it has been about 3 months since Daniel Larson was arrested and sent to jail due to all those threats he was making and in that time we obviously haven't heard anything from him however we all knew that eventually we would be hearing about his court case Daniel's trial everything like that but now it seems like we're going to be waiting a whole lot longer now for one this is an absolutely brilliant thing for the state of Colorado not having Daniel Larsson on your streets anymore it's pretty big W not going to lie but we had talked about this a little bit in my upload the other day at the end of my like compilation of covering every lal's week we talked a little bit about Daniel and how he was sent for mental health valuations to determine whether or not he was going to be like competent to stand trial and I read off the court documents and gave my opinion and everything like that when I touched on this the other day so I think for right now I'm just going to show you guys that clip so you can see where we last left off with Daniels like prison Fiasco because I got to now point you over to kari's channel casari is someone who's done a lot of great documentaries on Daniel Larson and I assume you've probably seen them before but if not his link will be down the description below and he posted this community post a few days back in regards to an update on Daniel's case he says on May 23rd Daniel Larson was ordered to have a mental health evaluation to see if he can stand trial or plead guilty because of this the judge canceled the hearings scheduled for today and yesterday depending on where you live 71024 and 7 71524 all future court dates have been cancelled Daniel is now in a mental health facility for an indefinite period of time this means the legal proceedings against him are on hold for now now I had not heard anything about these like recent court hearings I had heard that Daniel was in one on the 10th but then again nothing else really came of it if there was big news I imagine I would have heard it and same for the 15th I hadn't heard anything from these hearings so I imagine that Daniel is still in jail now it says there that they were cancelled however I heard like from so many people that these were going on so I'm not really too sure either way obviously these are things that are like recorded there's live streams for them but nobody is able to screen record and put them online because that's just you can't do that apparently it's legal so I don't know what is going on here all I know is Daniel is still 100% in jail and as of right now it doesn't seem like there's really anything going on until more of these Mental Health evaluations are done taking place court order summary the court granted a motion for Daniel to have a psychiatric evaluation to determine if he is mentally competent to understand the trial or to assist in his defense he will stay in custody and be taken to a facility for evaluation the evaluation period can take up to 30 days with the possible extension of 15 days after the evaluation a report will be made to decide if he can wave his right to trial and plead guilty all court dates are vacated until he is found competent cuz it doesn't look like again Daniel's going to be getting out anytime soon because they still don't even know what like head space he's in if he's even going to be like able to go to trial and he is they're not going to find him legally insane a lot of people think they will but no Daniel will have to face trial and it'll be a be one of the wackiest situations the internet ever seen God damn was I wrong on that one to be fair I've never claimed to be an expert in this field but but no matter what man I was way off the mark basically what I was talking about yesterday was the fact that Daniel was sent for mental health evaluations and now we don't have specifics but we kind of got a pretty good idea of what they found out about Daniel when he went to these mental health evaluations and that is that he is in fact not competent to stand trial and that Daniel Larson will be kept at a mental health facility for the foreseeable future until they determine like that he's good enough to go and here's the crazy about it Daniel has also waved his right to a speedy trial so it's probably going to be close to a year before we hear anything this means no letters no phone calls nothing like that and it's all for the best honestly someone like Daniel who's been so manipulated by like just people in his life probably doesn't need a bunch of letters being sent to him when they're trying to fix this guy I've always set up before that you can't blame the trolls for all of Daniel's actions and that's absolutely something I still stand by however I want to see how Daniel Larson reacts now you know like a setting without trolls for years on end somewhere where he can't hurt people and people can't just put these crazy ideas in his head now he's so far gone that you may never be able to convince him that Grace vanderwal isn't in love with him and that he's not a worldwide famous like celebrity but staying Behind Bars is going to do him good and going to do good for all those towns that he was lingering around the past year now I know I had made a few videos a couple months back when Daniel had initially gotten arrested saying that it's the end of Larson he's going away for possibly 60 years and still at that time I was under the impression that you know what all this is a possibility but with Daniel's like Teflon armor that he has nothing ever seemed to put him away for good I was still highly skeptical that they would put him away for any real like serious amount of time but after seeing this them declaring him not even mentally sane enough to have a trial it's uh it's over for old Daniel now all this time that Daniel's going to be spending at the mental health facility will be considered time served whenever they like give him his sentence and by the end of this all maybe