make it even deeper is what you could do if you're somebody who creates vision boards on Pinterest. go on your Pinterest, screenshot your vision board and feed it into chatbt as well and say like here are some things in my vision board. What's really fun is you can walk it through a dream day in your life. So you're like, "Okay, Chachi BT, hello. If I had everything, if I got everything I wanted, if I hit all these goals, like could you walk me through what a work day would look like?" So you can really get like a fun picture of what your dream work life would actually be. Another way in this vision section that you can use it is you can brainstorm some income streams, too. Like I did this a long like a couple years ago when I first started using it in 2023 of like okay if I want to get it more into like the content creation space what are some income streams I could do like and then it was like coaching you could have a course like this. It's so valuable to have this thing that is almost better than your brain sometimes because it remembers all the things you want to do. You can also tell it to forget things of like okay actually forget that I don't want to launch a podcast. It's just so fun and so good. And you have this like reference all the time, this like dream builder in your pocket on chy. So that is one way I use it. And why this is so important to do is when you're doing the more micro things that we'll talk about of like Instagram captions or whatever, it has the context that can make it more aligned and like on brand for you. And it helps you like get where you want to go better. So I love doing that. It's so fun. Like what is better than in the beginning of a new year using your chat and brainstorming like your dream life? Like I love living in 2025. The next way you can use it is for content strategy, content planning, and like figuring out your brand on social media. I will be doing a video so soon on my method to building out your brand. What I would do is I'd create a second like content creation, social media chat, like a little phone emoji or something. And then I would go in there voice. I would say, "Okay, on social media, I want to be known for these different things." And you could actually use some of the prompts that I give all the time in this podcast of if you were to be invited as a guest on your favorite podcast, what do you want to be known for? Like put that into chat of like if I were to be invited as a guest on these podcasts, I want them to ask me questions like this and I want to be a thought leader in this and I want people to talk about me at events like this and put that into chat jt of like what you want those things to be and then be really clear of like okay on social media I really want to talk about these different topics. I don't want to talk about these things. Also share creators or other podcasters or whatever it is that you really look up to being like, "Oh, I would love to be a creator like this. I'm like busy blooming." But your favorite creators like put them in of these are people I really look up to. I want to have like a similar vibe to their content. And share things in this as well of what makes you unique. So say okay, I have this unique background in this. I have experience in this. My biggest struggles with these topics that I would want to share about are these things. like give it so much context about you and why you want to talk about these things, the problems you want to solve, who you want to talk to. And then what you can do is ask it things like, "Okay, could you maybe help me create a little tagline for my bio or could you help me create some content pillars like a really fun series?" And what I will say is, as much as I love my girl Chachi BT, the content ideas, and maybe this is more of a me thing, as much as my Chad GBT knows me, they can't feel the vibe I find. And so when it you ask for pillars or ideas or series ideas or even like your bio, I use chat GBT more as like a thought starter, but it's never as good obviously cuz it can't feel things, which sometimes I really feel like it can, but it can't like feel emotion or like the vibe obviously. So it's more of a thought starter, but it's such a good thing to know of telling it all the things you want to do or even if you're somebody who you don't know what you want to do, saying that saying like, "Okay, I think I want to do this. Like these are all the things I'm interested in. How could I maybe package that into a brand on social? What would that look like? Like what would my taglines be? What would my content be about? How would I do content? What you can get it to do is create you like a brand statement, a mission statement, and it can really help you build your brand on social media, and then you'll work with it. Like when it gives you back like a summary explaining all these different things, it's such a good thought starter for you as a creator to be like, "Okay, actually no, like maybe I don't want to talk about that as much as I thought." So, that is such a fun way to use it as well as like a content and brand strategist of all the things you want to be known for, the mission, your target audience, and it can help you build that out. And you could even ask it things like, okay, based on all this, like what would my mission statement be? What