[Music] hello and welcome to our video today the inogram GFF and the wisdom of sacred geometry so today we'll be talking about the inag and I'd like to take a deep dive into several aspects of it but let's start at the beginning what is the inogram exactly and what does it have to do with gerji the history of the inogram is very complex so I'll try to unthread some of these various historical threads so that we can get an understanding of where the inogram came from before we look at some of the uses of the inogram so we'll start somewhere in the middle which is where girchi in the early 1900s introduces the inogram to his students and gerch never claim to have invented the inogram but he speaks of the inogram as a fundamental hieroglyph or a universal symbol and it's the expression of what he called a perfect synthesis of law as perpetual motion and the harmonious blending of the laws of three and seven based on the princip of Relativity and the idea of conscious and volitional evolution he also said that all knowledge can be included in the inag and with the help of the inag it can be interpreted and in this connection only what a man is able to put into the inogram does he actually know that is understand everything can be included and read in the inogram so GFF begins teaching the inogram to his students but it's important to note that he's not using it as a personality tool he's teaching it as a form of sacred geometry that can be utilized for a large number of things one of the things that gerch would use it for was to design dances he was a dance master and he would write music and dances that were like Sufi whirling dervish type dances and GFF designed these dances to give the participants a direct felt sense of the meaning of the symbol and the processes it represented so they weren't just dancing they were doing a spiritual exercise meant to evolve their Consciousness and because gerf was doing these Sufi type dances using the inag a lot of people thought that he got the inag from the sufis which theoretically is possible but there's just one problem with that theory and that the inogram doesn't appear in any of the Sufi tribes literature and you could say that maybe this was an oral tradition that was so secret that it was only handed out orally that's possible but there's not a whole lot of proof that it came from the sufis other people have theorized that perhaps it came from a group of Christians known as the desert fathers that one looks a little bit more likely but still the inag doesn't really appear in the same form as giri's inogram so it's not quite conclusive that it came from there either gerf himself claimed that he had learned it from the song Brotherhood which dates back to the Babylonian Empire but again we're running into the same problem which is that there's no direct proof of the sarmon Brotherhood we don't know if girchi was perhaps concealing their name because of secrecy reasons or perhaps he just made it up as a teaching lesson but there's no actual proof of where girchi got it from so we just have to take his word on it so the origins of the INR are rather mysterious we don't know exactly where it came from since we don't have a lot to go on as to its Origins before gerv let's talk about what happened afterwards so gerch teaches the inogram to his students and a number of them continue his work with the inag in various ways and we'll look at some examples of that as well but probably the most uh well-known example of the inag is the inag personality tool and that was developed completely separately from the girchi work and therefore there's a split in in the inag community those who believe that geri's work was the primary way to use the INR and those who think that the inag personality tool is superior my own opinion is that they're all very good and so we're going to be looking at both of them and I think that both of them contain a lot of wisdom that we can learn from also as we'll see even though Geri didn't use the inag as a personality tool a lot of his teachings about personality and about the evolution of Consciousness very much are echoed in the inogram personality tools so we'll be taking a look at some of those as well so now let's talk about the Dynamics of the inogram because that will help us understand the structure of how the inag works one vital thing to understand about the inag is that it's not just a static shape it is constantly moving it's in perpetual motion and there's two types of motion on the inogram there's the circular motion around the circumference of the inogram and then there's also the Dynamics of the lines inside the inag and these Dynamics can go in two directions you can be progressing or retreating you could be advancing or going backwards or you can be integrating or disintegrating these are all different terms that are used depending on which inogram you're looking at but essentially you have these movements of the outer circumference of the inogram versus the movements on the inner workings of the inogram and then you have those directions can either be going forwards or backwards and let's just take as an example a human life so for example human life would start off on the one being born and then it would progress Through The Years Around the circumference of the circle in time eventually leading to number nine which would be death but all the while there are these inner Dynamics playing out which would consist of things like your life your relationships with other people people where you went to school what type of you know house you live in all those types of things are the Dynamics of how your life is playing out through time so you're progressing through time but then you have all these other events going on within your life that can be mapped out via the Dynamics of the inogram structure now looking at whether you're going forward or backward around the circumference of the inag is relatively simple if it's going in a clockwise Direction it's going forward if it's going not in a clockwise Direction it's going backwards but the lines inside the inag are a little bit harder to map and we'll see here this is one of the growth and stress diagrams that was created for the inogram and you can see the arrows if they're going in the direction of the inogram on the left it's in a growth Direction if it is