it knocks like a year off his sentence maybe two all I know is if he's going to be looking at the time that we all know he's looking at this probably isn't even going to matter in the grand scheme of things it's so wild seeing this Daniel Larson on screen right now and if you're wondering what video this is this is Daniel's final video I believe he posted online before he was arrested Ed or at least this is the last one I could find on the Daniel Larson Hollywood family account and this is Daniel like a few months ago in his mid 20s just living life walking down the street talking about like his trolls always looking over his shoulder cuz he's paranoid as hell and it's so crazy to think that the next time we see him if we ever see him at all it's probably going to be him in like his 30s or 40s looking like a completely different Daniel Larson and it's not like he looks very great now I mean Christ we've seen some of these pictures of him from the past few years Daniel has aged rapidly and Jail's probably not going to do him any better in that sense but you notice when I said like the next time we see him look Daniel is one of the most mentally ill people I've ever seen online let's not get over the fact that they could like possibly never deem him mentally fit and he could just rot away in a mental institution that's a that's a genuine possibility when Daniel larsson's name is thrown into the equation now again I've mentioned it earlier on in the video that I'm no law expert and I imagine on got some comments people telling me well actually no this could still happen this could still happen and Daniel could get out of this unscathed maybe that'll happen this time I I don't really know and then my mind begins to wander and wonder what the hell did he say in these like evaluations that got them to go yeah like Daniel Daniel's not all there I mean obviously uh people at these mental health places they deal with people like Daniel a lot and I I imagine Daniel is no different it's probably not the most interesting thing in the world but with how much we followed this guy I just find it so like just so funny to imagine him sitting down there and being like all right let's make this quick I got to get back there and write like my 10th letter today to Grace vanderwal but the people who evaluated him now they're professionals they probably knew exactly how to deal with Daniel but like again knowing him he probably just sat down and expected to talk his way out of it cuz he's always so confident he's like yes the trolls were bothering me and I had to do this to get away from them I'm not a bad person like but they saw what was really going on in Daniel's mind and now we're going to have to wait quite a long time till this trial of Daniel Larson takes place and that's something that I know a lot of people were looking forward to seeing Daniel Larson in that Court setting would have been a a crazy [ __ ] thing to see but again they uh they know they know just as well as we do that yeah this dude isn't all there and it's probably not the best to go put him really anywhere right now other than a padded cell but now I want to read you guys these Court doc doents because somebody sent these over to me today and told me they were posted on Reddit and because of course they were so let's just start up at the top here the United States of America by and through Matt kersch acting United States Attorney for the District of Colorado and Allison Kady assistant United States Attorney and Council for Mr Daniel Larson respectfully files this joint motion for a court finding on competency on May 23rd 2024 the parties filed a joint motion otion requesting a competency evaluation for Mr lson the court granted the request the same day the parties received the evaluation from the court on July 11th 2024 and the parties are in receipt of the Court's order setting a competency hearing for September 23rd 2024 Mr lson waves his right to a hearing and the parties jointly request a court finding that Mr lson is incompetent to proceed the parties are not contesting the results of the evaluation Mr Larson waves the hearing that he is entitled to under 18 USC 4241 and Mr Larson waves the rights that he is entitled to at that hearing as set out in 18 USC 4247 the parties jointly ask this court to find that the defendant is presently suffering from a mental disease or defect rendering him mentally incompetent to the extent that he is unable to understand the nature and consequences of the proceedings against him or to assist properly in his defense pursuant to 18 USC 4241 the parties asked this court to vacate the hearing set on September 23rd 2024 the parties further asked Court to order Mr Larson committed to the custody of the attorney general for hospitalization and treatment in a suitable facility pursuant to the guidelines set forth in 18 USC 4241 the period of delay resulting from these ongoing competency proceedings should be excluded in Computing the time within which the trial must commence under 18 USC 3161 addresses the impact a defendants mental incompetence has on speedy trial with the Court's finding of incompetency any period of delay that occurs while the defendant is being treated pursuant to 18 USC 4142 will be excluded in conclusion the parties jointly request this court vacate the September 23rd 2024 competency hearing and enter an order finding Mr Larson incompetent and Comm to the custody of the Attorney General so as you can see there Daniel's next hearing was going to be September 23rd however now that has been cancelled and now we basically just wait to see what happens next it could be years it could be months knowing Daniel's luck maybe it will be a few months but I think that luck has ran out especially reading something like that knowing that he's under the custody of the Attorney General and as you read there Daniel's side and the prosecutors both agree that Daniel does not like have the right to a speedy