[Music] [Music] [Music] Welcome everyone. Welcome. Welcome. If you're here, can you type where you are today? Good morning, good afternoon, and good evening. So, who's excited for today? Uh, if you are, I see a few familiar faces. Ciao Italy, enjoy day one. I'm glad you did. So, welcome to day two of our happy wealth summit. I'm your co-host, Zen Chin, and it is my extreme pleasure and excitement to welcome you all today. I see people from Japan, India, USA. OC, I appreciate that excitement. Luis, I see you from Sweden. Welcome back. Now, for those who had a chance to join us yesterday, uh whether you came for one session or the whole day, can you share in the chat right now the feedback you may have for people who are just tuning in now? I know that this summit I truly believe that this summit is freaking amazing, right? We are so grateful for all the amazing speakers spending their time with us to share their wisdom, their proven frameworks, their life stories with us. Um, but I want to hear from you guys a bit of an unbiased opinion. Can you share in the chat, you know, what came up for you guys? Tracy said, "Excellent." Thank you, Tracy. Amazing. Wow. Someone's joining from Brussels, from Maryland. So incredible. Zezy said, "It is a great summit indeed." With a heart emoji. Thank you for the support, Zezy. We're so glad you're here. How does it get better than this, OC? I feel the love, OC. And on behalf of Ken and everyone on the team, thank you because your love and enthusiasm fuels us to do more of this stuff. I've added this to my vocabulary. Done was awesome by Brandon. Thank you all and uh I can't wait to share what is ahead of today as well because we're entering day two which is on the topic of manifestation and abundance. Yesterday we dove into more inner topics about how to actually activate our intuition, you know, how to align ourselves internally so that externally we draw in more synchronicities, more coincidences because who doesn't like that, right? And it's like such an easy way to live life. Now today we're going to bring it up a notch into more about manifestation. But then most people misunderstand manifestation because manifestation comes with a very a strong energy of almost like seeking sometimes for people. They feel like they need to uh force something to happen or chase after something. They're wishing that you know what I really want this to happen within the next year. Right? that energy actually doesn't allow you to manifest effectively and effortlessly. So today we're going to invite so many amazing speakers to start sharing how you can manifest with more flow, more ease, right? And how to actually create that abundance. Who's excited about that? Who wants to manifest more with ease in their lives? Can you type manifest in the chat? Fantastic. Beautiful. I'm so excited for you all. Lara, yes, I see you as well. So, fantastic. So, you know what we're going to do now is uh I'm just going to run you through a few quick things before we kick into the momentum of the summit. Right. So, first and foremost, uh we actually are kicking off day two uh with some really ex exciting speakers, right? So, we have um coming up here, let me share my screen with you all. All right. So, we actually have seven speakers today, right? So, it's going to be quite a few hours. So, get ready for the ride. As you know, the format of our summit is that we have one speaker per time and uh we'll go down the list, right? So we're kicking off with none other than Ken and we also have Sarah Mcrum, Avina, Arrogant Meets, Rachel Jen Groover, Marie Diamond, and also Joe uh Joe Vitali joining us, which is incredible. These are all very busy people and um you know, I'm just so grateful that you guys would be able to hear from them. Right now, a few house rules. Number one is that we actually have uh seven sessions today. Like I said, we have about like 1 to two minutes between the sessions. So, if you need to go get a quick toilet break or get a glass of water, feel free to do so. Also, during the live stream, you will be able to chat and comment using your YouTube account. And why? Because the chat box that you're doing right now is actually linked to uh our YouTube. Uh so, it's using YouTube technology. So if you want to comment, please sign in to your YouTube account and also please go to the desktop version of this because unfortunately for mobile uh it's view only but if you want to engage with the chat please go to a desktop computer uh go to this link and then you'll be able to interact with everyone here and I really want you to do so because ultimately it's also about this community right we want you to be able to continue your journey even after this summit and speaking of which uh that's why if you're not in your Facebook our Facebook group yet, please please do uh check out our Facebook group. A lot of conversations are going to happen there. Uh the team's going to post updates and also you know that's where you can really connect even deeper with your fellow attendees from gosh so many places around the world. And um now we decided to make the talk available for replay until 900 a.m. Eastern time tomorrow. So if you have to leave early or if you really want to revisit the talks again um or you know really want to uh you know watch something again uh you can go back to this page and the replay will be available until we start day three tomorrow. Right? So just want you guys to know that as well. Finally, if you haven't upgraded to our VIP pass, well you may ask what is that? So the idea is that we know you may want these recordings on demand. You may want to listen it in different formats, maybe audio, maybe you want to read the transcripts, maybe you want to use additional bonuses that we have prepared for you to integrate even further. And that's why we created the VIP pass. So, if you haven't already, there's a button around here somewhere uh for you to click on the page. And if you want, there's also a QR code that we created for you. So, you can like just get your phone, scan it very effectively, and then go secure your lifetime access pass. And just so you know, uh, for everyone who invested in the, uh, lifetime access pass for just a small investment of $99, uh, we want to thank you because of, um, the support you're giving us and your encouragement so that we can continue to do more of these kind of content, uh, for you guys around the world. All right, I see OC is very excited for Sarah. Yes, Sarah is incredible. I can't wait for you guys to hear her speak. So, with that being said, I'm very excited to kick off day two with the one and only Ken Honda because he's going to share with you all how to actually allow yourself to receive. You know, one thing I really learned over the course of my career and actually my uh relationship life as well, both socially and romantically, is that when we don't allow ourselves to receive, we subconsciously shut away many doors. And we're also sort of telling the universe that you know what I don't want these opportunities. I don't want to grow. I'm not ready to go beyond. And so when you learn to really receive, when you learn to open up yourself for the doors to come to you and you step within, suddenly abundance seems to be everywhere. And that's kind of the story of my life. So Ken has a particular way to help you guys ease into that relaxing flow of openness so that you can receive more. And he's going to talk about how by receiving you're going to activate a key key ingredient for flow of abundance naturally. So with that being said, please give a big round of applause to Ken Honda in the chat as we welcome him on stage. Hello, Ken Honda here. Welcome to day two. Today's theme is manifestation and prosperity. For those of you who enjoyed yesterday, how was it? Didn't you have so much fun? Indeed, I was so impressed with all the speakers. Um, I always find at least 10 or 20 takeaways from each speaker. So I need to watch them because uh again because I I'm concentrating on asking the next questions. So I usually don't have enough time to absorb what they say into my system. So definitely I watch the recording later. I have a feeling that the impact you receive now will just stay with you for a long time, especially today because today's theme is manifestation and prosperity. This is one of my favorite subject because I have been the official translator for Abraham Hicks the law of attraction and I'm sure you have read some of uh their work right and because of that the secret was a big hit. I'm super excited to introduce you today's speakers as well as the concept of manifestation can h away. So I want to share with you some fun experiences that I have um uh experienced over the years. So um as we speak I'm in this retreat center. Uh about 15 years ago I had this vision. I want to have a retreat center of of my own because uh we used to do a lot of events at the time and and we rented the hotel rooms and uh venues and I wanted to light up a tea candle, you know, sort of like a symbol for meditation, but the hotel people said no because it's going to cause fire. Like what? I mean, this little tea candle in a in a glass. Uh I don't think so. but because of the regulation or their rules. So I I don't usually get upset with those things but I I got so not mad but like so annoyed by the fact that I cannot do whatever I want even just having a little uh candle. So that is when I made up my mind. I'm going to buy my own center. I'm going to build one so I can light up candles as many as I want. So, uh, I'm starting my, uh, Japanese retreat, uh, soon, but I'm going to, uh, light up at least, uh, a few hundred candles. You know, people call this place candle house because we just, uh, there there are two people who just light up all the candles on the corridor, the stairs, and uh, all the rooms. So, it's so beautifully lit, and it as as it gets darker, it is so beautiful to watch it. And so uh since then I learned about manifestation and I know exactly what I have to do and I'm still improving um because I have manifested so many different things but sometimes it doesn't work. So I was uh upset why this doesn't work. It worked last time and then I realized okay it was created in my head but it wasn't created in my heart. So because of the difference I couldn't manifest what I wanted. And I'm sure in your life uh too there are certain things that were very easy to come by like uh could be your work and money. And if you're uh very good at attracting money, maybe it's harder for you to attract good people, romance or uh health, whatever the field is. Uh some uh people are good at what with one field and not exactly good at with other fields. I can guarantee you're going to enjoy all the interviews today. And to prepare for that, I want to share with you a few things. When we talk about manifestation and prosperity, I'd say there are so many ways to climb up the mountains. So, uh you can climb up the mountains of wealth by uh cheating, by doing uh sketchy thing. I'm learning new English words here. Uh by doing dishonest uh dealings and then uh you can make money. That's one way. But there are also other ways that by sharing who you are, by making people smile, you can receive so much money and then become wealthy. One of my mentors, Wah Taka, uh he made candies, cookies for uh babies and kids. That's how he made his f first fortune and then he vest invested in real estate and stocks and he became one of the wealthiest individual in Japan. So his first seed money was created in entertaining kids. That's why later on he built a sweet castle for kids. But that's for another story. So today I want to share with you how to invite happy money into your life and also enjoy abundance. That's how you can manifest things. And with happy money you can do so many things. So uh before I go into details, let me explain what happy money is versus what unhappy money is. So happy money is money that makes you smile when you receive it. Like say your clients give you some money and then you you feel so excited. Wow, thank you for the money. And then when you spend money, you can also enjoy giving the money or spending money at the cashier. You can say, thank you so much. This is exactly what I was looking for. And uh uh when you pay bills, you used to be upset, but now you feel so appreciative of all the services you you got because say people are are complaining about electricity bills because it's going up. But think about this. You know, you are watching me speak and thanks to the technology, thanks to the electricity, thanks to the internet. Right now I'm in Japan and then you could be in Europe, India, Africa, uh I don't know where you are but uh because of technology you can watch this. So thank you internet like say 50 years ago doing like this probably TV people could do it you know uh when the rocket was launched to the moon we all watched right but it must uh it must have been huge cost to do it. Now with virtually no cost, we can communicate each other from the different sides of the planet. So you can appreciate paying for the services. Whereas unhappy money is like when you get paid, you feel frustrated. Is this uh what I get? Uh I did the the more work. How did I get just this little? And then you get upset. And when you pay bills, you get upset. Oh, this is a ripping off. You know, the the food is so expensive. The the gas and the other things you keep complaining and then uh you can just throw a temper tantrum at your kids, your husband and wife and girlfriend, boyfriend or could be your client or or taxi driver and still you stay upset. That is unhappy money. So money is neutral but happy money makes you smile and even though the same amount h unhappy money makes you ooh so uh which flow do you want to be on that is a question I want to ask you today and I also want to introduce this in adigato out practice this is also the key to prosperity by manifesting what you want you need to be in the flow of appreciation. So when you appreciate people for introducing some someone some new clients, they feel appreciated so they get rewarded. So they want to introduce you another client. I divided my client into two groups. It's almost like 30 years ago. So the first group I did the regular job, you know, I helped them do accounting and consulting. I got some referrals for the next few months. It was okay, right? We had a good relationship. And uh the second group, I brought some tea books, uh some uh documents, uh so they can just um take advantage of the wisdom. And I introduced new people to them. And I did a little extra, not too much. Look what happened. 6 months later, from the first group, I got social referrals. from the second group. I got so many referrals. I was overwhelmed. In fact, one of the clients um that I really admire uh he said, "Why don't you bring a box of my name cards?" And then so one of my clients whom I really respected, he said, "Now, why don't you bring your own name cards? I'll put them in my uh desk and then I can uh introduce you uh whoever I think uh needs your support which he did. So whoever he found somebody who needed my service oh you should meet this guy he's very young but very capable so take this business card. So as much as I showed my appreciation they felt appreciated from me. So next time uh they want to see me smile because I was wow thank you so much uh for introducing uh so I made a habit of being joyful when somebody um gives us some something even if it's a small thing then you feel extra happy and then your being happy makes other people happy. A few years ago at the supermarket in America, there is this cash register. So, uh after the payment is done, the there's this uh ding ding sound. What is it? And she said, "Oh, you got a $2 coupon." So, like every like three or four uh purchases, you know, you get a $2 coupon. So, like, "Oh my god, I got a $2 coupon. Wow." So, I did a happy money dance. Thank you. Thank you. $2 coupon. And then she was laughing hysterically. And then that drew a lot of attention. So they're all laughing at my dance. So I had to dance two more minutes, right? And then everybody was just cracking up. And and the woman next to uh next line, she said, "Take mine." Uh you know, she wanted to give me the $2 coupon of hers. So I said, "Wow, happy money coming in." And then she was laughing. And the guy on the next line said, "Take mine, too." So, I did the happy many dance and I think I I ended up getting like three coupons from from the people around me and everybody was smiling, laughing, and I got really enjoy, you know, that they didn't know I'm I'm already uh fairly wealthy, but it's okay, you know, like getting a $6 coupon is so much fun. So I just donated the money to uh the the people who who in need who are in need you know at the end of the line. I should have told them but you know I didn't want them to feel that uh something funny. So I just felt uh it's appropriate for me to do that. So when you ever you whenever you show your appreciation express joy people uh want to see you smile. If you want to see me smile send me happy money. I'll just keep dancing. So whenever I get book royalties, uh I just do the happy money dancing. You should come up with that. So the concept of inigato out is so simple. When you receive money next time when you're notified with a online banking, when whenever you just are going to sign the contract, people want to have a coaching session with you, thank them. And you can do the dancing too, you know, in your own style. And uh when you spend your money, you can also say arigato. So arigato in, arigato out is a fun way of welcoming happy money and saying goodbye to happy money. So when I uh spend money, uh I always say thank you money for being with me. Even though it was a fun short stay, you can always come back. In fact, you can come back very quickly, but with your friends. You can bring lots of friends and back to my house. So, I'm sure money has a special chatting system at night. So, they're having a lot of fun at night. How was your day? Oh, I went to Ken Honda's place and he's so much fun. He just danced a happy money song for me. It was hilarious. You should go watch him. And then uh they'll just come knock on my door. Hi, Ken Honda. I'm here. Tada. And they say, "Wow, thank you. Thank you. So happy money comes to those who uh rejoiced with a happy money coming in. So try that. It doesn't cost you anything and at least it brings you a smile. And another subject I want to share three stages of money. I teach this principle a lot. In fact, uh my mentor taught me one time, money can mean so many different things to people depending on their situation, depending on the world they live in. If they are stuck in the cold freezing world, you know, people are not nice to each other and they're hostile, you are living in a very cold environment. So in a cold environment, money freezes like water. So money is frozen. So if you hold on to it, you get frozen bites and then it's not fun. You're just very freezing. And when you move into a warmer environment, money melts from ice to water and then uh money flows. So if there is enough water flowing in your life, that's your life is good. But if you uh experiencing drought, uh not much money is flowing into your life, it's scary and it's frustrating and then it's not fun. So what if you have so much money actually too much money flowing in your life that means that you get inheritance money or lottery money you know I'm sure you heard or read the story that the lottery winners uh end up spending all the money they have and then they stay very miserable and it's true you know uh so uh if that happens uh money is overwhelming them it's like a flood washing their life away so too little money uh too much money both not enjoyable it's like time you need management of the water so the third stage which I recommend is the money gets evaporated and it becomes air so you cannot see it you don't feel it I have many happy wealthy friends who don't think of money all the time if money becomes air your life is so much fun because you can focus on what's most important in your life. So let's practice a little gratitude as a magnet. So if you can just do this uh fun exercise together, you know gratitude plays a very important part. So can you write down in the chat section three ways money supported you in the past week. So just imagine uh because of the money I received I could pay for that uh vacation or I I paid all the bills something like that very simple thing and then as you write down just feel appreciated and then you feel lucky that you had the money your clients chose you out of thousands of other potential competitors and then they pay you the money. So because of the money you received, you could pay for all the expenses. And also I want to help you to visualize money as a friend. So just close your eyes for one second and then feel that as if money was a person, that person is smiling at you. very kind, very nice, very generous. Whatever you want to do, money will be right there to support you. And then you feel so much love and friendship for this person and the feeling is mutual. As as much as you love and show respect to this person, that person will respect you back. will love back. So this feeling deep love between you and money will nurture a new relationship. So from today please treat money as your friend and if you can just uh tell tell the money person and for all the past wrongdoing I'm so sorry I projected bad stuff and I blamed you for that. you know, my parents had a divorce. I had a hard time dealing with it. So, I thought everything is um it's it's money's fault. Sorry. You know, can you forgive me? Money is smiling. It happens all the time, but thank you for your kind words. And then you shake hands or hug and then we'll start a new relationship from today. When you're ready, just come back and take a few breath. So how was a fun meditation? You know when you think of money you may have felt frustrated or angry or not rewarded but from now if money was on your side you can so many fun things to do that you have to start appreciating your money in your life. So your definition of wealth will also change. You know before money was a big part of it but money is only one one of 10 invisible assets uh which I want to share with you later on. But think of money as just one portion of wealth. And if you start showing appreciation to money, showing your appreciation to all the people around you, your life will start changing. So just enjoy appreciating whatever you have in your life. If today opened your heart to receiving not just money but peace, then I'd love for you to receive this too. So please feel that abundance is on its way and then you are so excited to receive it with all the insights, all the wisdom you're going to receive today. It will transform you into something very different. So please enjoy today and as a gift from me, you'll also be part of my live workshop on June 16th to June 18th. No sign up needed. You're already on the list. So, please enjoy today's speakers. They're all incredible. After this three stages of money, I want to highlight emotional wealth, too. You know, when you hear the word wealth, what comes into your mind? Of course, money, maybe cars, nice houses, vacation, or some nice clothes or watches. But above all the wealth, I think the greatest wealth is peace of mind. Even you a billionaire, but if you're frustrated and you stay unhappy, what does that mean? And even though you have so much great success, if it's frustrating and if it doesn't bring you joy, what does it mean? So I think among with all money and success emotional wealth is very important and this emotional wealth comes into your life only after you deal with your emotions properly. That means you cannot ignore your feeling. You cannot do whatever you want and then not focus on feelings. Of course, on the path to financial abundance, you feel a lots of disappointment. I always teach in my financial independence course that I used to teach. The path to financial freedom is paved with disappointments and frustrations. It's because when you want to do something, it doesn't usually come out the way you want. So say you're going to launch a new services or you're going to open a new store and you think hundreds of people will come and then when you open the store there will be only three students you know and last time actually I did host an event in Kyoto and uh we rented a big space in a hotel or one of the gorgeous place uh in Kyoto and I was expecting 350 people to show up but whatever first sent out emails, we got something like 13 uh signups. I thought something went wrong and uh I realized that I wasn't strong enough uh to promote this event. So to make a long story short, we ended up having 300 some people, 50 of them uh came out of Japan internationally from 20 different countries. We had so much fun together but until like uh three weeks before I was a little worried you know I got a big room and then we have only like 50 people or 100 people like uh where are 250 people you know but I had the trust my team had the trust and on you know I just uh visualize on the day of the seminar if there are 350 people sitting I have no problem. So let's not focus on the fact that we don't have that many people uh in like 4 weeks before. So if you want to make something happen, don't get discouraged because all the path you are going to feel like a failure. You're going to feel miserable. You're going to feel frustrated because uh things don't work your way. But uh relax. If you know how to trust, if you know how to ask for help, which I did, I asked many people, please can you just share this information that Khan uh dream is to bring so many people to Kyoto. So unless there are not enough people, you know, I I'll be crying in the room. So my friends are laughing and they help me. So uh it ended up being so beautiful. Whatever happens, just focus on your emotions. Let go of the frustration. Let go of your fear. Let go of your anxiety. If you keep doing it, you have more space to invite new opportunities, happy money, and uh new introduction. And with that feeling, you get more excited. Your energy goes up. And when some negative feeling comes up, it's fine. Just work on it. Let it go and heal it. And if you create more space, more money, more opportunities will come. Wow. Wasn't that a perfect way to start day two? You know, it's amazing to think that that retreat center of Ken's that he's broadcasting from today only existed in his imagination years ago. And I think his story really reminds us that even the boldest dreams do come true if you have the right belief systems, if you heal your emotional energy around it. And also if you just have a little bit more patience knowing that believing that it is coming your way and I do believe that a lot of people nowadays fail not because of a lack of talent but largely because of lack of self-doubt. And I have been there before where I was really doubting if the current lifestyle I have was even possible. You know, now I'm in a beautiful relationship of almost 8 years. I'm traveling around the world all the time. And uh quite frankly, it was a dream before. Uh but I had the patience and eventually it got to where it is today. And so for all of you out there, I'm very curious. What is a bold dream that you have right now that you are looking forward to experience and that you believe is coming your way? Can you type in the chat? I would love to see what they are. And I would love for you all to support each other too to celebrate each other's dreams because they deserve to come true. Now, before I forget, I do want to also mention that we have the VIP pass for the summit if you want to really go through all the sessions again at your own time on demand along with all the other bonuses we have. So, you can just check out the button below this video player and you'll be able to get the lifetime VIP pass for a just small amount of investment. Now if Ken got us to think about what is possible when we align our inner and outer worlds because wealth starts from our inner reality then our next speaker takes that idea into the realm of money and energy. You know after I spoke with her I do feel that my energy is lighter is kinder and uh quite frankly it's more alive and it's none other than Sarah Mcrum. She is a sought-after mentor and author whose work blends energy, money, and consciousness. Her famous book, Love Money, Money Loves You, is based on a direct communication she received from the energy of money itself. It was like a beautiful conversation between her and the energy of money. A fascinating read. And in today's session, she's going to share with us why money responds to your beliefs, your energy, and sometimes even your mood, and how we can actually use that knowledge to build a much better relationship with money. So, let's take a deep breath, let's relax, and let's hear from Sarah Mcrum. Sarah Mcrum is an author, energy coach, and spiritual teacher who helps people transform their relationship with money from stress and scarcity to love, flow, and ease. You know, her book, Love, Money, Money Loves You, was inspired by a powerful intuitive conversation with the energy of money itself. And since then, she has guided thousands more to see money not just as something to chase after, but as something that really wants to support and love you. So Sarah, welcome to the Happy Wealth Summit. I'm so grateful to have you here. Thank you. I feel very at home in this in this environment, this ecosystem that you're creating of happy wealth. Thank you. Uh I'm I'm very curious, Sarah, you know, just kind of going back in time, right? I know that your journey with energy started with a very huge personal challenge right um with the passing of someone you love and subsequently you know when you started writing uh love money loves you it was also started with a conversation with money uh from an energetic standpoint could you guide us through that experience a bit what was it like and how did that change your life path essentially yeah well I was actually also in the middle of another crisis this um but that was a business crisis. I had a business failure and it was really um painful and difficult. Um it was as a result of the recession that happened in 2008 and um yeah and I was given a little book that was called How to Become a Money Magnet. Um it was actually funny enough because I'm British and you know we never talk about money British I was brought up never to talk about money. was not my kind of book at all, but it had exercises in it. And I' I was out of business and the business was gone, so I had nothing to do. And one of the exercises said, "What would money like to say to you?" And I started writing in my journal. And my pen just literally took over and started writing for me. And the very first thing that came out, it said, "I would like to tell you to love me." Wow. And then it went on and it said, "I'm an energy. I'm very powerful and beautiful." And it continued it that it sort of encouraged me. It said, you know, you can do whatever you want with me. Pay with me and play with me and take me and spend me and you know all just just be free with me. And it ended after about two pages of journaling saying, "Don't wait. Just take me. I will love you." Wow. Yeah. Exactly. Yeah. It was so beautiful and so different from anything that I I'd ever heard about money because for me I'd grown up. We don't talk about it. I was in business but you know it was just a practical thing. You had to deal with money. I wasn't driven by money in any way. That's not the reason I was doing business. Um and and it was so hearttoping. And the other thing is it felt so true. I can remember reading it to my husband um a bit later that day and it brought me to tears because it touched something inside myself like oh this is a completely different understanding of what money is and what happened was I just decided after that you know a couple of days later I thought well that was a pretty cool experience let's see if money's got something else to say to me and it turned out that it did and so I wrote another message and then I wrote another message and I ended up writing all these messages from money just like money was talking to me directly or the energy of money and that's actually the contents of the book. So it doesn't have anything in it except at the beginning there's a little bit of introduction but it's just money talking to me money talking to you absolutely directly about what it is and how we can have a better relationship with it and how we don't have to be stressed and worried and complicated about money that actually we can take it in a much lighter easier more enjoyable way have a better relationship with it and have better financial results. Wow, that that is a huge uh transition as well. And you know, now you are a very successful author. You're living a wonderful life of creativity and freedom. I know you have some pretty fun projects as well, right? And and people come to you to learn about money. I'm very curious, how did you actually go through that transition? Because it's one thing to know about something, right, Sarah? But you actually live it, you know? How was it like? You know, and I would say I'm still growing very much all the time. like it I mean there's so much money is such a rich relationship but it really started a couple of years after I wrote the book. So the honest truth is when I first wrote the book I felt very uncomfortable about it because it was you know what people called a chneled book. It was like money talking to me. It was weird and I didn't know what to do with it. So I didn't I just didn't do anything. I published it and I didn't tell anybody. That's how it literally I didn't tell any after nine months I told four people that I'd written a book. Wow. Yeah. So that's how it started and about a couple of years later I moved to Australia. I'd been training with a Chinese master before that. I moved away from her. Um and somebody said to me, a psychic actually said to me, "You've got to you've got to teach your book, Sarah." And I was at a point where I had about two weeks. I'd just moved to this country. I didn't know a single person in Australia and I had two weeks until I had to be paying all my bills from a new business. Um, wow. And so I actually had I had to apply the book because I was many times in the following year or so facing situations where I didn't have enough rent or there was something I wanted to do and I didn't have the money to do it. And my book taught me how to ask for money or for things that I wanted and actually have them delivered essentially. I mean, literally, there were times when I it's like where how am I going to pay the rent? And because I'd had that business failure, I know what it's like not to be able to pay the rent. And I'd made a deal with myself that I would never go back there again. So, I had to pay the rent. I had to have food. um most other things I could manage without. And literally I would sometimes be in a situation where I didn't know where it was going to come from. I had nobody I could call. I didn't have clients, you know, like lots of clients where you can just put out an offer. It was a long time ago and I would have to ask money because it was the only thing I could do. And every single time it came through. I mean, you've heard thousands of stories yourself, I'm sure, of how this works. And look, I'm not saying that just asking money for something and pops out of the sky all the time. It's not like that. But it was remarkably simple. And I did learn little by little and slowly. I was not a very fast learner because I really had to learn it. But I always paid the rent. I always got the things done. and I managed to go off and do courses and things when it looked impossible financially. So that's actually where I started from is I I feel like I've been trained by money in a way at every step of my journey very thoroughly, sometimes painfully a little bit but but really I I'm so grateful actually for the experience I've had of learning how to do it. Wow, that's powerful. I it's my honor to speak to money's mentee Sarah. Yes. I don't know how that happened. It's very weird. But turns out that I am. Yeah. Wow. I can I can I dive into that a bit because there's something fascinating here, right? Cuz like you said, you know, it's not like just asking for it and suddenly fall from the sky, right? But um you