Diagnostic Process

Initial Steps

  • First Step: Run the recalibration mode before diagnostic mode.

Recalibration Mode

  1. Starting Position: Washer should be off, and indicator lights turned off.
  2. Turn the Dial: One complete 360-degree counterclockwise turn, stopping straight up.
  3. Quick Sequence: Within 6 seconds, turn the dial 3 clicks clockwise, 1 click back, 1 click clockwise.
    • Tip: Turn faster/slower if the lights don’t blink on first try.
  4. Activate Diagnostic Mode: Green status lights blink upon successful activation.
  5. Initiate Calibration Cycle: Turn the dial 2 more times clockwise and press start.
    • Duration: 2-3 minutes.
    • Outcome: Lid unlocks and washer shuts off if successful.
    • Failure: Pull error codes if unsuccessful.

Retrieving Error Codes

  6. Ending Diagnostic Mode: Turn washer off.
