so guys for the first method you want to head over to search and then type in themes and related settings click on it now once you run this you want to click on desktop icon settings you need to have Windows activated to do this by the way and now once you're in here you could just uncheck the recycle bin if you want to hide it click on apply and now it's been hidden if you want to reveal it again you want to check it again click on apply and click on okay now for the second method you're going to need Windows 11 Pro or beta so you want to head over to search and then type in gpedit.msc click on and now once you run this you want to expand administrative templates and then you want to click on desktop and then it should show right here hide Recycle Bin once you're here you want to double click on it and then enable it then you want to head over to search and type in CMD then you want to run it as administrator and then click on yes now you want to type in GP update space slforce and then click on enter now once this has been done you want to restart your computer and then that's how you do it