were able to go through with it, right? And it sounds to me that there was patience involved. There was almost faith involved and there's some degree of just belief, right? um what do you think is the missing ingredients or you know I'm saying s as plural uh potentially between how you did it and versus someone who just did it and never got to see anything. One of the things that turned out to be a real key for me um I think which was really fascinating because you know sometimes when you don't have enough money it can be a real fight there's a real struggle and I was struggling with people who said were saying you should get a job you know you could just should do something sensible and I didn't want to I didn't really feel employable and I would have had to get a horrible boring job um because there wouldn't have been I don't you know it just wasn't an option for me but I would fight in my mind and you know can this work will this work can I even be believe can I even trust my book because yeah money is sitting there saying yeah I'm money I'm going to tell you how to do it but as you said being a human being doing it is very very different from writing the words down but the one of the things that was so powerful and has continued to be so powerful was that I would always reach a point when I was really struggling where I would say I don't care I just want to believe that this book is true because it was so beautiful and it so feels true that I decided it is true. I just decided that money does work like that because it's better than what I knew in the world. Wow. And every single time I made that decision that this is true, that life is good, that money is love, that it really is present here, it really is responding to me, it knows what I want and it can deliver every single time it came through in such surprising ways. So I think there's something about us as human beings really like declaring almost that what we believe in in our hearts. It wasn't about belief. I actually don't think it's about belief. It was more like this is this is how life is. You know this is this is the right way to live and I'm going to do it. Interesting. So what you're saying Sarah is that it's not about believing. It's about understanding understanding truth. And it's it's about deciding actually. I think deciding deciding. Yeah. I've I've discovered that many times when I decide something, it becomes true. And if I don't decide, so if I'm doubtful or I'm wrestling and you know, I'm thinking about it, that's not a decision. You know, if I'm worrying about it, that's not a decision. But when I decide clearly, then it happens. So I think decision is very important. But a on a day-to-day level, uh the other thing I found that works for me, and I think everyone has to find their own way, it's like, you know, we don't all relate to our husband or our partner exactly the same. We have to find our language, our right language. But my language was very low key. Just say to money like, "Please fix this for me and then forget it." No drama, no emotion, no building up a vision or any of that. For me, none of that works. That all pushes it away, but just like, please just do it. Just sort this for me. Really simple. Have you always been able to do that so uh objectively uh as in like without sort of negative emotions or uh limiting feelings or is it something that also is because you just decide you just decide that you know what I'm not going to let my emotions get in the way and I've worked I've trained myself I've I've done an enormous enormous amount of work on myself to make my energy neutral because I've discovered how powerful it is. Being emotional, positive or negative, I found gets in the way of all the good things that can really happen in life. And there's a huge amount of training that is about trying to make people kind of over positive and over emotional, but actually that's not what gets the really good results. The really good results come from this kind of peace, calmness, neutrality. You can be peacefully positive and you can be peacefully negative. You know, you can say, "I I don't think this is going to work." And that's fine. That's really legitimate. Doubts and questions of really useful things, but you know, oh, it's never going to work for me. Nothing's ever going to work for me. That doesn't work. And that, yay, I'm so excited. You know, I'm so pumped. That forceful energy, it it has con over the long term, it has quite negative consequences for us. And so I found that it was really necessary to find this neutral, peaceful, kind of natural energy and I get way better results that way. That is so wise. And I see what you mean, right? Cuz uh some people might even say that when they hear neutral energy, they may say, "Oh, isn't that like a boring life?" But I think you clarified it for us, Sarah. Right. It's like there's peaceful positive and peaceful negative. It's not like you don't feel anything. Yeah, it's not. It always sounds like that. It does sound boring. And sometimes people fight with me about it. You know, my my my students, my clients, they fight. I mean, it's really good to be emotional. It's like, well, you haven't tasted what it's like to not be emotional because your creativity is freed up. Your capability and capacity, your special abilities, you know, if your energy is very neutral, you start to be able to do very powerful things that you can't do with emotion. So all of your intuitive senses, your subtle senses come online as your emotions calm down. When you have emotion, your subtle senses are actually really blocked. So what actually opens up is a whole world of ability and um capacity like the ability to do things from solving problems to creating the business you actually want to create rather than the one you're usually struggling with, you know. And the way the ability to deal with really serious problems sometimes because we do have them and to go through those with kind of just like so much more ease and peace and almost a kind of enjoyment actually. So um it's a very different life but it's definitely definitely I I would never swap it for what I had before. I think a lot of people nowadays seek peace. I think people are waking up to the understanding that more doesn't mean better, right? And uh enough is a goal for many people now. But what what does enough mean? Uh the the visual that came up for you, Sarah, as you were talking about all this, it's almost like we're in a vehicle, right? And this vehicle is how we go through life. And it's okay to have the emotions in the car with you, but do not let them take over the steering wheel. Like they they can scream, they can talk. Let them do that. They're part of the journey, right? and you want them there, but don't let them take over. You do have, you know, we have challenges that make us emotional. Um, but yes, you absolutely don't want your emotions driving the car. You don't want your emotions driving your life for sure. It's not it's not about suppressing them or getting rid of them. That's the other thing I had to learn very strongly. I tried, as so many of us do, I think, to get rid of all of the bits of myself that I don't like, all the characteristics, all the bad habits, you know, all this stuff. I tried so hard to just eliminate and, you know, whether I tried to purify myself or um just kind of focus on positive all the time. And the more I did that, the more I found I actually really needed to face the negativity and the negative emotions and the dark spaces inside me. And I became much much stronger when I did that. So I stopped trying to cut off all of that stuff. I don't hide from emotions like I used to. I used to just suppress them. I didn't want to feel anything. Um but you know it's very different. Neutral energy is very alive. It's very activated energy if you like. It's a very responsive and it's kind of very connected with life. I love that. I love that. Um so speaking of emotions right like you know people get very emotional of money they can and I think many of us either used to or now are carrying deep inherited beliefs right around the scarcity of money around struggle with money um what do you think we can do to heal those patterns well it's impossible not to think about scarcity um if you believe everything that you're told about money. So you actually have to change your understanding of what money is. So when I came to understand that money is an energy of love that is so different and then in my book it says money is unlimited. It's not really saying you know there's I mean there is infinite money in a way. It's not really saying there's infinite money just take it you know go and win the lottery. What it's saying is that all your ideas about how money works are faulty and you've misunderstood this very powerful energy which is the energy of manifestation and the energy of materialization. It's the energy that brings an idea into reality. It's an energy that we are tapped into all the time. And if we don't understand that, we will carry on with the beliefs and the mindsets that we've had. But when we start to relate with money and then relate and understand this is a relationship of love genuinely and start to explore what money is from that perspective that changes actually it changes everything inside you from there you begin to be able to relax about money. I teach people literally relaxation. I teach people to relax every single day. And as they relax, they find themselves relaxing about money, too. And of course, being tense and worried about money doesn't make money. It it doesn't it's not a good solution if you if you have any financial challenge, the last thing in the world you should really do is worry and get stressed because it just makes you contracted and tight and your mind goes crazy and you don't come up with good solutions. When you relax, you're open. Your meridians, your energy channels open up. You're more receptive to this beautiful energy of money. And when your energy changes a little bit later, usually your physical reality changes. So if instead of thinking I'm not going to be able to manage this, I'm not going to have enough money, it's never going to work, which is all pushing money away, you say it's okay. I can relax here. I'm going to find a solution. And you you you can literally feel the change in the energy. And you can feel how, oh, now I'm receptive. Now something can get in. Now if somebody offers me something, I won't say, oh, no, I don't need that. I'll say, oh, thank you. Right? That is profound by the way Sarah because some people might think relaxing means doing nothing right there's a association to the word um but what I'm hearing is relaxing is creating space is creating room for creativity for innovation for receiving right abundance and and that makes a lot of sense actually so uh I'm curious if you can share an insight or two like how can our viewers actually start relaxing more in their lives in the right way? Well, I could if you want I could do like, you know, three, four, five minutes of just show you how you do it right here and now. Would that be a good idea? That would be fascinating. Thank you for offering. Yeah, I think that's better because most people, you know, if I say, "Well, you need to relax." Everyone says, "Well, I know how to relax. Maybe I go and have a glass of wine or I go to the cinema or I go on holiday, right?" But it doesn't necessarily produce you more money. Very different. Yes. I agree. I agree. Um so I am really just talking about very ordinary relaxation in a way but you know I spent 22 years training with Chinese masters and relaxation was the foundation of all that training and being able to receive energy. So I think when I talk about relaxing although it's a very kind of harmless little word it is something a bit more. So if I show you um we'll do a relaxation for money and um so you can maybe feel the energy of money here as well. I think that's the best way. Thank you. Okay. So, I'm going to invite you to close your eyes and sit very comfortably. Just let let your body relax. Breathe into your lower belly. So, your lower belly expands when you breathe in and contracts when you breathe out. It's very natural breathing. and relax your lower belly and your lower back. You start here because it's right in the center of you. Let your whole system relax. Relax your mind almost as if you're creating some space between all the words and the thoughts and the pictures that are in your mind. Relax your spine and your neck. and your head. And now your body is beginning to relax. This is very simple physical relaxation. And as you relax, your energy channels soften and open and become more receptive so that fresh energy flows through them. So you're receiving fresh energy which is flowing through your body. That fresh energy will clean out old energy that you don't need anymore, old ideas, old beliefs, old thoughts. And with the fresh energy, there is money energy. The money energy is all around you. It's inside you. It's always present. The money energy knows your thoughts, your feelings. It knows when you say, "I really want something." It also knows when you say, "But I can't afford it." So, the money energy is listening. It's very subtle. It's very beautiful. It's very present. And it's responding directly to you. And as you relax, it will respond more and more directly. As you relax, you feel more positive, more enjoyment. You're more open to the energy of money. And that's how you open yourself literally to receive more money. When you're open, you love your life more. You want to create more. You enjoy more. You make better decisions. You create more value for other people and for yourself because you're receiving this beautiful fresh energy and you're open and receptive to the energy of money. So let's just take a moment to feel the quality of the energy of money. It's present here. It's present with everybody who's listening and watching. Maybe you can feel, you can sense actually how relaxing it is to be open to this energy, how natural it is, how beautiful money is, how money resonates with your soul. This abundance and joyful presence and sweetness This is an energy that is worthy of love and attention and it's beautiful to receive. Okay. So there's a little introduction to the energy of money directly making its presence known here. Wow, that felt so good. Yeah. How did you experience that? Felt really good. I So first of all, when you said to clear the the meridians, let the new energy came in. I could really feel like a flush, you know? like it's almost like relaxing, opening up my meridians and my energy points. And I felt that flush from the top of my head down to the bottom of my spine and into the earth. And it felt invigorating. It felt like woo, you know, fresh. And then when the money energy came, it was like a maple syrup colored light. Very specific cuz it's not golden, but it's like brownish, right? Right. So, it's like maple syrup, like light maple syrup, you know? It's like maple syrup type of energy coming. And it was it was that's why I was smiling when you said sweet, cuz I'm like, "Yep, that looks sweet to me." But it felt so refreshing. And I I truly, like you said, I felt more creative. I kept ideas actually about new campaign ideas and product ideas coming up and I had to park them because I'm like, "Okay, put a sticky note on that. I'll get back to that later." But like, wow, this is so easeful. Thank you, Sarah. That was really fun. And I'm sure my the viewers are enjoying this as well. So, you guys are And you can feel how it's kind of like that really is the energy of money. That's not, you know, I'm not playing games or making something up. That really is. And that really if you could access that more often and then more often and more often as you become more sophisticated in your business and all the things you do, you can really see that's a very good um friend to have. Truly, truly. I feel like this is something that is applicable for whichever stage of life you're in. You could be starting out, you could be, you know, trying to get a raise. You could be um growing your business and if you stagnated, I really think this exercise and even your way of relaxation can allow um new opportunities, new creativity, new innovations to come in, right? And and just allow money to be with you. It's it's really like a calming friendly presence. Yeah. And I guarantee you that there will be some people who just from listening to that will get some kind of financial result. Something will happen unexpectedly. Um and so many people, you know, if people want to get a job or they want to get whatever it is, the first thing I always teach them is just to relax, you know, relax before you go to an interview. And it makes people come back and say it makes the most enormous difference because of course you're better when you're relaxed when you go for an interview. Of course, you're better when you go for a business meeting with this opportunity that you really want. If you're relaxed and calm, it's like, "No, I've got this. I'm fine. I don't need you." Um, you know, instead of, "Oh my god, I've got this has got to work. If this doesn't work, I'm in trouble." It's just such a different energy. Right. Right. You know, this this really correlate to uh one thing I've observed, which is even stage fright because I don't think it's a skill issue. I've had friends before who practice, let's say, for a piano competition, right? And he just kept going and going and going. He was practicing like an hour before he got to, you know, the stage, but he got on and suddenly he fumbled. And I don't think that was a skill issue. So, it was more like his state. It's about the energy and the flow cuz I I found when I used to go on stage, my knees would shake so much they would all almost knock into each other. And a few years ago, I remember um I had to do a speech at a conference. And in the moment before I went on the stage, I felt like all the things that I thought I'd planned, I didn't want to do. So I stood on the stage and I played a video to begin with, which is a very beautiful video. And from that moment, I just said what what came to me to say. And I didn't have a moment of shaking, of nervousness, of anything. It's just like I'm here. I'm doing what I'm doing. And um it's so it's so nice to feel like that because you feel very present. It's not like, oh, I don't care. It's completely the difference. It's like I'm alive. I'm completely in my skin, in my place, present with every single person in this room. That's wonderful. And I'm sure it also requires uh learning about this, right? You don't just go and do it the next day. Guys, if you're listening to this, right, it's not like just do it the next day. You have to I have to tell you, actually, I have to tell you the real the real truth about that. Please, please, if you do a relaxation like that just before you go on a stage or just before you do an interview or business meeting, it probably will very much change that meeting. But, you know, you have to build the habit like what I found is that money is not all about just like win-win win-win win-win. um it's not kind of like it's portrayed because as I got better at it, I took on bigger challenges. I wanted to create more. I wanted to do different things with it. I didn't just want more and more and more and more money. I wanted to do creative things with money um and in business in and in the world. And in order to do that, you need to grow all kinds of abilities. And so at one level still to this day the most important thing I do is relax about money, relax about everything that I'm doing. It's the core skill that I practice every single day and teach. That's amazing. And at the same time, the skills and the abilities that you learn as you become more capable with money are far more interesting than just more more more to me. I love that. I love that. So, you know, for people out there who are still trapped in the myth of, you know, they need to work really, really, really hard to deserve money. Yeah. What would you tell them? Because what I'm hearing is that you have almost like an opposite way of approaching this. Well, that's a really interesting question that you put there actually. It's kind of like two pieces. One of the things I teach people is actually literally is to work light instead of working hard. Working light is another form. It's it's really an approach to relaxation. It's a kind of structured relaxation. Um and when you work light at the when you do that working light practice at the beginning of the day, you your work is completely different. Like it's so much lighter. You can get so much more done. People help you more. Things drop off your list. You thought I had to do this. So he's like, "No, I don't have to do it." So that's nice. Yeah. Yeah. That that that's um really nice. And then um with the my mind's going a little there's another piece to your question. Can you just remind me of the question because there's another piece I really want to pick up? Sure. Sure. Yeah. It's about people who are still uh in the belief system of um the need to work really hard to deserve money. Oh, it's the deserving piece. Yeah. So, so the other piece is about deserving. Now, it would be really nice if I would just say, "Of course you deserve money. We all deserve money." But I'm actually not going to say that. I'm going to say I don't think any of us particularly deserves anything. But we we can create things. So, if I feel like I deserve money, that actually creates in me a rather entitled kind of position. It's like I deserve it. Why isn't life giving it to me? Why aren't you paying me? Why don't I get paid more? Why doesn't money pour into my lap just cuz I started a business? It's actually a really bad attitude. But the truth is, I don't deserve money. Money is all around me. It's here. The energy is here and it's physical money, you know, is also everywhere in the world. But what happens if I create value for other people so that they want to pay me money? Now I'm powerful. It's in my hands. I make choices. I make decisions. I can get better at it and make more money if I want to. I can create more value for more people and make more money. That's a completely different energy and it's a much better energy for human beings. It's more dignified. It's more powerful and it's something you want to grow. I love that. It's a completely different game. Yeah. Yeah. But it's the real game. That's the game that you know you can feel. It's like, oh yeah, that's a game that literally like it makes me stand up. It doesn't make me like I've got a weak spine. Oh, I need people to help me. Oh, I'm a victim of this. It's like, no, it's up to me to take responsibility for the money that I want to create in my life and the good that I want to create in my life for other people that's going to bring that money to me. And it speaks to our purpose. It speaks to our spirit. You know our spirit becomes strong. It speaks to our natural desire to grow our capacity and our ability and our contribution and that speaks to our fulfillment. That's how fulfillment happens. Can you unpack that a bit? What does fulfillment mean for you? It's kind of feeling full like like in our soul, right? Yeah. Yeah. Like fulfillment for me is at one level it's a very ordinary feeling actually. Like I don't like this. Oh, I feel so fulfilled. That's not my style at all. So for me, fulfillment is like I'm the right person. I'm in my right skin. I'm in the right place. I'm living the right life. I'm I'm here. I'm just here. I'm doing what I'm doing right now. I'm talking with you and I'm enjoying it. And that's fulfilling for me. So fulfillment is for me that just that feeling of this is life. I'm in my life. I'm living. I'm just being who I am and doing what I'm doing. I don't have to be filled with joy. I don't have to be filled with peace. Like there's such an array of different things that I could be experiencing. Right. Right. Feeling right in myself. I'm in touch with the essence of who I am. I find what's funny is as you are in this presence, Sarah, and you're being fulfilled, right? The joy and the happiness, it comes to you as a byproduct. Well, it's sort of for me it rises up from inside me. Mhm. And it's very gentle. It's Yeah. So, I don't have to go reaching out for it, but it's it's kind of like it's there and it's present and then it just sits. It's like it sits beneath the surface of everything and then I don't have to have that like, oh, I'm so happy because I'm happy actually. It's like it's quite ordinary. That's a beautiful state by the way. I think I think a lot of people are are taking this away as uh a really big lesson here because I think a lot of people chase the equation of I'll be happy when or I'll be happy when I hit this milestone or but then they will have a new milestone after they hit that milestone. There's always another. I look I in my life whatever I achieve within a day there's something else literally I am just life is like that life never stops and it's always kind of it's always evolving so there's always more so yes I I think that and the other thing is I'll be happy when I get it makes it very difficult to get it because actually when you're happy if we come back to relaxation when you're happy you're relaxed you're open you're enjoying you have all the conditions for manif manestation that my book that money taught me. But when you're like, I can't be happy until I've got this. So you you're tense, you're worried, you're trying, you're striving, you're trying to force it, that actually makes it harder for you to get this. So better be happy now. It's like, okay, I'm going to be happy anyway. And wow, it's actually more fun making the money at the same time. Right. Right. And and this kind of does remind me a bit of a law of attraction, isn't it? That when you're in that state of openness and happiness that you attract more. Well, it's obvious, isn't it? Like it is just more attractive. But also the thing about attraction what what what people sadly often get taught with the law of attraction even they get into this kind of forceful like too much emotion which is a forceful pressure and actually that pushes things away and that's why lots of people try very hard and don't get great results. Like some people get fantastic results because they get the attraction. But if you are just like that kind of calm happy, you can feel like my energy is not pushing things away because I'm so hyped up. So when my energ is neutral, this the sort of the the flow actually just brings things in in a really natural way and I don't have to work at it. Um I I I need to be alive with it. I need to, you know, I can't just drop it and say I don't care, but I don't need to work at it. and strive at it in the way that I think we so often do. And even, you know, I've done a lot of I've done a lot of striving a lot. That's very wise, Sarah. Very wise. Thank you. You know, just a bit older than you, I think. Just just a bit just just tiny tiny. Um I'm curious, Sarah, I also know that you have um done work around and teach around the idea of true wealth, right? like what what is wealth? Uh I'm curious how do you define wealth these days? Actually, I wrote a sentence here. I was in a long conversation yesterday um probably with some people who you know because they're organizing this summit and we were talking about it and I and I wrote down in my book living in alignment with my values and my essence. So why is that wealth? Because what money is all about value. It's about what you what you value is what you pay for, what you buy. And creating value is how you make money. So money is all about value. So when we live by our values, we make money by our values. We create value by our values. So not only are we making money, so we're gaining that piece of wealth. And I'll say a little bit more about wealth, but we're doing it in a way that feels aligned with us. When we do that also in alignment with our essence, we have that fulfillment that I was just talking about. like I'm me. I'm not having to be somebody else or pretend to be somebody else in order to make money, which is a very uncomfortable feeling and is definitely not thriving and is not wealthy. Like if you feel that the cost of making money is that you're not living in your own life somehow you're living somebody else's life, you don't feel wealthy. You always feel that something's missing. So what I did when I started thinking about true wealth is it it came because I was thinking well if you have lots of money but your time you let's say you you don't have enough time you're always working really hard you don't feel wealthy so clearly money is not wealth it's a piece if you don't have enough money and you can't pay your bills you definitely don't feel wealthy too so money is a currency of wealth so I started looking into currencies what are the other currencies of wealth so time is clearly Like time is a currency of wealth and that doesn't mean that you want to have necessarily as much time as possible but how rich are you in the way that you use your time. So are you creative? Are you doing things that are fulfilling? It's not like am I sitting on the beach all day um looking at the surf which is kind of the Australian idea of is it okay? I see. Totally. The Australian dream is, you know, to retire at 55 and go to the beach and surf. Get very, very bored because if you have too much time, that's not rich. That's not wealthy. But time, an abundance or a richness in your experience of time. So that's a currency. And then I thought, okay, so you've got money, you've got you've got your time sorted, your time is working well, you're making money, but you don't have good relationships, for example. You know, you could have that if you're a property investor. You you you could get a lot of time freedom with property investment. You could be making good money. But let's say you you know you don't have good relationships. Does that really feel wealthy? No. You feel lonely. You feel you don't belong anywhere. That's not wealthy. So relationships which are the foundation of business. Of course, business is just relationships really. So relationships is another currency for me because you can you can grow the currency of your relationships and they also actually interestingly help you to grow the other things. Good relationships will save you time, will make you money. So, it's not just about your family, it's also about your business relationships. Having a richness in your business relationships is so powerful in terms of growing all forms of wealth. And then I thought, okay, so you've got money, you've got time, you've got relationships. These are all working really well. But you don't make good decisions. You don't feel aligned with your purpose. you you make a I mean I I hear often these days of very successful business people who've probably exited their business for millions of dollars and then they wonder why they were doing it. It's like their kids say to them why what have you been doing all your life and they suddenly realize it's like oh my goodness I was just making money selling widgets. So wisdom was my fourth currency. Um because if you don't have wisdom, you don't make wise decisions. If you don't make wise decisions, none of the other things are going to work very well. Wow. Now, some people would say well-being is also um a currency. I don't count it as a currency of true wealth because for me, well-being is the foundation of everything. Wealth arises out of well-being. Well-being is the foundation of wealth. If you're not experiencing well-being, it's impossible really to create wealth. So well-being for me is a foundation. Wealth kind of. So well-being is like this. It's like a maybe like a bowl. I can't do it very well. Oh, okay. Okay. As your as your well-being grows, what do you want to do? You want to create wealth for yourself and other people. You want to contribute. You have this generosity. You want to create more well-being in the world. And you get re rewarded for that with multiple forms of wealth. Wow. That's beautiful. And I assume, right? And I assume Sarah you mean well-being in terms of physical, mental, emotional, spiritual. I mean like in each one of us there is a place of deep well-being which is I I call it the well of being and very often when I say that people can feel it. Can you feel it? The well of being there's something in the way you phrased it. Yes. Yes. Can you unpack that a bit? Yeah. It's so the well of being is a source code to well-being to your well-being. It touches you directly into this. Wow. It's kind of like in the formation of life in creation itself. That's where the well of being is. So in the formation of us as a part of life, we're formed actually in well-being. Now we can experience all kinds of things. We can get sick and we can have problems and we can be miserable and all of that. But in a funny kind of way, that's the game we play in life. But the true foundational well-being, the ground of well-being always exists inside you. Ah, that is profound. Yeah. And that when you touch that, you don't think about mind, body, soul. You don't think about am I eating enough vitamins. Of course, you'll eat better food. You're going to make better decisions. Of course, you're you're going to exercise your body cuz it doesn't feel good if you don't. Of course, you're going to do all of those other things. But you're not driven by I've got to I've I've got to take care of my well-being. You relax. You rest into well-being and then you make decisions from there. And naturally, you make wealthier actually decisions. So well-being is is a really beautiful thing. That is an amazing model, Sarah. Thanks for sharing. You're you're such a wise and fun person. I had some hard times and whenever I have a hard time, something amazing comes out of it. Oh, okay. Like I'm sure you relaxed into it. Eh, I relaxed into it and sometimes ask some pretty tough questions. You know, I was having a really hard time about a year and a half ago. That's when I start that's when I discovered the well of being. I really really needed more well-being. And look, you know, I I I've been working with energy for 30 years. I know how to take care of my well-being and my energy, but I needed more. And I just asked, it's like, please, you know, show me. And I was just shown this is like the well of being. It's like, oh, that's it. It's here. This is it. This is well-being. This is true, deep well-being. And I went from there. That's beautiful. I'm curious, what are some fun wise ways you're using your money and your wealth nowadays? I don't I don't know if it's wise or fun. I So, it's a funny it's a funny question for me. So, um one thing I did a few years ago was I actually bought a farm rather than a house. Um I mean, we have a house on the farm, but um that that was an interesting thing for me to do. And actually at a purely financial level, it was a really good decision. We bought it in the first year of COVID and um it's literally doubled in value since then, which is kind of amazing and not something that I did it for in any way at all. So that's kind of like a nice additional bonus, but it does mean that I live like I'm looking out at a lake and trees and birds. Oh, I'm not looking at the birds, but you know, I'm surrounded by nature. I heard the birds though. saying, "Yeah, I love I just love being able to work like this." You know, I'm talking to you wherever you are. Um, Japan probably. And here we are. And I have, you know, I'm just at home and surrounded by the trees and the fields and all of that. So, that that's um it's just so nice. It's just so nice to have that. But the other thing I I have another business and so ever over the last few years pretty much every spare dollar has gone into making that other business. So that's sometimes fun. I mean it's very fun in what I'm trying to do. Um but it's challenging as well, you know. So I don't I I'm not if you take on a challenge sometimes it really costs a lot of money and um so you have to so I invested in that. Um, and it's very rewarding and sometimes it's tough cuz starting a new business is tough and you know it's been really challenging as well. So when you that's why I laughed when you said fun. Um, it's like yeah that's not exactly the word I would use to describe it but I'm absolutely clear about what I'm doing and why I'm doing it. So I see I see. Where can people learn more about this uh projects? So that project is on a website that's called bright greens.io. Um yeah, it's a it's a it's it's it's more about a way of using money. It's like I wanted to create an example from my book. I wanted a business that was an example of you know a business based on this relationship with money and this understanding of money rather than um you know just another business to make money. It's like money's teaching us something here that's so powerful and so profound. How do we take that into business? What are the new models that arise out of it? Yeah, and that's what I really appreciate about you, Sarah, is that you're someone who leads by example and you actually brought so much success to so many people too. So, you know, uh looking forward to check it out more uh on your website. It's bright green.io, right? Bright greens with an S. With an S. Fantastic. Thank you. So, Sarah, I'm curious as we're wrapping up the segment. Uh I I wish I could talk more about or respect your time. Uh what is a word of wisdom you would like to leave for the listeners today? There are three words um all of which I've mentioned in this conversation. These three words are the key to your relationship with money. They're the three words you're most likely to forget every time you have a problem with money. But they're the most useful words to remember. I wish I had I have a mug which has them written on. I would hold it up but it's not here right now. So those three words are these are easy to remember. You can write them up on the wall somewhere. Relax, enjoy, love. [Music] They are actually the key to your relationship with money. If you can relax, enjoy everything that you're doing and love. Love your life, love money, love yourself, love whatever you can love. And don't be fluffy about it. No fluff, no kind of out there, no just really genuinely relax, enjoy, love. Money will work better for you. That is a beautiful wisdom. