on Divine process bring down the keyboard please that I will be starting a series on Divine process the Divine process of God tell the person beside you say the Divine process of God Divine process of listen anything that God wants to do in your life he puts you on a process for it how do you know the future that is ahead of you it is not the future you are dreaming of it is the future you you are being processed for praise the Lord hallah no matter how much you desire to be a doctor if you go to Music School you will not end up being a medical doctor it's not possible the reality of your future is seen in the reality of your process are you listening to me please I've had a lot of people say I believe God is calling me I believe I have a place in Ministry but the question I always ask is what process are you on you you think the call of God is just something you wake up one day and right there you are man of God woman of God and listen my sermon is not only about Ministry it's applied to every area of Life whatever you want to become in life what God does to assist your future is to put you on a process now are you listening to me what God does to assist your future is to put you on what on a process now a man that lacks process is a man that lacks future a man that lacks process is a man that lacks what future and you see it is either you allow God to process you in Life or life will show you your true level I've told people see if you make it by mistake life will correct you are you listening to me it's it's not difficult to get money the most difficult task is to sustain money why do you work hard to get money so that you can value money and sustain it people who do fraud and get a lot of of money why is it that they cannot sustain the wealth because the process of acquiring money did not do what it was supposed to do in them I don't know if you getting what I'm saying life is all about process the hard work you put into getting the money does something inside you that thing that he does inside you is what makes you able to keep and sustain that wealth when it comes if you did not work hard for that money the process is missing when the when it get into your hand you will not use it well I don't know if you getting what I'm saying I don't know if you getting what I'm saying there's something that Divine process does inside you there is something that Divine process does inside you and except you submit yourself to Divine process your future is not yet secure there are a lot of people who just want to Lo around in life you just believe well I can do anything you know motivational speakers can put you on eye just believe it if you can conceive it you can achieve it they give you all sorts of lines and before you know it oh you are just I can do anything I can do anything says I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me it's not about you it's about Christ but the strengthening is going to come through enlargement of your capacity and your capacity cannot be enlarged if you not put through a process every man is ordinary until they are trained every man is what ordinary until they are trained whatever makes you special in life it is a process that got you there you may have talent but until your talent is refined through a process that Talent cannot bring what he's supposed to bring out in you are you listening to what I'm saying there are people who are great orators very great orators but they still need to go through a process to refine that oratory skill oh anointing is not everything in Ministry you may be powerfully anointed do you know let me tell you something the kinds of people that God trust with large Ministries are not the ones that are heavily anointed no God does not look at your anointing to trust you with something big God does not look at your grace to trust you with something big God does not look at your gift to trust you with something big you know what God looks at your capacity can you handle it see there are people who are heavily anointed but they have little capacity are you getting what I'm saying here there are people who can only handle 12 people yet they are more anointed than Bishop the big people you hear of today you are hearing of them because of their capacity not even because of the anointing are you listening to my point there the big businessman you hear of today you are not hearing of them because they are dism matters no it is because they have what capacity it's all about training somebody say capacity capacity well you didn't say what say capacity capacity what look at the life of David he was anointed king over what the first time oh who remembers he was anointed king over what H first over the tribe of Judah before eventually he was anointed king over the whole of Israel are you listening to what I'm saying in fact the first time he was anointed king he was still in his father's house King over nobody you are the one chosen by God he took 13 full years before he was anointed king over the whole Israel from 817 to 830 what happened between that period God processed him are you listening to my point please are you listening to my point God will always take you through a process to make you who he wants you to become the revelation of your destiny is not enough to step you into Destiny it is process that will take you there there's something called Divine nurturing for divine Destiny Divine nurturing for divine Destiny God went to the house of Jess anointed David as king but God said listen that was as a 17y old boy samel poured oil on his head anointed him as king of Israel but immediately he did not step into kingship God took him to the Palace of salul to go and learn he went there as a music boy