[music] Have you ever met someone who is not noisy, not actively trying to steal the spotlight? But when they enter, you suddenly sit up straighter, keep quieter, and feel something has changed in the air. Not power, nor the kind of success people often describe, but an aura. An invisible but clearly present energy . It does not come from words, nor from the way you dress or your status. It comes from stillness. Not the dull, broken kind of stillness, but the stillness that has power. Be quiet and make others feel secure, be quiet and make yourself full of vitality. In today's bustling world, that stillness becomes as rare as gold. Not everyone has it, but anyone can practice it . The secret lies in a state called stillness, a state that the ancients did not teach through words but transmitted through breathing, looking at each step. That is how masters nourish their energy, without needing feng shui or fate tips, but still maintain a strong and sustainable energy field around the spirit. So what is static? Why is it so strong? We will open that story together. Start from a very simple principle. Qi does not arise from movement but only appears when there is stillness. People often say this person has very good energy but few people really understand where that energy comes from. Not from eating healthy, not necessarily from exercising, and certainly not from wearing feng shui stones or reading a few positive affirmations in the morning. The energy people carry is air. This Qi is not an imaginary energy but a living entity, operating silently within the body. The ancients called true energy the thing that nourishes the internal organs, keeps the body warm, brightens the spirit and regulates all movements in the body. Qi is not an idea, it has a flow and strong or weak Qi is not in the muscles but in the stillness. When the mind is still agitated, the body is still restless, and emotions are still boiling, the energy will never gather. The air will be released through every frown, every urgent sentence, every hasty phone call. That is why people who are easily angered, anxious or have wandering thoughts often feel exhausted and lose energy even when they are not doing anything strenuous. On the contrary, there are people sitting quietly in a corner but the space around them seems to be covered by a quiet magnetic field. It's not that they practice healing energy, nor that they are higher than anyone else, but because the energy in their bodies does not leak and the only way to retain the energy is to become still. Being still is not about sitting still like a statue, being still is not being drawn away by unnecessary things. When you walk, your mind is steady. When you speak, your words are not empty. When you breathe and the breath itself is a healing, then that is stillness. When the stillness is nurtured long enough, the qi begins to accumulate like water in a deep well, without evaporation, without overflow, without waste. And when that energy is strong enough, it will create a natural force field around you, something that others can feel without you even trying to show it. If you want to build a strong energy field, you must start by stopping daily losses . Stop talking too much, stop reacting hastily, stop clinging to endless streams of thought. Every time you maintain that stillness, the energy in you gathers a little bit, just like the ancients stored rainwater in a bucket, a little rain, a little accumulation, over time it becomes full. Static is the cluster, air is the rain, without a jar, the rain will eventually flow away. So if you ask how to oxygenate? The answer doesn't begin with diet or exercise, but with a silent transformation that brings the body and mind back to a state of stillness. Many people mistakenly think that sitting down, closing their eyes, turning off their phone and not talking means they are calm. But no, that's just the static on the outside. Tranquility is not as simple as sitting still, nor is it synonymous with mental tranquility . Because some people sit still but their minds are still in turmoil. There are also people who appear calm on the outside but are in turmoil inside . The ancients clearly distinguished that tranquility is stopping the mind, and tranquility is stopping disturbances in vital energy. Mind is consciousness, energy is the flow of movement. The mind can be calm but the energy is still chaotic. The air can be calm but the mind is still wandering. So only when the mind and energy are in harmony, then is it true stillness. Tranquility can be achieved through meditation, through observing the breath, through letting go of delusions. But stillness is deeper. It requires both body and mind to calm down, the breath to dissolve into life and nothing to be tense inside. At that time, the air not only gathered but also began to circulate regularly like an underground stream, quietly, persistently, without interruption. Stillness therefore has form, not a shape like a block but a flow that can be felt. Have you ever sat next to someone and after just a few minutes you felt more comfortable, more grounded, and more at peace? It is their gas that is flowing fire. Like you've ever sat next to someone and even though they didn't say