Welcome back one and all and full Blast na yung pag-renew our second floor So this is something Uh we're very excited about this is because of our third baby and sobrang skip na namin dito sa loob ng bahay but um I the the reason why I wanted to make this video for you today is because this is something na we experience recently naubusan yung ng tubig yung buong Subdivision dito due to the recent heat wave I think there was about mga 4 months na walang walang tubig talaga the Subdivision had a issue with the water pero kami um very very minimal iung lang Iyung napapansin namin and this is because meron tayong preparations na ginawa Napansin ko rin na not every house in the Philippines merong ganito so allow me to pull back a little bit because itong bahay has experienced mga a big big disaster like typon o Det And during that time meron tayong generator around that area right Iyung pinakaimportante sa isang bahay is syempre may electricity as much as possible and merong tubig as much as possible so ' ba sa bahay natin nilalagyan natin ng generator for backup of electricity in our case we've converted to batteries so What if meron tayong generator for water ano ba yun yun yung water line cuts off meron pa tayong reserve tank dito sa loob ng bahay So this one in this case we have an underground version This is totally different from the requirement of a rain water tank So this rain water is set up similar to a cistern tank especially when it's underground so all the rain water flows from your Rooftop and gets collected in a certain reservoir um sometimes it merong nilalagay na mga leaf filters and mga particle filters para sa mga alikabok alikabok but usually ginagamit siya for mga watering of the plants because number one It's a nice to have I would say ag kasi hindi rin consistent yung ulan ' ba Pero itong cistern tank consistently meron siyang fresh water all the time So In our case during the drought that we experience So kahit walang tubig dito operational pa rin kami sa bahay so because we have that in reserve depending on yung gusto niyo I suggest to have maybe about 3 days to about a week of reserve Just to be extra sure In our case we have I think 10 cubic meter of water here so malaking malaki talaga Iyung tubig na nandito Uh to give you an idea 10 cubic meter for us is about 3 weeks worth of ano pero when we w building this inemphasize ng daddy ko kailangan malaki talaga ah cistern tank mo So this is What We Actually did and isa din to sa pinakamalaking advantage say for example may Nasira na mga pipes Wala talaga hindi talaga makakapasok yung tubig pwede akong mag-order now a water truck delivery na pwede nilang i-fill yyung cistern tank namin and I still get to use everything in our home and that buffer that size of the sister tank gives us consistent water no matter what merong underground like this one but meron din iyung mga stainless stainless lang na you can have for your home sometimes on the ground level sometimes um mga overhead water tanks talaga nakikita talaga natin nice personal pet peeve lang is it's not as pretty as as an underground one so Uh may mga pros and cons um it is kind of expensive to make something like this especially because this tank that we have is made to carry the load of the cars that are moving in and out bu because we needed a space also but there are specific designs when it comes to cistern tank that should be very very important Uh buksan natin that is Actually our rainwater tank and this is our cistern tank so ito Iyung cistern tank namin um a lot of the questions when it comes to cistern tank is Okay I have a tank is it going to be clean Uh How do I make sure na There's no mga rats or ano na mo pumapasok medyo madumi na kailangan na namin to Linisin so sa amin dito um this one we Actually have a design for the lid talaga na It's a sealed as possible and may lip siya so that liquids cannot go in especially kung may mga ulan going in and carrying dirt But syempre hindi talaga natin maiiwasan na may konting dumi talaga ang pumapasok That's why we have our water tested regularly here should be cleaned every six months to once every year so when it comes to sa amin just for my peace of mind meron tayong mga test na ginagawa We just submitted to a water laboratory and alam na natin kung safe ba siya o hindi but sometimes just for an extra extra layer of peace of mind meron tayong mga very very small dose of chlorine just to make sure that All These bacteria kung may mga e coli na wala talaga siya when it comes to the water but Is it safe to drink now when it comes to the water that we drink meron pa tayong series of filters to make sure It's as safe as possible and even the chlorine that is in the water gets filtered out so ang problem with a cistern tank is how do I know if I have enough water or do I have to turn on a valve na to fill up my water and then Turn It Off pagpo and ganyan All right So this is What's called the float switch um when it's floating like that naka-hang siya in your tank alam niya na Uy walang tubig so magfi up siya it will let the water from the main line come in and Fill the tank pag nakabaliktad There's a weight here meaning This is floating And there's a weight here and that actually says Oy puno na tayo huwag na tayong Magdagdag ng ng tubig sa cistern tank So this will dictate yyung level mismo ng water ng cistern tank so wala na tayong pag-isipan pa This is a Plug and Play system when you have that float switch Yeah so ang question na lang talaga is how much do these typically cost ah how big do I really need it for my family I think you can check your water bill um you have kung ilan Iyung cubic na kino-consider happen very very hard to find water buong Cebu agawan ng tubig so even Our office staff sir can you help us with water Sabi ko just come here to my house you can get diretso So this has Actually been a lif saver for us so i think um it is relatively expensive especially because this is a tank na wi now waterproof pa talaga underground um a few h thous for this size siguro but it really depends on the size locate overhead um does it carry your cars on top or not may mga ganyan but I feel like if you have the budget dapat to isama natin especially when you're in an area wherein hindi talaga consistent yung tubig natin paminsan
