Causes of Session Timeout

  • Browser tab left open for more than 4 hours: Sessions are automatically closed after 4 hours of inactivity.

  • Cross Site Tracking: If enabled, might cause session issues.

Steps to Reaccess the Book

  1. Close and Reopen the Book: Simply close the current tab and reopen the book to restart the session.
  2. Adjust Browser Settings:
    • Go to browser's Menu.
    • Select Settings.
    • Navigate to Privacy settings.
    • Deselect the checkbox for 'prevent cross-site tracking'.
    • Refresh the page and attempt to reopen the book.