going in the direction of the inogram on the right it is going in the wrong direction the other thing to notice is the triangle within the middle of the inogram which to gerch represented the higher levels of the inogram as well as the shocks and what he meant by shocks is if you look around the circumference of the inogram you see on the number one then he goes to number two and then number three is the edge of the triangle there and that's what gerch called the first shock so shocks are essentially transition points where the circle can continue going if it gets an additional energetic boost to make it over the shock point or it can start going in reverse at that point if it doesn't get the additional energy it needs to continue going then the second shock is the triangle to the left where again additional energy is needed to continue going or else it'll start going in reverse again and then the top of the triangle of the inogram is the point where it's connected to the higher energies and at that point the inag will essentially start over at a higher level so let's take a look at what this might look like from a practical perspective and here we see an inogram of the path of the yogi now this is something that was mentioned in gir's work but this is not a inogram made by gerch but still it shows the development of how someone who would be on the path of the yogi would develop so it starts at 0 one which would be materiality and then it would move to point two which is desire or an aim the desire to be more than just materiality and then point three is conscious labor now again we mentioned that three is the shock point so there's some additional energy required to go from the desire to conscious labor now we have to actually put in the energy to wake up or else we'll start going in reverse again so there's that shock point so let's just assume that we put in the extra energy to do conscious labor we're able to move to to will so that's where we create a real eye or a real sense of self that has some degree of will that's a good thing that's the next step and then we move to point five which is agency which is the surrender of that eye that we created and returning to the Transcendent and then we get to the next shock point point six which is intentional suffering now we have to put in additional energy to move to the next step which which is purification so we go from intentional suffering to purification which purges us of that suffering which turns itself into wisdom which then we are able to progress to the absolute which is the development of our spiritual Essence so that just kind of shows you a little bit about how we would move around on the circle there according to the inag so now that we've looked at how the inogram goes around the circle let's look at what the lines mean within the circle and how those relationships work so here we see another inogram and this will pertain to the inogram of Personality that we'll look at in just a minute but it's a very simplified version just looking at the integration points and the disintegration points so if you're looking at the green arrows those are going in the integration direction if you're looking at the disintegration points those the purple arrows there and those are going backwards so let's just take one point and we'll just start with Point number five so you can see that the point number five their virtue is not attachment but the vice is greed or avarice and so the five is a type of Personality style called the investigator that's what I am so it's an easy one to pick from and we can see here that the Green Arrow is going to8 which is the integration point and the purple arrow is going to seven so what does that mean it means that when you're in your personality and you start to act more like an eight you're going in the direction of your integration so that is the growth point for you what you should be acting like in a healthy circumstance so you'll start taking on the positive qualities of someone who has an eight personality type which is right action and an eight is generally someone who's a person of action whereas a five is more of a a thinker they don't normally like to take action until they know everything so when they move to an eight it goes from a place of knowledge and observing to we're going to put this into action then you have the disintegration Point going to seven so this is where the five if they are not growing they are disintegrating or they're going backwards and they start to take on the negative traits of their disintegration point which in this case would be seven so conceit and gluttony that is one of the negative aspects of a seven and uh a five when they are not in a healthy place will be conceited they will be lazier they'll be more gluttonous they will be distracted instead of taking action like they should be like an eight okay so now that we have an idea of how the general movement around the circumference of the inogram works and how the different elements relate to each other on the inside of the INR let's also talk about the levels as we discussed previously once you make your way around the circle of the anagram you can reach another level where the anagram starts over and so in the inogram of Personality we have nine levels of Health healthy versus unhealthy personality and it goes all the way down to level 9 which is unhealthy pathological destructiveness and you can move up the levels to get healthier and healthier and once you get up to level one that's called Liberation and what we mean by Liberation is Liberation from your personality if you watched our last video about girchi the hypnotist you'll remember that that GFF while he was working as a hypnotist noticed that there was a split between something he called Essence and personality and personality was what was mechanical in you what was in your subconscious that was automatic whereas Essence was how you would be without your mechanical in other words if you were more conscious so the more conscious you get the more you free yourselves from the shackle of your personality and the more you start to act like all of the types of the INR not just your own type so in other words the less healthy you are the more you will act like your personality type but the more healthy you are the less you start to act like your