GoHighLevel Guide for Real Estate Agents

In this video I will show you how to use GoHighLevel for real estate agents. I'll cover everything that GoHighLevel has to offer specifically for real estate agents. So whether your clients are real estate agents or you yourself own a real estate business, in this video I'll show you exactly how you can get the most out of GoHighLevel for either your real estate clients or for yourself if you are a real estate agent. Now what you want to go and do is head over into the sub-account section. Of course, you also want to go and set up your own account. But in this video, I'll just focus on the real estate part of this. So go to sub-accounts. Basically, one sub-account is a business. So go and click on add sub account in the top right and from here they actually already have a snapshot specifically created for real estate agents. So if you scroll down a little bit you will right here see real estate agent. So go and click on select and continue. Then next up you will need to enter the physical location of where the real estate agent is located. So just enter their office or their home address wherever their business address is. So you can search for it right here and then you can simply go and find it. So then after you select their location, you want to enter the first name, last name and email address of the real estate agent right here. Then you also want to enter the general info, although most of this will be entered automatically from the location that you picked. So then after entering all of this, click save. And now we have basically created the sub account for this real estate business. So now we can actually get into the fun stuff and I can show you exactly what you can now do. So right here in the sub account, you can actually see the reselling part. So it kind of depends on how you would like to use GoHighLevel. You can do it as a done-for-you service where you manage the client's account or you can sell it to them so then you will basically sell the software. So then for example you have Conversation AI which is an AI chatbot that you can add to your website that you can basically train to say whatever you want. They also have the WhatsApp location, you can resell WordPress, Yext, etc. Now I'm mainly going to go into how you can actually do it for the client but this is also something. cool to look into where you can for example resell the conversation ai i really like and they also have some more marketplace apps right here that you can go and resell but for now what i want to go and do is click on click here to switch and then click on the real estate sub account that we just set up so then you will actually get into their dashboard now the person that you have added in will also be able to join this dashboard so that they can also actually use go high level to manage their conversation their calendar etc But now first what you want to go ahead and do is follow all of these steps right here. So first you want your client to download the app. Then they need to connect their Google My Business account to actually collect reviews on autopilot. And I'll show you how you can do this. Then they want to go ahead and connect their Facebook page. So that also the Facebook chats will show up in the conversations. Then they can add the web chat widget to their website. And they need to connect their Stripe account. And here you want to go ahead and add the team members. Although this is all for the real estate agent that you have added in. But now some features that your client can actually use or that you can do for your client is for example the site section right here where you can build funnels and websites for your client and there are already a bunch of actual templates specifically for real estate agents. For example this one right here and you can also build funnels. You will see that if you click on new funnel in the top right and you click from templates there are over a thousand templates and from here you just want to find your real estate category. And here you have a bunch of different real estate funnels that you can just use. And you can see there are a bunch of them right here. So for example, home buying leads, home agents, loan quotes, quality home search, sell real estate, etc. So they have a template for pretty much everything you will want as a real estate agent. So this is very helpful, but they don't only have this. Of course, they also have marketing. So to start using marketing, just go ahead and connect your social media accounts or the client's social media accounts. And now you can just schedule. posts from here you have email campaigns and templates they have snippets here so these are template snippets so for example message templates so they already have to set up right here so that's because we picked the real estate snapshot so then there will be snippets already created for real estate agents they have trigger links and you even have an affiliate manager where you can set up affiliates now the best part in my opinion is the automation right here So you can create workflows, so they already have the marketing workflows right here. You can see there are a bunch of them. So new lead nurture, appointment confirmation, appointment no-show, new sales and review request, long-term nurture and still leads. So for example, let's take a look at this first one, new lead nurture, fast five click. offer so fast five means it will be sent within five minutes and that's super important because the first five minutes after they submit as a lead basically is when most of the magic happens that's when you want to go and contact so you can see the trigger here the trigger is either Facebook lead form submitted or another trigger can be claim offer form submission however you can also add triggers yourself so they have a bunch of different ones right here for example form submitter trigger link clicked tick tock