playing H that's how God does his things he will process you before Moses was born there was already prophecy that he would be the one to deliver Israel from the house from from the hand of the Egyptians but when God will process him God took him to the house of pharaoh himself you know why God took him to the house of pharaoh you cannot deliver people with a slave mentality if he was a slave like them he would think like a slave so God said I must ARR to bring him to a place where the leadership in him would be not CH so God took him to the house of pharaoh 40 full years in the house of pharaoh he went through the process of men natural leadership but God said it's not enough I still need to break you further so God took him another 40 years in the wilderness to process him to process him somebody say Divine process Divine process somebody say Divine process Divine process any future that God wants to give you his first contribution is to introduce you to a process that will get you there are you getting what I'm saying a man that cheat in the place of his process is cheating his future a man that cheat in the place of his process is doing what is cheating his future if you are in school and you refuse to to go to class who do you think you are [Music] hurting the teacher when he comes to class and he doesn't see that there are people there he will be angry that people did not come you are hurting your future I don't know if you getting what I'm saying here once you cheat in the place of process you are not hurting anybody it is your own future that you are [Music] hting may you take divine process serious I say may you take Divine process serious am there are people listen there are people who are hungry for [Music] manifestation they are hungry for what manifestation it doesn't matter how much your dreams are please don't be too hungry for manifestation let God process you and it's becoming too common in this generation you see someone finish school right from school he wants to go and start his own business calm down for learn from somebody I don't know if you get what I'm saying here it's not about your dreams you may have dreams and all but calm down calm down is see life is not dreams that drive people in life first of all are you getting what I'm saying now because if you allow dream to drive you it can drive you into the bush you need process to steady your steering are you getting what I'm saying you need process to do what to steady your steering there are people who have great business ideas what they lack is personal interpersonal relationship skills they need to learn that from somewhere one of the questions I always ask people you see yourself as a businessman in the future how many courses have you taken relating to business who have you learned from even if you are not taking a formal course who have you gone to sit down and say see I need to learn from you the person may not even be a businessman but the person may be someone who has applied the principles of business in another area of life I don't know if you're getting what I'm saying here to sit down to learn to grow to become who you are supposed to become what you are becoming is not as important as who you are becoming do you get what I'm saying now what you are becoming is not import is not as important as who you are becoming because at the end of the day it is who you have become that will matter doesn't matter what you have become who you have become can ruin you or can raise you is anybody listening to me here is anybody listening to me here yes if you write down five things you see in your future the next question you should ask yourself on these five areas what process am I going through to take me there if you just sit down doing nothing you will realize that 5 years we meet you and you are still where you are how many of you dream of some things a few years ago and here you are nothing has happened you are still dreaming you can't say you have made a tangible progress in that direction no you put yourself on the process are you listening to me please you know what I've understood is in life generally we we know that we need process every one of us know you don't wake up and say you want to be a doctor and you go and buy word coat that's not how it works what do you do you apply it to a school where you will be trained and you don't discharge yourself 3 years he met let me go you don't tell yourself I will Lear on the job so why do you do that to yourself in other areas of life you see yourself married one day there is no process you are taking yourself through to become a good husband to become a good wife you said when we get there we will learn on the job when you learn see when you try to learn on the job you know the implication you know the implication you are taking the lecture after you have received the exam you are taking the lecture after you have what received the exam that is why experience is not the best teacher wisdom is the best teacher what experience gives you is wisdom so why not learn wisdom without the experience experience gives you lecture after you have taken exam wisdom tells you all the answers before the exam comes experience is the best experience is the best how many of you know Lions can kill how many of you know Lions can kill answer me anybody here you are sure a lion can kill raise your hand you are not sure oh some of you are not sure you need to have the experience right say experience is the best teacher experience is the best teacher I've had experience with a lion before at a zoo I've told that story before went to zoo o Zoo the cage very large very tall transparent and they wrote there be careful lion can kill you dribble a lion was