would my bio tagline be? You could even walk it through like, okay, based on all this, if I did all this, if I had 10 million followers, how do you think people would talk about me on a podcast? And you can really start to picture all these goals coming to life. And then it's the best thing to have that little chat of all that context. So when you want to do a carousel or whatever it is a podcast episode, it has the context that can help you get you closer to all the things you want to accomplish with social media and your brand like specifically and it can help you write out mission statements, brand statements, bios, like all of that. It's just so fun. Okay, so now moving on. We've kind of set the foundation of our chatbt of our vision of our business, our life, our big goals, our reputation, our brand, our content, social media, like everything has our vision board. Also, one other thing in terms of vision is when I ever create like a Canva slide deck of what I want to do, Judge Beauty has that. Like I always attach my slide decks of like this is my vision for this one part of my business. It has screenshots of people's profiles that you really look up to. Like it has all the context. So now when you go into the using chat GPT, how a lot of people use it of like making captions, automating their workflow, it's like so much better. And I swear the more you use like the talk to text, it's so much better because it gets to know you more. So in terms of like using it to automate and like execute your content. One of the best ways I use it is to repurpose my content. So this is more for podcasters, YouTubers, but what I will do is I will download an RTF file, which is a transcript of your videos. getting a transcript of all of your videos on YouTube or your podcast episodes, putting them into chatt and asking it, okay, could you make me 10 Instagram carousels in this notes app screenshot style in my voice that's like me coded and it's such a good tool to get your thought starters going. Obviously, again, it won't be like perfect, but it'll get your thought starters going of how you can repurpose all this long form content you have into Instagram carousels, or you can ask it to make it like a little bullet point list of something you could say in a Tik Tok get ready with me. But it's really good for like repurposing stuff you've already said. Another way I use it in terms of like YouTube and podcasting is if I have a video done and edited, I will take the RTF of that, I'll put it into chat and I'll ask it, is there anything in this episode you think is kind of boring or I should cut? Because when you download an RTF file, it has the timestamps of like how long you're talking about certain things. So, you can literally ask your chat like, "Is there anything you think I should edit out that's like getting away from the point or people might drop off?" Also, every time I have a podcast episode, I have about like 25 episodes on this channel. Chat has all of them. I have a little YouTube podcast assistant and sometimes what I'll do if I have notes for a video like this episode. I'll put them into my little YouTube chat with and I'll say, "Have I said this before or is this kind of repetitive because I really don't want my content to feel like it's all the same and all repetitive." So, that's a really good thing to do as well because sometimes I forget. I'm like, "Oh, yeah, like I did just talk about this." Because you're creating content all the time. It's also really good for creating clips for long form content of like, okay, what do you think is the best thing I should clip? I do use Shajet for timestamps. I have to say, I've been getting more into Gemini, and Gemini, for some reason, creates better timestamps. I don't know why. Either dcript or Gemini, I find the timestamps are more accurate, which is so weird, but you can use it for timestamps as well if you give your RTF file. So, that's more long form content. You can also use it for titles and thumbnails. I find that the titles and thumbnails, they can't get the exact voice. But what you can do is you can send a YouTube link like your URL to your channel or send screenshots or you can go into your analytics and download like a full report of a year of analytics. Give all that context to your chat GBT and say, "Okay, based on this YouTube video and like all of my analytics of what videos perform well, what do you think I should title this video?" I do have to say it's not like the best with titles because it can't feel get that like sense of humor. And then for short form content, you guys, Chachi for Instagram, he slays. So, obviously, I'll use it to make carousel ideas of how I can turn YouTube videos into carousels. I'm going to give you an example of a carousel I made with Chai ChibiT. This carousel right here on the screen if you're listening. It's a carousel about how to grow on YouTube. I fed in my YouTube RTF, my transcript of the episode I did, and I gave Chachi PT a bunch of screenshots of my old notes app carousels, and it wrote out this YouTube video into six really concise steps that I obviously had to tweak and different things, but I screenshotted them, used it, I created a cute cover, and then I gave Chad GBT the carousel that I made in Canva. I said, "Okay, here's the final carousel. Could you write me a