anything, you still felt restless and heavy. It's their qi that's flowing wildly. When the air is interrupted or broken, it will affect the people around. So people with strong inner energy do not need to shine, do not need to inspire. They simply stay there like an ancient tree in the middle of a deep forest, still and shading the whole sky. Their difference is not in their will but in their lack of courage. Qi is life force, bioelectricity, the breath of life. Whenever you are stressed, anxious, angry, or afraid, you are breathing rapidly and shallowly, which means you are cutting off the flow of energy. Every time you rush, rush, and pay attention to every word of others, you are unconsciously wasting your energy . Stillness is the conservation of internal energy. Like a farmer who knows how to conserve water in the dry season, not pouring it out in vain, not leaking it through small things, every step, every breath, every word does not consume oxygen. He does not live to perform, does not live to resist, nor does he live to avoid. They simply live, truly live in every deep breath, every complete action, every moment of stillness and power. And that's why their gas is pushing and why their energy is strong. Strength does not need to be shown off, just one look is enough to feel peace. Just one touch and you'll be hooked. Not because they are spreading positive energy but because they do not lose themselves in this turbulent life. The more we understand this, the more clearly we see that to nourish our breath, we cannot just calm our mind. We must learn to nourish our own energy from the core of our body, spirit, and life. Many people, after reaching the point of mental fatigue, think they need to withdraw from the world. So they retreated to the mountains and forests, closed their doors to cultivate themselves, cut off social media , left the world of gossip, hoping that the silence outside could heal the chaos inside. But then when they return to life, they are as confused as before. Just a glance, a comment, a small collision, the atmosphere is chaotic, the mind is agitated. Tranquility is not something that can be gained by retreating. Tranquility comes only when you stand still in the midst of the flow of life. People with calm energy do not need to hide in a hermitage, do not need to meditate for several hours every day. They are still in action. Be calm when busy, quiet when speaking. Don't be confused when misunderstood, don't be agitated when faced with incidents. Because stillness is not a geographical location but a quality of presence. You can live in the middle of a noisy city and still maintain your peace of mind. You can work in a stressful environment without losing your energy. The ancients called it meditation in motion. Sitting in fire without burning, walking in wind without moving, not because of indifference but because there is a pillar inside. That pillar is not a lofty ideal but a quiet way of life. A way of life where everything is done with awareness. Don't rush to wash dishes, don't look at your phone while eating, and do n't interrupt others when answering. Faced with both praise and criticism, keep your breath steady. It sounds simple, but it is these simple things that are where the calm energy is nurtured every day. People often chase after high energy, how high, how many levels, but forget that the highest energy is the lasting stability that is not caught up in the storms of everyday life . The meditation is not as noisy as a public meditation session. It is as silent as a healthy heartbeat, no one hears but nourishes the whole body. People with calm temperament react less, not because they are cold, but because they have seen the trap of emotions. The trap that makes us lose all our energy just because of one word, one look, one unsatisfactory text message . Tranquility is knowing how to let everything pass by like the wind passing through bamboo. Don't cling, don't hold, don't hold tight. The more you train yourself not to respond immediately, the more stagnant your energy becomes. The less you want to win or lose, right or wrong, the thicker your calm energy will be, like an invisible armor protecting you from the chaos of life. And the best thing is that stillness doesn't need permission from anyone, no one can take it away from you unless you drop it yourself. Tranquility is an intrinsic asset. No need to study much, just live knowing you are living, do everything with true presence, breathe without forgetting you are breathing. When you live like that, you will begin to realize something magical. Without doing anything big, you can still be the center of peace. A virtual, non-public, non-teaching center. Just your presence is enough to calm the whole space around you. No need to measure electromagnetic fields, no need to check mood through infrared imaging . A person with strong energy, you will immediately recognize by feeling. It doesn't feel like oh but it's clear they step into a space and the atmosphere slows down. Other people don't talk as loudly as before. The whole room suddenly adjusted its posture and state. Without anyone telling them, everyone became more calm. That presence is not imposing, not oppressive, nor does it smell