it day I realized you can't dribble a lion the eyes are fixed on you and the eyes are controlling the legs wherever the eyes the leg turn he doesn't have to process it I said wow so as we were moving the thing was just turning like that I said what then they said there was some old H was it zebra or whatever no not zebra now Tigers two two old Tigers they said they are very old they cannot even stand up anymore that they in one small whatever somewhere that they are not even cage said me and you me and you they are not cage I'm sorry they said we should just go there that people go there that they are very old they cannot even stand up ah Miracle can happen I believe in miracles experience is not the best teacher wisdom wisdom is the best teacher you get there the thing now stands up reminds me of theena theena too is not caged I said what kind of zoo and the zoo looks like a forest very large with no thought guide you move around yourself I don't know if it tell you it cut across all the areas of your life don't do anything in life until you are well processed for it a wise person will wait to go through process you won't enter into marriage until you are well processed for the marriage being marriageable is not about age because you think it is mared age so is marriage he is not about age so you are of age you should marry then you now do marriage that's not how it is you need to process you need to prepare are you getting what I'm saying now even being a good doctor is not about going to school alone there are many other things that you will not learn in school empathy is one of them nobody there is no cause on empathy you learn it are you getting what I'm saying here are you getting what I'm saying please sir how come we have many people that have Masters in Business Administration and they have never administered a business in their lives yet they are lecturing how when there is faulty process we are we are getting ourselves in pure trouble I don't know if you get what I'm saying here I heard the story of a man we has an accomplished businessman decided to go and get an MBA and his first day in class the Prof came in and as the pro began to talk and talk he raised down and said sir all these things you are saying are not practic I managed business for many years he said sir can you tell me practical examples he said listen this is what the textbook says he said that was the last day he went to the class so I don't need their degree someone who has never managed the business is teaching business administration I don't know if you understand what I'm saying here this man Professor OA went to enroll for a course years ago his first day in class he discovered that it was one of his books they were using to teach he told he said do you know the author of that book they said no one African guy like that said I'm the African guy process process process [Music] process if you go through thorough process you will sit among kings are you listening to me but if you allow people to qualify you beyond your process life itself will dis qualify [Music] you are you are you getting what I'm saying I met a woman in EP 2009 this woman owns an Hospital very big hospital in EP this woman is not a doctor she is not a nurse she went to learn auxiliary nursing you know what they call auxiliary nursing you just do apprenticeship one year and the woman owns a big hospital she uses one very big Jeep like that hospital is huge very very huge she performs surgeries yes and the surgeries come out [Music] fine only that she does not know the real those were the terms she knew she would invite serons to join her it got to a point she said serons were inviting her in teaching hospitals to come and join them for surgery she was that good and the woman 2008 decided I want to go and study medicine she said she she knows better than many surgeons but when she is talking they don't listen to her when it comes to important decisions and whatever and they Gathering surgeons they don't call her and she came angry one day and said this their Mery I want to go and study you to at over 50 she decided she wanted to take jump I'm telling you I'm telling you true life story I know I met the woman it's not that they told me I met the woman not that somebody told [Music] me that woman may not have gone through formal process but there was an informal process only God knows how that got her to where she got to but the lack of normal process was showing her at true level even still she gathers with them she seems to to be to be more killed than them but she didn't have as much as much knowledge as they had I don't know if you are getting my point here tell somebody beside you say process process let's go to 1 Samuel chapter 2 I want to show you something from the story of Samuel how many of us know Samuel in the Bible I told you last week I said after Eli died it took Samuel 20 years to come out as a prophet in Israel 20 years what was he doing those 20 years he went into hiding H when when to get God are you getting what I'm saying he went to get God 1 Samuel 2:8 I want you to something here 1 Samuel 2:8 Bible said but Samuel ministered before the Lord being a child gued with a len effort so he was ministering before the Lord as a priest yet he was a child crude unprocessed untrained and I want you to see the transition Bible said he ministered before who oh I didn't hear you he ministered before who the Lord being a child let's read 1 Samuel chapter 3 verse 1 Bible says and the child which means he was still a child and the child Samuel ministered huh the unto the Lord before who initially he ministered before the Lord this time around he was ministering before who oh did you hear that initially he