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. And we're so grateful you make the time today. I learned so much. I'm definitely going to put more relaxation into my life now, attract more abundance, and uh you know, I I'm I'm so looking forward to sharing with you the results I get. So, you know, thank you. I'd love to hear them. And thank you, too. It's been really, really fun. Actually, doing this interview has been really fun. Awesome. Okay, that's the fun thing for the day. Awesome. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, Aligato. Alato, Arato. And uh we want to send you tons of my love as well for you. And uh I look forward to hearing how um your new projects go as well. Yeah. Thank you very much. Thank you. I don't know about you, but I felt that Sarah's words went straight to the heart. And I love the fact that she brought up about relaxation because normally people talk about wealth, they talk about money, it's always having a bit of a chasing energy, right? And she just invited us to relax into ourselves and open up so that we can receive more more wealth, more opportunities, right? more happiness even in terms of how we lift the world and you know what the world responds to us. And I think the fact that knowing money wants to connect with you makes it so much easier to open up because to open up is also to trust. And so I want to invite you all I'm curious what is something that you guys want to open up to today? If you relax into your presence, what is something speaking or calling to you? Are you sharing the chat? Now, next we are about to shift into a very different energy because uh our next speaker comes with a very dynamic vibe, but it's going to be just as powerful because our next speaker has spent decades studying how emotions, thoughts, and energy influences money, happiness, and success. So I'll just uh have him come um on on the stage first and then I'm going to uh impress all of you with his bio. So before I uh read his bio uh please welcome Avinas Ananda. Yay ainas. Thank you so much. Thank you so much. Thank you, Ken. So, I'm your student and my uh also my you are my brother and uh we have been such a uh you know I feel very close to you. So, and I try to look like you so I get the charisma that so that's that's what I want to do. But before uh we go into it, let's just uh blow people's mind away. So uh is it okay if I read your bio? Short one. Okay. So uh I th this your resume is so uh amazing but you so friendly. So when I first met you, you um you know another happy Indian person maybe that was good otherwise I felt very nervous about you know but you became uh very close to me in my heart. So uh since then I always uh think of India as a very friendly place. So thank you for changing the the image of India too. Thank you so much Ken. You know that was such a introduction. Sometimes when people read out my profile I'm also listening and I'm wondering who is this person they're talking about and then oh they're talking about me. Let let let me I just came up with something right now. I want to share that with with the your audience also and all the friends who are listening. Ken Ken for me K is kind. You are a very kind person Ken. your humility, the the way you speak, uh uh you you uh emanate uh niceness and kindness. That's K. E is energetic. I love your positive energy. Okay? And N is knowledgeable. This could be one thing or N could also be now. you're in the now, you know, and a lot of your philosophy is also about being in the now, not worrying about the past and not being anxious about the future. That's fantastic. Thank you. It means a lot to me, especially from my, you know, Indian guru who teaches about happiness and abundance. You are the perfect guest for us. And before we go into uh details, I think people cannot stop noticing about your rings. Can you can you show us how? Wow. My each one looks very expensive to me. And uh that do do they have any symbols or how do you wear those thing uh rings in your fingers for one? Yeah. Go ahead. Go ahead. You look like a king of India. Uh I I strongly believe every one of us should feel like a king or queen or a prince or a princess. But uh nothing to do with the rings. The ring uh is actually something uh that came to me because my mentor since I was 10 years old I was mentored by a gentleman called Rushiki Kumar Pandya who was a friend of my father's and he was one of the pioneers of the human resources development movement in India. Uh so he used to wear these rings which were very you know big and you know uh used to like wearing them. He was a musician too. So I started with that. they remind me of him and then later people started asking me about the rings. So I started collecting them and each one has a beautiful story but broadly when we say namaste in India uh each of these fingers stand for something. So namaste if if you don't mind uh doing this with me can I would love for you to to repeat this after me. Yeah. Namaste. Uh could you repeat this? I feel what I feel. I feel what I feel. I think what I think. I think what I think. I say what I say. I say what I say. I do what I do. I do what I do. And I want what I want. And I want what I want. No. So we have wanting, feeling, thinking, saying, doing. And I don't have another finger. So I put it here knowing. These are the faculties of the mind. And uh most people want something else, feel something else, think something else, say something else, do something else. So they're not integrated. The message that uh uh I have through the workshops that I do and the coaching that I do is to get aligned. So if we say I feel what I think, okay, I think what I say, I say what I do, okay? Or I feel what I say, I say what I think. or I think before I say I do whatever I say I do what I want now even if you can't do what I do at least you remember the rings ah yeah I think people overwhelmed and you know like like wow who's this guy you know so you and also thank you for the kind words and I think the same words back to you like you the second you showed up on the screen people feel warmth and people feel relaxed and something exciting is going to happen. You're like a Harry Potter movie. You're like a Harry Potter movie. You know, one of the characters who do magic to us. So, uh let's go uh dive into this happiness and wealth. You know, you've been talking uh you've been teaching about happiness and leadership for 30 years. I just want to know what is the connection between being truly happy and being financially successful? Oh, this is uh Ken's uh message to the world. Uh from what I have read of your book, The Happy Bunny, and uh uh from our exchanges and our conversation, we are completely aligned on this. The uh more important thing is happiness. And most people put happiness after success. They say when I achieve this, when I achieve this money, then I will be happy. when I get this I'll be happy. Whereas what we say is that we have to be happy first. If you're happy first, if you're grateful first, if you have arigato first, then that energy will automatically attract to you more and more financial success. Okay? It's the the attitude of abundance, the attitude of gratitude. Happiness becomes the powerful positive energy that fuels us towards more and more success. When we're going towards success, sometimes things go our way, sometimes they don't go our way. But when we have the happiness, it remains as a fuel or as a magnet. It attracts to us all the powerful, beautiful, lovely people that we need to move ahead. Uh and finally, why are we doing all this? It is for happiness. So why not have the happiness first? That's that's the relationship I see. Instead of keeping happiness as the reward of of earning money or success, why not keep happiness as the uh joy that we carry along the journey towards making more and more money? Then we can get success, we can get financial wealth without stress. I see. Wow. Thank you. Thank you so much. And you've been teaching corporate people. uh so I've been uh only doing individual uh what would be the difference between teaching corporate people and also individuals uh like entrepreneurs I think people are the same essentially see I've been teaching uh from people from 30 countries and uh 15 days in the month I used to be in the eastern part of the world and 15 days in a month in the western part of the world mostly teaching people from corporate companies including CEOs uh people who have built the company from scratch, some people who were very highly qualified and uh people from different levels of management and I found that although there are cultural differences, the cultural difference one of them is this people in the west are always asking me more about eastern spirituality and asking me about finding inner peace and people in the east are always asking me how do you make money in America know and you know how how uh how can so they're looking at the outer success, they're looking at inner success, nobody's happy. No. So, so while there are differences in culture, while there are differences in levels of uh of experience and seniority in corporate world, all people are essentially the same. They all have a mind and the mind is messed up. Okay? And the mind is always hungry for something they don't have. Okay? So, uh they're different, but they are also similar in that sense. So I wanted to come up with something that will answer the questions of uh of people from both sides of the world regardless of what they're looking for. So we did a lot of research and uh I have a team we came up with an entire system called metamind alignment uh which is about happiness but not a happiness by running away to the Himalayas or by just doing yoga or meditating but happiness by living in the real world. How can you be happy while uh having a boss? How can you be happy while running a business? How can you be happy while having a wife or husband? How can you be happy know uh so how how can you be a lotus? A lotus is the symbol of India, flower of India. Lotus in a muddy pond. So the pond may be muddy. It may not be perfect. Nothing is perfect. But despite things being imperfect, the lotus remains pure. The lotus remains happy in that sense. So how can we have some practical happiness and make it last sustainable? That became the quest. So what I decided to do then about a year and a half ago I was thinking you know I've done all this corporate work should I retire or should I do something bigger? So we I've trained only 1 million people so far without the internet. Uh we need to take this to 1 billion now using technology also. 1 billion 1 billion 1 billion care and we do it together see I'm from India here we have numbers you know every every uh you know 6 seconds a child is born so numbers are no problem hi my friends did you hear this uh I've heard people uh saying like I want to impact pe you know one million people I've heard often times and then you have already done it and then you said you want to impact one billion people I don't know how any zeros he has in billions. But I'm so impressed. You're very kind, my friend. Very, very kind. I, you know, with this mental health uh issues that are growing, the World Health Organization says that like you had the other the virus, the epidemic, the COVID. uh there is very soon going to be a mental health epidemic where every family in the world is going to have at least a minimum one person who has some mental health problems. This is terrible. So uh I decided you know at the time when the when the covid happened uh I have a team of 40 trainers who go through a training with me uh with my organization with my academy to to become a trainer a behavioral trainer. So all my 40 trainers could not travel. So we were all stuck in one place and then I decided to start using technology a little bit. Uh I found a very interesting thing. My my father uh died at that time. He he passed away and I said that okay I've trained 1 million people. Uh how can we impact the world in a greater way? Uh why is it that negativity is going viral on social media? Why do we have these viruses that are creating the fear? Can we not make happiness go viral? So that's the mission right now. Let's make happiness go viral. Wow. Wow. Amazing. And you know a lot of people say that but they don't know how to do it. They haven't have a good uh tracking record but you do it. You have done it. So I'm so uh I can really see that you're going to do it. So it's a coming together. It's a coming together of Ken and Aiu. It's a coming together of people with similar uh uh vision or similar mission. And then there's the systems that we put into place and I think it works beautifully with uh with individuals like you Ken who's doing were doing so much good in this world. When you keep yourself aside, you know, we we have this uh saying in India, which is a Sanskrit saying for the world is one family. Namaste actually means a coming together of recognizing the divinity in the other person and bowing to that divinity. So when I everybody does something for me, I we talk about a I but we're talking about authentic I I myself. Okay. But can I include you? Okay. Can we come together? The more we in inclusion we talking about the more we include the other as part of I. A leader is not one who takes charge of people. A leader is one who takes care of those in his or her charge. So if we take care of you like I take care of I we can make it happen. Yes. You know I just did a lot of math uh while I was uh listening to you. So think about it. If we like each one of us, you know, is doing 1 million and if we have 1,000 of leaders like you and me, you know, there will be 1 billion people. So, absolutely hard to do it alone. But if like a thousand of us just get together, I think we can accomplish 1 billion easily. Yes. Wow. So, you know, I'm I'm always excited whenever I I we have a chat here and there, right? So what's amazing is that how come uh you have such great high vision. Were you like a a very special child um growing up? Um I think I was very very blessed. Uh I come from a refugee family. Uh at the time of the uh the the partition when when between India and Pakistan, my family was from the Pakistan side. really and they had to run away from there because there was a lot of violence. My father tells me stories of when he was 10 years old they were sitting on top of the train and the trains were coming with so many people know running away from all the violence and the bloodshed. So my family started with nothing in India. uh both my my father and my mother of course they didn't know it each other when they were young but uh they come from that background and so the values have been mostly on education and hard work and honesty these are the basic values that we've grown up with so we found the only way for an entire generation in India to reach some degree of financial success was through learning through education so uh based on those values we grew up and uh I I was very lucky to have some excellent teachers. I found my mentor at the age of 10 who mentored me for 30 years and uh I learned from some of the best minds uh in all over the world and then uh applied what I learned and uh I think that's that's the best message that I have for anybody that that worked for me. I'm sure it will work for others. So those values the the traditional Indian values of inclusion of giving and of learning uh this is what uh I think has made the difference. So in that sense I'm not so special uh because a lot of the people uh in my country have gone through a similar thing. Wow. Wow. Amazing. And uh but I'm I'm sure there are millions of people who were in the very tough situation and they kind of stayed the same. But you stood out from that are a hard uh group of people. Uh why do you think you could come out from the hardship and then you you just keep shining? I think it's a it's a combination of uh uh the upbringing and the ambition. uh my and my parents uh uh the uh I always used to uh you know when when I used to do something I used to do it very differently and I always used to ask why not why can't we do it some other way uh so my father was a person who used to always break the mold and from him I learned why not and from my mother I learned why so everything is very scientific mind and she says why is this like that? Why is so I got the why and the why not and from my mentor I got the how do you do it so with the combination of with the blessings of the people who I learned from uh I think it's a combination you know the notes are the same we have dori fascati in music or in India we call it samai the seven notes of music but still today even the notes are the same new music is created with the combinations right So I think each one of us can create who we are with the combination. I had exposure in in the west. I had exposure in the east and uh a quest for for doing something that will give answers to everybody is is what began and I think whatever I do is a result of that. Wow. Wow. Wow. You know whatever you say kind of like it's sinking sinking it deep in in me. So thank you for that. So um I was an introvert Ken. I was an introvert. So I used I I prefer even today to read a book uh quietly leave me alone listen to some music you know I'm happy I don't need much. So I had to train myself to be an extrovert to be on stage. I had this dream when I was 10 years old which I got the dream I got from my mentor. I said I want to be like you. He said you work hard. So I worked very hard and soon I reached a stage where I go into a country somewhere in Europe and I see big billboards a shaandanda leadership happiness guru the guy with the long hair in the rings and I have audiences large numbers of audiences in front of me. So after I got my ego satisfied, I say wow, now I'm I reach somewhere. But then I asked myself how long does this motivation last? You know, Zig Ziggler said motivation is like having a bath you need to do every day. So even though I'm talking to people, I'm motivating them. I'm feeling happy. I'm earning money. They're feeling happy. But does this last? So that's when I began a research. Uh my sister joined me at that time. She's a psychotherapist. She's an instructional designer, educationist. So she brought the scientific rigor into this and we did research with about 450 different sources including uh I was a faculty for a Harvard business school program uh studied neurosciences looked at positive psychology behavioral economics from the west then in the east advita vanta yoga meditation mindfulness and we've created a system where we put together all of this and it's working beautifully it's so powerful Wow. I think you're talking about metam mind alignment. So can you say elaborate Yeah. So metam alignment is a system of human potential optimization or to keep it simple how to be your best and happy self. So we say that the way to be happy is not to uh to take a break but the way to be happy is to live in the world with your challenges but develop your capabilities. So I have this program uh one of the retreats I have is called uh meta skills for leadership excellence which is coming up right now in June uh 134 15 we're doing a retreat in Mumbai. So uh the the focus there is uh what are the 10 meta skills? A meta skill is a combination of mindset and skill set. So what are these things that we need to learn to be able to face life's challenges to navigate through life's challenges? Uh inner world and outer world. How can we take charge of all this by taking charge of the mind? So we have a program called master your mind. So metam mind alignment is a system that we can install in our mind or in the mind of a group of people maybe a family. We work with families, we work with teams, we work with organizations. So develop that way of operating uh which optimizes your uh potential which maximizes your positivity. Okay, that's the system we have and we found that if you do that more and more success happens. Wow. So, uh it's not just for uh executive and leaders. It can be any regular people a person the youngest we had is 6 years old and he gave a lecture to 250 uh kids on happiness. The oldest we had is 82 years old. Uh so yes it works for everybody. Uh so which is why now it's so exciting that we've opened up these workshops which used to be only for corporate now we open up to the whole world. I'll be launching an online course by the end of this year which is called master your mind. Uh so that online course we're developing 400 trainers. So we want individuals who have a similar kind of thinking to come on board very quickly get uh uh align with us and get certified as a master your mind trader. We're looking at about 400 trainers in the next one and a half years. I mean all the numbers are here like one or two digits more right but I think for you it's a regular days. Work very hard to create that. See, I I look at it this way, okay? When you take up a huge goal, uh if the mission is to make the whole world happy, even if we die trying, no, it's still a beautiful life. But if the goal is small, then uh uh we're somewhere limiting ourselves. So, might as well dream big. Yeah. So when I uh when I first uh uh started writing uh books, I said I'm going to sell my books to 10 million copies and people are laughing, you know, and and one of the CEO of a publisher said asked me, Ken, do you know anything about publish business? And I said, no. And he was laughing laughing hard. And he's the one who published my book, my first book. Investing. Yeah. He said, I'm going to invest all the money I have for you. And then he published uh my first book and uh we sold 100,000 copies and the rest is a history. Uh my book sales are now reaching 9 million copies. So one more one million to go. It's a lot of work but I'm after hearing a speak like selling another million is like piece of cake. Oh, okay. I'm telling you we got a fish where the fish are and the fish are all over and the the what we're giving the fish is what the fish want. Not we we don't it's not it's not bait for the fish you know we don't want anything more the more we spread this joy through the knowledge uh the more I think the faster it will go you had 8 million copies when I met you last year and you already have 9 million so your next million is going to happen very soon Ken yeah I think so you are an inspiration Ken you're an inspiration in your country and I really uh want your message also to go all over the world because there's so many people just waiting to to to get what you have and to value what you have. So thank you and Ario to you for all the good work that you're doing. Yeah. Thank you so much. You're making my work easier. Yeah. And also I'm so happy to be part of your work and I'm so happy to uh help you train the trainers in Japanese language too. So I think that would be fantastic. That's fantastic. Yeah, we'll have lots of fun in Japan too. Okay, so let me get back to the question. So you talk a lot about emotional mastery. How does emotional intelligence help people make better decisions about money, work, and life purpose? Emotional intelligence. Okay. See, emotional intelligence is uh about the mind. Uh every human being has a mind. We know that. Now, leadership is also about the mind. Because when you are a leader and you're leading other people, you are leading other minds. So we're talking about influencing the minds. It's so beautiful your question because uh I came across the field called behavioral economics. Uh behavioral economics for those of your listeners who are not aware of it uh is a is a subject in the cusp of psychology and economics. Okay. So in fact uh Daniel Kahaniman who wrote a book called think fast think slow he won a Nobel prize in economics although he was not an economist he was a psychologist so it is our mind if we optimize our mind we can make more money the uh although money is something physical or appears to be there it is an energy which is what you also say you believe that don't Yes. So it's it's the it's about how we can use our mind. Emotional intelligence has four components since you mentioned that. Uh two of them are about the self. It is awareness of our own emotions and regulation of our own emotions. Then another two are about others. Awareness or sensitivity or empathy about other people's emotions. And the next one is how do you regulate or or influence other people's emotions? Okay. Now all of these things for example are connected with every area of life including the financial area. So I look at six areas of life. Three inside and three outside. The inner areas of life three are mind, body, spirit. The outer areas of life are work, love and money. Why is money separate from work? Because there are a lot of people who work very hard but don't earn money. There are a lot of people who don't work. so hard but they earn money. They're different areas. So getting knowledge about these areas is very important. Uh our inner world influences our outer world. So the better our mind, the more we master our mind, the more we fill our mind with the right kind of thoughts and use it well, the more money we can make. So the higher our emotional intelligence, the better we can deal with people around us, the better we can manage our own mind. Because if we don't manage our emotions well, the emotion uh comes from Latin word immobile which means to disturb. Emotions can disturb us. But emotion can also be emotion. Energy and motion. So whether we want it to be energy or whether we want it to disturb, it depends on the quality of our emotional intelligence. M so if we are going after money but we have you we're driving the car but we have the handbrake on it means that somewhere we are blocking ourself so which is why we need to do I love your concept of uh money wounds we have to heal from the money wounds as Ken Honda the famous Ken Honda says okay so that is the answer to your question you have the answer yourself my friend yeah thank you your explanation is so deep so I really appreciate you for that. That's great. Thank you so much. So, uh the next question is how can people bring more meaning into how they how they earn money and how they use their money so that wealth becomes a joyful experience and not just a number in the bank. Lovely question. uh I would uh you know I I uh have created these videos now because I wanted to make it like a Bollywood movie you know the course online course that we're creating I'll just share I'll share one scene with you from there and we'll connect it to your question so in one small video so we made these 5 minutes 6 minute videos with a learn journey some questions they answer after that made it into like a four month long online course so uh first we talk about happiness then we talk for success. So I'm sharing with you very quickly one video. I come in a Rolls-Royce. So we shot this in Dubai. It was very exciting. I come in a Rolls-Royce. I get down from the Rolls-Royce. I walk towards the camera. There's music playing you know and then I say uh what is success? Success is not like this Rolls-Royce. Now I point to the Rolls-Royce. Success is not about you know buying buildings like the BJ Khalifa behind me is in Dubai. I say success comes first with happiness by knowing yourself having that positive energy then you can use that energy to get more of all these other wealth and then you enjoy the journey. So the example I give is like if you are walking towards the sun it's just an example an analogy uh the shadow will follow because shadow is behind you okay so going towards the sun is happiness it's about knowledge self-awwareness being stable within yourself the shadow is your wealth your money and everything else that you want but if you turn your back towards the sun and you try running after the shadow you will never catch it or you will be stressed So keep your priorities right. The priority is your clarity, your self-awareness, your enjoying the journey, your values. Then the money becomes more enjoyable. Otherwise, it just remains like a like a number in the bank. So the question I say I tell the camera at that time in the video, I said that you may ask me why I brought this Rolls-Royce. You know, if it's all about happiness, then why you buy this car? You know, it's like monk who sold his Ferrari. I would say the monk who really gets happiness will buy more Ferraris. So I said the car is just an analogy for a few things. The body of the car stands for potential. There are six Ps. Body of the car is potential. So every time you increase your potential, you're upgrading your car. No, you can go from one model to another model. The steering wheel is purpose. Your question purpose. The four wheels are planning, passion, people, persistence. So there are six Ps. But very important is your purpose. If your purpose is linked to your potential and you are aligned that with your passion, you align all these wheels, then you will enjoy the journey. Then it will not be just about the number in the bank, but it will be a joyful life. uh where it's not about stress but it's about about uh glowing I I say it's grow glow give grow your potential grow yourself all the time keep becoming a better person when you grow you will glow and when you grow you can give that it's beautiful cycle I could really feel the energy so thank you for that it's if it's if you read uh transcript you may not be able to get it but I now I really felt it so thank you for just sending you lots of abundance energy for us I I'm sure people are receiving it okay so the last question if someone wants to be both happy and wealthy but feel stuck what is one small shift they can make today to move in the right direction so I would suggest uh the first shift that they should make is take charge of what they what diets they have. I'm not talking about the food diet, okay? I'm talking about the mental diet. Uh we have to be leaders of our own mind. But this is very big. Oh, leader of mind sounds very big, you know. So, can we start with a small thing? Can we stop any negative thought from entering our mind for 7 days? Take a small challenge that next time go on a positive mental attitude diet is my suggestion because we don't allow uh junk uh people to throw junk on our face. So why do we allow thoughts negative thoughts to come into our mind? Next time a negative thought comes into your mind can you say please I'm on a diet right now please come next week. Okay. I'm not telling everybody to change completely just for one week. Just control the thoughts that come in your mind. Uh convert it into positive thought. Uh don't say anything negative to yourself about yourself. Don't say anything negative to other people. Anything bad happens, just keep it positive. If we can do this for one week, I guarantee you the shift will happen big time because then we can make it into a habit. And when you see that happening, automatically the inner world will reflect in the outer world. and there'll be more wealth coming in. So we stop saying negative things to ourselves. We talk to ourselves at the rate of 600 words per minute. We need to start talking to ourselves positively. Okay. So instead of saying oh no I cannot do it. You say I can do it. Oh no money is not coming. Money is coming in abundance. So take charge of the mind and if uh they break the the diet by mistake something negative comes in 5 seconds if they change it it's okay. suppose they don't realize then I would suggest start the seven days from that day okay and with your 50,000 people uh who are listening right now or maybe more uh they should get back to you again and if anybody does this diet well we'll give them a special surprise as a gift seven days 7 days no negativity that's all okay thank you so much and uh um I just I keep asking all the guests uh about their dreams and what they're planning to do uh from now. Uh is there anything uh besides impacting 1 billion people, what would your fun future look like? What would my future look like? Yeah. What would be the fun exciting future looks like? Ah fun exciting future. I'm having so much fun right now and uh and and uh you know they say the best way to uh predict the future is to create it. Uh yeah. So uh I I see things just growing and I think it's I look at it as co-creation. You know I'll share with you very quickly one idea. When I was very young I was thinking about you know who is God. I think whatever we don't know we say is God or is this God is energy is God you know or is this different people in different religions looking at different ways of the same God same energy because we're all human beings. So these kind of questions were going on in my mind as a speaker when I was very young and uh I said okay let me think that my life is my company know my business and uh God is the chairman because God is supposed to be big he knows everything uh and I am the managing director of my company it's in my mind as a small child because I started working when I was 17 years old I conducted my first program so my business grew very big I started a business at that age and it grew very big and then it crashed something happened. So I said maybe the system is not good. So I said okay God you know more than me you become the managing director. I will become the chairman I will just say what I want you make it happen. Okay it went beautiful this company went even bigger then again something went wrong. I said man this is not working. So let's become partners. So we became co-creators. So now I don't push myself to do anything. We do it with the flow with the energy. Okay. So the energy does something, I do something, we work together. So I think it's all about alignment, all about coming together. Okay? When we work in alignment with our own natural self, with the energy of the world, uh we have fun all the time. And with this fun, we create a bright future. So I'm already enjoying life. Okay? I'm already doing what I I'm very blessed to be doing what I love to do and just looking at how to scale it further and further and learn along the way uh in going to areas I've never gone to before. We also do a kind of Robin Hood kind of thing. We take big money from the companies and we do a lot of free work free work for orphanages, old age homes, uh the physically challenged people. So there's a lot of work to be done and the more people who get involved, the more exciting it is. Great. Thank you so much. I'll be so uh I really want to be part of your uh movement, you know, from now. It'll be a blessing. Yes. And then it'll be quite fun if I can bring you to Japan. People will just get get a kick