Grape Variety- 100% Chardonnay Color- pale gold with green highlights Aging process- stainless steel tanks to reserve freshness very minimal oak

Aroma- Citrus ( lemon zest, lime, and grapefruit), green apple, pear, white flowers, wet stone, chalk, oyster shells (Chablis staples)