form submitted or any of the other ones that you see right here. Then what happens after that? A new opportunity is created in the new lead stage. And this basically happens in your pipeline. So then they will basically be in your GoHighLevel account. Then they will be added to the long-term nurture workflow. So that workflow is already set up as well. Then you have the conversation email, where you will send this email automatically. Thanks for claiming our whatever it is, promotion. and then it will populate their first name automatically and everything else you see right here. Then they will also get an SMS, then they wait for a reply or proceed after two minutes. So then it will be, did the contact reply, yes or no. Then it will call them, voicemail, etc. Now for the voicemail, you just want to go and upload the file yourself, because if they actually hear a voice, that's very helpful. So upload a file where you say, hey, do you want to book in a call or something like that, whatever your end goal is. Then you can just upload the file where you actually say something in the voicemail. So this is already a really good nurturing system. And you have the settings right here that you can go through. But the workflow they also showed was the long-term nurture right here. So leads will be added to this if they do reply to the email or SMS that I showed you in the previous workflow. Then after 7 days they get email 1, 7 days email 2, etc. And you can go and set this up yourself. You can change the emails. And basically just change all of these workflows however you want. You can also test them right here to kind of see what it looks like for the people receiving it. Then here in content AI, you actually can set up AI generated content. Now one of my favorite features is the reputation management right here, where you can actually collect reviews from your customers automatically, because any business owner knows how important reviews are for your business. So that's why in the launchpad, you want to go and connect. the google my business account of your client or of your own business and then here once you click on the gear icon you can actually click on review link and then click get reviews on google and then you want to turn on email review requests and sms review requests or one of them and basically then after they have an appointment at the business basically they will get an email where you request a review so you can choose when to send the email for example two hours after check-in then if you click save They will then receive this email, but you can go to the email builder if you want to change what that looks like. Now, once we're here, you will also see conversation AI. And the conversation AI is really helpful. And it will basically help you with conversations with the client in the conversation section. So you can have it off, suggestive, so it helps you within the chat window or on autopilot. So then it will actually send messages automatically. And this will save you a bunch of time. This is in beta mode right now. but it's already really good so i'm going to turn this on so once you have turned it to autopilot or either suggested what you can now do is go to the bot training so now here you can actually train the bot and you can simply enter the domain so the website of your customer and then it will learn all these services that the real estate business offers the pricing and if someone asks how long does it take for the service to be delivered whatever they ask then the bot will actually know that from the website. Then you also have the bot trial right here, so you can send a message. And then, for example, if I say, for example, if I say, what does X cost? Then it will say, I'm sorry, I don't have enough information. So then I can say, for example, X costs this amount. And then it knows that for when someone else will ask that question. and then what you can also do is click on the thumbs down right here and then you can actually create a response yourself so then when somebody asks a question like this or a similar question then the bot will just answer the answer that you enter right here so that's also super helpful so i would recommend setting up the conversation ai now in configure intents you can set the intense so for example opponent booking or support and general question answer now for example if i want the bot to have the intent of appointment booking then I can turn it on and then you can pick a calendar on which they need to actually book an appointment for example schedule an appointment right here and then click save. So talking about the calendars you can see your calendar right here. So you have different calendars so for example investor networking, property analysis, property sourcing etc. Then in appointments you will see all of your upcoming appointments and you can go into the calendar settings right here. Now in payments you can actually collect payments, you can set up payment links, subscribe, descriptions and everything like that and in opportunities you basically can see your pipelines right here So you have your marketing pipeline that was created automatically, but you can also create one yourself right here in the opportunities You can see the amount of new leads hot leads new booking, etc You can add a value to each of these so if you click opportunity You can enter that contact details right here Now this will also be done automatically for example if someone goes through the workflow that we went over earlier in the automation section Then one of the workflow parts is that they will be added as a new lead in the marketing pipeline. So, so much of this happens automatically and you just have to try it out. It's absolutely amazing. So basically how you use GoHighLevel for real estate is that you can create sites and funnels, you can set up automations, you can do marketing, collect leads and let them go through a workflow.