of a strong ego. On the contrary, it is a very light, very flirtatious presence. but as solid as a mountain. A person with strong inner strength does not need to force himself to express himself. They don't need to prove or reason to win over anyone. Because they do not live to convince the world. They live to keep the center within. And from that center, all their actions originate. You will see they have some clear signs. They speak slowly and take a breath between words. It's not because they act, it's because they're not really carried away by their thoughts. Every word is penetrating, every pause has air. And you listen to them not because they speak well but because they speak with energy. They looked straight at each other without prying. Their eyes were clear, not evasive, not cold. Just a complete look is enough to make you feel seen, not judged. She did not react but always responded selectively. Whoever offends them does not need to endure or retaliate. They simply do not need to react not because they are weak but because they know what is worth using their energy for. What not? Four. They are in no hurry. You won't see them rushing. Even though they have 10 things waiting for them, they still maintain a steady rhythm in their speech. Walk and breathe. That stability is not due to disciplined training but is the result of the energy gathering into a flow. Five, they do not expend energy unnecessarily. People with strong calm energy are very energy-saving, do not talk too much, do not show too much, do not care too much. They do it right and enough because they know that every reaction is a waste of energy. And you will find that such people are often in good health even though they are not healthy by dim room standards. Their skin is bright, their eyes are clear, their breathing is deep. They can work for long hours without exhaustion because they do not leak energy due to anxiety, anger or excess thinking. Strange right? While most people are tired from living too fast, doing too much, thinking too deeply, people with strong calmness move lightly and very freely. They don't get caught up in the news, don't get caught up in drama, don't get caught up in the ups and downs of the world. They do not live like a flickering light . They live like donkeys, smoldering, warm, enduring , silently spreading. And the special thing is that they don't try to be that person. They simply make friends with their breath, maintain stillness and do not waste their energy on unworthy things. From there, the static energy gradually gathers and once the energy is full, the energy field around them does not need to be created but appears by itself. That presence is the loudest, clearest statement about a person who has returned to his roots and is no longer controlled by the outside world . Everything in the universe emits an energy field, this is not superstition but a scientifically documented fact . The same goes for the human body, every cell, every blood stream, every nerve impulse always emits an oscillation frequency. It is just that whether that frequency is strong or weak, high or low, harmonious or chaotic, depends on one deciding factor. The quality of the air inside you. Air is the source of energy, but not all air can form a strong field. If the air is disturbed, the energy emitted will also be disturbed. If the air is damaged, the energy emitted will be weak and scattered. Only when the energy in the body is gathered, goes in the right direction, and circulates evenly can it create a stable, quiet, but powerful bio-magnetic field. And the only state that can do that is stillness. Meditation not only helps you breathe deeply, but also helps regulate all the systems in your body. The nervous system is brought into a parasympathetic state, that is, deep relaxation, healing, and restoration. The respiratory system works more economically but efficiently to fill the blood with oxygen without increasing the heart rate. The internal organs are relaxed, avoiding unconscious contractions caused by chronic stress and the mind is no longer reactive, helping the brain regions to be reset to baseline mode . When all of those systems are in a state of harmony, the energy field generated from it will be very strong, without forcing or controlling. Like a big bronze bell, you don't need to hit it too hard, just hit it correctly, the sound will resonate very far and very long. The same goes for static energy, it doesn't need a wide spectrum but it has deep resonance. A person with strong temperament, when they speak their words have weight. When they walk, their steps have force. When they sit, their presence makes others feel at peace without knowing why. Because their aura is emitting a stable, steady, consistent field. That is why stillness is not only good for health but also one of the ultimate keys to inner power. You don't need to be a good speaker, you don't need to have a lot of positive energy, you don't need to learn crowd control skills . As long as your energy is calm, thick and deep enough, you will carry a natural attraction that makes others want to listen, want to believe, want to be silent. It is the kind of power that money cannot buy. cannot be created by magic, cannot be