okay guys this lab is about enzymes I have we juiced some pineapple juice right here these are vials of fresh pineapple juice and what I have done I put one of them as you can see in a hope I don't burn myself in a beaker right here boiling okay so one is boiling and I put it here boil and one not boiled fresh pineapple juice and then one is water so the way I did it I just grabbed a if you would right here I just grabbed some fresh pineapple juice and I put I said not boiled in there I'm gonna zoom the camera and take pictures and put them in here I said right here not boiled and then grab another one from the boiled one right here mix it up a little bit and then I grab a boiled one a little bit and put it here okay put it back there I guess and then some water just quickly what as a control so use some water right here and I put water here then I grab three gelatin strip these are called gelatin strip so I put one in not boiled I put one in the boil and then I put another one in the water a wait half an hour so and as you can see the result all of the gelatin came off of the let me grab a camera and show you guys what happened okay so right here if you look at the boiled one you see those little thingy came off right here I'm gonna move okay oh right right there while the board one does not have it look the buoyant does not have it and of course the wall I know I misspelled Mort so don't laugh and here is the water one that does not have it either so these are the three new ones I made if I wait half an hour right here so the water where is the water one right here not boiling point water right here I removed it and there is nothing in this well so what happens the enzyme digested away the protein molecules which is on the strip right here but the enzymes in the boiled one you know they are destroyed right here here it is the enzymes in the boiled pineapple juice the pineapple juice you're drinking that's why I brought this here the pineapple juice that you drink they have to pasteurize it it spoil oh so it would be this one right here that would be a boiled pineapple juice and the one that you drink they do are not like a fresh one that we made these are the fresh one reduced and we put them in here all right I'll put the pictures on how much