was ministering before who now he was ministering before who listen if God if you are going to encounter God there are people you must Minister before he ministered before the Lord being a child and later Bible said he ministered before Eli unto the Lord remember that it was in 1 Samuel chapter 3 around three verses later that God began to speak to him all the while he was ministering before the law God didn't speak to him but when he began to minister before Eli God began to speak to him the question I want to ask you is who is the Eli that you must Minister before in whatever you want to become in life you want to be an engineer you want to be a doctor who is the Ali in that field that you must Minister before you want to be a preacher who is the Ali that you must Minister before you want to be a businessman who is the Ali that you must Minister before because some people have this funny opinion of his between me and my God mm it is between you your Ali and God you must Minister onto the Lord before an [Music] Ali that is the process I don't know if you get what I'm saying some of you doing internship we know that in the hospital you make some terrible mistakes as an intern but the mistake will not be on you that is process you are making the mistakes when it is not yet critical when somebody can take the heat for your [Music] errors but the day you step out from under process all your errors belong to you and you getting what I'm saying initially Bible said he ministered before the Lord as a child then the child ministered unto the Lord before El li listen there there is a difference between people ministering before the Lord and people ministering unto the Lord until you step before AI you cannot Minister unto the Lord you can Minister before the Lord are you getting what I'm saying there's a difference between somebody that that is singing around you and somebody that is singing for you somebody can be singing around you and it is noise making they are ministering before you but when they sing and the thing touches you to a point that you begin to bring down money they are ministering onto you are you getting what I'm saying ah one man wanted to scatter my head with drum one day I run away from him [Music] I had my money with me and I had someone else someone else's money with me and the man came and began to beat that thing and before I knew it about three others that were in his band joined and they began to sing and they began to call my name ah I just stood up and walk gallantly away from the place you won't put me in trouble then before you know it you are gone he ministered unto the Lord this time around your ministration is not unto the Lord until you are standing before an Eli until you get yourself in the place of divine process your ministration is not unto the Lord there are people working in church and there are people working for God are you listening to my point are you listening to my point you can be singing in church and the ministration is not unto the Lord you are ministering before the Lord but not Ministry unto the Lord you must come to a place that your ministration is unto the Lord but that begins from the place of what divine process somebody say Divine process Divine process when you in the place of divine process people don't see you H it's only you that see your self but by the time you read 1 Samuel 4 Bible said and God called unto Samuel and God and God and God and God and God began to speak to him the Bible now said before then the word of the Lord was not yet revealed unto Samuel see which means Samuel stepped from the place of ministering before the Lord to the place of ministering before Eli then to the place of [Music] Revelation now when he got the Revelation he could have decided yes it is time but even after Eli died Samuel still waited how many years 20 [Music] years the same thing we see in the story of Paul acts 9:3 as Paul was going on the way to Damascus Light Shine from Heaven he The Voice sa s Why persecutest th thou me he had the Revelation he had the Revelation but was that Revelation the last thing before he stepped into the public sin ah no but let's talk a little bit about Revelation first of all because Revelation is important another man's Revelation can be your inspiration it can never be your [Music] commission are you listening to me another man's Revelation can be your inspiration but it can never be your commission God cannot commission you through another man's Revelation no no am I saying that God cannot join you to a vision that was battled through a revelation God can join you to it but that joining will be a revelation to you are you getting what I'm saying now you will be sure that I knew God by Revelation joined me to this Vision are you listening to what I'm saying there must be a revelation that is why some people saw an uncle that was a doctor so they to decided they will be a doctor but along the line it became a frustration they didn't know why the uncle chose medicine they just saw the white coat and loved it no Remar no Revelation nothing when there just because of the white coat the one I even heard one day was the one that scared me a parent told the child and said Dr laka you will read doctor huh why must you become a why must the child become a doctor you know what the parent told the child he said your mates will go to school 6 years and come out with Doctor you you will go spend four years 5 years you come out with Mr doday have to [Music] it how many years is the two more years or one more year to carry doctor behind your name doctor I said do people still think like this no Revelation whatsoever because when I'm talking about Revelation now it is a Broadview to talk about