out of your learning and then wow because it's a totally uh different way of thinking, you know. So you're not really the western person and also your uh Indian philosophy is very different from Japanese as well. But yet there's so much in common that we can really relate to. So uh for this one this summit is being viewed by a lot of uh Europeans uh north central South Americans and Asian people and of course Indians too and Arabic countries. So and Africa too. So all the people can really resonate and I think this is a great time that all of us are living a very similar life and we have we have we either have smart you know iPhones or uh Android phones and we use Apple you know Windows and and and what's so impressing about you is you conquer all the platform people right so so that's why you're so successful but we uh living in a very uh similar lifestyle in India in to in Japan. True. Very true. So, uh whatever you teach will really resonate with so many people in the world. It's so true. Uh Ken, because if you look at it, most people also have the same fears uh have the same when has this when the same fears the the content of the fear may be different but the fear is there. For example, rich man is afraid of the the taxes or maybe his money somebody stealing it. Poor man is afraid where's his next meal going to come from but they still afraid. Uh the mind is always anxious and worried about what's going to happen. So anxiety is a big thing. A lot of people are feeling very lonely these days. So while yes we are all similar in some way and it's becoming more and more even the negatives are becoming similar and the desires are for mental peace in inner and outer so because this is because of the similarity uh it's possible to create a similar kind of a solution which I believe we have so we're setting up franchise offices in all over the world and taking on like-minded people cuz I have a scalable way to help people uh without asking them to change their core beliefs. So they can still have you can still like you said a lot of what uh my philosophy sounds like is different from maybe Japanese or different from maybe European but we look at commonalities and uh we find that if they based on scientific principles and if they are practical people take it on and they use it. You know everyone wants to be happy. So if you show them easy ways to be happy, people will take it on. Today even a dentist is paid more if he is painless. So we have to make this learning as painless and enjoyable as possible. So there's a lot of jokes, a lot of activities, a lot of experiential uh learning that happens, not just talking. So it's very exciting. Yes. I you know our time is almost uh up but I I want I I want to invite you back or we can do something uh so we can go deeper about happiness and money and especially before your online course you know um uh starts I want to do some kind of promotional like lecture together because it's going to be impacting a lot of people uh in in in very deep way so I can really feel that today. So thank you so much for sharing your vis. Thank you so much. Thank you so much. Yeah. So is there any lovely being with you kid? Yeah me too. So is there any final words for all the viewers? The final words for the viewers I would say is uh you know we have uh uh mind uh we need to take charge of our mind and there are three ways in which we can do that. Uh we call this the meta mind. These three these three principles these three ancient principles for activating the meta mind and each of us has this one is objectivity. Objectivity is don't be so involved in something that you lose yourself and forget who you are. Even your thoughts are not you. You have thoughts. Be objective. Be a witness. See things from a little distance. You'll be able to see clearer. Ownership. Ownership is don't be just a spectator of life. Get involved and take charge to make things better. So it's not only about thinking everything will be okay. You have to also do certain things to make things better. So take ownership. Most people blame. Don't blame. Take responsibility, ownership. And the third is only love. Love others. Involve others. Don't grow at the cost of others but help others to grow. You know, HP high energy level participation. If you have only love, you'll be more respectful. If you have ownership, you'll be more responsible. And if you have objectivity, you'll be more truthful. With truth, responsibility, and love, I think the world can be conquered and our mind can be cleaned up. Wow. Um, whatever you're teaching uh is so simple and it's so easy to understand, yet it goes so deep energetically. So I'm just experiencing something so unique and I haven't really experienced uh before. So I'm sure people are just uh who are watching this can you know uh feel the same way. So, uh I know you're doing a lot of corporate work, but you're going to open up uh for uh individuals, entrepreneurs, uh too, right? That's right. I've already started that. I've done about four retreats so far. These are small group mastermind sessions where people from all over the world, they come down to one location and they share the energy, they learn a lot and we keep it as customized as possible at the same time with an overall theme. So they go back and they can take this energy and use it for their lives, for their families, for their companies or wherever they go back. Wow. I like to be definitely part of your mastermind in the future. So that'll be fantastic. Look forward to Okay. Thank you. So thank you so much and uh your contribution is means a lot and thank you for uh saying yes to this mastermind and with such short notice, thank you for coming on board. So, I really appreciate you and see you soon in person. Thank you so much. Look forward to that, kid. Appreciate it. Byebye. Namaste. Wow, that was like a master class in success, in energetics, in emotional intelligence, all wrapped into one talk. Thank you so much, Abin. And I love the fact that you iterated how money really doesn't come from hustle. We're transitioning away from the hustle culture right now and people are more aware of the importance of alignment, of fulfillment, and of having actually a life that they want beyond just money. And it really comes from internal coherence and energetic alignment. So reminder that your thoughts, your emotions, and your words, they are all energy. Every single word that we say to ourselves and to the world is a frequency. So I'm very curious everyone. What are some words that you want to shift starting today? You know, what are some words that you no longer want to say to yourself? And what are some words that you want to start telling yourself every single day? You almost want to like get a notebook and start writing all these, you know, phrases that came to my mind as I was listening to Abinina and Ken's conversation. Very curious. Can you share in the chat? Now, speaking of alignment, what do you think happens when the energy of your home and your space is not aligned with the wealth that you desire? I remember meeting our next speaker and after just one glance at my Zoom background, she was like, "You have to fix that." And she, the thing is, she doesn't just give advice, right? There's so much advice in the world. She actually helps people transform the energy in their space and that's what she's known for all over the world. It is none other than Marie Diamond. She is one of the world's most transformational teachers and a global authority when it comes to energy and funue. Now I'm half Chinese. I grew up hearing fune all the time. But I really love how she was able to turn such a sophisticated system into more easily digestible gems of wisdom. You've may have seen her in The Secret, Mine Valley, um, and many other stages before. And her work obviously includes, you know, time with CEOs, Hollywood stars, and even royal families. So, you're in for a treat. Now, she is publishing a new book called Your Home is a vision board. So if you are very curious about that, do check it out. Today though, she's going to show us all how the energy of your home can either be boosting or blocking your ability to manifest the wealth and prosperity that you want. So please have an open mind, have an open heart, and let's welcome Marie Diamond. I am so excited to invite my next guest. She is my dear sister to me and she is my idol, my mentor. She whenever we um uh spend some time together, I always learn something from her and uh I probably don't need uh the introduction for her but she is a globally renowned pens master, energy healer and transmission leader. You know she was in the uh one of the stars in the secret you know Barry Diamond already. So, uh, let me just bring her, uh, to this happy world summit. Mary, thank you for coming. Thank you so much, Ken, for having me here. I'm so honored and so excited to be with my brother. Yeah, thank you so much. I think you are the one uh that I uh actually see uh more often than my real sister who is in about uh 3 hours away from me. But I bump into you in Estonia and uh Frankfurt and uh London and Paris and where LA and LA at least like uh eight different locations in the past two years, right? Yes. Correct. Yeah. Yeah. I meet my sister once uh once a year or so. So definitely meeting you know uh you're my you're I'm meeting you more than my real sister. So, whatever uh we just meet uh we kind of catch up with uh what's going on and um there's always some like wow Mary that's great moment that you're doing your TV shows and your new app is coming out your new book. So, you're always like a very interesting beautiful flowers that bloom each time I see you and different colors. Thank you. Yeah, we're always continuing sharing and improving ourself as teachers, right? To make bigger impact and to share more information with the world, you know. Mhm. Yeah. So uh uh there are so many questions I I love to ask you about uh your of course your uh specialty fue and also your concept as uh your home is a vision board that is like very exciting one because you're combining the law of attraction and also this fuual energy. So um let me just ask you about uh what you do internationally. So Kenya because you're doing so many things can you explain from your from your own words? Yes of course. So yeah for more than 30 years I want to really help people to enlighten them to really go to a next level of their consciousness. And so next to meditation techniques I really understood that uh after studying funue that most people were missing out on a really harmonious environment. So an environment that's aligned with their vision is aligned with their goals. And so after studying funue intensely and being a classically trained funue master and also bringing together manifestation and law of attraction and so understanding most people have this missing link in their manifestation um power is that they don't really uh see that their environment is representing onethird of their good luck to manifest. And so most people focusing on a good mindset. They are looking at how to improve their actions, but they don't always look at their space that is around them. And that's why I brought these two aspects together. And that's what I talked about in the secret also in my newest book, your home is a vision board that just came out where I really bring together the law of attraction and fune principles. And funu principles are probably more known in the Asian world than the western world. But it's all about how your space can create flow for you because funue means the flow of the wind and the flow of water. And we all know when we in a beautiful space, we feel good, right? And then we have other places where we spend time and we feel we're off. There's like not a great vibe. And so, but if we could create our space to align with our goals, to align with the vision we have in our life, and that is what I've been teaching for the last 30 years. And um and now I have, you know, millions of students that are following this work and see their life really improve um to make sure their goals are really manifesting faster, easier, effortlessly both in finances and success, health, their relationships can improve, but also their spiritual growth. Yes. So uh I want to thank you for that. I want to go uh deeper into this uh space thing because uh we are heavily influenced by the the power of uh this space and you don't need any psychic abilities to feel wow this feels good you know you probably all the people feel good at certain places and all the people feel like this is not good place like when we go into restaurant like this doesn't feel right sometimes we shut the doors right so what is the difference between the uh space that has good energy and the space with bad energy. Yeah. So, you know, like you said, we are all sensitive to the energy, but we don't always know what we can do about it. So, energy that is positive or space that is positive when we are in there, we feel just um relaxed. We feel in harmony. We feel like, oh, I would love to stay longer here. like our body and our mind and our heart feels really good there. And then spaces where that it's not like this, you know, it's perhaps there are stagnant energy. We don't always know why. It could be colors, could be the images that are around us, could be that there's not enough sunlight coming in, but we feel somehow we don't want to stay there that long. We feel like we we don't feel at ease in that space. Yeah. And so, but we know we can really improve it. So, funue is really finding principles and solutions to improve any space that you perhaps don't feel good at to really improve it. Yeah. And so it's all about enhancing the energy of it, you know, and we can enhance the energy of a space with, for example, putting crystals or making sure there's more sunlight or that the colors are different or also the images that we have there, the statues that are just different. And so also the way we position ourself in the space can make us feel better in that space or not. So, we can really use techniques to improve any space to make it feel better for you. So, and I think it doesn't cost like millions of dollars to do that, right? No, no, it doesn't. And so, you know, I'll give you an example like the first thing I always suggest to people is look at the space that you're in and first of all, try to declutter that space. Yeah. or organize the space that you are in. Um because when you do that and that doesn't cost you money, it just cost you a little bit of time, right? And perhaps a little bit of creativity to change your the things around you and to take away the clutter and to um to organize it in a better way. So that is something that never costs you money. It just takes gives you time but also it just starts feeling better like when there's harmony around you you feel better and so we have seen with doing um tests with the the brain waves that when people sit in a a space that is cluttered they have much more beta brain waves and when beta brain waves are more easier to go in fear to be stagnant to be not concentrated to have less focus when we declutter and we have done tests on that. When they declutter, the brain waves go more into alpha brain waves. When we're in alpha, we're more creative. We're more focused. We are also more optimistic. So, that's just a simple thing we can do is keeping our space tidy and clean and making sure that we don't create an ongoing clutter. Wow. Thank you. Very interesting. One of my uh famous way teachers in Japan said the easiest and the most simple thing you can do is open your windows when you wake up in the morning and let the uh new wind fresh wind come into the room. Uh what would you what would you say for this advice? Yeah. No, this is one of the things I also share with people. It's like in the morning open your window, open the door to get to chi moving because um when we sleeping we're very stagnant when we are asleep. I mean not in our dreams but our body is right. So what do we do in the morning? We start moving. Well let the chi move with you. So open the door, open the windows even going through your house right not just going to the breakfast but go just go through your house you start the energy to move. For example, when people have pets uh like like dogs or cats, they're moving the chi for you. So that's actually interesting, right? Or children, you know, they're moving the chi because a house will be more um flowing when people move through the house. But even at night before you go to sleep, bring in some fresh wind also so you will actually sleep better. So people that never open the windows they actually have a harder time to be focused to be happy. So sometimes in skyrises you cannot open the window but then make sure you are uh creating some wind with some a fan or by even with smells like uh putting some essential oils like for example lavender is very good to clear the energy right. So you cannot clear the energy with the wind but then you need to clear it with a um a perfume for example or an essential oil or even with putting a candle out you know when you lit a candle you do the intention of like I'm moving the energy and that's also help helpful for that very very interesting uh so uh uh the reason why I bought my retreat center is I wanted to light my candles and uh The the thing that really upset me was I was like going to light tea like candle which is very small right and then the hotel people say no because of the potential fire you know it's in a little uh container and then why this lighting this one candle could cause a potential fire to just build burn everything and then I realized I need my own place so I bought the center and because So that feeling I always like we always light at at least 200 candles. So some people say Khonda's retreat center is the castle like a haunted mansion with hundreds of candles. Do you think lighting the candles also bring ch energy? Yes. So a candle stands for fire energy. And so litting a candle and I say that to people when they come home. Lit a candle because and that's what you're doing because you want to bring a lot of people into your space to bring light ultimately. When you lit a candle you create light. Yeah. And so but the more important is that you also lit a candle with an intention. So, not just to like, oh, a little candle, but lit a candle with like um I'm litting the candle for harmony or a little candle for abundance or like put intention into fire. Uh because that it will spread even more. And so I I love candles and but I think people should lit more a candle also when they come inside their house to like set the intention for their space. Wow. And uh I I have this uh just little one silly question related to this. You know there is this electric candle that goes like this. Uh do you think that also works or it the real candle uh is the only one? Well, you know the real thing is always better, right? But um let's be honest, sometimes that's not always possible. And you know sometimes I say to people well if you can't do the re the real thing do at least the thing that is the closest to it right so that your subconscious mind still sees it as a candle because you know our subconscious mind doesn't always see the difference between the real and the fake. So, even for flowers, for example, I love when people have real flowers because that's the wood element. And when you have real flowers, you you're allowing health and well-being, but always uh flowers or plants that have round leaves. But even if you cannot do the real thing because of lack of possibilities, having the fake, your subconscious mind doesn't see really the difference. So I would say do always the the real thing if you can and if not do the the notreal things so at least you're getting in the right direction. Very interesting. So uh you know I have a lot of uh uh real flowers and also some big ones are hard to just do it again. So the big ones I have one two three four five big uh no six big ones like this. So in my uh area. So it it that so that's good that's a good thing. It is a good thing. Now sometimes it can be too much also. It's about the balance right. So for example um we need to have a balance between the five elements water, earth, metal, wood and fire. So if you a house and it's full of plants, it could be that the wood is too much. Yeah. Or if somebody has a home full of crystals and there are no plants then that's out of balance. Yeah. So what is the crystal uh in the element? The crystal is the earth elements. The earth. Okay. Yeah. Because it comes from the earth. It is earthy. Right. So ceramics is another element of earth but crystals represents that. But I always say to people try to balance these five elements. There are can be balanced in colors. It can be balanced in the the fact that they're really there like in a room you can have I'm speaking about the room that you're living not where you're sleeping. So sleeping is always a little bit different but for example a fountain or something blue or an aquarium is water. Wood or plants. Yeah. Or an images of flowers or plants. Yeah. Um earth is always crystals or ceramics. Fire is a fireplace or candles. and metal or metal objects like or the colors gold and silver. So, you always try to balance it. And of course, there's certain areas that are better at it. For example, when you have plants, the best to put the plants or in the south, the east, and the southeast. If you put, for example, plants in the north, you could actually damage your career. So, there are certain wind directions that are good for certain um elements and others that are less good. So that's part of the five element theory that we're practicing in funue. Wow. And uh you know for those of you who like whoa whoa whoa what you know uh I heard there is a nice app and uh that you already have on iPhone. It's actually on my iPhone too. Can you explain about your app? Uh because this is a great opportunity to ask you about this apps and what what it does. So they people can go and download the free Marie Diamond app and so when they go to the app they can find out based on their birthday and their birth gender they can find out what is their energy number. So based on the energy number, there are four directions that are good for you. And so when they download the app, they will get a number between 1 and nine. And then based on that, it will tell what are your best directions. And so why is that important? Because I'm going to show you this is my compass. You will get a compass connected with your birthday. So my success direction is actually southwest. for somebody else that can be east or north or southeast depending on your birthday. What is in the that direction of your success? What you place there is going to activate your success energy. So in my success direction, what's actually behind me um it doesn't matter you don't see it or not. It just needs to be activated. Um I have there my awards. I have there my books. I have there my vision board. I have symbols there that um are representing my success, my abundance. I always suggest to people to put uh your book actually in their success direction, happy money, right? Because so I I sold a lot of books for you Ken because I always tell my students, you know, put happy money, you know, that book because it makes them subconsciously to be open to a happy energy. It's a good way of use of my books. Thank you. I do. That's what I do. Right. And I always suggest them to put the book of our dear friend and mentor Jack Canfield, success, right? because you can put books there, you can put symbols there, you could put biographies of people there. So, anything that relates with your success and so but the first thing is you download the app and the app helps you to go through videos, you know, how to activate and to start with your funu. Wow. Wow. I'm sure the people uh all the viewers are like going like wow there they must be already you know downloading as we speak. Yes. Okay. Great. Thank you. Okay. So I have a a a few questions that I I personally want to ask and I'm sure all the viewers are very interested in. So can I ask you uh questions here? Of course. Hey so many people have heard of fenue but may not fully understand it. Can you explain how fenue relates to attracting wealth and happiness? Yeah. So, like I said, funue is an energy system that has been around for thousands of years in China and in other countries in Asia. And so, what it really is about is to understand how the space around you is affecting your mindset. And so I always say there's three parts of the law of attraction or manifestation. The first part is what we call your spiritual luck is when you are born here on this planet, you have some gifts that you received, some talents, right? So I don't have the talent of singing, but I have a talent of teaching as you have also. I don't know about your singing voice. You never know. I never know. But the whole thing is we do have talents right and if you use these talents you can go ahead and create more abundance for you. The second part of your uh manifestation luck is called your your um human luck. And that is how you as a human being have the right mindset, take the right actions, have the right feelings towards your abundance, towards the wealth you're creating and and you know, you need to go into action for that, not sitting still and not having negative thoughts or feelings. And I I do you know, happy money is all about that, right? And so the third aspect is how your environment, your space, what we call the earth luck, is really going to affect your um mindset and going to affect even your talents to be expressed. And so we need to have a space around us that is supporting us instead of blocking us. Yeah. So funue is really finding ways to enhance that. I'll give you an example. One of the colors of abundance is gold. Yeah. So when we have golden objects around us or gold looking, it doesn't have to be real gold, our subconscious mind will be more open to create abundance. When we for example place um a fountain in the right direction because water is also connect with money in funue and we put the fountain in the right place, it will really affect our good luck for abundance. And for this year in 2025, as we are here in this year, we need to place a bubbling fountain in the southeast area of your living room or your workspace to create cash flow. And that's for everyone. Don't put it in your bedroom because in a bedroom, we do not want to focus on money. That's about love and romance. But just placing the water in the right place. And there's this is a general principle. And of course if you as a funray master based on the the homes and when people moved into the home sometimes we go more deeper in where to place water but what is symbolizing wealth and um money flow. So using certain elements around you will affect that non-stop activating the energy and also that's why I suggest people to know their personal success direction because if in your personal success direction you have the wrong images the wrong message to your personal energy you actually will also block your flow of money and abundance. So why is that? Because we need that whole holistic aspect, not just our spiritual, our heavenly luck, our human luck, but also our earth luck to manifest easier and to manifest faster our abundance. Oh, thank you. Thank you so much. Okay, I'm learning so much. I I I wish I could have notes about I'll watch the replay as as you do, okay, as a lot of viewers. Okay. So the next question sort of you answered it but I just want to summarize uh what you're teaching too. So you teach that the law of attraction involves three parts which sort of you touched your destiny or karma your mindset and your environment. Uh what what is this destiny mindset? You already uh talked about the environment. Can you elaborate on destiny and the mindset? Of course. So like I said the first part and it's every part stands for 33.3%. So the first part is really some people would call your destiny or your karma. So when you're born, you come with some programs already from your ancestors, perhaps from past lives. If you believe in reincarnation, but also there's the gifts that you have been receiving. Like I'm born in Belgium, right? You're born in another country. We'll have some different culture background that will help our destiny or perhaps not help our destiny. I don't know. But ultimately, my destiny was not to stay in Belgium. My destiny was to go and live in the United States, right? And in France and in England. So I had a whole other destiny than most people. So your destiny is something that is unfolding, something that people can tap into uh through meditation. They can tap in through for example reading, astrology. So they're finding ways even numerology to to understand what is their destiny, what is their karma. And so we learn from that. You know these are gifts. These are challenges sometimes that are given to us and by learning about it we can uh do better. We can improve ourself. Yeah. The second part like I said is the um the human luck and this is the mindset. Of course this mindset sometimes comes also from our ancestors right from what our parents have taught about to us about money about life about relationships. I mean I remember my mother always said to me you cannot have it all a lot of money and a beautiful husband. I mean it's a weird thing right? So I was like so I attracted a beautiful husband and I I was like okay I cannot have it all. I cannot have a lot of money till I understood this was just an old saying an old program till I said no I can have it both. you know, I'm 35 years married with a beautiful husband and I can have a lot of money. So now I've changed that. Congratulations. Yeah. So, but the whole point is that you're you're you're getting the mindset sometimes from your ancestors, your culture, sometimes that you make up yourself, you know, through fears that you have about certain things. And we can change that, right? And I know you're an expert in that in that field to really change your mindset and how important that is. But it's not everything, right? And so we also need to understand that we express that mindset and we express that destiny also in our environment. So people that sometimes have a um a very poor mindset when they then look at their space, they have a lot of clutter. Yeah. or they have images around them that tells that they are having um a poor mindset. Um I remember this one woman and she had everywhere a image of um harbors with the boats were stuck in the harbor. So I said to her, "Well, do you feel that um you know there's never enough money for you?" She said, "Oh, everything is stuck for me." But she had like 10 images of stuck boats, right? So I said, "Why don't you take that away? Let's put images of boats sailing like there's movement, right? So things that are progressing, that are moving." And so she did that and she we put a fountain in the right place and she started feeling like she could gain more money. And then because of that change of mindset, she started thinking about ideas that could create money for her. So sometimes we cannot change our mindset because our environment is telling is expressing what we had before. So by changing our environment, our mindset start adapting and so that's why funue and mindset are so connect with each other and that's when I come in somebody's home I can read what their mindset is. I mean I just have to look around them because like I said your home is a vision board. So what your mindset is, you have been reflecting it outside your space. And so if you change your mindset and you don't change your space around you, you will go back into your old mindset. And that's what I've experienced so many times. Even people that are single, for example, and I check how many images of single people they have in their home. Sometimes I'm just blown away. And I said, well, you have been giving yourself permission to stay single all the time. Do you want to stay single? So, you have to ask yourself your question, um, is this who I am? And the second question is, do I want to stay like this? Like, do I want to change? Do I want this in the future? And if you feel like, "No, I don't want to be single," then take these images away and put images of couples and family and and so change that three-dimensional vision board that you have to support your mindset. Yes. Uh you you remind me of a fun story that uh that this is uh marriage counselor. She said, "If you want to find a a partner, just uh buy two pillows, you know." Uh so that that that is a message subconsciously that you're going to have somebody on your bed. Is that also changing your environment too? Yeah, that is also true. And so when people are just having a small bed, right, with one pillow on it, they're saying I'm just there's just space for one person. But you need to go beyond that, right? So I just had a person that she said I finally bought a bigger bed with two pillows. and she hadn't had dates for 10 years. She just messaged me this week and she said, "I had two dates in one week after I did that." So, this you change the mindset. I mean, there's literally somebody just DM'd me about that. But it's beyond that. It's like, is there space in your bedroom? Is there space in your closet? Is there space in your bathroom for that other person? Or everything is so packed that there's no space for that other person to come in with their belongings. Yeah. So, but even if you walk into your space, I is there like um an energy that says you're welcome Yeah. to the space I'm in. So, that is something that I always suggest to people like start thinking a little bit beyond you, you know, yourself. You know, what do you want for your family? What do you want for your as a couple? Just express it. Show it to your space. And because you're showing it in your space, you tell it to the universe. M yes thank wow thank you. Uh another question is that uh you have been so uh super successful but you stay very humble so instead of you bragging about it I want to brag for my sister you know uh I just want you to share you don't need to mention names but I I know personally that you are just uh visiting celebrities homes and uh change their fueway and they become uh like they their uh albums sell so many copies and I think some of the celebrities uh allow uh let you just uh mention their names too, right? So, can you maybe mention uh some of the names or if if you can just what did you do with him or her and then how how what happened afterwards? Well, there's indeed some celebrities that I can't say but there are some that I can and so give you an example are their friend Jack Canfield, right? So uh when I started working with him 20 years ago, he his position of his desk was really bad. So he was sitting with his back to the door. So always first thing you need to do to be powerful to be successful is to set yourself up so you can see the door of the people so people can come into your space to see them, right? And so to have something solid behind you like you have a bookcase behind you, I have a wall behind me. you have a high back chair. You have a high back chair. So that shows you're you're strong. So he was set up the whole different way. So everybody coming in was seeing his back. And so he was trying to sell his book uh 20 years ago, the success principles, and everybody said no to somebody who already had sold 100 million books, right? So and I said, "Okay, let's re rechange you, like reposition you." And so then within a month he got an amazing offer, right? So and he sold, you know, he became a bestseller of course and a classic. But I'm also thinking about um somebody who is a very famous uh hip-hop artist. And I came into his office and everything in his office was related with Star Wars. He loves Star Wars. And I said to him, "But you know that's not your business. you know, you you're a hip-hop artist. Like, where are your your records? Where are your platino records? Where are the images of you, you know, performing on the big stadiums? Where where are your awards? And he said, "Oh, they're in the playroom." So, they had like a playroom where he's playing video games. And I said, "But that's not where you do business. That's where you hang out with your friends." So, I asked him to put everything there. And he hadn't brought out an album in many years. And so um he brought a new album out and it went straight to number