right so let's Dive In I'll give you some examples of as well from myself and also some of my students more to inspire you so first things first how do you come up with an idea to sell so choosing a niche or what to sell is one of the most important parts when it comes to monetizing your ebook and making money online a profitable Niche is something that people are actually searching for Solutions in and and only you know it only needs to be something you're knowledgeable about passion about or something you want to learn about maybe interview others about think of it as a sweet spot between what you love and what others are willing to pay you and if you pick the right Niche it's not uncommon to make hundreds of dollars per day from a single ebook for example if you price your ebook at $20 like like one of my students did about how to decorate cookies you only need to yes cookies you only need to sell 50 copies a day to hit that thousand Mark and when you're targeting a niche with an eager audience like people who really want to learn this whether it's personal development Fitness or how-to guides like gardening for instance reaching those numbers is totally doable so I highly encourage you not to overthink it just pick a topic you love or you're skilled in or you'd like to interview other people about because you're interested in and there's always someone out there who who needs what you know once you've got that you're already halfway there so now that you've choosen a niche how do you actually create the ebook so right writing your ebook doesn't have to be as daunting as it sounds like I sometimes just record it and then get it transcribed at a service like rev.com but the first thing you want to do is start outlining your main ideas and organize them into sections or chapters think about the key takeaways your reader will get from each part and make sure you're solving a problem or delivering valuable insights even if you're not a professional writer you can still produce something valuable like we all have this impostor syndrome but trust me everyone starts at zero and and learns and learns and learns and gets better and better so with well structured content you can easily charge $10 to $50 for an ebook and depending on the niche or depth of knowledge that you have like people will buy it and they want to buy more from you other things too so the best part is that once you have your ebook written you can keep selling it over and over again and also you can keep optimizing it getting better and better each time because once you start with one it's going to get seductive and you're going to start creating more than one right so thing is I had a mentor when I first started to help me with all this and one of the best ways to make money while you sleep how cool is that so now let's get back to the steps now that you've written your ebook let's imagine that you've written your ebook where do you sell it that's the million-dollar question isn't it right there are many ways to sell it I'm gonna we can do a whole series of videos about this but some platforms that you've probably heard of is selling you know on Amazon or k Kindle I'm going to talk about that but the ultimate way that gets you to $1,000 days keep watching I'm going to share that with you but first like I mentioned there's Amazon Kindle Direct publishing you can publish a book for free and get paid royalties one of the biggest platforms for ebooks right now and you can easily self-publish your book and get it in front of millions of readers another option is Google playbooks which is great for reaching a global audience so that's really cool too because you put it up on Google playbooks and then boom you get paid uh certain amount of your ebooks so Amazon and Google Play can help you reach a wide audience but you you also want to sell directly to your own audience right by doing this you can keep a bigger percentage of the profits no need to share a big cut with thirdparty platforms and if you sell through your own website or automated Sales Machine I like to call it you could keep up to 90% of the revenue which means you're hitting that $1,000 day goal even easier and faster right so now here's what I have myself and my students that helps make $1,000 days the ultimate way is to build your own automated Sales Machine your email list and audience for long-term success and when you own your audience like an email list it's the secret to consistent and scalable income and it's one of your most oh sorry my dog's trying to make a guest appearance here somewhere hey Merlin so and the thing is is that when you have your own audience like your email list it's like a it's like an asset for you and it allows you to create passive income in 2024 and 2025 and Beyond so let's talk about this Real Money Maker the automated Sales Machine and you may have heard of it called sales funnels and a sales funnel is basically a step-by-step process to guide your audience from discovering you to actually buying your ebook or digital course and when I say you you could also publish this under their pen name or like what they call faceless videos if you want but essentially because of software available today you can have an automated system that allows you to sell stuff 247 even while you sleep right and you don't have to worry about giving anyone a raise or any corporate drama because it's software right it's not a person if you've ever managed people I think you know what I mean all right so think of it like this you start by capturing their intention on social media like you're watching this YouTube video right now then you offer them something for free or valuable or or even low cost uh like a checklist or mini guide and then once they're on your email list you can start promoting your ebook and your course right using platforms like this that you're on now YouTube or Instagram Tik Tok even Facebook you can grow a community of followers who are genuinely interested in what you're selling okay and you that's why you probably see all these challenges around right because sometimes they're free or paid like I've done and it gets people into your email list and you can start selling them stuff so it's really realistic with a solid sales funnel to make hundreds if not thousands of dollars a day especially as your email list grows because it's like a Snowball Effect it grows with time and you're in control of your email list as well it's your asset so if Amazon or Facebook goes away you still have your email list right so you want to use social media for posting building relationship with the audience and and create content that um excites them and then you let the sales funnel the automated Sales Machine do all the heavy lifting for you right so now that U ebook is live how else can you Market it well marketing is where you really set yourself apart whether it's through social media podcasts blogs paid ads or collaborations your goal is to get your ebook in front of as many eyes as possible and having a social media account is free I mean you can set up a YouTube channel for free like I'm in my 50s and I'm on YouTube and the opportunities are crazy good right now you know and and when you have a strong marketing strategy it's essential to have so that increases your visibility in sales when I made my first $100,000 with ebooks I also used collaborations and offered a commission to other people if they would promote my ebook and course to their list and it costs you nothing to contact someone and say hey will you promote this book for for me you know so and I've also used pay dads to sell my ebooks and one of my students who made cookie decorating how to ebooks I mentioned her before she made over 100,000 in one year and I give you this example to show you that it's possible like if someone's selling recipes on how to decorate cookies or make cookies like then the whole world is your oyster right because there's so many ways you can create an ebook and and the best part once you're you kind of kind of start getting this going and you automate your marketing your income can truly become passive the the heavy lifting is at the beginning to get it going so if you're aiming for $11,000 a day or Beyond like I want you to not be shy about marketing it's where the