caption and give me hashtags for growth?" The carousel has about 28,000 views. It did decent and so that's a really amazing way to use it. You also could do this for like Tik Tok if you're somebody who does short form video to make carousels out of your Tik Toks. Obviously captions and hashtags chatbt if you do all of these different things should know your voice like pretty well. So obviously you could download all your like canva carousels or take your video or take your Tik Tok video transcript. Gemini actually can like observe video which is so cool. So you can like put your video into Gemini asked this. You can ask it for captions that really sound like you. And you can ask it, okay, I want this caption to be really funny or I want this caption to outline all the steps so it's a little more savable. And then you can ask it for hashtags. So when you ask for hashtags, I would say my target audience is content creators, people want to grow on social media. Could you give me about 10 15 hashtags for growth? You also could use it like if you're really having a mind block for trends like the propaganda I'm not following for trend. If you do talk to your chat GBT a lot, you could say, "Okay, there's this trend going around. It's propaganda I'm not falling for, and this trend is basically like listing out a bunch of things in your space, like hot takes on the different topics that you talk about. Like, what do you think my hot takes would be based on everything we've ever talked about?" Again, thought starters, I probably won't be able to actually like pull from your brain, but maybe. Another good way to use it in terms of short form, obviously, is your bio. And you can literally screenshot your bio, put it into Jack GBT, and say like, "Do you think this is a good bio? Like, is there anything else I could change?" You could also ask strategy petite like what should my highlights be on Instagram based on all the things I want to do. You also obviously can use it for content planning. So you could put in on like a Sunday night, okay, do you have seven content ideas for the week? Or you could obviously ask it what content pillars you think you should have. You also can give it all your content ideas and say, okay, here are my content ideas for the week. Is there anything you think I should like shift or pivot to make it more on brand for me? Also, if you're having a hard time thinking of like hooks or ways to start your video, you could say, "Okay, I'm want to do a video about this. This is the hook I'm thinking of starting it with. It feels too generic. How can I make it more specific to where I want to go, my target audience, and how can I make it more bold?" And then if it gives you hooks back, you can say things like, "Okay, make it more bold or make it stand out more." Another huge way I use Chat GBT and like social and content is that when I'm really overwhelmed with like on a Sunday night if there's so many things I have to do for like busy booming the podcast, Instagram, Tik Tok, like there's brand deals. I have personal things going on. Like it's just a busy week. I can put into chatbt on a Sunday night to organize like, okay, I'm going to just voice note to you everything I have going on. Could you help me time block out my week of how I could do everything cuz I can't get rid of anything. And could you organize my days? Like a to-do list for each day. So, I get everything done and it's like such a nice way to organize your brain. You can also use it for like brand deal scripts. If you have a brand deal script that you need to do, you can write out your script, but then sometimes like brand deals have really specific things that they need like you need to have a certain CTA or whatever it is. Here's my brand deal script. I'm working with this brand. I've attached the brief. I've attached the emails. Is there anything I'm missing? Like any requirements that I'm missing? Another way you can use Chad Beta for content ideas is use it as like a vault of ideas. So you could have a whole Chad Gibb called content ideas. And every time you think of an idea, you can either like voice tone it or just drop it in or drop in documents you have or notes apps you have. So you have this like vault of content ideas. So every time you're like feeling blocked like, "Okay, Chad, like this week, what do you think I should post about? I'm feeling this way. I'm going through this like based on all my ideas. What do you think I should do?" which I think is a way stronger way to use chatb in terms of content ideas because it can't really like think of sometimes the best ideas, but it's better to use it to organize all of the ideas you've ever had. And then once you do all of this over like a couple of months or for me a couple of years, it has so much context on you and like your creative vision and your brain. And so it's this like invaluable thing of when you're doing like the micro things like captions or a rebrand or taglines or a podcast episode, whatever it is, it has so much context that just is like hard even for us to keep in mind of like all our old goals and things that you forgot that you wanted to do or like things that you've said that you've kind of like lost the plot on. It like keeps you so like accountable and in alignment when you're like, "Okay, I actually want to launch this