one on their Billboard 100 and they nobody expected that and it's because he started honoring his own work. Yeah. And so this is you know how things work like think about our dear friend Vision Lakani from Mine Valley, right? So he was literally um in debt you know every month he was losing money and his desk was the wrong place. He had the wrong images around him. He followed he just literally downloaded my app and followed my app and within a month he gained more than what he had lost in the last 7 months and from there on everything went to a new level and now there's millions of subscribers. So it's part of really understanding your environment and how with simple things I mean changing your desk doesn't cost you money. It's just you need to just do it, you know, that's what it's about. Yes. Thank you. So, related to that, so what are the some uh what are some common mistakes people make in their environments that block the flow of positive energy and about abundance? Well, one of the first is about plants. You know, if people have dead plants or plants with spiky leaves, they actually are creating no vitality. So or low vitality. So always go for plants like I have here a plant like with round leaves. Yeah. So something round or blossoming like an orchid. It's very positive energy or a bouquet of flowers. But the moment the bouquet of flowers fall apart to replace them cuz you have to always show vitality. And it's not only for your well-being, it's also for showing there's wealth in your space. Yeah. So anything dead, broen or spiky or you move it away. Yeah, that's the first rule. The second thing is of course clutter like I already shared is making sure when you are starting your day on your office desk declutter the space. Yeah, when you go uh away from your desk again declutter your space so that you start the next morning in a good way. Right. So these are just simple techniques you can do even before you go to sleep. Make sure you know your your bedroom is decluttered. When you wake up in the morning, make your bed, declutter your bedroom. So these are like you learn to be disciplined about it, but it's part of creating good flow. Another one is mirrors. Mirrors are a huge problem sometimes for people. So when people have mirrors reflecting the bed, they actually create more issues with their health and problems in their romance level because if you have if you're single and you have a mirror reflecting your bed, you're telling to yourself, I am doubling my loneliness. When I know, right? And so many times when people cover them their mirrors, they start attracting romance. When you return in the bed and you have a mirror affecting your bed, you're saying, "I'm going to be interested in more partners." Yeah. So, cover the mirrors at night. And also, your television can be a mirror because it's reflecting the glass. So, cover your television at night. First of all, people about more than 50% feel immediately that they sleep so much better. They're much more less they have less stress when they wake up in the morning. So this is some to-do things that you can do very easily. Wow, that is very interesting. And also if you're interested in uh more you can uh visit her website will give you all all the information and definitely you have to uh read her books. All the you know fun tips here and there I don't know at least like 200 tips are in the in the book right so I think you should definitely read it. Okay I have a one quick question here. How about like a little little thing like this on the on your desk? Whenever I do a a webinar, you know, my my little one this I call her Sarah is kind of like watching over me. And this is so cute. So, what do you think of this foyer wise? Well, anything that really inspires you, anything that makes you feel good is something you can have. I mean, I'm not a cat person. I have actually, you know, I have a little Frenchie right on my desk because I just love my Frenchies, right? So, um I put that there and I actually as I have two Frenchies, I have two small Frenchies. So, it's all about what inspires you, what makes you feel good. Yeah. So, if this cat Sara inspires you and you feel good about it, that's okay. So this is good. Okay. I'm so I'm so happy I don't need to go. Yeah, that's good to know. I just wanted to make sure. Yeah, but I think uh uh what you teach is very uh essential to uh fu system. I'm just curious uh there are some I don't know uh so much about the difference between the Chinese and Japanese and the western. Do they have a I'm sure there are similarities but what what would be the differences among all those? Well, you know, I'm a classically trained fune master in the Chinese system, right? So, okay. Um, so I really practice the Chinese system. So, what I did is bringing more that information in a western way by instead for example using the kua number that's what the Chinese would use. I would use the energy number. So I made the the information a little bit more accessible to the west. I also work a little bit more with colors. Yeah. Because in the western world that is easier to explain things. I don't want people to all have Chinese or Asian uh objects around them if that's not part of their decor. Right? So for me, I try to really I I have a lot of Chinese uh look uh objects and Asian uh beautiful art around me because I love that personally. But it's not for everyone. So I try to make sure in in my book you as a vision board and my other books to use um objects and and colors to come to the same uh reaction to the same outcome but more western accepted. Yeah. And so um that is how I implemented it. But I used the the traditional principles of funue. But for example, if somebody would say, I can't do a a fountain, then it would say, well, let's put something in aqua blue because aqua blue is a color that we can use for that. Or if somebody say, oh, I would love some romance, but I can't really hang an image of romance. Then I would say, well, we can do the color rose because that helps for you. So, we can actually work with the colors. And I added that to it um because I've seen that is helpful. But um I'm at the same time still teaching my students and practicing flying stars. So the time funue and the water dragon formula and so all the big formulas of a Chinese system I keep using. So the difference with the Japanese system is sometimes also the the calculation of the numbers is a little bit different. Yeah. Than in the Chinese system. Um there are of course during the years and the centuries that this was brought to other countries um I would say the local funu masters would adapted more to the landscape that is in that area is a little bit different than for example in China. So they would um work a little bit different with the Chinese astrology. They would sometimes use other names. Yeah. uh for example um for example the the the the the cat is also sometimes considered a rabbit. So it's like all depending on the local uh connections but the the core principles I do believe are similar. Yeah. Mhm. M so when you visit Tokyo next time I want to show you around because Tokyo was built uh based on Fenu master uh 400 years ago when there were like 250 years of war. So the the Tokugaw Shogun first built Tokyo in a way that uh the capital will last forever. So uh the Tokyo was kept for 400 years for peace. So uh if you just look at the fenue uh energy work you'll probably find it very interesting. I would love to see that. I was just visiting Versailles, the palace of Versailles with students. And so I was explaining them all the fune and the lay lines and how because of certain colors and the way they positioned the fountains and created the gardens based on landscape fune because the Chinese were already supporting the the the buildings uh because of there were fun Chinese funu masses present at the time of Louis 14th and so that the wealth and the success remained and it was very interesting then the last king of France his funue was totally off based on his birthday instead of having good fune for him it turned really bad for him so I was explaining that it's very interesting but still the people you know millions of visitors are still visiting uh because there's this grandeur and this beautiful energy there so and I like you know the funu master of uh that created Tokyo you know that will be remaining also because they don't think in shortterm energy. They think in long-term Yeah. long-term wealth or long-term balance or long-term harmony and and long-term peace. So, in that sense, that's so beautiful. Yeah. Yeah. Thank you so much, Sharon. So, I'm uh so happy that you joined, but we're we need to wrap up in a a few minutes. So is there any uh final words uh to share for the viewers because uh your teaching your wisdom is uh so much for them. So can you share some words for them? Yeah of course. So, first of all, I want to thank you for allowing me to be with uh so beautiful people here. And I would just say try to start with something very simple in your environment. And it could be starting with decluttering or paying attention to your environment and see like is is this what I want to be in the future? You know, are the images, the colors, is this how you feel good about yourself? And just by simple changes, you can really um make it a much better space for yourself and your family. And so try to bring in some fune. And I I hope by checking out the free app and getting also my newest book, your home is a vision board, stepping into finding that missing link of manifestation, manifestation of abundance or beautiful health. All this will come to you if you start adding more of your space around you. Yeah. Thank you so much, Mary. And uh I'll see you very soon uh somewhere on this planet. And for those so those of you who are watching this uh please make sure you get a book and the app and you will benefit so much from her uh wisdom. So thank you Mary. Thank you. Hey there everyone. How do you feel about your space now that you have listened to Marie's session? Are you perhaps starting to look around and wonder hm I wonder if that object is blocking my abundance or hm I think that corner might be my wealth corner. And honestly, growing up as a half Chinese, I have heard a lot about fune. And I really love how Marie takes all that knowledge and turns it into this easily digestible uh gems of wisdom. So, if you haven't already, I highly recommend that you find out what your personal energy number is because that will guide you to your wealth direction that is most aligned to your being and activate your wealth corner at home so that you can create results faster towards your path to success. You know, a small change in your home can really lead to a big result in your bank account as well. So, make sure that your home is a vision board that tells the universe what you want and that it tells a story of success rather than stress. I'm so excited to have my next guest uh coming. uh he he is one of my closest friends among all these uh speakers and he he's my family member to me and he's the expert and also he's uh one of the causes that uh a lot of people ask me Ken you you look great I lost 15 kilos and now staying just uh this way uh I owe him so many things and he's been my coach he's been my mentor and he's my dear brother and uh I just want to invite you Eric Amse. Hi, Eric. Hey, Ken. So, so nice to be here with you. Yes. I'm so happy that you said yes to this summit. So, thank you so much. I know you're so busy. Uh you're one of the uh busiest speakers uh I know and then yet very generous of your time and and of course, you know, you wouldn't say yes to anything and everything, but thank you for saying yes to this one. You're very welcome. Glad to be here. Yes. So you are the expert on health and but you are also so uh great at public speaking. So you coach so many people, you write many books. So I have so many questions. Um I have 20 more than 20 questions but I want this to be organic. So uh I I try to just put in all the you know questions I have for you. So, Eric, can you uh uh introduce who you are because uh I know what what you do, but right now I want to know who you are from your mouth. Well, I guess in the simplest sense, I'm a I I I was um I'm a South African immigrant to Canada. I grew up in Canada and um uh at some point after school I I found my way into the sort of uh sales and business world and um uh that led to me starting my my first company which was logistics management and barcode scanning and that kind of thing which I I sold uh nine years later and then um and then I got involved in a number of other businesses lots of consulting. I bought a film studio in California and we worked on some big movies like Avatar and Pirates of the Caribbean and that was very exciting and then there came a point where my uh even as a child I'd always wanted to be a teacher but I I I didn't follow that path directly but there came a point about 15 years ago when uh Tony Robbins Company called me and asked me if I would come and teach business for them and uh so I spent a year uh touring around and doing these events with Tony and I just fell in love with teaching and and so for the last you know 15 years or so I have dedicated myself to writing teaching designing programs uh I'm published with Mind Valley I I speak on uh let's say evolutionary biology as it relates to health and mental health and and that sort of thing I speak on uh entrepreneurship and marketing quite often just because I've had the business background and then of course one of my favorite things is communication you know helping people to be heard helping people to get comfortable putting their message out into the world yes I learned so much by just watching you how to speak. And al also not only that, you know, I I didn't know if you noticed, but I've been kind of like, you know, uh stalking you and then like I try to grab any opportunity with you because you're such a um knowledge knowledgeable person, you're like a walking uh uh Wikipedia for, you know, everything. You know, if I ask you, hey, Eric, what do you do? Do you know anything about this? I think you're the only one that I know uh who can beat Chach GBT at least this year. This year. Yeah. CH next year. Chp is going to be beat for sure. Yeah. So you're so knowledgeable about uh health and weight loss and al how our body functions and I think you your enthusiasm for knowledge and wisdom is so big. So that's something uh I admire you most. I I appreciate that. I I had I was very lucky as a kid to have both parents and a teacher that um that uh made it clear to me that curiosity was a virtue and that satisfying curiosity was always a step forward. And and so I've I've always been like that. I'm I'm the kind of person that I can be having a conversation and somebody asks me a question. If I don't know the answer, then I I want I feel compelled to get that answer for them. And I I I suppose over over a few years of living that way, I've you know, I've accumulated some general knowledge here and there. Yes. you know, I and I know somebody who is as genius as you and they tend to go into more uh computer science or AI and I was uh surprised at what kind of business you're in which is I mean at least at the time I I met you uh you specialize in health and also weight loss like oh really you know uh because that could be the area that somebody uh uh else can join but uh of course you're very successful in that field. But why did you choose uh weight loss or health? Well, actually, Ken, this is a really interesting thing. Um, and it's a good marketing lesson that um you might intend to solve one problem, but if you solve another problem really, really well, people will um assume that that's what you do. So, here's an interesting thing. I was never interested in weight loss. It it was never we we never started WildFit for weight loss. That's not what it was for. And what really happened was that I um you know I I had a really significant health recovery in my early 20s and that made me unbelievably curious about food and and the medical industry and all that kind of stuff. And so it just became a a forceful hobby in my life. The one that I could not get rid of. It was I I was constantly curious and and and just reading whenever I could and studying whatever I could. And there came a point when my clients, particularly business clients, would ask me for for advice about, you know, about their health. You know, there many times they were approaching their 40s and 50s and they were noticing, you know, that they weren't sleeping very well and their sex drive had fallen down, they were gaining weight, maybe they were becoming diabetic, you know, and all these conditions. And so I decided at that point to combine my two big passions and what the one being, you know, what we might call nutritional anthropology, you know, like the the the ancestral view of health, but then combining that with my absolute passion for designing uh engaging transformative content. And so I put these two things together and designed our very first Wildfit program. And it was only really designed to help people easily transition to eating well, not go on a diet ever again. That was the idea. You never go on another diet. You you you learn how your body works with food and you and you learn how to um you know change your cravings and your instincts and so on. But as it turns out, if you do that for people, which we did very effectively, um then what happens is a lot of people lose weight, a lot of people reverse diabetes, a lot of people get off medications and so on. But weight loss is the most visible of those things. You see, like, you know, when we help somebody get off eight prescription medications, the only person who knows they got off those medications is their pharmacist. And their pharmacist doesn't like us very much. But but when somebody loses 15 kilograms, they look different, right? When somebody loses 40 kg, they look different. And because they look different, their friends ask them what happened. And because of that, Wildfit became a weight loss brand, even though it was never designed for that. It's just that weight loss is a side effect of a really effective program. And um and in the end, you're right. There are many things that I could have put my attention into that were much more profitable. Like, you know, technology, I've always had a good technology head. My first company was in tech. And you know, maybe I I I uh maybe I could have been like another, you know, as a South African export, maybe I could have done another Elon move and done something big in AI. But the truth was that my deepest passion was about health for mine and and and and and others. And so giving that gift to people today is just what I'm called to do. Beautiful. And you're so generous about sharing your wisdom. You uh you don't work function like okay after this I I need to get paid. you know, you were so engaging with so many uh people very casually and then I think I can tell you Ken I you know and it's funny I was reading Happy Money and I was thinking about it a lot and that is I've been looking into myself about that because the truth is my business manager will tell you she wishes I was a little bit more focused about that you know and uh and it is it's something I have had to thought you know think a lot about but I have to admit that um of all the businesses that I've been involved with mine businesses I've started, bought, sold, uh, businesses I've consulted with, Wildfit was the easiest thing that I ever started because it was a hobby and it took off and it was I mean, it really was a hobby. I I remember, you know, you and our mutual friend Paul Sheiley, he was one of the early early clients that went through the program and he called me one day and he says, "Eric, I I can't find your website." And I'm like, "Who website? Who has a website for their hobby?" You know, and he's like, "No, no, no, no. I want to tell my clients. I mean, look how much I've changed. Look how much my wife has changed. I I want to tell my clients about this. You better put up a website. And I'm not kidding. Like, at that point, you know, we had maybe a hundred clients a year, you know, just a little hobby. I was mostly teaching entrepreneurship and marketing around the world. And then we put up a website and 200 people signed up in a week. Wow. And suddenly we realized that my hobby was actually a business. Now, you know, that said, I I I I I I'll keep reviewing Happy Money and I and and I'll continue to be generous, but I'll also look for the right opportunities to to capitalize as well. Right. Right. So, I think, you know, I uh that is the way everything should go. You know, everything happens organically. And my mentor um Junkyoshida is a king of barbecue sauce. You know, uh Yoshida barbecue sauce. Yeah. uh he's he was a karate teacher and then uh one day he he didn't have a gift back to his karate students for Christmas. uh he had no money and uh he prestig so he came up with uh he remembered his mom recipe for Japanese and Korean barbecue sauce and he just gave out uh like 20 bottles uh in a in a jar and a glass you know and glass bottle and then all the students came back and said oh this is so good can I have an another uh I said hey your teacher has no money you know if you bring some ingredient money for ingredients I'll make them now. He produces 70,000 bottles a day. And yeah, he's built an empire in and in in every Costco in in the world. Uh you should have barbecue sauce stuck everywhere, but it started with only one jar and your story is like that. So it's very organic and and I think uh this kind of story is uh something that people um so love. Yeah, it is. You know, I think that one of the reasons people like stories like that so much is that there there is so much pressure out there to go and do a job that you don't like to make money. And but you know, and and so when people hear about uh people finding a way that their hobby, their passion turns into economic reward, I think people love those stories. But there's one thing I think about that sometimes as well for younger people is that sometimes in order to find out what it is that you really do want to do, sometimes you do have to do some of the stuff you don't want to do, right? Like, you know, I had to go pump gas, you know, at a gas station to learn that I didn't want to do manual labor, right? And so there there's definitely is a balance between that like chase your passion and and and practical reality. Yeah. Yeah. But you know um there are so many entrepreneurs who want to do what they love. You know I I wrote a national bestseller one time. I think I sold about 400,000 copies. Uh do what you love and make sure money follows you. So I've written so many entrepreneurial books in Japanese and uh a lot of people just do focus on following up their passion but they forgot the business part. uh uh from a entrepreneur coach uh can you say something on this? Well, you know, I I think that um you know, one of the difficult things with with entrepreneurship is that um the the traditional path for learning about entrepreneurship used to be to go to business school. And you know and and I mean I I say this I I I want to say this respectfully and there are many great business teachers out there but the truth is that most people when they go to that business school they're learning from theoreticians. They're learning from people who have never actually run businesses. And I I I think that in that sense um what's been really valuable to me and and something that I've loved to give back about was um getting good business coaching or mentoring from people who had had accomplished the results. You know, when I when I and and and like as a good example, when I first when I first got into business, I read everything I could find from Richard Branson. Okay? I couldn't afford to hire Richard as my mentor, but I certainly could read his books, and that really helped me a great deal. I found that learning from entrepreneurs that had been there with their feet on the ground making things happen was significantly more valuable to me than the business courses that I that I took or attempted to take in school. And so it's been one of the big things that I've loved giving back. When I when my business my first business got to about its fifth year, I registered for the Princess Trust in the United Kingdom and I started doing business mentoring on a volunteer basis. One of the most rewarding things that I I could do. Really? Wow. Yeah. Yeah. So that's that's another thing that you have this archetype of uh teacher and mentor. So, do you find it uh uh rewarding for doing it for younger people or is it okay to just just coach older people? You know, it's interesting. Um I I like I find it rewarding in any case. Um what I really find rewarding is it's not about where they're starting from and and so on. It's it for me it has to do with um two main things and that is that it's it has to do with the importance of what they're doing. You know, so if somebody comes along and they're like, "Oh, we we you know, we make um we make donuts and we want you to help us sell more donuts." I'm not so excited about that. I you know, listen, if you want to eat donuts from time to time, but I'm I don't want to be the drug dealer who helps you sell more of them. I I'm not I'm not really interested in that. So, the first thing that has to happen for me is that the business has to be a values alignment for me that I that I that I that I want them to succeed in a major way. And then the other one that really gets me is the trans the transition moment. The moment when everything changes like I'm talking to them, they uh uh you know I I've shared resources with them. I've shared some some and then all of a sudden they're actually taking action and and and that moment when I can see their destiny shift right in front of me. I that's unbelievably fulfilling to me. Yes, I I agree with you 100%. So uh I think that's something we shared uh commonly you know um to help people shift their life right in front of their eyes and I think the uh it's more juicy to see it in action in front of you ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra rather than uh over the zoom, right? Yeah. Yeah. The face tof face thing is uh you know like again look at the end of the day I want the knowledge. So, if it has to be a book, it's going to be a book. And but but but and and if it has to be Zoom call, it's going to be Zoom call. If it has to be a phone call, it's going to be a phone call. But I really what I really love doing when I was working with the Princess Trust is I would actually have these young entrepreneurs, they would actually come to my office and we would meet in person and go through the stuff together. But it also meant that when I wanted to give them an example of something, say for example, how to proceduralize their business, I could walk them over to our ops department and show them our procedures, manuals and stuff. And it was really that made it very tangible and real. And uh so I I you know I like that. But of course given today's world uh you know a lot of that mentoring you know it's digital these days. Yeah. So what are the few keys uh for now because uh we have more SNS and SNS uh and all the other things uh that we didn't have before we didn't have Facebook uh or YouTube or uh Instagram. So right with chat GPT what do you think are the keys for entrepreneurs to be successful now? you know, um it's obviously sort of related to um you know, it's related to the sector they're in, of course, you know, um but let's start with the things that I think are um that that were always important and and and continue to be important. And I think one of the biggest things is is is passion that you that you that you feel an undeniable draw to make things happen. uh you know I I remember seeing Steve Jobs in a commencement speech speaking about this and he says you know if you don't have the passion for it then there's going to come obstacles that you won't be able to overcome because it's the passion that's going to draw you through those obstacles the one of the ways one of the ways I think about it a lot is you know in in in a movie like the secret which so many of our friends were in you know the way they talk about it is you know you uh you you develop a really strong desire for a certain object or outcome or material possession or or whatever it is, and then you attract it to you. And and I want to suggest that maybe there's some truth to that, but that a far more effective model in my in my estimation is that you become so emotionally engaged with the outcome that you're trying to create, that it attracts you to it that you know, it's like it's not that you're attracting the Aston Martin into your driveway. It's that you are so attracted, say in my case with wildfitit, I am so compelled and attracted to help take people out of pain relative to their weight or their diabetes or their various conditions they're dealing with or just frankly the angst they have about food and I just want to end that for them. I'm so driven by that that when when an obstacle happens, I step over it. When somebody gets in the way, I move through it. When something's difficult, I climb it. Whereas, if it was just a job, maybe those things would stop me. And so I think that that that passion piece is really important. And then these days, you know, I think you have to understand technology. If you are not integrating and utilizing effectively artificial intelligence, you're going to get left behind. And I and and I think that that that's always been true. What I mean is is that the people in the in the late 80s and early 90s who refused to accept the internet, they got left behind. But but in that case, the bus wasn't moving so fast. So you got left behind but you didn't really notice really you know and and and yeah but now you you can get left behind like by in a few weeks. And so I think that really um it is very important especially for the young kids of today you know and when I young kids I mean everybody under 30 that that they that they that they really figure technology out and figure out how it's going to impact the industry they're in and how they can utilize it and and implement it. Okay, great. Thank you for sharing that. So in a few words uh what is uh attracting happy wealth for you? Um are you asking me what the theory is or what is doing that for me? Yes. What is doing it for you? you know um what I have found is that um when I am focused on creation and when I'm focused on uh inspiration teaching when I when I put myself in those environments everything gets easier you know it it it seems like that's that's where I get my maximum um that's where I get my maximum say energetic reward financially I I notice that when I struggle or push or, you know, kind of work at it, it it it's different. But like when I say yes to something like this, it's a great example. Um, you know, you're right. I don't have time to say yes to every request that we get. I can't do it. I just don't have time. But I I do my best and and sometimes, you know, I I have people that they'll go, I can't believe you I mean, in your case, you're a good friend. We've known each other a long time. You have a big platform. It's an it's going to be a yes, right? But there are sometimes people call me and they've got a little podcast and I still sometimes will do them. They're like, "Why? Why?" And I go, "Well, as it turned out, I had some time in my schedule and and I want to support you." But I am amazed, Ken, at even the smallest things that I do like that snowball into stuff. Whenever I give, the universe gives back. And and a great example of that is I was invited to go to Dubai a while back and by with a promoter and and as it started getting closer and closer to the event, we realized the promoter hadn't really, you know, they hadn't really achieved what they were hoping to achieve. You've been there. It's happened. and and instead of there being 300 or 500 people, which would be a nice small introductory event for for what I normally do, there were like 30 people there, which is like my speaking career 20 years ago, you know, and uh and and I but I you know what I did is I just I treated those 30 people like they were 300 people or 3,000 people. I went in there, I gave it everything I had. I and and and I had a ton of fun. I met some really great people as a result of it. And then all of a sudden this one woman walks up to me and she goes, "Hey, would you come, you know, would you come do this conference for us?" And, you know, she she she works at a Fortune 500 company. It's turned they've turned out into one of my favorite clients. And and I, you know, and and it's because I said yes. And so I I find that it is obviously we can't say yes to everything. And we have to be very and saying no is very important and there's no question about that. I just feel like when I feel aligned and I get to contribute and give and I say yes, you know, the universe uh tends to pay me back. Yes. Yes. Exactly. Yes. So, you know, I I uh I really enjoy your all the stories you share. So, I'm very curious about your next story which is which could be your book or new project or what you're having in mind. genius. My my my my chach GPT. Uh, one of the things I'm really really passionate about the moment is um something called evolutionary mismatch. And it's it's it's a big topic. It's not your average sort of personal development topic, I think. But evolutionary mismatch is the idea that um that our instincts and our physiology and our nutritional requirements and our mental health evolved for a very different lifestyle than the lifestyle that we're living today. And I would say that almost all of the pain and the suffering and the disease and the mental health problems and the anxiety and the addictions and and and all of those things are coming from that gap what we call an evolution gap. And and so you know if you look at the work that we've done with Wildfit which is now you know touched hundreds of thousands of people in 100 countries around the world and and and and it's earned me all kinds of amazing accolades. I I was given a medal by the Canadian government. I've spoken in the UK parliament. And I mean it's it's it's opened doors for me that I could never have imagined. Um but it's only the tip of the iceberg. Food is only one area of evolutionary mismatch. There's exercise, there's parenting, there's relationships, there's there's social fabric, there's there's the the various things that are going on on the planet politically at the moment. They're all related to that. And so we developed a a a test, an evaluation called the gapfinder. And what it does is it asks a variety of questions in in in core areas of life specifically related to our evolution and our modern way of living. And I helps to identify where these mismatches exist for some for people. Um, you know, here's a silly example. Uh, if you're from Nigeria and you're living in Oslo, one of the gaps it's going to highlight for you is you're probably not getting enough sunlight, right? like it's it's going to help you to see that maybe the reason that you're feeling sad or that you're feeling a little depressed or that your immune system isn't operating so well is because you have an evolutionary mismatch. And that's just one of many many examples where uh where we've got these mismatches and where if you close the gap, you can change your your quality of life so dramatically. Wow. Amazing. So uh your your new book is coming out when? Uh the book The Wildfit Way is coming out uh in September and the Gapfinder test is in beta testing now and that but but it's live and it will be upgraded to a really comprehensive version very shortly and that's at gapfinder.com. Wow. Yeah. So all the viewers get make sure that everybody gets the right information. Wow. Wow. I mean you are so amazing. Every time I see you just you're blowing my mind. Yeah. because I think you're evolving at such a higher speed. You know in in Japanese u there is a saying uh expression for of for a person who evolves so much uh your eye opening after every three three days is a expression. So you're like that. Oh I appreciate it. But I, you know, Ken, at the end of the day, I I I just I'm I'm, as I mentioned before, I'm I'm really very just curious and and I've always I've always been like that ever since I was a little boy. And I I just I um I I just enjoy