trial which again I think that just comes with the territory of him being like declared incompetent that there's no timeline for this whole situation so I mean [ __ ] man the the walls he's surrounded by now may be the walls that surround him for the rest of his natural life and uh the final thing I wanted to talk about here today is I wonder how this is going to affect like certain people who were like I guess involved with Daniel uh whether they wanted to or not uh let's look at Clark right now Clark's got to be like freaking out for numerous reasons number one being the fact that there's still probably so much stuff he sent to Daniel still on Daniel's phone so like I I'd be tripping about that if I was in that guy's shoes but then again I'm not the one who spent like you know months and months of my time buddying up to Daniel lison so I think like you guys who are all listening to this as well we can all sleep comfortably knowing that that's not something we put ourselves into however Clark's probably also freaking out because I bet you there was a little bit of like hope in his heart that Daniel would get back out and his meal ticket would return however it doesn't seem like that is the case and now he's probably just drinking himself into a sad Oblivion hey Clark I'll tell you this much there's a there's a giant only use me blade sized hole open in the fire sales Community if you want to you want to take a dabble into that let's jump to Bob though Bob this is a weird one because despite all the [ __ ] Daniel put Bob through Bob was always there on Daniel's side always willing to look out for him or send him money or get him a new phone when he broke his other one and Bob's probably actually pretty upset by this because no matter what he did look at Daniel kind of like a son in a certain way and I know there's a lot of weird allegations out there about like the true nature of their relationship but the fact of the matter is just that Bob Bob's probably pretty bummed out about this whole situation I'd imagine that the the beatings in the car don't outweigh the love that he has for Daniel so maybe he's just going to head back to like a Tennison Center and see if he can find a new a new Protege Grace vanderwell she's one who had has to be like over the Moon by this cuz now you don't have this little crazy dude in the comments of every Tik Tok of yours also claiming that he's like the love of your life you're the love of his and it's it's just got to be a big uh a big weight off her shoulders because no matter what wherever that girl would have went you would have always seen like comments in her comment section saying like Daniel Larson Daniel Larson loves you and now with Daniel being gone this will probably fade out of people's minds after a while so yeah the vanderwal family's got to love this and if not that for just like the harassment that Daniel has thrown at them always thinking that he's in contact with them which again probably isn't as much him as the trolls were getting him to think that but Daniel still has gotten so bad before to the point where the vanderwal parents had to ask to please just please leave leave our daughter Alone um the detective who Daniel Larson would constantly name drop all the time that guy has to be happy because his name is not getting dropped all the time right now by Daniel Larsson and finally the Daniel Larson Community the people that trolled him the people that followed him well it just seems like they're all going to Branch off and go find another L cow and the the sea is vast with them you know those cows are swimming everywhere and I guess the final thing I got to say is that it was a wild ride talking about this crazy little bastard but as we can all agree it's better for him to be behind bars than out just constantly on his community post making YouTube videos of himself freaking out in public making threats and also let's not forget all the creepy [ __ ] he did like on Pinterest there's allegations that he did something incredibly disgusting with a very young girl at one of the group homes he was in a few years back there's a lot of terrible things Daniel Larson's done and despite a lot of people just kind of pointing and laughing at him myself included you got to remember that it's always consequences over content you got to want to see these type of creeps in jail and not able to hurt a soul I'd rather see Daniel locked up to the day I die than ever make video like this on him again but he's somebody who I followed for over two years now and when this type of stuff happens I feel like I got to let you guys know about it I'm just happy to be making one of these videos and not having to bring up him just screaming in the face of some random woman at IHOP and I've said it before I love freakouts there's nothing on the internet I love watching more than someone just losing their mind but when you bring other people into it you affect the lives with just random people trying to go about their day yeah that's where I got a problem with it and Daniel Daniel used to always just bring anybody even in like a 10-ft vicinity into his [ __ ] and of course if any more of this court stuff comes out we will talk about it because now that Daniel larsson's there I'll keep you guys updated with how much longer he's going to be there I mean if I make videos for another 20 years I guarantee you we'll be talking about Daniel larsson's Court case all that time but it seems like the spirit of Daniel Larson has like gotten to World of t-shirts somehow and world of t-shirts is someone who's always been pretty crazy but that dude seems like his story is just getting like increasingly more and more insane and knowing that him and Daniel lson met just last summer it's kind of like the whole Chris chance Sonu Medallion thing if you get too close to one of them you're going to be cursed I don't know man it's uh it's it's been a wacky one with old Daniel but that's the end of