personality type and you start to act like a balanced person who is balanced among all of the different types on the INR and one other thing that's very interesting about the in and it Bears a close resemblance to something that GFF taught as well was the idea of different emotions or centers of gravity that lie behind the personality so the inogram can be divided into three parts and these three parts are essentially what is motivating the personality to do what it does so these three parts are are according to the Ingram of Personality fear anger and shame and these can be configured in a variety of ways depending on your type but it also goes along with something that gerf taught which is that there is a man number one number two and number three man number one is a man whose center of gravity is in the moving center or his physical body and that corresponds very well well to the anger quadrant of the inogram man number two is the man who the center of gravity is in the emotional Center and that corresponds pretty well to the shame or emotions side of the Ingram of personality and then man number three is the man whose center of gravity is in his intellectual Center in other words mind and mind is a fear Center so even though Geri did not invent the inag of Personality it does fit in very well with his ideas of man number one man man number two and man number three so how these emotions manifest themselves is through either being extroverted introverted or conflicted so let's just take the anger quadrant for example and a type eight is anger but they're extroverted anger so they focus on the external world and they're angry about others they're often a very forceful personality someone who has a very strong will and tries to impose it on the world so their anger is extroverted whereas a one they are also angry they can seem similar to an eight but their anger is introverted what does that mean it means that they are angry at themselves not everyone else they're generally perfectionists and they like to do things perfectly or very well and they get angry at themselves when they don't do it correctly sometimes they'll get angry at others if they don't do it as well as they would do it themselves that's another part of it it's a bit reflective but you can see the anger is more directed at themselves than the external world and then a nine is conflicted anger so a nine is someone called The Peacemaker and they're generally pretty mellow they're not someone who you would typically think of as angry because they're constantly keeping that inside but one of the things about a nine is that they will have occasional blowups well where they will just seem to explode out of nowhere and that's because they're just carrying all of this conflicted anger around and eventually the straw breaks the camel's back and then they explode all over the place so their anger is very conflicting did and so you see that in the shame quadrant as well a two is external shame a three is conflicted shame a four is extroverted shame the the fear quadrant has that as well and this all corresponds to what girchi would call the chief feature which is essentially the chief fault and the struggle with it is the aim of the work and the end aim is the realization of one's nothingness and what that means is seeing through the emptiness of personality to get to that level of Liberation from the personality one interesting thing about the chief feature said by Peter asensi who is one of geri's most famous students was that whenever anyone disagreed with the definition of his chief feature given by GFF he would say that the fact that the person disagreed with him showed that he was right and that's because the first layer of resistance is our reluctance to be categorized we each feel that in our own special way the prospect that our deepest traits stem from a finite number of features negates this illusion if our characters differ only in the blend of features that power them and in the somewhat accidental life experience that etch themselves onto our memory that nothing about us is unique our ability to see Chief feature as the Hub of our personality and psychology will depend on our ability to acknowledge that we have no individuality that we are borrowed beings created seemingly by different forces of circumstances so each of us have a chief feature and the INR of Personality would say that this generally originated by something called the childhood wound which is a special circumstance that you have happens when you're a child and it creates this hub from which you generally build your personality on and it's important to note that personalities aren't all bad they're both a gift and a curse the problem is the fact that you tend to overuse the gift and it starts to backfire on you for being overused so the goal of the inag of personality is to grow more balanced in the way that you perceive the world and the way you act in the world so it's all about becoming more conscious less mechanical less tied to your personality your personality can still be a tool but it's no longer the master directing things it is now a Emissary of the master or a tool that can be used to do a certain job or fulfill a certain role but it's no longer the shackle that is tying you into this prison of personality and there are many more intricacies within the inogram of Personality that we could go into today such as the instinctual types the wings the tri types things like that however we're going to save that for another video in this video I really just wanted to give an overview of the inag so in our next inag video we'll dive into more of the intricacies of the inag and also strategies for shadow work and things like that one last thing I would like to mention is that I am now taking spots for anagram coaching whether you need to find your inag type or you know your type and you just want some general advice as to how to progress in your Shadow work and decrease the level of personality and increase your essence I would be happy to consult with you please send me a message either on Twitter or YouTube and I would be happy to set that up with you there will be a fee for the service but the consultation is free so please let me know if that's something you're interested in and please remember to like And subscribe as well and have a great day