solving mysteries. And one of my favorite mysteries to solve is why are people in pain? And it's so fascinating because when you solve that mystery, you you you you you have a big impact on people. And I I'm really grateful that I get to do that. Yes. Yes. So uh from your genius uh standpoint uh you must be uh feeling sad or excited about what's happening in the world because uh the human being evolution is uh some people say it's going backwards. You know we're just having more peace but somehow uh we are kind of misdirected again back to this chaos chaotic uh uh place. Now, do you see as a human being's evolution, do you think we are going up or we're going down? Well, you know, evolution is a funny word. If you're talking about genetic evolution, um that you know, that's a kind of a contentious and politically charged topic in this environment. What I mean by that is that I would argue that um I would argue that uh humans um for the most part on the planet are no longer sort of progressing in the traditional sense of evolution. And that's because there's no longer natural selection. Uh what I mean is is that until very recently, you know, there was say 80% infant mortality. And so naturally what that meant is genetic traits that weren't ideal didn't make it. And it's a very harsh world you know and now um you know we don't have that and and so what that means is that the let's say velocity at which evolution moves is you know slower and maybe even in some cases uh you know involving some level of of devolution um which is a you know again a contentious topic but there's also spiritual evolution consciousness evolution and I believe that that is where we should be putting our focus on the moment because we are not going to fix the biological evolution problem anytime soon. And I'll give you a great example. Thinking back to the example I used before, you know, you've got our Nigerian guy who's living in Oslo. So, what that means is he's got very dark skin. The reason he has very dark skin is that his ancestors evolved to produce a lot more melanin, you know, to protect them from the unbelievable amount of sun they had in Nigeria. But now up in Norway, there's so little sun that now none of it gets through. And guess what? He's having vitamin D problems. and maybe his kids are developing ricketetts and it's really tough. So, there's nothing we can really do about that. We can't go in and manipulate his genes and make his skin lighter that, you know, maybe maybe that technology is coming. Let's we'll check with Elon. I don't know. But but the the same thing exists in the other direction. We take my my fiance, you take Kirsty, you know Kirsty, and we take Kirsty who's from Estonia, and we move her to Nigeria. Guess what? She has the opposite problem. We can't just darken up her skin for her. she's got to be careful. And so since we can't fix the biological evolution component of it, we have to bring the conscious evolution to it. And that means if you're Estonian in Nigeria, you need to be careful. You know, you need to not go out in the sun in the in the peak hours of the day. And even in the other hours of the day, you want to be careful and you want to keep clothes on and you want to stay. But equally, if you're the Nigerian guy up in Norway, guess what? You're going to have to take some vitamin D supplementation. you're going to have to get a travel agent and go on vacation to Thailand or something. You're going to have to do something. And so consciousness is where we get to work on closing that gap by combining what we understand about evolutionary biology and the incredible modern innovations that we've created today. And I think if we do it properly, the opportunity is for the very best standard of living that has ever existed on this planet. That's the opportunity that we have right now. Beautiful. So I think uh after health I I I have a feeling that you're going sort of like back to the original place where I think you would go. You know you're I I always look at people by their uh archetype with the gifts and one of your archetypes I see is a philosopher and a thinker. And as you get old uh in your 60s and 70s I I predict you'll be more like a philosopher Eric you know you'll be talking about the the future of humankind you know the so that's the direction after all the business after all the money I think you become like a sage to guide us you know our human being to the new evolution what do you think you know it's really funny I uh um I I I I I think I mentioned it before when I was a kid I always wanted to you know become a teacher and in a weird way I kind of have ended up becoming a teacher and um that said I've always had this idea that my 60s and '7s would be devoted more formally to education and um and and and so recently you know Kirsty and I were sitting having that conversation about what is next for us like what what kind of life do we want to live and what she she basically said what you just said she goes well it's seems to me that you know you're you're going to move into this sort of you know elder phase and and and give back your wisdom and and you know um and and you know I don't know I mean I that all sounds very grandiose to me. I I'm just me and I'm just doing my thing and I'll just follow the next progression and frankly whether I'm sitting around if I'm 70 years old sitting around a campfire with eight people sharing my stories or there's 8 million people watching it on YouTube I don't really care. I just love doing it. Yeah. It's amazing. So I think that's another thing that you and I share in common. You know, I always think of the humanity's future and uh how we can live differently. So I uh I think in your mind and in my mind there are certain ways that if we did this we'd be much happier. I mean I come from a financial background. So if people uh become different uh and also if people had a more transformational uh relationship with money, your life would be so different. So if you if people can relate to food differently and the way that they just think of health, you know, you're just changing massive results. So I think uh we need to do that in health and wealth and also money and know mental health health too. Actually, Ken, it's funny interest you say that. So, when we developed this um this evolutionary the gapfinder test um there's another test that I've been working on years and years ago and we're we're I think we're going to launch it in a few days. Um and it's called the FEQ test. So, like your financial EQ and um what that test does and I think you'd love it. I mean, you know, you're a matter of fact, you're even quoted in the test uh in the test results. And what happens is is that people are given um about 80 to 100 beliefs about money and wealth and wealth generation and all that kind of stuff. And they have to rate those beliefs uh you know how how true is this for you or not. And some of them are absolute truths and some of them are absolute falsehoods but people believe them or don't as the case might be. And so what the test does is it gives them a result first of all an overall score of how positive their beliefs are relative to accumulating wealth. And this measures there, you know, five core emotional areas, guilt and scarcity, financial intelligence. They're all part of that. So then they get a customized report that shows where they are energetically blocked. You know, like, oh wow, guilt is really showing up for you as a problem relative to money. And you know from your book like if somebody has guilt, guess what? They're not willing to ask for money that people owe them, right? And that gets difficult or they're not willing to charge as much as they're really worth. And so that this uh the FEQ test is designed to identify where those blocks are. And then depending on the results, they get a custom PDF that that's specific to them based on their test. And it has certain book recommendations based on their wounds. And I know that your uh your book is one of them in the area of uh I believe it's in the area of guilt and in the area of scarcity where if they come up high on those they're they're sent to go and get happy money. I I I don't know how I didn't think to mention that to you. I'm so glad you you brought up money. Oh, thank you so much. I feel so honored to be part of that. I'm so happy to promote that on my list and whatever do uh I do. So uh I I feel so honored to be able to call you as my friend, my brother because we are creating uh a beautiful future together and uh you just I bump it into Eric uh in Estonia, Colombia, where else you know I think you're the you and your partner are the only ones who I just you know bump into a lot. So we just did a big event in Kyoto. We had about 300 uh people for test and now we are doing it for uh 2,000 a th00and or 2,000 next year and uh we doing um a lot of big events in Kyoto. So you your name is on the list. So I hope uh you know out of your busy schedule um and I and know your your brother speaks uh better Japanese than I do. So you know just think he speaks better Japanese than I speak English. So I uh I hope uh uh you visit us and just um share your wisdom and your your generosity with us uh in the future. Absolutely. Ken, it would be our honor to come and hang out with you and and to give to your community. We'd love to do it. Yeah. So you'll really enjoy my community and and they'll they'll thank they'll they'll thank you uh for losing my weight. So you know because people kind of were wondering, you know, Ken, you have everything but you need to lose weight. So, in in my you in my YouTube YouTube channel, uh the the um most comments I get is like, "Okay, Ken, what you're saying is amazing, but just lose weight." So, so thank you. Anything I can do to keep supporting that journey, but one thing also, Ken, I I got to tell you, I would one of the things I'd love to bring to Japan as well, se I mean, WildFit's great, and I think it would be I think there's a lot of people that could use help, but one of the things that I'd love to talk about there is actually storytelling. Um, what's so interesting to me and and again I mean I've spent a little bit of time in Japan and of course my my brother's house is like a small pocket of Japan when I visit him but uh the one thing I've noticed there it's really interesting is that Japan is a culture of phenomenal tradition and stories. I mean there there there's so much depth there but culturally it's not really rewarded in the same way like people feel quite proper and and constrained. And so I think it's maybe one of the reasons that you've done so phenomenally well is you just said I'm not going to I'm not going to buy into that and you you broke it. But I'm I'm struck by many years ago when I was running my film studio in California uh Fuji TV. Is that the Yeah. They uh brought me out to speak because we were selling 3D camera rigs and I was speaking in at different events and they brought me out to speak and I came and spoke at a corporate event for them. All TV executives. So, not like a a rahrrah, you know, personal development, you know, it was like the And I went in there and I did this whole thing and my brother came with me and um and as we were walking out, uh the producer and my brother were talking in Japanese, so I couldn't I mean, you know, to me it just I I thought they were ordering sushi. I don't know what they were talking about. I I don't know. But they they they but then my my brother and I got in the car and he said to me, "This guy was so impressed." And I said, "Why?" I mean, I just did a very basic talk and he goes, "You don't understand. They make their employees go to those talks about once or twice a month. They bring speakers in. They make them go and usually they use it as nap time." Yeah. Like what? And he goes, "Yeah, it's like normal that they they have to be in the room and so they use it as nap time." And and he says, "But he says, not one person napped in your session." And then this is what really shocked him. they asked questions for like 40 minutes and he says they never raise their hand. They don't they and so I think that's something that I'd love to work with you on. Let's get there and help people really get comfortable sharing their wisdom because honestly there's way too much like just phenomenal tradition and phenomenal stories uh in Japan for people to not feel comfortable to share them. So let's let's do it. Wow, that's amazing. I got a chill. So like that's always a great sign. But it's not a sad uh compliment. Nobody napped in your in your session. I mean, that's a it's a great compliment, but it doesn't say much about the uh the other events, right? The the room is dark and it's like, you know, warm enough. So, yeah, I I wouldn't blame any teachers. Okay. Okay, Eric. I mean, I cannot keep uh I I can keep going for for hours, but you need to catch a flight. So, thank you so much, Eric. And uh uh I I so appreciate on behalf you on behalf of all the viewers and I'll just make sure you get uh people get all the information uh that um they um that need from you. So is there final word for uh um folks? Well, yeah. I I I I want to say this that um right now conditions are changing faster than they ever have in history. And that can be a bit unnerving. It's a level of acceleration that most of us aren't used to, the technology and the AI and the political landscapes and all those sorts of things. But the one thing that I want to just point out to everybody is that the person who has the greatest influence on your quality of life is you. It's not who the leader of the country is. It's not who the leader of America is. It's not which billionaire is not paying their taxes. The truth of the matter is is that you have the greatest influence on your quality of life. And so if you take care of the little things, you get good air, you take care of your food, you get your sunlight, you make sure you sleep, you do some exercise, you make sure there you, you know, you've got some great affection in your life, you take care of those things. And it's amazing how much influence that can have on your energy and therefore how attractive you are to opportunities and circumstances. And so I think that's that's really my message is take care of you and take care of your loved ones. And it's amazing how much that will just come back to you. Thank you so much. I listen to you as my personal uh message from me from you. Okay. Thank you so much, Eric. And I just uh wish all the success and happiness and abundance. I'm just sending lots of happy mind energy for you and your family and uh for your students. So, I'll see you very soon. Thanks so much, Ken. Thank you so much, Eric, for taking the time to share these huge truth bombs and, you know, going into the direction that not a lot of people talk about when it comes to wealth. And I really agree, health is indeed the foundation to true wealth because without it, money means less. You know, I've seen many people spend a lot of money trying to buy back their health and some unfortunately did not succeed. So freedom is not just about having the money to do whatever you want. It's also about having the body and the energy to pursue your dreams, to spend time with the people you truly love, to create a life worth remembering with amazing experiences. And you need a body to be able to do that. I really also love how Eric talked about how wealth flows when the body is strong and the mind is clear because do you remember how when your body is strong and if you haven't you can try imagining what if today you don't have that pain that chronic illness holding you back or you know that tiredness looming all the time how would you show up in life? So when you have a strong body, it changes the way you show up and it changes the way that people would give you opportunities and you know um abilities to bring your wealth to the next level. I remember when I did well fit under Eric's guidance, I was able to show up a lot more not only in my work but then I was able to be there for my friends. I was able to um do a lot of cool things with my partner and you know my family and I can still do that because of the fundamental paradigm shifts that Eric has taught me. So I encourage you today to really start looking into your health. And I'm curious, can you share in the chat what came up for you when you were listening to Eric? You know, is it related to food? Is it related to your current health? Is it related to maybe you know your other habits around you know this fundamental part of wealth? I'm very curious and please share because your comments would inspire other people as well watching this. Now, let's shift from physical energy to presence. the kind of energy that people feel when you walk into a room. Because our next speaker is someone who has helped thousands of people reclaim their voice, activated their confidence and allow them to have the ability to influence people but from a grounded and authentic place and it is none other than Rachel Jane Groover who is the founder of the Awakened School. Her work is very interesting because it blends embodiment, energetics, and spirituality and spiritual psychology as well to help people become more magnetic. And today she's going to help us unlock a part of wealth that is rarely talked about, which is how we carry ourselves. So that means how to not shrink yourselves around other people to make them comfortable, how to speak with more impact, and how to align your identity with a future that you actually want to live. So if you're tired of playing small and you want to take up more space in the most graceful, powerful way, then you would love what Rachel Jane has to share. Let's go and join Rachel in the next session. Welcome everyone to this segment of the happy wealth summit. I am so excited for our next guest together. Her name is Rachel Jane Grover and she is the founder of the awakened school. You know this is a community who love having an elevated conversation on spiritual awakening, human potential and entrepreneurship. All these three beautiful aspects coming together. Not only is Rachel Jane a best-selling author of three transformational books, she is also a TEDex speaker and Inc. 5000 CEO, but more importantly, she is also the creator of the art of feminine presence training, which is a revolutionary program that has been taught worldwide to over 13,000 women in the last 13 years. Rachel Jane, thank you so much for joining us today. Thank you, Ken, for having me. Wonderful. Well, I'm curious, you know, what even inspired you to start the Awakened School? That's such a cool name. Yeah. Well, in the beginning, it was really about solving a problem that I had. It was not a big vision of um you know, starting the community that we have now. Uh I was a singer full-time living in Australia back in the day. And I've always had this fascination with why certain people can walk into a room and have a really magnetic presence about them and they could take the stage or a video or um sing or speak or what have you. And I've been fascinated with that because I want to be that person, right? I wanted to be seen and heard, but internally I'm shy and I'm introverted. So, I've always had a really strong pushpull dynamic between wanting to be seen and not wanting to be seen. And really wanting to be in the spotlight and not wanting to be in the spotlight. It's like a fascate with that. Too much too much. I think a lot of people can relate to that. And and so yeah, so that was going on. And I think I had this this yeah there was a desire there to make a difference and step out. But in Australia we have what you call the tall poppy syndrome. And I know that that is very UK. It can be a little bit um Asian as well. But what that is is that all the poppies grow out of the ground. If you imagine the flowers growing out of the ground and one gets a little too tall, we're going to just kind of cut it down to size. You know, we don't want people to think they're too big for their britches is what they would say. Like, you know, you do you think you're so good? And I got that a lot when I was excelling at things when I was younger. And so that also was like god I don't want to be judged as you know arrogant or feeling superior. And so this this challenge especially when I wanted to start my business and wanted to start you know building wealth. It's like oh I can't show that I'm really really good at something. And so it was just a challenge. And I always joke that, you know, with a with an audience, what what did I do to change all of this this um you know, fear of shining and being big? And I say, I moved to America. Everyone here seems to be big and bold and self-promoting, right? And that is true. Yeah. And it's really actually been heal, very healing to live here. Even though when I first heard people talking like Americans do, you know, you're awesome and we're awesome and everybody's awesome. I was like, is that legal? Are you literally not going to get head cut off? Um, and so yeah, that started my journey here. And and just quickly I I ended up uh finding just in through serendipity, divine intervention um working with Neil Donna Walsh who wrote the Conversations with God books. I volunteered there for many many years and um just really learned the world of retreats and seminars and speaking and writing. And I had no idea at that point really what I was going to do. But as you probably can relate, Ken, that you you see the progression of your soul's path when you look back, you know, that that was a big part of it. And um but it's at some point I wanted to go out on my own and that was figuring out what was the thing that I already knew. And I was very good at the time around teaching magnetic presence, stage presence, speaking presence, and particularly for women who had a big challenge back then. I mean, we're talking now 15 years ago. Um, where the word feminine, feminine power was really not that talked about. um and the energetic practices of your signal and what that sends to people was very new. Um and so now it's great to see that these conversations are happening everywhere. Um and yeah, I'll stop there because I can share some of the practices and all of that. But um we've just followed me and my husband who started the company, we followed our soul's path. We followed that inner knowing. Um, at some point, uh, I started doing the art of masculine presence because men kept saying, "That's not fair. Why are ladies only allowed to learn all these things about being seen and heard and centered and in their unshakable inner peace, particularly when they're in high stakes situations or there's attention on them. So, the business is built from there. We have so many different courses and trainings and an amazing community from all over the world. That is amazing. And thank you for not skipping out the mansculing aspect of people, right? The men as well. You know, I think men often are not being heard enough and obviously, you know, a lot of females out there struggle with a different set of issues and so the fact that you're helping both shows a degree of mastery, right, in what you do. I'm very curious how you use presence which is a big aspect of your work right to find out one's sole purpose like for yourself or your husband you know how did you guys do that would you be able to run us through that a bit yeah I mean when I first came here a big reason was um I was in Australia and I was watching Oprah I was skipping classes all the time because in 1999 she started having these spiritual teachers and all that come in and I was like, "Oh my god, these Americans, they're so amazing. Oh my gosh, I need to move there." And um and so it really started with the with following the flow of your natural inclinations, your natural passion. There is a beautiful roomy passage that is something like follow have the courage to follow what you are silently drawn to follow and that you can trust that be silently drawn by the stronger pull of what you really love. It will not lead you astray. And that's really what I've been doing. I am pretty strategic now in the area of wealth and manifestation and we've we've just had so many incredible miracles. Um, but in the beginning it was just really following what I didn't know I could trust because no one was really making much money back then in the coaching industry. there was a few people who were doing really really well and actually I think it's the same right now. There's a lot of people um there's a few people who make a lot of money and a lot of impact and then there's thousands and thousands and thousands that are really really struggling to figure it out. And I was in that camp and I wanted to be in this camp. And what I realized was this camp because being in this world with Neil and I was living in Ashland, Oregon and if people know Ashland, Oregon, Gary Zukov lives there and Gangaji lives there and Jimmy Twimman lives there and there was always this joke that Deepuck has some property here. I mean, it's this like tiny little town and so many people lived there and so I got to see them and they had a lot of presence and presence I don't mean performance. I don't mean um you know you've got to project some confidence because I see a lot of people trying to do that. But it's more of an inner energetic um embodiment that sends a signal to the people that you most want to attract. And I could see that. And so I devised practices that I could do because remember I'm in this camp. I want to be in that camp. Yes. I devised practices and just a short um short story that I think might help those who who are more in the beginning of your game or you've been doing this for a long time and you're like where's the wealth? Where's the wealth? Um I was we were broke. We' just gone through bankruptcy. We just moved with a U-Haul and our Rottweiler. I mean it was struggle street. But I developed these practices. is I somehow convince five people to join me in my living room to learn one of these presence practices every week and a very powerful meditation to align the energies that would send a clear signal to people so they would respond to you in the way that you wanted. And within six months of starting art of feminine presence is what I called it and it's still called that. Um, I had 35 women coming to my living room. Like, we lived in a small small town in Fort Collins, Colorado. And I think what was happening is it worked. People were seeing that people were responding to them differently than kind of being invisible or not believing their value or being overlooked in some way. And it just spun there. We did teacher training. It just grew so fast um because it works. So um presence I say precedes the strategies right I think you can relate to this right you know do all sorts of strategies but what's the presence that is infusing that strategy because anyone could shoot a video these days but is anyone going to want to watch it even two two seconds in um anyone could do a speech these days but are you gonna really pull people energetically towards you with more ease and grace. And so that's how it began. And and then people just kept asking me, "How are you doing this business? We're a multi-million dollar business a year and how are you starting a retreat center and how are you speaking all around the children. Of course, I think the natural thing is then you help people with the next problem and the next problem that they have and then the awakened school is um you know a larger training company. That's a beautiful story and you know speaking of presence right it also helps you listen better so it gets you the ideas of how to help them more and more and more exactly like you said you know I'm really happy to hear you know because word of mouth is probably the best way to get things out there and you have such a strong following a strong fan base of people who benefited from your work. Um, you know, you're very magnetic. You know, you're very charming. And, you know, to hear that you used to be very shy is is very fascinating to me, you know. So, shy. Well, you're you're really good at what you do, you know. So, um, you know, for anyone who wants to build wealth, it is my belief that they really need to know how to get their message out there, right? And really get their teachings out there, you know. So, how can someone who's really shy go through the journey of what you went through to be what you're doing today? Yeah, that's a great question. I think that we all have natural talent, natural abilities, and the proclivities to the things that we really love. And I didn't know that I could translate my singing career into speaking. And the reason why that was a big transition is because I really believe people need to um lean into what they naturally excel at. It's hard enough, isn't it, to build wealth doing what you love when people usually don't do it and having the courage to do that and try to do it in something that you're not that great at. And we've got to learn, you know, but but there's a natural talent that I want people to feel into and a natural love. For example, um I love being on stage and what I call stilling the room. So you can hear a pin drop. And the way you do that is through the presence in your own body to make it very still, to be in that still point. Because whoever's singing or speaking or leading a workshop, they are the ones that are in training the rest of the room because they're in the leadership position. So if you're feeling anxious, people will kind of start to feel anxious and start smiling at you like, "Oh, good job." You don't want that. You want a stilling of the room so everyone is so incredibly present and people have not felt that presence much in a room before. And so I had that with singing because I was studying what that was. And so when I thought, okay, maybe I could move that to speaking, I was so scared because I mean really scared. The first time my my greatest fear, Ken, was when I was singing was that the guitarist would break a string in the middle of the set and if they broke a string, they would say, "Reach Jane, just speak to the crowd for a moment." And I'm like, you cannot just say that. I don't know how to speak to a crowd. And the first time that happened, I just fumbled and I'm like trying to act cool and all that came out was how's it hanging? And I just froze. I was like, what is going on here? And so I went to Toast Masters. I I did practice to get over my fear. Why I kept doing that is because I could feel a natural talent and I'm not on social media a lot. Like I'm there. If you go to Rachel Jane Groover, like some you'll see me, but it is not my jam. I don't know if anyone else is like, "Wouldn't it be lovely if we'd never had to do social media?" Yeah. I mean, they tell you that you can. I mean, we built a sevenf figureure business. Um, no social media through speaking, through um, having a few partnerships, not many, like two or three. That was it. Crappy website. Didn't know what we were doing, but we picked one lane. And D is a very, my husband Drew was a very good speaker as well, and he was doing speaker training, and he was awesome at that. So that was my my answer for anyone listening is really zone into what you love and what you are naturally good at. There's a book called talent is overrated. Have you have you heard that talent is overrated? I haven't but now I'm going to add it to my list. It's a big book here and I can save you the time. It's like you know you need to get 10,000 hours, right? Like it's not just talent. However, talent is important. If if you're pushing uphill against something you're trying to do because everybody else is doing it, it's going to be the long way to wealth. And it's not going to be happy wealth. It's not going to be enjoyable. You're trying to do something that you're just not good at. And can can you relate to that for your own career? like what what have you been naturally good at that you naturally love that has helped you grow wealth? Yeah, I mean first and foremost is these conversations. You know I really really love connecting with people and getting to highlight their stories, their learnings, creating a space for it. Um, and so this is something that really brought me to places, you know, to the right people, to the right conditions, right? Um, and so, you know, I think one thing that people are struggling nowadays is they don't really know what they're good at, you know, they they or they reject it. I think that's even a better thing. You know, there's a narrative around, you know, social media and all that that certain skills are better than other skills, right? So I I'm curious what are your feelings on on that topic about their strengths versus their passions maybe even. Yeah. And and of course there is learning involved but you're you're a natural people person when I came on before this. You're making me comfortable. You're being appreciative. You have such a good energy. like that's probably been with you all the time and you've had to learn um some interview skills to get even better, but it was there. And so it wasn't like I didn't go through a lot of training. I went through a lot of training to be able to hold a room because most of my events is just me. It's not multi- speakeraker events. I'm going for three to six days in a row. Wow. You know, I can hold the room for that long. So, wasn't I didn't start like that, but um I love longer retreats because people can go deeper into their shadow of what's not working, where they're messy versus just listen to a lovely lecture for for a day or two. Um I like getting into the nitty-gritty of things of why people aren't there. And so it is it is skill development, but these days well it's great to be able to be on video. I think that you know learning some skills that might support is great. But you could be a writer. You might be better in writing. You might be better in audio to do a podcast. You might be better you don't have to be an influencer either. Everyone's now like I've got to be an influencer. I've got to be an influencer. Maybe you're like my team who are part of our team and my personal assistant here loves supporting our our vision and helps me with she's going to cook for me today and she's going to be clean my dishes that I don't want to do and she's there to do my errands and things like that and my EA and my other team. So that's part of it as well. Maybe you're a good supporter person. But the reason why I don't love social media and I'm trying to get better. I'm trying to get better, Ken. I will get better, but it's never going to be my first thing is because that they it it's often very like quick, right? You're doing a quick video, you're doing a quick post, you're doing quick thing, and you're in an energy environment that's quick. Scroll, scroll, scroll, scroll, scroll. And I don't love that environment. I love being really present with one person that I'm coaching or a group of people who are going to go deep and I know that about myself and so I won't put much time in there but I will put my money my mouth my time put my money where my mouth is to go to travel to a conference um the bigger the stage the better I'm really good with hundreds thousands I will I will focus to get that one opportunity unity. Yeah. So I can excel and people can see that and then other gigs come and I don't need that big scroll scroll scroll scroll scroll. I'm in the room. The the energetic doors are locked. They can't go anywhere. I've got their attention. Yes. And I can make that change. So just keep your options open. Look at the lots of ways to do it. And be careful of going, "Oh, I've got to be like Ken. I've got to be like Rachel Jane. I've got to be like Vision from my belly. I've got to be like whoever it is, you don't. And if you're trying to be and it's not really you, um it's going to be a long a long road. That said, there's a lot of things you can do. Like there's 44 practices in my work that support you increasing your magnetism. But that might be fun, mightn't it? It might be one-on-one, might be a group, might be networking. I'd be behind a vendor booth. That would be like ripping my nails out one by one. The vendor booth. But some people are amazing at it. True. True. Do you think then that they should listen to the intuition and try just give it a shot and see where it goes? Absolutely. Absolutely. Start and feel where the joy is, the natural joy, but know you won't be that great in the beginning. Like there's some natural