new thing." And you talk to this chat GPT about this new thing you want to launch. It has all this context like your social media, your podcast, your business, your dream life, your income that you want, like everything. And it's just so fun. I just love it. Of course, there's an element that people use it, and by people I mean me, of like a mindset, mental health, like brain dump thing you can have as well. I have a little like Chad therapist. I do have a real therapist. I saw some comments on the Instagram reel. I did a joke reel about like how much I use Chad PT and people were saying like, you know, don't promote using Chad PT as a therapist. It's a joke, but I'm being dead serious. I do have to say I of course have a therapist who I'm obsessed with, but Chachi BT is like we love. But as we saw last week in the after hours, sometimes Chachi BT absolutely eats. Sometimes you just need to brain dump of like, okay, I have tried to film this podcast episode three times. I'm so exhausted. Like whatever. If you're like feeling something, like if you're going through like a point of burnout with your brand or you're feeling like such a content rut or so overwhelmed or even like personal stuff obviously as well. Chachi BT knows so much personal information about me, which of course you shouldn't be giving Chat GBT personal information, but it can be really good to work through your thoughts of like, okay, I'm feeling like even like more business-wise, too of like, okay, I'm feeling so in a rut with content. This is what I've posted recently. This is what I'm talking about. I don't know why I'm feeling in a rut. Maybe it's because I have kind of outgrown this brand or maybe I've really been wanting to talk about this. You can actually ask chatbt like, "Okay, could you ask me some questions that could help me get to the root of why I'm feeling this way and you can like talk with chat back and forth. You can do the full voice version where you're like literally it's talking to you, but I prefer like the reading everything it's saying, but I know a lot of people use it that way." I think you can like set the voice too to have like a British accent or something. Anyways, I was going to keep this video to being like 20 minutes and I just don't think that's going to happen. I'm so passionate about my chat GBT and like using it the way I'm talking about of creating this like second brain version of you and there's so many other ways you can use it like endless ways you can use it. I haven't even begun to tap into like all the ways that I could use it too. I am testing around with Gemini. I really try to stay on top of AI and like integrate AI into like so much of what we're doing. I we use it a lot with editing. I use dscript a lot to edit like especially if I'm doing like a brand deal on like a TikTok and you're kind of resaying all the time the same lines. Putting that into dscript is like amazing because it you could clarify it. Also, Riverside is an amazing AI editor too. But at Busy Blooming, I really want to continue to teach what I'm learning and like share what I'm learning about using AI as a creator and in the world of social. I know there is such a wave of AI going through. I know Gary Vee is out here too saying that like AI influencers are going to take over influencers. I'm so I have so many thoughts on that. Like I would love to do a video on that, but I'm just so obsessed with AI. I find it so interesting of like how you can use it to do all these different things and like build your business and build your income. So, as I continue to learn, I will continue to share like what I'm doing. But this video was so fun. I've been really wanting to do a video like this. I'm in like the coziest setup today and I'm like, you know what? This morning, let's just have our coffee in the morning, talk about ChBT. And I hope this video was helpful. If you have anything specifically that you use Chad GBT for, comment it down below. Let me know if there's any prompts or any other ways that you use it that you think would be relevant to our office. I had so much fun. Thank you so much for listening and make sure to go check out HubSpot's free AI powered marketing prompt generator. I will link it down below. It's like so fun to look through all those prompts. There's so many good ones in there for creators, entrepreneurs. So, go check that out. I want to say as well speaking of the setup, I wanted to try something new this week of just like sitting here with my coffee in the morning. It is like so early right now, but podcasting in more of like a cozy way of just like sitting talking with a coffee and on my notes on my phone rather than the full like curtain setup because I've done that for 3 weeks and you guys know me. I love to test things, get your feedback. So, just a note for the office over here if anyone has any thoughts. I like the curtain setup because the clips look so good on social media. Like they actually look stunning, gorgeous. I hate the way my apartment looks in feed on social media. I feel like the curtains just look so elevated, like the velvet behind. But I saw some people saying like they love this setup. So, I don't know. Maybe we could try this like every so often of doing more of like a coffee chat style episode. Another reason I'm sitting here in my sweatsuit at