transmitted through social networks, can only be practiced through daily mindfulness and oxygen. Interestingly, people with strong static energy often also have sharp intuition. Because when they are still, they can feel many subtle things , changes in the atmosphere, hidden emotions of the person opposite, seeds of conflict that have not yet formed, they do not need to guess, they feel not by thinking but by a presence full of energy. And that is when the energy inside them is no longer invisible but becomes a living tool, a compass and a protective coat in all daily situations . Not magic, just the profound science of qi and stillness, something that the ancients knew thousands of years ago but modern people are gradually forgetting. And when you begin to understand that, you will want to come back to the breath, to the body, to the living moments. so slow, so quiet, so deep. Because you know that your energy is the most valuable asset to preserve. To have strong Qi, not only do you need to practice Qi, you also need to stop doing things that are destroying Qi. You can spend an hour every day meditating, breathing deeply, and practicing qigong. But if you spend the rest of your day in turmoil, anxiety, reaction, and exhaustion, all that hard work will be wiped out in a few minutes of losing control. The ancients taught that to cultivate qi, one must first stop the leakage of qi. And surprisingly, those reasons don't come from anything big. They come from small habits that are repeated every day. One, talk too much, talk unnecessary. Every word is a part of the air released. Speak moderately, sincerely circulate the air. Talk casually, talk too much , air leaks. You notice, people who talk a lot or meddle in unrelated matters are often tired, lack vitality and have mood swings . A person with strong calmness is not someone who is absolutely silent, but someone who knows when to speak and when to hold his breath. A sentence must be said with courage, continuous emotional response . Every time I get angry, the air goes to my head. Every time fear is drawn into the stomach, every time jealousy and envy are more resentful, the air is compressed and stagnant. Emotions themselves are not bad, but when you don't know how to regulate or observe, emotions are the most powerful thing that causes chaos . People who are easily irritated, impulsive, and often exhausted very quickly, although they may be full of enthusiasm. A person with calmness knows how to let emotions pass like clouds without resistance or attachment. It's not about repression, it's about being at ease with your own emotions. Three, lose connection with the breath. Breath is the gateway to chi, but modern people often breathe shallowly, quickly and forget that they are breathing. When the mind is caught up in work, thoughts, social media , news, breathing becomes superficial and that is when the qi cannot circulate. Tranquility requires deep, even, light, and present breathing . Just by stopping a few times a day, placing your hands on your belly and taking a deep breath, you can begin to heal your internal flow of energy. Boom! Consuming too much chaotic information , news, social media, text messages, short videos, they all have one thing in common. Continuous movement and no direction. Your brain is pulled, your heart is pulled, and your qi is swept away. When you digest too much information but not the accompanying emotions , the chi becomes disturbed. That's why after a session of surfing social media, even if you don't do anything heavy, you still feel tired, bored, empty, and disoriented. Still air does not like speed. It needs space, it needs silence, it needs you to turn off the screen and turn on the feeling inside. Lie down and live in a position that contracts both body and mind. A contracted body, drooping chest , hunched shoulders, and tight abdomen are signs of poor circulation. A mind that is withdrawn, constantly defensive, suspicious, and evasive is also a place where energy cannot gather. A person with calm energy always keeps an open body, not tense but not slack either. An open mind, not exposing everything but not closing everything off either. They live like water. not fixed in shape but always full from the inside. Understanding these things, you will see that oxygen does not lie in doing something more but in eliminating the things that cause loss of energy every day. Talk less, hurry less, stick less, stress less, live less in your head and live a little more in your body, run less after other people's energy and keep a steady flow of energy for yourself. Every time you stop, you are taking in oxygen. Every time you know you are breathing, you are taking in oxygen. Every time you refuse to react habitually, you are giving oxygen. And when you breathe long enough, you will find that you no longer need to maintain an image, no longer need to become attractive because the quiet energy inside you is already the most attractive . Most people who seek tranquility start with meditation. They choose a quiet room, sit cross-legged, back straight, eyes half-closed, and follow their breathing to find a deep flow in their body and mind. Meditation is a door but not the only door and not everyone has the