Revelation as per divine revelation inspiration and all of those things what is the foundation of that Journey you are setting out on how were you commissioned on that road in the first place then after that after God appeared to Paul whose name was Saul of T tus acts 9:3 by the time you read verse 11 God now said I'm sending you to a man called ananas he will tell you all that you should do now my question is why did God not just tell him all that he should do I mean was God not speaking with him already but no God said I am sending you to he will tell you all that you should do that is the pattern of God after Revelation comes instruction are you listening to me please after Revelation comes what instruction now let me mention something when we talk about Revelation any Revelation that is not based on the word is wrong at the end of 1st Samuel chapter 3 I think the last verse Bible said that God appeared again to Samuel in gilgal he said for that was where the word of God was revealed to [Music] him said God revealed himself to him by his word so any Revelation that is not based on the word of God is what null and void there is no way you can say God reveal to you that you will marry seven wives [Music] how that that is not word based are you getting my point here there's no way you will say God spoke to you to be casting out demons by Sleeping with people it is not word- based I don't know if you're getting what I'm saying here it's not word based there's no way you will say God revealed to you that the instrument of your anointing is pineapple or coconut so you now gather coconut and be praying over coconut and disputing for people you can you cannot say God if you it to you it is not word based all these things that people are practicing Christianity like [Music] calist you now give you one anointed and say wake up one midnight call the name of Jesus three times shout Holy Ghost Fire then you start baffing with the soap and you start declaring over your future I say who has done this to us how did we get here and you two will wake up in the middle of the night 1:00 a.m. and stand stand like that and call the name of Jesus three times and Shout Holy Ghost fire with water ready in your hands how did we get to to to this point anything that is not word based are you getting what I'm saying here is from another source not from the spirit of God is from another source not from the spirit of God God works by what reation until it becomes a revelation you cannot step into it but after the Revelation comes what the instruction after the Revelation comes what the instruction you know you know when when God gives you a revelation it steps you into a dimension but that Dimension is not enough to carry you into the future you must ask for what for the instruction I remember I told I shared this story with some people I traveled to iloo one time and I slept in a room and when I was leaving people people were escorting me to the airport but there was one of the guys there that didn't follow us and I was asking them where is this guy where is this guy they said they don't know where he is but my flight was getting close so I left it was later that day that I got a message from him he said after I left when I was going he just stepped back and entered the room where I slept and locked the door and he Li down on the bed where I slept and said I desire to have the baptism of the Holy Ghost if truly this man is a servant of God I want to get baptized in the Holy Ghost right now he had the Rema in his spirit and he lied down on the bed and he said something came upon him and he began to pray in Tong for hours hours he said was asking himself is he still me am I normal after that he left the room and he said for days none of them could sleep in the room when they enter they boss F in tongs and when he called me and he sent a message I called him and I said now these are the instructions these are the things that you should focus on because that Revelation that give you that encounter is not enough to sustain your life are you getting what I'm saying now you need instructions to keep you steady so now consciously you cannot keep running away because when you enter the room you pray in Tong now make the best of it while it lasts enter whatever it will do to you pray in Tong pray until the thing wears out pray form and habit one hour every day pray in tongues I don't know if you're getting what I'm saying here did he keep to the instructions not quite well see there are experiences and encounters you will have by Revelation that will go to waste if you don't follow instructions they will waste if you don't follow instructions they will waste see the power of God can come down here now touch you but after that anointing has finished his work your focus should be what are the instructions Revelation comes with excitement but the responsibility is through the instruction Revelation is God's part of the deal instruction is your own part of the deal so if you have Revelation and you don't keep to instruction do you know what has happened God has told you what he will do but you are not doing what you should do so it now looks like the Revelation was a lie how many people have blamed God when they themselves were the cprit are you listening to what I'm saying anything that is not based on Revelation can lead to frustration anything that is not based on Revelation can do what can lead to frustration I'm talking more Revelation and instruction together now take for example some people will hear what that boy did now and I will sit down on the chair and they will go and sit down on the chair expecting something to happen nothing may happen because you don't have the Revelation he