the Middle East is rapidly changing you know there are prophets that say the world will come to an end in the Middle East you know that right yeah the world is holding its breath headlines scream across the globe israel launches massive strike on Iranian nuclear facilities middle East on brink of allout war fears of World War II surge as conflict escalates these aren't just sensational headlines they're realtime developments that have set the world on edge iran launched more than 100 drones targeting Israel after the Israelis carried out what it called a precise and coordinated preemptive strike targeting Iran's nuclear program israel's defense forces say its opening wave of attacks hit dozens of military installations including nuclear sites across multiple regions in Iran killing Iran's most senior military official and two other leaders air raid sirens in Tel Aviv black smoke rising from Iranian industrial zones global oil prices spiking military forces on high alert across the region these aren't rumors this is reality and the entire planet is watching we are now 4 days into this back and forth escalation between Israel and Iran it is no longer a one-time air strike or a limited drone response it has become a sustained and intensifying military exchange between the two nations each day brings new explosions more retaliations and deepening global concern civilians are bracing for further attacks embassies are evacuating airlines are diverting flights away from the region the whole world is watching this conflict evolve in real time with fear and uncertainty hanging in the balance social media is erupting tik Tok YouTube and X are flooded with videos speculating about the end of the world clips showing missile launches bombed out buildings and urgent analysis are going viral hashtags like end times Armageddon and World War II are trending globally for many this feels like something out of a Hollywood script it is no surprise that all eyes are on one region the Middle East because the Bible tells us clearly the culmination of human history takes place in Israel it is not America not China not Russia but Israel that sits at the heart of the final chapters of this age the last great battles the darkest hours of deception the ultimate return of Jesus Christ all of it unfolds in and around this tiny strip of land jerusalem isn't just a city it's the epicenter of God's prophetic timeline what happens there affects the whole world in recent days Israel launched a full-scale military operation targeting Iran's nuclear facilities fighter jets roared through Iranian airspace dropping precisiong guided bombs on sites that were enriching uranium for weaponization explosions ripped through fortified bunkers in Natans Isvahan and on the outskirts of Tehran the images circulating online are chilling smoke clouds stretching into the sky fire lighting up the night and panicked civilians running through the streets this isn't just a military conflict this is a geopolitical earthquake and the tremors are being felt globally on day one Israel's preemptive strikes crippled significant portions of Iran's nuclear infrastructure day two saw Iran's powerful counterattack with a barrage of drones and ballistic missiles on day three Israel has responded yet again striking deeper into Iranian territory and targeting missile silos and air defense systems the violence is intensifying not subsiding there are reports that Iran has called for support from allied militias in Lebanon Syria and Iraq raising fears that this will expand into a broader war hezbollah has fired rockets into northern Israel syria has mobilized troops along the Golden Heights american naval vessels have been repositioned in the Mediterranean there is a sense that the region is one spark away from a full-blown inferno amid the intensifying conflict in the Middle East President Donald J trump confirmed in a Fox News interview that the United States will help defend Israel if needed this assurance came after he had previously warned Prime Minister Netanyahu against launching strikes on Iran back on back on Iran did did you warn uh Prime Minister Netanyahu against taking some sort of actions that could disrupt the talks there in a phone call last week well I'd like to be honest yes I did what's especially interesting that most people are unaware of is that Donald Trump as the current sitting president appears to have an awareness of Bible prophecy and the end times if you recall last year during the presidential campaign between Donald Trump and Camela Harris there was a lot of controversy over whether both candidates would appear on the Joe Rogan Experience [Music] in the end Harris didn't go on the podcast but Trump did and on episode 2,219 one particular moment stood out trump made a statement that caught many people by surprise he stated "There are prophets that say the world will come to an end in the Middle East." The Middle East is rapidly changing you know there are prophets that say the world will come to an end in the Middle East you know that right and we have weapons today that are so scary when you look I rebuilt them all and when you look at the weapons we have today the biggest threat we have in the world today is nuclear weapons and we have other weapons too that are devastating but the nuclear weapons the biggest threat we have in the world today at the time when Trump made this statement he was a presidential candidate but he had just acknowledged something many in the church hesitate to discuss the Bible speaks of an end and that end centers around the Middle East the book of Revelation speaks of this very fact one of the prophets who clearly speaks of the culmination of human history taking place in the Middle East is John the Revelator the author of the final book in the Bible the book of Revelation john received this extraordinary prophetic vision while exiled on the island of Patmos a small Greek island in the Aian Sea from this remote place he looked out upon the endless blue horizon and God opened the heavens what John saw wasn't just symbolic or metaphorical he witnessed literal events that would unfold in real time on Earth john saw thousands of years into the future if you want to know what the future holds for this world open up the book of Revelation this final book of the Bible reveals the final events to take place in the last days and many of those future events are centered in the Middle East particularly Israel and Jerusalem it is no coincidence that the most explosive region in the world today also happens to be the same place where the Bible says the final events of this age will play out that is no coincidence let's look at some of the major prophetic events that scripture says will happen in the Middle East during the end times the