conditions to meditate for long periods of time every day. So is it true that people who live in a busy, noisy, crowded world cannot have tranquility? Are not. Stillness does not need special space, it needs the quality of presence. You can practice meditation in the middle of the city, at work, and in the marketplace. The important thing is that you are in control of your body, energy, and mind while everything around you is still moving. That is where the stillness begins to mature. And here are some simple, everyday but extremely effective practices. Sit still for 5 minutes every morning, no phone, no thoughts, no expectations. Before the world starts dragging you down with dozens of things to do, start your day with complete presence . No need for proper meditation, just sit, relax your whole body and breathe. No controlling your breathing, no speeding up the pace, just be there with each in and out stroke. You will see that after just 5 minutes, the energy in your body will begin to settle. Two, reconnect your breath with your body movements . Walk, know you are walking, raise your hand, know you are raising your hand. bent down to tie the thick rope, not thinking about the upcoming meeting, just feeling the hand, the rope, the heartbeat. A person with strong qi is someone who knows whether each movement he makes consumes or nourishes his qi. If you regret your step, you are wasting it. If you eat and look at your phone, you're peeing. If you talk while your mind is elsewhere, you are peeing. So practicing stillness is practicing living fully in every action. Three, hold one breath before each reaction. Before replying to an important message , take a deep breath. Before responding to a criticism, swallow your breath. Before making a hasty decision, stop for 3 seconds and breathe. Breath is the valve of air. You control your breathing, you lock the air loss. At first you may forget, but once you remember it once, you will see how effective that interruption of consciousness is . Four, practice Qi in your work instead of apart from it. Don't wait until the oxygen timer is up. Even while you are working, keep the air circulating. Sit and work without hunching your shoulders, straining your neck, or breathing heavily. Type on the keyboard without rushing. communicate while keeping part of consciousness in the lower abdomen. Instead of letting work push you away, be the one to pick up the pace. The ancients called it doing without wasting. Five, walk every day without headphones, no phone, no goal. Walking is a great way to restore chi flow. Just take a slow walk, no need to go to the park, even just walk around the house. But in each step, pay attention to the foot touching the ground, pay attention to the sole of the foot, pay attention to the breath, pay attention to the heartbeat, do not seek profundity, do not need enlightenment, just feel yourself walking. Every step is like resetting the flow of air, every breath is like returning to the roots. And that's enough. You see, practicing tranquility is not about withdrawing from the world, but about living in the world without letting your energy get swept away. Amidst old cars, amidst human voices, amidst work, amidst modern life, you can still be still. Because stillness is not the absence of sound, but rather not having the mind pulled away by sound. And when you start practicing like this every day even for 5 minutes, your qi will no longer be scattered. It will gather silently, slowly but very real like a seed planted deep in the ground, not blooming immediately but nurturing life from the seed. The energy field is not something mysterious or esoteric that only a few special people possess. It is a consequence, a natural reflection of the way you live each day. If you live in a hurry, your life will fluctuate quickly. If you live in chaos, your school will be in chaos. If you live a stressful life, your stress will make others feel heavy when approaching you. But if you live deeply, breathe slowly, walk steadily, say what needs to be said, and hold back what doesn't, your energy field will become a peaceful space that others will always feel comfortable being around. Stillness does not create prominence, it creates a state of steady presence where you do not have to prove anything, but are always there at the right time, in the right way, with the right strength. You don't need to be a healer for anyone. As long as you don't contribute to the disorder, that's good enough. Every day you hold a few breaths without distraction, hold a few unnecessary reactions , hold a non-judgmental look , hold a step without haste. All of these things silently accumulate into gas, little by little, day by day, and then one day, without any effort, that gas will radiate like the fragrance of flowers. No pressure, no invitation, but everyone who passes by can feel it. And then you will see that there is no need to seek power, just do not lose your stillness, you are already a powerful person. No need to learn too many new things, just practice living simply deeply, you are already present. There is no need to follow complicated methods, just keep your body, energy and mind in an uninterrupted flow, and you have become a safe haven for yourself.