talent, but you're not going to be that great. And that's what stops a lot of people, doesn't it? It's it's I I call it I'm a rock star in my own living room. A lot of people imagine how they could be, which is great. But when they do their first speech, let's say, or they do their first vendor booth, or they do their first video on on on social media or start, they're actually not that great. Oh, that is juicy. Let's dive into that. Let's dive into that. Yes. Right. I have to learn. But people love the addiction of being in their head of like, I'm gonna be on Oprah's couch one day. I'm gonna be on Mine Valley one day. I'm g I just know I'm meant for more because they feel I'm meant for more. But there is law of attraction, manifestation, um bringing this vision into reality. I had to learn to be very very good at that. Um and in that world there's a lot of you know follow the effortlessness and be in the flow. But skill development is it comes in when you're wanting to build wealth through a vehicle. Anyone can build wealth through the law of attraction and manifestation. I believe like there are ways for you to visualize, for you to feel it, for you to be the energetic match, of course, and literally have money fall down on your trampoline in the backyard. I mean, there are ways to manifest that. However, if you really want to be amazing at something, which that's where the joy comes. The joy doesn't come from the the money falling down on the trampoline. Even though I'm open, I'm open. Just saying. But it's not where the joy comes from. The joy comes from following that silent pull of what you love to do and to be. And so when we build a business or we build a really great career and have the wealth through that, your skill development, your mastery has got to match how good you are at law of attraction. And when those two things came together in my life, wow, like things became so so so much easier and I didn't have to try. My first invite overseas was to the Netherlands and I had someone call me up who'd been following me and like I want to bring you over here. And then we went to the UK and the same thing happened. Someone was like, hey, can I bring you here? And then we went to Australia because I'm from Australia. We're like, I like this travel thing. I'm going to go to Australia. Built the community there. And then we had a Japanese lady who'd known me for a while. Um, Rita came over and she's like, I want to bring this to Japan. It went so big in Japan so fast. It was the place that went the biggest the fastest. And do you know why? Do you want to know why? Why? Yes. Yes. I want to know why. Because, and I think this is, you can tell me it might be more Asian culture than just Japan, but that's where I was drawn to, okay? is what would happen is the women would take before and after shots and they would take a shot of themselves, their energy and their beauty and their femininity before they would do the practices and then they would take a shot after and you could see it in the like you could just see it and feel it. And so they would post it because they loved social media and people were like what are you doing? What are you doing? Like the art of feminine presence. Art of feminine presence. So it grew to hundreds of people within months just with this one woman who had come over to my teacher training. And then it was growing, growing, growing. So then they invited me over and I was going twice a year um prior to COVID. And now Amarita runs it there um on her own because I'm just too busy. Uh but it's the word of mouth, right? That was their word of mouth that it's working. It's working. Beautiful. That was a side thing of of just really I want to um ground this thing if you the the the manifestation and the law of attraction with skill development and going for those things that you have a natural talent and a natural pull toward. When those two things come together um everything will open. I think that's a very beautiful way of putting it. Now, a lot of people would describe it that way. I'm curious, do you see showing your work as part of the process of getting these opportunities too? Like if you develop your skill, right, and you follow your intuition, you have to show people. Exactly. You have to get in front of people. And when I moved to America, I would hear all of the American coaches saying, "Do what you love." then the money will follow. And it wasn't following for me. I don't know if anyone listening has had that experience, right? You're like, "Okay, I'll just do what I love." The money didn't follow it because I realized I was in my biggest catch 22 again. I was in my biggest trauma of it's not safe to be seen. It's not safe to put yourself out there. There'll be judgment. there'll be people thinking I think I'm too good for myself and so I didn't want to. There was a real fear coming from a trauma. There was there had to be a healing process around that. And so if anyone's listening that's like I can relate to that. There's there's something about I don't want to put myself out there until I'm perfect until I got it all together until I know there'll be no judgment. I mean the judgment of other people was crippling for me. And so what I noticed in these core practices that I was teaching is that not only was it helping me become a really magnetic compelling communicator and even when I would feel terrible like not well first day of my period if that's TMI I am feeling crappy as crappy as crappy can be and And I would working and I would just do the practices. I would just be like, "Wow, I feel terrible. I'm going to do the practices. I'm going to do the practices. Just going to sit here. I'm just going to sit here and listen." And people would come up to me at the end of the meeting just in a group and go, "Now I know why people tell have told me you're so magnetic." And I'm like, "Wow, I'm feeling terrible up here. I'm just doing my practices. And that's magical. It was It is because the practices get your signal clear. It It's It is when when someone's present, there's no resistance. And very few people walk through the world, Ken. I know you know this, with very little resistance to the moment. There's always like seeking, grasping, making it happen, hoping, blah, blah, blah blah blah. And this puts you in what I call unshakable inner peace now. And so love that name is yeah about being seen. But these practices long long answer to great question is they were healing my fear around being seen. It was reconciling that tension because when I am in my vertical core, when I am running my energy the right way, when I'm contained, all these things that I teach, I had no fear of that being seen. And that was extraordinary to me because when I'm not in the practices, my head's going, my fear's running, I'm not as good because I'm trying to make you think that I'm good or I'm trying to make you think I'm not that good, you know. Right. Right. I I was wondering because this is a very powerful modality. I don't think a lot of people talk about presence the way you do. Is there something that you know maybe you can lead the viewers to to experience right now so that they can be more present like experience a little bit of that magic? I would love that. So let me show you two things. One is where you are most centered in your body when you are speaking or when you are sitting. Um just wanting to entrain the room. Maybe it's even a family conversation and two people are at each other and you want to be that presence that can still energy into a place wherever it is. But I would usually use it speaking because that's what would bring up all my nerves and now I'm going to try to tell you why I'm so good in my business. All that stuff, right? So here's the first practice. I call it the difference between your head bubble and your power center. So, I'm going to do it. And if you're watching, you're going to see this. If you're only listening, you're going to hear this. And Ken, could you be um the voice for what you're noticing shift in me? Sure. Right. When I do the first versus the second, so the first is the head bubble and that means I'm outside of my body. Okay. All the energy kind of floats above. And this is where people are most of the day, honestly. They're in their head bubble. They're thinking what's next. They talk to someone. You'll see it when people speak first and they haven't had a whole lot of experience. And I'm going to just share what I do if someone asks me, "What do you do?" But from my head bubble. Okay. Okay. Okay. Notice what happens. So, I'm leaving my body hovering above my head and forward. Okay. Call it the head bubble because of that cartoon dialogue, you know? Oh, yes. And they're always like talking to each other from there. Like a thought bubble. Exactly. A thought bubble. Exactly. People are talking from their thought bubble. So, this is me from my thought bubble. Well, hi Candace. Great to be here. My name is Rachel Jane Groover and all my work is with people who've been on a personal and spiritual development path for a long time and they really want to awaken their impact. They want to inspire change. They want to create wealth doing what they love. And I teach these presence practices that help people to be seen and heard and inspire change. And a lot of people have a lot of fear about that. And so my role is to support them to not have that fear, to be able to blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. Now, what happens to you, Ken, in relationship to me when I go into my head bubble? Well, I feel I couldn't really connect with you as deeply. You know, I feel like the bubble analogy is very accurate. It's almost like I just see a bubble in front of you, you know? I don't feel I don't feel drawn to you, per se. If anything, I felt like I was bombarded with words. Exactly. The number one word I get when I ask it in the room or if I'm on Zoom, I put it in the chat. They say disconnected. All of a sudden, I felt disconnected. Not like you weren't stringing good sentences together. Not that I couldn't hear you, but I didn't feel like I was there. It was like I was watching something. Yeah. Yeah. Watching TV than being with me. And that's accurate. Yeah. Now, let me go into Well, I'm already back there, right? I'm dropping down. And what I'm focusing on is in Asian culture, you'd call it the har. Lower dantenne. Home is my favorite name. Home. I love that. Yes. Just home. Um womb space when we do the art of feminine presence. And it is two to three inches below the naval and back toward the spine. So I'm going to find the crosssection of my pelvic bowl. And I have learned to stay anchored there when I'm speaking. So I see two eyeballs. I see Ken's face. And usually in the past I would kind of want to come out and connect with him. But now I'm going back and down and I'm connecting to my own vertical reality particularly lower body because I used to be very heart and that was good but I wasn't in my gravitas which is lower in my body. And so if I was to introduce myself again to Ken and to everyone here listening, this is what it would sound like and feel like um with similar words. I am Rachel Jane Groover. I live in Loveland, Colorado. and I am the founder of the awaken school and it is an amazing community of people who are looking for an elevated conversation on spiritual awakening and on human potential and entrepreneurship because there is a lot that goes on in this world and most of our people have been on a personal and spiritual development for decades. This is not they're not learning law of attraction 101 even 20 years ago. So um blah blah blah blah blah. Now what do you feel when I'm speaking from home? I do feel drawn to you and I think it's because your presence made me present and so because I'm present too now I feel that connection. That's actually really cool. That is cool. awareness. I don't think anyone's ever said it that way to me before, but that's right. Whoever is in the driver's seat of communication again, whether that's you having a conversation with your partner and you're saying something challenging that you need to say or a video um or on on a big stage, small stage, your job is to get everyone really present. Otherwise, to me, in the learning world, in the seminar world, in the teaching world, it's just information. It's information going in one ear and out the other. And at my events, I'm always like, don't take notes. I If everybody's taking notes, I'm worried. I want you here with me. I want you to feel the difference and to embody that difference. And then to get so good at habits that no matter how many eyeballs are staring at you, you could be home. No matter how many eyeballs are staring at you and the person in the back row now stands up and is saying that they don't think that you're any good at what you do or they're challenging you, which I've had many a time. I'm still completely home and that takes time. It takes practice. It takes habits. But I want to ask the listeners, is that worth the practice? If every how I started was when I would see two eyeballs in front of me like a person, I would see those two eyeballs and I would ask myself, am I home? I just drop in. Then I'd see another two eyeballs. It's Ken's eyeballs now. Am I home? And then I'd see another person or if I'm on stage and it it just got over and over. So what would it be worth to you listening to be that unshakable when eyes were on you? How much more money do you think you could make in a year if you were as good as me with being home no matter what? And you can just write that down for yourself because I know when I do that in the in the room and I do that a lot because people don't practice things often if they don't see the reward. They don't know them well. Exactly. And most people write $100,000, $200,000 more a year if they really anchor that. And I think it's absolutely true because these days videos is almost what everybody needs to do. And do you see head bubbles, scrolling through head bubbles, people just kind of talking there and it's not it's not pulling you in to want to hear and listen to that. And so just that um but I never thought it would be millions per year that this one skill really has changed my life because presence precedes strategies and you can learn the strategies pretty easily nowadays. Go to YouTube binge watch all the strategies that you could possibly need. It's still your signal. It's still your signal. And people are more intuitive self like like unconsciously intuitive of what they're picking up from your signal which is I'm not worthy of this. I'm not ready. I don't you know but but you might feel worthy or feel ready but your energy is saying you're not. So if anyone here is feeling like you're why aren't people getting me? Why aren't people responding? Why aren't people paying me? Why do they pat me on the head and go, "Oh, you're doing such a lovely job helping the planet, but you're like, where's the money? Where's the money? I thank you." But like then that's where this work can really help people is it brings the awareness of energetic communication. Um, being magnetic, compelling, may I dare say iconic in your industry. Love that. Love that. What do you think, Rachel Jane, is one of the biggest mistakes people have when it comes to manifestation and wealth and abundance? Well, I think it depends what community you're around because I see different kinds of people making the different mistakes. So, I'll talk Could you humor us a bit? Yeah, I'll I'll talk about um I'll talk about two different communities. Okay. Um our community, the Awakened School, are very heart-c centered, spiritually centered practitioners of spirituality for a long time. Meditators, um a lot of them are therapists. We you know we we we've been healers healers um and so they are very adept at talking about manifestation and Laura okay I like how you emphasize on talking about yes exactly and you know and visualizing and doing the things but when they first come to me there is a lot of um there's a lot of resistance to the action Right? Like I want to figure out how to just manifest with ease and grace and without much action because I don't want to get overwhelmed. Often they've been burnt out in a career earlier. They didn't want to even do that career. They they've gone through that push push push push push mode and they don't like that. Neither do I. But they get a download. They get a divine download as I would call and it's like do this and then the breaks go on because now I have to be what? Seen. I have to be seen and the breaks go on. So that's the mistake that they're making is that manifestation means you're going to continuously be told through your spiritual team, through the God of your understanding, through the infinite matrix of this universe what to do next. That's what that is. You're told what to do next. You're told who to talk to, who to call. Do you know what I'm saying? Like when you're in the flow, you just know what the next thing is to do. Yes. So, I've become good after going through all of my fear, really good at when I get the divine download, I do it. I do it. Um to the point when we did our um renovation of our church building. It was a a old historic gorgeous church. Stained glass windows, beautiful beams. Anyone can check it out at Kasa Sagrada. We're in Loveland. That's the retreat center. We did that. It is I I had the download. There's grant opportunities and I just heard it. There's grant opport I never written a grant before. I don't know. So, I start looking. We got a half a million dollar grant for Wow. Yeah. Now did I have to follow and take action on Absolutely. Absolutely. But it was through my manifestation practices that that came in and I could tell you 10 other things miracles that happened with Kasa Sagrada. But did I have to take action on all of them? Yes, I did. So that's an example of one community. Another community that I would highlight is um some people call it the bro marketing community. Do you know what that means? I have an idea what you're talking about. So it's the action action. Do do you know don't be a wussag. Come on do it. Do it. Do it. Do it. And there's truth to that, right? They they're successful because they've done a lot. However, if they stopped doing, their wealth would probably crumble because they're not steeped in the art of manifesting that it's not actually got to do equally with your output of action to what you receive. And that's what they keep saying, just work harder than everybody else. Just And it's not true. Yeah. Go ahead. I was going to say it's very common for people in that community to experience burnout. That's very well spoken of. Exactly. Exactly. And it's um it's really up to the individual's constitution, their anog personality, their human design. Like there's there's just we're built differently. And I um you know, to be really transparent with my day and how my like a usual day works because I'm a CEO. I'm a CEO of two companies, a retreat center company and a um multi-million dollar CEO. You know, there's a lot going on, let's say. Absolutely. I look at my calendar because my constitution is I just can't do 70hour work weeks. When someone says 80hour work weeks, I'm like, what planet are you on? I just can't do it because my constitution is not that. I work hard. Uhhuh. But like a 50 a 40 to 50 hour work week is where I feel most comfortable because I love my rest. I have corgis to pat on the couch, husbands to be with. We live on 35 acres here out in nature. Like there's other things I want to do. But I really really work very very efficiently because I'm present. I don't waste time. I know what's going to have the biggest impact. And I am a powerful manifesttor because I know that other side. And sometimes I look and people go, "Gosh, you work so much, you know, and 50 hours a week." And then I'm doing seminars sometimes. And when I'm doing a seminar, which I'm doing this week, you know, sometimes we go to 8:00, 9:00 at night, that's a different kind of week. Oh my god. And then you're on to the next thing. Well, it's because my energy is very full. I've got this har energy, the battery of life force. But beautiful, when I look at another person's um calendar, like the CEO bro marketers that I listen to sometimes, they're it's seven days a week. It's Yes. It's like 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. every day. And then I'm like I feel like telling my community I'm not I'm not what most people are doing when they're at that level of success. So there can be balance at that level of success and wealth. But action has to be a part of it if you want your skill to be seen. I love that. And I really think Rachel Jane, you brought up a very good point about awareness, you know, because you said it's that level or that degree of success and um not everyone has the same definition of success, you know. So, what is enough for you? What is true wealth for you? Um and so I'm very curious to ask you now, what is true wealth for you? because you're living a very fun lifestyle right now. It's fun and it's challenging. It's fun and it's challenging. And I think that those two things is what has it go together. People like fun, fun, joy, joy. But it is the challenge of doing something that really matters. Yeah. People that often have a lot of fear of going for it because it's going to be challenging. Um, and sometimes I still get in that. Like two weeks ago, I had one of the most intense, challenging weeks that I've had in a long time. And I do live an unshakable inner peace life. I I I had a very, very powerful spiritual awakening in 2018. I've had just nothing going on really in my mind, and my head, but it was a challenging week. And I was like, "This shouldn't be like this." I could hear my mind go, "It shouldn't be like this. It shouldn't." But it just is when you're trying to do do hard things. So to me, true wealth is creative freedom, right? To me, it is creative freedom. So if you want to write a book, you have to create the wealth in order to publish that book and market that book. Okay? You might want to build a coaching practice. You need money to have the creative freedom to do that in the way that you want, right? Um I love doing that through speaking and so I need money to travel and often I need money to pay a sponsorship to be on that stage which I do a lot. M or maybe you want um a wonderful wardrobe, which I love fashion. So that and and then of course the biggest one was the retreat center which I never thought we would have the money to be able to do that and have the business acumen to be able to make it a success because a lot of people buy a retreat center and then have to turn it into a nonprofit or they lose their shirt or what have you. Um, but the manifestation power grows and it was the creative freedom. When I sat down with my husband, it was just after we came back from Japan, uh, in 2019, just came back from Australia, Japan. And we sat down on the couch and I said to him one night, I said, "If you had a choice between these two options, one tra continuing to travel the world to the most amazing retreat centers ever and doing our work or having our own at near our home that was amazing, but we never could travel to retreat centers Oo, right. So, I was like, okay, not both. And we both just knew it was to have our own. There was not the money in the bank to afford it. There was not the, you know, time to afford to afford that, but we just knew. And so, we started off the manifesting process. And of course, we're very glad it didn't happen straight away because 2020 happened and no one so we were always looked after but it still was percolating percolating percolating and because of these practices this work uh we do a lot around awakened wealth um in our world that we could afford this big project. I mean, it was back to the studs of this old church and and brought it back to life and beautiful chandeliers. And when people walk into that space, they're like, "Wow." And the energy too because we know what energy means and how that opens people to um their deeper work. That's very thoughtful and it's in divine timing too. Exactly like you said, right? It's not during co. So the manifestation was on its way and exactly be patient. Not my best to you but be patient with with your thing but creative freedom you know being able to I love that you know Rachel Jane for everyone listening today right I'm sure a lot of people are now inspired by you know all the things you have taught from presence to how manifestation works. you know what is something they can start today to really cultivate this skill for themselves. Oh yes, thank you for bringing back because I promised a second quick tip of what they could do. So the first one is today I want you to anytime you see two eyeballs hear my half Australian half American accent saying are you home? Are you home in your lower belly? So that's one. The second one is increasing the receptivity through your energetic field. [Music] And I don't know how how how long we have. So I I'll I'll I'll give a taste and then we can give them a resource. Don't worry about the time frame. Yeah. Okay. So um receptivity. I mean have you heard you got to be receptive. You got to be in the receptive mode. That's how like I've heard that, you know, from Abraham for, you know, two decades or more. But I didn't quite get how to do that. You know, when people say just surrender, just surrender, just receive. Absolutely. I'm like, okay, I am. I am letting it go. Letting it go. I think many people empathize, but I didn't quite get it until I was starting to develop these practices. And one of them was called receptive body. And it was about how receptive you can be through every cell of your body. And um you can do it now with just with your hands, right? Like imagine you've got one. Choose which hand. I'm going to choose my right hand. Everyone can choose. Okay. And I want you to imagine that this hand is becoming more and more receptive to the room you're in. That your your hand is becoming receptive to my voice. Oh, and imagine that there is all the love and support and abundance just beaming at this hand. It's just beaming at your hand and your job is to open it and soften and imagine all the cells just opening opening opening to rece to let all this abundance and support just just sink in just seep into every cell of your hand and to do that you need to be inside your hand. Do you notice that can you go? Yes, I do. Really inside it. And imagine that there's more space between every cell in your hand. And just after what a minute, notice how different that hand feels than your other hand. I notice a lot like it feels lighter. What What do you notice about that hand versus the other? Well, I actually feel that the the hand that so I'm paying attention to my left hand and I noticed that the right hand just feels a bit more flowy like less substantial than the word I'll use a lot more present in the left hand. I I do I do empathize with a part of me being there because I'm really paying attention to the visualization Rachel Jane of like the cells and the energy field. Um, it feels actually very very pleasant. Yeah. I also notice kind of almost like a light glow around my hand. Like I can feel the energetic presence of my hand. Yes. Yes. Yes. One hand is receptive and the other hand is not. Mhm. present, substantial, light, open, glowy. Wow. Now, okay, you could have that come into the other hand. You could just do that right now. Let's match the other hand. What you're doing is receiving, right? You're receiving. Imagine all the love and support and abundance and everything's just beaming at your other hand now. And you're now opening, opening, opening, creating spaciousness between each cell. You're letting all of that goodness just drink. Your your cells are drinking it up and there's nothing they need to do. It's just it's it's like you're on the banana lounge on the beach. Perfect temperature day. You're not getting burnt. You're just like, "Oh, that always feels so good." And it always has your mind go quiet because you are receiving. It's like in a very nice spa session. Exactly. So, Ken, here's what I want to invite everyone into is I want you to really get that you can be living like you're in a spa session and you're on that banana lounge and you are in high receptivity no matter what you're doing, no matter how challenging it is. When I'm speaking to hundreds of people at a time, most people would say that is a challenging, stressful situation. Most people would go, "Yep, that would probably put me into a little bit of either fight or flight or or freeze or trying too hard." I am in this. Wow. Right. Or if I am writing, I wrote my last two books in this. I might be having a tough conversation with someone. I am in this. This has been the practice. And so I want to say that because people continue to go in and out, in and out. They go in. They they have experiences of unshakable inner peace and presence, but then something pulls them out of it. And you you know what I'm saying? And then they come back in and then something pulls them out of it. And the spiritual work that I do helps people have it be unshakable no matter what is going on. And in 2018, I was in Hawaii um writing my latest book which is called Unshakable inner peace. And I sat there thinking I was going to write a book on how to make more of a difference in the world because that's what people were asking me to teach on. I was like, "Oh, okay. I'm going to do that." If I was, if you had met me in 2018, May of 2018, you would have seen someone who's probably one of the happiest present people that you know. Um, but I knew that what Echart Tully was talking about around spiritual awakening had not happened to me. I mean, I knew that there was something that was not quite dropped in. You're incredibly self-aware as a person. Thank you. It's been a journey. That is for sure. And yeah, and I've been tracking my spiritual. I mean, I've been a spiritual teacher for almost 20 years. And I knew that this hadn't happened. And actually, five months earlier, I was it was New Year's Day. I was sitting on my couch. I'm writing all of my, you know, New Year's resolutions like a good girl. More more weight training, less watching movies in the week, you know. And um what came to me, I heard this really clear voice after I wrote down a few things. It says, "And reach enlightenment this lifetime." And I was like, that came out of nowhere. And I'm not even the woman to use the word enlightenment. So it was like what was that? Anyhow, I wrote it down and I the self-awareness in that process. I I realized that there was something in me that didn't believe that that was available for me this lifetime. I don't know why, but I started looking at why. And I think part of it it was like, well, I'm a I'm just a lovely Australian girl. You know, that happens to that happens to the rock stars of spirituality. That doesn't happen to me. you know, and and there was confu there was some confusion like I don't even know what that process is. Anyhow, long story short, five months later, I'm in Hawaii. I sit down to write this book. Yeah. Called Awaken Your Impact or something like that. And I am met with the same voice and I say, "What's this book meant to be on?" And it said, "This book is going to answer your most important question of your life that you have right now. What is that question?" And I just knew what that question was immediately. And I wrote it down. And it was, "Is it possible for me to reach enlightenment this lifetime?" And I heard the voice say, "Yes." And I said, "Are you sure?" And it said, "Yes." And I said, "Are you absolutely sure?" They said, "Yes." And I'm like, "How do you know?" And they're like, "This could get very tiresome, Rachel Jane." It cled me for four days on all the misunderstandings that I had had about how the spiritual awakening process actually works. Wow. It was incredible. And now it's in a book called Unshakable in a piece. It's the whole conversation. And I think it's a really good teacher because it taught me that was it was so personal like you know I I would I would write and I'd be like but what about this and and what about this and then they'd share something and then I'm on a break and I'm talking to my husband and my husband's pissing me off and now I'm like and I'm like then I go back to the book. What do you do in this case? I'm like, I'm as coaching me through what I didn't realize. And within days after that experience in May 2018, I was I was in that unlimited unshakable place. It has not left me. It has blown my mind. Wow. Because I know that it it happened quickly for me after that. I'd been on the path for a long time, but I had the embodiment practices that I didn't realize at the point were the same things that made someone magnetic. The same practices just done a little bit differently, okay? Are the same to make you outer your presence on an outer perspective really strong and your inner presence really anchored. And why I think of this story now is when we're talking about receptive body part in the in the um book I I ask this voice and it tells you who it was at the end. That was the big reveal at the end of the book. um is I asked out of 44 practices that I've been teaching for the last gazillion months, which one is the most important when it comes to spiritual awakening like unshakable inner peace and it said the one that you keep forgetting to teach. Wow. And I'm like what is that? And it said receptive body. Wow. And the reason why I would keep forgetting to teach is I thought it was boring. I thought it was like well, you know, just open, just receive, just be more and like you've you've completely missed the boat. And so I started being more and more and more and more and more and more receptive over the days. And wow, it's like because it kind of makes sense and I'll finish on this is you are the extension of yourself, right? You are the extent this this earth suit is what is receiving who you are. That's true. And it receives through your core. It receives through your eyes. It receives through your voice. It receives through your heart. Receives through your core. You know how people all the spiritual teachers have this um moment where they saw the divine matrix in its perfection. They saw it because they received it. True it through their heart. But then for most of us it contracts back because we have not trained to be receptive enough and be able to hold it. Right. So long as you had a glimpse of it and then Exactly. Exactly. I've had many glimpse before 2018. Um but yeah, something really significant changed which has made every part of my life way easier. Um even though the ambition um and the wanting to do lots of things is still there. I think this is actually very timely for our listeners today because we're living in a world right now where it's very uncertain. There are many perspectives. There many things happening. They're shaking the foundations of what people used to know. Yes. And to be unshakable is a quality that I'm sure many people are looking for. So Rachel Jane, actually, do you have the book with you? I mean, I would love for you to show people. Unshakable Inner Peace. Wow, that is a beautiful book. Yes. Thank you. Thank you. I'm really really proud of it. Um, but more importantly, it was it was a gift to me. It it radically changed my life. Um, I think you've got a link to a free ebook. Is that right, that you'll give everybody? Yes. Thanks for thanks for gifting us that, too. Absolutely. If anyone would like it, um, Ken's got the link to that. The paper books on Amazon. I'm a paper book person, too. So, you can get it there. But, um, I would love to gift anyone who's who is on that spiritual growth journey and who kind of wants to be a badass as well. and keep that that that desire for impact and and creative expression and all of that. It's not just about being a monk and going into the caves of India. Absolutely. Rachel Jane, you shared so many wisdom gems with us today. Thank you so much. I've I've been taking mental notes and you definitely going to apply these practices that you taught us all. Um, and it is honestly so unique to hear your perspective. Very unique ways of explaining things. So, you know, Arato. Thank you. So, where can people learn more about uh what you're up to in your work? Yes, you can go to racheljane.com and that is spelled kind of weird, but you'll probably see it on this page. Rachel with a Lel