third temple will be rebuilt in Jerusalem this is a pivotal event in biblical prophecy in Matthew 24:15 Jesus himself warns of the coming abomination of desolation spoken of by the prophet Daniel this blasphemous act where the antichrist enters the temple and declares himself to be God happens inside this third temple that temple does not exist yet but preparations for it are already underway in Israel the temple institute in Jerusalem has already recreated many of the instruments needed for temple worship priestly garments have been made and there is a consistent search for the red heers we are living in the shadow of prophecy the two witnesses described in Revelation 11 will carry out their divine mission in the Middle East they will prophesy in Jerusalem for 1,260 days clothed in sackcloth the world will watch in awe as these two prophets call down fire stop the rain and smite the earth with plagues then after finishing their testimony they will be killed by the beast and their bodies will lie in the streets of Jerusalem for 3 and 1/2 days the Bible says people all over the world will gaze at their corpses and celebrate their death but then God will breathe life back into them they will rise to their feet and ascend into heaven in full view of their enemies all of this will happen in Jerusalem in the heart of the Middle East in addition to this the second coming of Jesus Christ will also occur in the Middle East in Zechariah 14:4 it says "And his feet shall stand in that day upon the Mount of Olives which is before Jerusalem on the east and the Mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west and there shall be a very great valley and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north and half of it toward the south." This is not poetic imagery this is a literal prophecy jesus will descend from heaven with the armies of heaven and his feet will touch down on the Mount of Olives this same mount is where he ascended into heaven after his resurrection and it is the very place where he will return in glory in addition to this the climactic battle of Armageddon will unfold in the Middle East in Revelation 16:16 it states "And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon this location refers to the valley of Megiddo located in northern Israel it is an ancient battlefield where many wars have been fought but the final war the war to end all wars will take place there the armies of the world will gather against Jerusalem but Jesus will defeat them with the sword of his mouth and the brightness of his coming and finally after his return Jesus will establish his millennial kingdom he will reign for a thousand years from Jerusalem seated on the throne of David this is not allegory this is the literal fulfillment of countless Old Testament prophecies including Isaiah Jeremiah and Ezekiel peace will flow from Jerusalem and the nations will come to worship the king so yes Donald Trump was absolutely right when he said "There are prophets that say the world will come to an end in the Middle East." The Bible is full of prophets who say this we live in a time where the book of Revelation should be more real to you than ever before the headlines the wars the shaking of nations it's all pointing to something greater than politics or military might it's pointing to Jesus Christ if you truly want to know the Lord Jesus Christ not as a distant idea not as a historical figure but as he is now go to the book of Revelation because the book of Revelation is the revelation of Jesus Christ revelation 1:1 says "The revelation of Jesus Christ which God gave unto him to show unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John." This is the final book of the Bible and how does God choose to end his written word with a vision of his son exalted glorified and reigning how else could the word of God rightfully end except by exalting the son of the living God there is no greater way to conclude than this not as just a prophet not merely a teacher not only a sacrifice but as the king of kings and lord of lords if your view of Jesus is limited to the manger in Bethlehem or the cross at Calvary then friend you haven't seen him fully yet revelation doesn't present Jesus as weak suffering or hidden it reveals him in all his glory seated on the throne worshiped by angels returning with almighty power ruling over the nations and returning back as a man of war the truth is some people want to keep Jesus in the past some people want to keep Jesus as a distant prophecy tucked away in the Old Testament as if he hasn't already come and fulfilled what was written some people want to keep Jesus as a baby in the manger safe small and non-threatening just a quiet child under the stars of Bethlehem some people want to keep Jesus as a 12year-old boy in the synagogue asking questions and astonishing teachers with his understanding some people want to keep Jesus as a humble carpenter walking the wilderness of Galilee healing the sick feeding the hungry and raising the dead some people want to keep Jesus on the cross suffering the death of all deaths beaten bloodied and rejected by man some people want to keep Jesus in the tomb wrapped in burial cloth still and lifeless behind a stone but the book of Revelation doesn't allow that the book of Revelation tears the veil and shows you Jesus as he is now this is the Jesus who stands in majestic power this is the Jesus whose eyes are as flames of fire who speaks with a moist like many waters and in whose presence the heavens tremble revelation 19 verses 12 and 13 says "His eyes were as a flame of fire and on his head were many crowns and his name is called the word of God." This is Jesus crowned with many crowns not just one because he has dominion over all kingdoms all authorities all powers this is Jesus riding a white horse coming in righteousness to judge and make war this is not the Jesus the world mocks or ignores this is the Jesus who will return whose robe is dipped in blood whose name is faithful and true and whose rule is final and the name written on his thigh King of kings and Lord of lords he is not one king among many he is the King above them all he is not one Lord among others he's the Lord over everything this is the Christ that Revelation reveals and this is the Christ we must bow to today not just in fear but in worship and love so don't just wait for the next war or the next prophecy turn your eyes to Jesus Christ the one who is who was and who is to come he is the alpha and the omega he is the beginning and the end he is the lion of the tribe of Judah he is the lamb that was slain he is the bright and morning star he is the root of David he is the sooncoming king and when all is said and done every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father [Music]
