Login Options

• Staff and student login: Specific login pages for staff and students.
• Guest login: Requires username (letters/numbers, e.g., 'vets123').

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

1. Install an Authenticator App: Options include Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, or Authy.
2. Set Up MFA:
   • Open the authenticator app.
   • Scan the QR image or copy the key provided.
   • Enter the 6-digit code generated by the app.
3. Enable MFA:
   • You will need to enter a code each time you log in, especially on new devices.

Third-Party Account Sign-In

• Login to AAD: Access via specific URL.
• Login to Entra: Access via specific URL.

External Login

• Username will be an email address (for accounts created after April 2025).