and Jane with a Y. racheljane.com. Reach out to me on any of the platforms. Would love to to meet you on social media even though I'm not there all the time. I'm usually in an event room uh trying to change people's lives in the best way that I can. So, I'd love to connect with everybody. And thank you, Ken. This has been a delight. You are a delight. You are so present. You are so humble in everything that you're doing and supporting this summit. I really appreciate that. Thank you so much for all that you do and uh thank you for your time. Yeah. Hey everyone, how do you feel right now after listening to Rachel Jane's wisdom? And honestly, as a healing people pleaser, her talk really hit the heart for me because she just showed us that magnetism doesn't come from trying harder. It comes from being more of who you are and not being stressed or overthinking about, oh, how do we actually try to get people's attention? Just be your grounded, relaxed, and fully present self. And the exercise that she did, I think is something that we can easily do every day. Just, you know, spend a minute or two whenever you feel ungrounded to really feel your body. And I love the fact that she said you don't manifest from your head, you manifest from the whole body. So starting today, I invite you to really be stepping into your presence and your um charisma, right? Because we all have that. And also ultimately be a magnet for the opportunities, the people, and the lifestyle that you want. I'm very curious. Can you share in the chat what stood out for you? And did you guys enjoy the exercise as well? And ultimately, it really serve as a powerful reminder that wealth or attracting wealth isn't really just about what or how much we do. It's really all about how we show up as an energy because our energy speaks first. Now, as we're coming to the final speaker of the day, I'm very curious actually whether you joined in the beginning of the day. Thank you for being here versus you know in the middle of the day. How are you enjoying today's summit so far? Can you share your thoughts and feelings in the chat? And I'm so honored that you all took the time to be here. I'm so honored that speakers like Rachel Jane, thank you Rachel Jane, for spending time with us. Now, our next final speaker actually needs no introduction, but I'm going to do it anyway. He is someone who literally wrote the book on clearing limits and unlocking wealth. He's known around the world for helping people move from struggle to zero limits. That's a hint. And his life story is proof that transformation is always possible. It is none other than Dr. Joe Vitali, the author of the attractor factor and one of the stars of the secret. You know, Joe went from being completely homeless to becoming a global teacher of abundance. And today he will help you understand what it really means to live a life with zero limits. So strap in, you know, sit down, get your favorite cup of tea, and let's welcome Joe to the Happy Wealth Summit. Hi, Ken Hana here. I'm so happy to um uh have you back to this Happy Wealth Summit. Uh I have a special guest, my dear friend and my great mentor, Dr. with Joe Vital. Thank you, Joe, for coming. I'm so excited to have you. Oh, I've been very excited. I couldn't wait to be here. I love you. I love what you're doing, and I'm honored and flattered that you invited me to be here. Thank you for all of that. Thank you so much. To be honest, uh I I feel a little nervous, you know, uh as you know, Dr. Joe Vitalare is so busy and uh especially I'm going to talk about this later, but he's in the process of just u putting his uh latest movie. So, I know you're the busiest time um of the uh of the whole year or like could be life. So, thank you so much for taking the time to do this for us. Are you kidding? I would stop heaven and earth in order to spend some time with you. I still have great memories of us being stuck in an airport in Montreal many years ago. We got to know each other all because of that synchronicity. Everybody else was complaining, but you and I realized this was a special moment and you're a special guy. So I'm pleased to be here. At least for me, the best time ever in Montreal. A few hours stuck in the airport with Dr. Joe Vital and his wife. I mean, who would that? So I was so happy to be to be stuck in the airport for the first time in my life. So that led to the interview and then also invited me to join the other movie. So we're going to talk about manifestation and the law of uh money and also of course the zero limits. So I have many topics to cover. So first of all I want uh us to start uh this topic of of manifestation. You have manifested so many beautiful things in your life and uh if you just go to your high school reunion, you are one of the ones who just really manifested everything. And then I don't know about your your your friends back from high school, but what what are the differences between the people who can manifest so many things and for those who cannot? What a great question. Uh, the first thing I want to say in in a somewhat humorous way is I've never gone back to a high school reunion because I didn't want to be there the first time. I didn't want to go back to revisit any of the people that I knew. And I don't know that any of them were really friends. We were just kind of in confinement in the in the government's educational system at the time. So, this was not something I was interested in. What I was interested in was living a bigger, bolder, happier, healthier life. And I was interested in that even when I was a teenager, junior high, high school. And I think that would make me different from most of the people that were there. I think the big thing that's different for me and some of the masses, because I'm not the only one reaching for more, of course, but the vast majority of people don't think this material works for them. They think they're lacking. They think they're not good enough, they're not smart enough, that they don't have something, some magic, some mojo that I have and you have. They sit there and they watch all the movies. They read our books and they're going, "Well, that's great for Ken and that's great for Dr. Joe, but I'm different." And because of that belief, and that's what it is, is a belief. They don't try. And I think that's the big difference. I've tried for everything. I became a musician when I was in my 60s. I'm in my 70s now. I just started mixed martial arts training. I already got my gold belt. I already said I'm going for my black belt. I I I can go on with a whole list of things I've done and I'm doing because I am reaching for more and I know that there's more possible. I'm living a life of zero limits. I'm teaching there are zero limits. I'm questioning if we have any limits at all. But the average person doesn't do that. Yeah. Very very interesting. And and there will be a lot of people watching from Europe and Arabic countries uh India, Australia, uh you know, Asia uh and so uh people come from all diverse culture but we are all human beings. So we are so um accustomed to our habits. You know our cultures could be different but we are so confined in this uh small box. So we cannot uh seem to get out of the box. Uh I was I was interviewed by this Danish person and he said I'm stuck in Denmark but I want to teach internationally and I said you speak English you can go out you know I struggle with English so I have no confidence but you have the English and you have everything. So people think that they're stuck in a small box. Can you tell people who are stuck in the box and they cannot see the the outside world? Ken, that's a remarkable question. I would invite people to question that statement. If people are sitting there going, "Well, I'm stuck." I would stop right there. If I were coaching them, if I were mentoring them or tutoring them, I would say, "What's the evidence for you being stuck?" And they might say, "Well, I'm in this country and I can't get out." Is that true? Have planes, trains, automobiles. You don't have a way out. There's a famous actor in the US and he had come from poverty and went on to fame and fortune as an actor and he he tells people, he says, "You cannot blame your environment." He says, "The bus leaves town every day." Yes. And this is what we have to keep in mind. So when somebody says, "I'm stuck," you are creating a reality from a belief that you keep stating over and over again. If you interrupt that statement and say, "Wait a minute. I'm stuck." You might say something to the effect of I have been stuffed. But thanks to Ken and this event he's doing, I've started to shake off the shackles which were never there to begin with and started to realize, well, let me experiment. The person you just mentioned that wants to teach internationally, I'm teaching internationally every day right from this chair. You're doing the same thing because of Zoom, which we all learned to rely on during the pandemic. We've all learned that that is one of the greatest gifts. It's a technological wonder that we can reach the world, the absolute world, and not have to leave the house. So, all of these things that people say about being stuck, they're literally excuses. And these excuses are literally beliefs. And what I teach is we live in a beliefdriven universe. You change your beliefs and you get a different universe. It's almost like life is an optical illusion. What you get is what you believe. But most people aren't paying attention to their beliefs. They're not paying attention to their conversation. So again, when I'm talking to people and I hear them say, "Oh, I'm stuck." I stop. I stop them. Let's look at that. Where's the evidence for that? Is that some Is that a law? Is that a fact? Is there no way to change it? And of course, you can change it. Might take a little work. Might take a little encouragement. Might take a little support, but you can do it. Thank you so much. And a follow-up question to that is a lot of people ask me, Ken, why do you have so much courage? Um, but I never thought I'm courageous. I'm always like afraid of things. But I guess from their eyes, I seem to take the little uh courageous step to get out the box. So people think they need courage to be great. What do you think on this? You do not need courage to be great. And I'm living proof of it. Nobody believes me when I sit here and I could be very boisterous and loud and articulate and I wave my hands around and it looks like I'm just fearless and I'm uninhibited. And I didn't realize, go back to high school that you were asking me about, immature, insecure, more than shy, almost terrified of people. I met a woman 30 years after being in high school and we realized we had been in high school together. And I spontaneously asked, I said, "What do you remember about me?" Uhhuh. And she thought and she said, "I never heard you say a word ever." Ever. Wow. And then when I had my first book published in 1984 and it was a bomb. Publisher didn't know what to do. I didn't know what to do. I started reading about marketing and one of the things you learn is that if you become a speaker, you might sell your book to the people in the audience. You saw it in the back of the room. That was all new to me. And I said, "Well, I'll try it." And there were six people. Six people in the first class. I was traumatized. Sweating was pouring off my head and I was trembling and my knees were buckling and I was leaning against the wall cuz I was afraid I was going to pass out. I mean, again, there's no way to describe it in a sense that people believe me, but it was like a melodrama. This was like call 911 or whatever the number is in other countries because Joe's dying here. So, how do you build courage? You build courage one little baby step at a time. I did that little baby step. I survived it. I went on and spoke some more. Survived it. Got a little bit bigger of a group. Survived it. Kept on going. The largest live audience I spoke to 20 years ago was 20,000 people in Lima, Peru. Wow. 20,000 people. I had a police escort. I had a bodyguard. I had a translator. I had an entourage. All to see me. And the other speaker was Bob Proctor. Here I am on stage. Wow. By myself. And Bob Proctor comes on after me. And this is from the guy who doesn't say anything in high school. And let me say one more thing. I mentioned I'm a musician. When I turned 60, like 12 years ago, I decided I want to be a a m a musician. I wanted to record music. Ken, I had no courage. I was so terrified. I had all these limiting beliefs like, "Oh, Joe, you're going to ruin your reputation. You're going to ruin your brand. People know you from The Secret. They know you from marketing. They know you from speaking. They know you from being an inspirational speaker. And you're going to be a musician. You got to sing. What if you can't sing? What if you can't write songs? What if you can't play your music? Oh my god. I was I was crucifying myself with all these negative beliefs. And yet I know how to question beliefs. I did them on myself. I even performed live on stage with my own band. And I was terrified. I was swear to God terrified before going up. Got a standing ovation. Wow. on and recorded 15 albums. Wow, that's amazing. But people need to realize you don't come out of the gate ready to wrestle a lion. You you start with kittens. You start you start with baby steps, something that's a little challenging. Everybody uses the the example if if you started working out and you went to the gym and you said, "I'm going to lift weights." You don't lift 500 pounds on the first day. You go over to the little baby weights and there might be two pounds in each one and you go, "Okay, one, two, three." And you build muscle in the same way you build courage. You step out, it's a little uncomfortable. Step out again, it's a little uncomfortable. You keep doing it and you build the courage muscle. Wow. Thank you so much. It's so beautiful. And uh here I'm uh very curious. So you were a shy boy when you're 16 or 17 and at the age 70 you are an incredible zero limit person. How old were you just around like 25 or 35? When you feel like you have your life under control? I'm not there yet. Life under control. I mean, no, this is, you know, Ken, this is worth looking at because this is the big mistake people make when they watch the movie The Secret. They get into manifestation. They get into the law of attraction. They start reading about creating your own reality. They make the big mistake that now they're in control. Yes, that's exactly why I'm asking this. Yeah, they're not. We cocreate reality. We cocreate it. We do have power. We do have influence. We set intentions. We go for our intentions. But you don't have 100% control of the planet. I had control of the planet, I would have turned CO off the day I learned about it. And the same thing, my parents died during that time period. If I had control of the planet, I would have stopped that from happening. I had a family member attempt suicide, I would have stopped it. I had a best friend die, I would have stopped it. I mean, I can go on with all of the things that I could not do. My point is what we learn to do is what you can do, which is miraculous. We have a miraculous level of power, but we have to balance it with the reality that I don't know what to safely call it, but it's something like the divine. Napoleon Hill called it infinite intelligence. There's something bigger than us. And people need to know this because as soon as they learn about the law of attraction, they go, "Oh, I'm going to attract this and I'm going to be in control of that. Nothing bad's ever going to happen." And then the first day they trip or the first day there's rain or the first day there's a disappointment. They collapse. They think this crap doesn't work. Everybody lied to me. Joe lied to me. Ken lied to me. The whole law of attraction, the secret, it is BS. Uhhuh. Well, it's not BS. It works, but you cocreate reality. Yes. Wow. That's Yeah, that's exactly what I think. So, maybe let me I paraphrase the question I I asked you before. So, uh were you 25 years old when life is sort of in in in a good shape? uh in other words like um I say right now I what I want to uh set in my mind I just uh say 50 to 60% or a little bit more I can manifest but my manifestation level is like 10% like many years ago so how old were you or what happened when you know oh maybe if I do this I can create the beautiful world I understand the question, but it's a little frustrating to ask. Yes. Or a little frustrating to answer anyway. Not to ask, but to answer because, you know, I was learning about this material when I was a kid. I was reading the self-help books, The Magic of Believing, when I was like 16 years old and Grow Rich when I'm 18 years old. But reading it, knowing it, and being able to apply it, that's different. Yes. because I read all that material and you would think, oh, he's he knows how to manifest now. And I ended up being homeless. I know. So, so and then I was in poverty for 10 years. 10 years and and I'm not doing I'm not into drugs or alcohol or anything. I'm actually a guy who has a dream. I want to be an author, but nothing seems to be working out, right? So, I'm trying to apply what I know and it isn't working. And I'm going to tell you a couple reasons why I think it wasn't working until later years in my case. First, we didn't have the internet. We didn't have YouTube. We didn't have Zoom. We didn't have all of this free information. We didn't have people like you coming online to tell me and the world how to apply this in a way that actually works. I was alone and most of the material I had to walk to the public library. I didn't have money to buy the actual books. I had to walk to the library, read the books, wrestle with trying to learn how to implement it. So, the very first thing was there was no internet. There weren't the free resources. The second thing was I did not have a coach. Back then, coaching was wasn't as trendy as it is today. Back then, the only coaching I knew about was little league coaching and football coaching and a baseball coach, that kind of stuff. But not a personal improvement coach. I didn't know anything about that. And because of those elements, I was struggling. You mentioned that box earlier. I was struggling in that box. It was a box of limiting beliefs. So, I knew there was a box, but I couldn't find the door or at least the key or even a window to get out of it. Very. Yeah. For me, I would say it wasn't until my 40s. And even then, I think I was in the movie The Secret when I was around 50. Yes. And I'm in my 70s now. And the movie came out 20 years ago. So I would think I'm a late bloomer. But I want people to understand, this is really important, Ken. They can collapse time now. I couldn't back then, at least not in any way I understood. Today, people can collapse time. It does not take a long time to change or transform or manifest. And why not? We have coaching. We have the internet. We have you. We have the books of the success literature. More and more of it showing up that is explaining everything in a way that we can actually apply. Now it's easier to manifest what you want, attract what you want, and achieve what you want. Far easier than it was for me. Wow. Wow. And then we're we I want to talk about I want you to talk about the zero limits. The concept is so beautiful and I know that the movie is coming out very soon. Yes, I'm very excited about the movie. It's another thing where I've wanted it a long time and I had to co-create it into being which also meant learning the art of patience. But the movie is done. Zero limits. The movie is done. The world premiere will be June 26th in Sacramento. The movie's been nominated for 12 awards. It's already won three awards. There's been a big fuss around it in the media. Los Angeles Tribune is going to fly out and cover the VIP World Red Carpet premiere. A lot of the cast will be there. I will be there. There's a trailer for the movie, info on the movie, background on the movie at the website zerolimitsmov.com. zeroimitsmov.com. So, let me back up and say why I wanted to do this movie because you asked the question about zero limits. Yes. I I'm in a position where I'm exploring whether we really have limits or not. My suspicion is we don't have any except the ones we believe. And the ones we believe, we just reinforce and we say things like, "Well, you can't do that." without questioning whether you actually can or not. And I'm at the point where with all the things I've done, all the things I've seen, all the things I've read, I really believe we can inspire people to do what they previously thought might have been impossible. All because of this zero limits. And the key story that triggered it all for me was around 2005, I heard this preposterous story about a therapist who helped heal an entire ward of mentally ill criminals at a state hospital in Hawaii. And the punchline was he helped heal them not by working on them, but by working on himself. And he used some peculiar technique which I had never heard of at the time. It was called ho ponop po. Well, I went on a quest because I thought if that story is true, I got to know it. I got to tell it. I got to find out what the technique is. I got to apply it to my life. I got to teach it to other people because this is another example of maybe there aren't any limits. Maybe anything could be healed. maybe mentally ill criminals who were shackled and sedated on a daily basis can be freed and pronounced whole. And I found the therapist. I did three events with him. I wrote the first book, Zero Limits with him. He taught me halopono pono and I learned ever since 2005 when I started to apply it that truly nothing is impossible. M we drop the limits and you can live this zero limits life which is now why there's a book called zero limits I am causing a movement around zero limits and the movie is called zero limits beautiful and also you're teaching people how to become a person right absolutely and that is an ongoing process because we're in the human experience here and we have a lot of limitations that are in the subconscious slash unconscious that we haven't been aware of. As people learn about the law of attraction and personal development or they see the movie The Secret, they baby step. They they put their toe in the water and start to explore their limiting beliefs. But limiting beliefs go deeper than that. You mentioned earlier that you have audiences that may be watching this all over the world in countries that I've been to and countries I haven't been to. It's a planetary experience. And what most people don't realize is that every one of those countries has a builtin belief system. Yes, you're born into it. I was born in Ohio in the Midwest and the United States. My upbringing where I was not even conscious of what I was downloading into my brain and it was molding my belief system is completely different than yours because of where you were born. Besides the year and everything, but because of where you were born, the culture, the planet, that situation, the beliefs that are in the culture are downloaded into our interior operating system. And when we go to change our reality, we have to become awake to that programming so that we can change it. We can remold it. We can redirect it and we can have more of a zero limits life. But it does take self-awareness and uh persistence to do it. Yes, you're so amazing. um you have helped millions of people around the world and still by showing an example you know if I were 72 or 73 I'll just relax and retire you and then I won't be studying a movie you know and then he'd be busy touring around the country or just doing so many zooms but I'm very very curious what does where does your passion come from that's a wonderful question Ken And I have told people ever since anybody recognized anything I was doing and was curious about me and they would ask what what's motivating you? What's making you do this? And I would say it's simply my passion. I get excited. I get curious and I pursue it. And I've done it in so many different fields over seven decades that some of my long-term fans have been confused by it because most people lock into something. It's their topic. It's their hobby. It's their vocation and they pretty much just stay in that lane. I stay in the lane called passion. And the passion lane could say, "Hey, go over here and become a musician or go over here." And for a while I was a strong man and I was bending horseshoes and nails and driving nails through boards and bending steel bars. And why? Because I was curious and I shouldn't I just sign up for MMA training. Why? There's no why. It's more like Joe's little kid in him is playing and this is what I'm doing next, you know? And I've done it. I've done it all along the way with things I probably even forgotten about at this point. But that's all I'm doing is following my passion. I believe that passion is available to each of us. Most of us will put our foot on it and hold it down and come up with those excuses slashbeliefs for not doing it. But it's there. [Music] It's amazing. And I think now I know that's why you are such a great hero to me. You never stop and and I think you and I share something called curiosity, you know, like Yes, you're very curious and I'm very curious and you know I'm very curious if you're curious about coming to Japan. Yes, of course. Especially now that I'm back into martial arts. That's the other thing. I was into martial arts 50 years ago. 50 years ago. And so when I got into my 70s and I saw a martial arts place near me, I walked in uncomfortably talking about the courage again. I didn't have courage. I almost left. I almost didn't go in to begin. Then I almost left once I was there. And then I had to do the selft talk to keep me there. And so martial arts, the traditions that are in Japan, the food that is in Japan, you are in Japan. Yes, I am very intrigued about going too. Yes. you know um one of my close friends um did promote Dr. Dr. Hurin and other teachers so fascinated by um by the concept and your name is also well known in that uh from that as a as that person as of course as well as uh the sty secret. So uh you might be interested in just learning or just witnessing the Zen practice in a very secret mountain and nice sushi and nice saki. I'm trying to seduce Dr. Thailand to come come over to Japan right with this movie and uh and other things and we uh fascinated with uh all your activities. Um all your books have been translated into Japanese and you have uh you have a great big uh following and I talk about you a lot and uh uh the manifestation uh you know the training and the learning and the books um that Joe Vital never stops. You're like a spring of wisdom. It just keeps pumping up. And your new book is also coming soon. I guess the the most recent one is called Zero Limits Living. Uhhuh. And I don't keep up with the translation, so I don't know where it is with the Japan market, but Zero Limits Living is the most recent book, and it's behind me over somewhere behind me. Yes. Can you talk about the book, too? Because you have so so much wisdom. Yes. Well, I keep learning. I've written over 90 books and even I when I say it have been pressed just like I did. How did I write 90 books? Well, you just keep following your passion. You follow your curiosity. You get excited about something and next thing you know you're learning and then you're sharing and then there's the book. Most recently, Zero Limits Living came because I had this Eureka moment. I've often said it's like being hit by lightning in the back of my head and down my spine to use the esoteric terms. It was like my condalini awakened. Everything fueled and lit up within my body, mind, and soul. And a lot of the things that I've been known for over the decades, like the law of attraction as one category, po is another category. I'm the big action guy. I'm always saying take action as another category. And they were all separate. But they all came together as three pillars. And these three pillars became essential to manifesting whatever you wanted in your life. Because a lot of people work on one of the pillars, but if they don't have the other two, they're unbalanced and they don't usually sustain any sort of success. And they might even use two of the pillars, but still not make it to get to the result that they want. And I found they need all three. So in zero limits living the book I talk about the three pillars. The first pillar is mindset. A lot of people say oh have a positive mindset. Well that's the superficial level. You have to go deeper than that to find out where your beliefs are operating so you understand how to change them. So mindset's the first pillar. The second pillar is movement. But I call it inspired action. You have to move. You have to cocreate with the world. You can't just sit there. That was a big criticism that the people had about the movie The Secret. They said, "Oh, you just sit and you visualize and then the front door bell rings and there's your soulmate or there's a bag of cash or there's a bike, you know, and and the world could work like that." I believe in magic in miracles. I wish. I wish. Right. But usually you have to get up and do something. That's the movement. That's the second pillar. That's the co-creation. And the third pillar where some people just focus on it which is a mistake. You have to have the other two and that's mysticism. That's when you start to listen to the inside your inner connection to again I'll call it divinity but there's different words in different countries and different cultures. They say there's a thousand different names for God. But I'm talking about this invisible higher power, this mystical way of living. And I have found that if you listen to the mystical, it will inform the mindset and it will help you with the movement. And then you find all three pillars start to work. So zero limits living explains all of that. And there's a lot of processes and things in there that I call illuminations because they help illuminate in your mind the reality that we're all in. Wow. Wow. So you know I I I'm sort of seeing what you see the people uh with so many limiting beliefs and I with a touch of a um magic hand magic wand of Dr. Joe Vitali. Yeah. People will be transformed in probably two seconds, right? Yes. Act. Well, that's what I'm planning on doing. That's what I'm doing in the movie. That's what I'm doing with the books. That's what I'm doing with my speaking. I am giving the uh the magic wand. I wonder what brings you most joy. Is that speaking, coaching, teaching or writing and presenting in big groups or playing music? What a wonderful question. I love that, Ken. I'm glad I do. And you're causing me to reflect a little bit. Well, while I love all of what you just mentioned there. Yes. This is an expression of my life and my creativity and my life mission. I have been a book lover since day one. And I would say what gives me the greatest joy is finding, reading and sharing books. And of course writing, publishing and sharing books that are of ideas that I believe in and I'm expressing. I would say books. I in many ways I really just want to stay at home with books. I just want to read. That's why there's books behind me and there's books you can't see on the shelves over there and there's a library downstairs with books and I've got, you know, there's books everywhere. Amazon visits almost every day. Here's another book. That's what my family is always complaining about. You know, can you do a special contract so Amazon will just give you titanium box so it can go back and forth without wasting any boxes? Don't you think it's a great idea? I love that idea. Yeah. So, Titanium membership $10,000. I think you and I will be in, right? We'd be in. Yeah. I've been with Amazon since they started in the mid 1990s and I was part of the group that made fun of them because we thought he thinks he's gonna make money on the internet. He thinks he's going to make money selling books. Look at us now. Yes. Yes. Like and and Amazon and I I'm sure your books too. Amazon uh not only I spend a lot of money on Amazon but Amazon are giving us a lot of money too by selling our books. Oh, absolutely. Yeah. In fact, today there was a bunch of royalties that came in and they were from Amazon book sales and sometimes I forget just how many books I have on Amazon. Yes. And they are religiously keeping track of it all. So, yes, I'm grateful for Amazon for so many reasons besides it being a number one stop to find all the books and I can browse forever to find books that are connected to books that are connected to my interest and I can just keep exploring rabbit holes. And of course they're selling my books which is wonderful. But even beyond that during COVID I was in Texas during that time it was Amazon and some of the other delivery services that kept us alive. Yes. In many ways. So I I'm very grateful. I'm very grateful. Yeah. By the way, do you read on Kindle or do you like real books? I do not read on Kindle because I have to have a real book. A real book is living and breathing to me. Yeah. I got to hold it. I got to smell it. And um I have tried Kindle, especially on airplanes and everything. It's just too flat. It's just not alive. It's just It's just letters on a fake page. It's just not for me. Nothing beats the smell of the in, you know, in English. That's right. That's right. Yeah. Yeah. I think we're in the same page. No pun intended, right? We're reading the same book. Yes. that you know my English is getting better, Joe. You know, I'm learning a lot. So, your English is fantastic. Thank you, Ken. Godspeed to you. I'm grateful. I'm sending you all the healthy uh wealthy abundant energy from Japan. Thank you. I receive. Thank you. Wow, what a way to end day two of the Happy Wealth Summit. Thank you, Joe, for taking the time to share with us your decades of wisdom and just helping us understand that zero limits means letting go of control and choosing trust instead, which I feel like is a very powerful reminder for where we are today in this society. And to know that we don't have to figure out everything and how it's going to happen. We just need to know and be very, very clear what we want. I think that is so releasing because knowing that letting go of control of the outcome is how magic happens. It just gives me so much more creative space, so much more freedom internally as well. And by the way, for everyone listening, I'm very curious what spoke to you when Joe was sharing about, you know, his story, his wisdom, and his conversation with Ken. Can you share in the chat? Uh for me I again was reminded of the power of daily clearing and aligning with joy so that I can manifest even more powerfully. And his practice of hoop ponop po to cleanse emotional and mental blocks. I think that is such an easy way to implement this right we can easily clear a limiting belief with love simply by saying I love you. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. So that's something that we can implement today. Uh please take this advice forward from Dr. Joe Vitali and start creating that life of abundance and manifest more of your wealth in life. Now today has been an absolutely powerful ride. We went from learning about embodying presence with Rachel Jane to learning how your space, your home can support wealth with Marie Diamond and also clearing inner blocks with Joe Vitali and so much more. So if your mind right now is buzzing with ideas or if your heart feels a bit cracked open, those are all signs that the work is indeed landing. So please, please acknowledge the time, the investment and for showing up to this summit. The fact that you are here means so much to us and it means that you actually are choosing to live a life of true wealth. So kudos to you all and thank you. Now, quick reminder before we close. All of today's sessions will be available as a replay on this main summit page until tomorrow at 9:00 am Eastern time. So, if you want to revisit something today or if you missed out on some sessions, afraid not. You can go here and watch the replays again for a very limited time. Oh, by the way, if you haven't joined our private Facebook group yet, what are you waiting for? It is the place for you to celebrate your biggest takeaways to connect with fellow attendees all around the world and to integrate together because learning alone is not going to induce change in your life.