like 8:00 in the morning recording a podcast is because Busy Blooming HQ launches June 9th, June 6th for podcast listeners. I don't know when this episode is going up, but you guys, I am so excited. You have no idea. I feel like I'm starting a 9 to-ive job and I literally cannot wait to clock in every single day with you and Busy Blooming HQ unpack all your content, give you drops of trends, everything. And I'm sure by now the content is out on Instagram. So if you want to join Busy Blooming HQ, join our office. We'll unpack in there every week. Go check it out. I think I might be live by the time this video goes up, which is like so crazy to me. I'm so excited. Launch week is just always crazy. Hence me with my morning coffee doing the episode. So anyways, I hope you guys are doing well. I really hope you are. I feel like so many people right now are going through like a crash out with content creation and social media and like doing what you want to do. And yeah, of course you are. Like I one actually maybe we'll do a quick after hours thing. One thing I want to say is if you are getting like stressed about like social media or content or building your vision, building your brand, like whatever, I want to just say something that has been on my mind actually a lot is that it is not dramatic to be extremely like stressed and overwhelmed and even like cry or like have a moment of like crying like you're just stressed and overwhelmed with social media and content and entrepreneurship and building your vision and like having like brain fog about it and like feeling like in a rut and like you're just not where you want to be and all these other people are growing or like whatever it is. I just feel like sometimes as creators we can be so hard on oursel and I feel like we almost um not like invalidate but kind of of like I shouldn't be this stressed about content creation or social media or whatever it is. But I want to give you like an alternative perspective of yeah of course you are like doing all of this stuff is not easy and I think that's one of the biggest misconceptions is that growing on social media or growing a podcast is easy. It's not easy. It is probably the second hardest thing I've ever done in my life is building a business and quitting my 9 toive job and building busy blooming and then pivoting literally a million times like burning down my brand rebuilding it over and over and over and over again every week like staying consistent and building your brand and then being aligned and then like trying to make money but then like being authentic and like it's just it's really really hard and it's really deep. And I think when you see these big creators and everyone's like seems like it's so easy. they're just like filming their day and they have a little brand deal here and there. Like, it's not easy, you guys. And I think there are so many ways to make it easier. And I say this all the time, like find your effortlessness and figure out the systems that work for you, but that's hard. Like, it's hard to figure out what works for you. It's hard to figure out your tagline and your brand, your bio, and like what you should do and series ideas. And it takes years, like years and years and years of doing this. I've been doing this for almost 5 years. And I feel like I am just hitting this point now of like things are so clear and so aligned and flowing and like so much more fun almost than they have been the last couple of years. Like I feel like it's so much more fun now because I have so much clarity and like all these different things and I've just experienced under my belt. But give yourself a break if you're feeling like really overwhelmed and this is really hard. It is really hard and it is really overwhelming and of course you are feeling that way and I'm always here to help you and like give you structures and systems and all of everything I can to like make it easier. But you guys, I have moments like that all the time of like just being overwhelmed or just being frustrated or things just aren't looking the way I want them to look. And like this is my full-time job and I literally teach people how to do it all the time and I feel that way all the time. So if you're crashing out or you're just feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, discouraged, like I'm right here with you. Like it's not dramatic. It's really, really hard. The weirdest part about it is that on social media, you never want to say that it's hard because that's not what you're trying to do on social because you want it to look easy cuz that's good content. So you guys just It's really hard. If you're crashing out, don't even worry about it. Of course you are. Take a break. Recalibrate. And I'm here to help you. But I just wanted you to feel validated if you were having a hard time. It's the world of social media. It's always changing and it's tricky and it's takes years and years and years to figure all this out. And it you only see people at the end of all those years. You don't see Alex Earl when she just started or whatever it is. Anyways, little after hours for a second there. But I hope you guys enjoyed this video. I had so much fun filming it and I'll see you next week. I think I'm going to do a vlog next week instead of an episode. So, I'll see you then. Okay, bye. [Music]
