Statins (Cholesterol-lowering Drugs)

  • Atorvastatin (Lipitor), simvastatin (Zocor), rosuvastatin (Crestor), pravastatin (Pravachol), lovastatin (Mevacor) are HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors used for high cholesterol.

Antihypertensives (Blood Pressure Medications)

  • Lisinopril (Prinivil, Zestril) is an ACE inhibitor for high blood pressure.