had are you getting what I'm saying that's why some people practice some things that don't work you heard someone say I emptied my bank account and within two months God tripled it so you you go and empty your bank account you now start singing me I know go suffer no you cannot do that if you don't have the Revelation that that man has are you getting what I'm saying here that's why I said another man's Revelation can be an inspiration to you but it can never be a commission m- you cannot build your life on someone else's Revelation be inspired by their Revelation and get yours are you listening to what I'm saying here I heard of a businessman in Lagos he's a contractor that man pays tight in advance when he's beaing for a contract he ask how much the contract is then he takes 10% and pays it in church he said it never fails they give him the contract now you that you don't have the kind of I don't know what kind of Revelation that man has you don't have the kind of relation You are bidding for contract you go and pay TI in advance because you had it worked from someone mm hey your money may go and church will not refund you you can't go back to church and say the contract did not pull through can I get back my ti I'm sorry they may have used your money to buy diesel you can't build your life on another Revelation no no no no anything that is not based on Revelation can do what can lead to frustration because it will look like it is not even working but after the Revelation comes what instruction and you must have me say this before if you don't choose to learn by instruction you will learn by destruction you must choose how you learn in life either by instruction or by what by destruction they are telling you ah you know all those don't touch fire don't touch fire how many of you have seen children do that before don't touch fire don't touch fire he said No don't touch it don't touch say no leave the child touches it the thing burns his hand from that day when that child sees fire what will happen don't over speed don't over speed say no don't over spe don't you say no ah I can maneuver my way by the time you lose one and half legs and you can't drive again and you are in the car you'll be the one tell the dri to slow slow slow down you you'll be the one telling them so slow down I traveled with a man sometimes ago the man does not go beyond 60 km hour very slow and the wife was telling us that don't mind him that's how he drives since the day he had accident about 15 years ago I said 15 years [Music] ago 15 years ago we didn't want viscinity we spent almost 2 hours we were not traveling the same town ah he will just ah said don't mind him that's how he drives nobody can get him to speed up if you don't learn by instruction you will learn by what by [Music] destruction may you not learn by destruction I said may you not learn by destruction am they say don't smoke don't smoke don't smoke don't smoke don't smoke you say no I will smoke the day they say you have long problem nobody will advise you to drop the cigarette the the the cigarette you refuse to drop for years something you could have done by instruction now you are doing it because not so that you can stay alive so that you can stay alive a little bit more no because the damage is already done something you could have learned by instruction don't drink Don't drink don't drink Don't drink don't drink uhuh I'm a man after all after all I'm a man I'm a man the day they say you have liver problem we somebody will force you to stop drinking the bottle you refuse to drop years ago you will drop it now because you are learning by what destruction I want to pray for you may you learn by instruction amen I say may you learn by instruction amen may God process you for his glory instruction instruction if you follow God's instruction he will train you productively if you follow God's instruction he will do what he will train you productively if you refuse life will punish you and you will still learn the same lesson the same lesson God wanted to teach you by instruction you will still learn the same lesson but now with [Music] punishment how many of you has it happened to before that somebody told you something and you refuse to listen and it backfired and now you are very [Music] careful very very careful ah you see I've learned my lesson let person that God had been teaching you before you learned I say may you not learn by destruction am may you learn by instruction [Music] amen Revelation may open your understanding but it is instruction that takes you through practical steps practical process to enter into the manifestation of the re [Music] Revelation so when you receive Revelation your mind your spirit is enlightened you have understanding but that is not all from the place of that understanding there are instructions that will guide you step by step into the place of your Revelation right from the age of 12 Jesus KN was the Messiah when Mary said anything he tells you to do do Jesus said woman what what do I have to do with you my time has not yet come step by step until he went 40 days fasting 40 days and 40 nights in the wilderness he didn't step into public Ministry ah it is time for people to retire to the hiding place to the he that dwells in the secret place of the most high shall do what abide under the shadow of the almighty your safety and your security is in the secret place [Music] go back to the secret place go back and begin to take instruction seriously you are seeing a great future ahead of you say God wants you to be a president minister of health or whatever God wants you to become what process are you going through because listen in life there are Thrones and there are altars every
