Points on the Face

• Fish Waist: Found in the depression at the center of the eyebrow, directly superior to a pupil looking forward.
• Supreme Yang: Half a sun posterior to the midpoint of a line joining the outer canthus and lateral extremity of the eyebrow.

Ear and Nose Points

• Tip of the Ear: Located at the tip when the ear is folded forward.
• Penetrating the Nose: At the highest point of the nasolabial groove.

Points on the Back

• 100 Taxations: 2 sun superior to DU 14, 1 sun lateral to the posterior midline.
• Peaceful Sleep: Halfway between Sanjaya 17 and GB 20, posterior and inferior to the mastoid process.

Abdominal Points

• Triangle of Moxibustion: Formed by the length of a smile, with the top at the center of the umbilicus.
• Palace of the Womb: Level with Ren 3, 3 sun lateral to the midline.
• Lift and Support: Level with Ren 4, 4 sun lateral to the midline.

Points on Hands and Arms

• Ten Drainings: Located at the tip of all fingers and thumbs, 1 fen from the nail bed.
• Four Seams: On the palmar aspect of all four fingers, on the crease over proximal interphalangeal joints.
• Barchiae: Between each head of the metacarpal bones, forming an equilateral triangle.
• Lumbar Pain Points: On dorsum of the hand between second and third and fourth and fifth metacarpal bones.
• Stiff Neck: On dorsum of the hand, between second and third metacarpal phalangeal joint.
• Two Whites: On the flexor aspect of the forearm, 4 sun proximal from wrist crease.
• Elbow Tip: At the tip of the olecranon process of the ulna.
• Inner Shoulder: Midway between large intestine 15 and anterior axillary crease.

Points on the Legs

• Eyes of the Knee: On either side of the patella tendon, inferior to patella's inferior border.
• Crane Summit: At the midpoint of the superior border of the patella.
• 100 Insect Burrow: One sun superior to Spleen 10.
• Appendix Point: On the right leg only, 2 sun inferior to Stomach 36.
• Gallbladder Extra Point: Between 1 and 2 sun inferior to Gallbladder 34, on the right leg only.

Foot Points

• 8 Winds: Half a cent proximal to the web margins between each toe, including Liver 2, Stomach 44, and Gallbladder 43.
