Hey dolls, it's Sephora Conte. Welcome or welcome back to my YouTube channel. Today I'm going to show you my bikini model workout routine. So, let's get it. All right. First off, let's do a little fit check. This top is from Lululemon. Leggings are from Airy. Cardigan thingy. Don't really a shrug. I don't know where I got it actually. Can't remember. If I remember, I'll link it. And then I have this headband from Amazon. And I'm about to clip my hair up because it's hot. We're about to get down and dirty. So yeah, I just want to show you guys a quick little bit. Okay, first off, I need to like clip my hair because it's hot. I don't know if this is going to be cute. I like to look cute when I work out. Okay, it's motivation. Let me see. I don't know if I like that too much, but it looks okay. Then I'm going to take this off for sure because it's hot. All right. This is how I'm looking so far. It's how the tummy is looking. Or should we do like a little booty check? A little booty check. All right. First step of my workout routine is stair masters. If you're a real one, you know stair masters is what's gets the girls tight. Okay. So, we're going to do that. And I'm going to crack open my favorite drink. A lot of you. I'm sitting here real quick so I can open up my I love you. Guys, I'm so excited because in this video we're going to get a Starbucks. We're going to journal and just live our just happy girl life. Okay, you have to romant You have to romanticize your life. Like you have to. And I'm going to end it there. Like we are romanticizing our life. We're becoming kitty models. We're becoming a Victoria Secret model. Everything. Sports Illustrated. everything. A me. Okay, a magnet shop. So, that's what we're doing today. Just sipping on my laundry. And I also made a cute little funny Tik Tok just for fun, you know. So, make sure you guys go and like that Tik Tok right now at Sephora content. I'm currently at 362.3K on Tik Tok and my goal is to get 400,000 followers by um May 31st. So, make that happen. I'm going to keep drinking this until the energy drink kicks in. And then we're going to go and we're going to defeat the stair masters. Okay? Because stair masters is not our enemy. It's literally our best friend because it helps with the glutes. Like, I'm telling you, that's how my ass was so fat. The holy grail to a booty. Okay, dolls. I made it to my stair masters. Currently waiting for Spotify to download so I can jam out so it makes the session a lot faster, a lot easier. In the meantime, I'll probably like scroll on TikTok for a little bit. I'm going to do this for a cool 30 minutes. Let's see if I can still do that. I used to be able to do it for an hour, but that was a couple months ago, but I want to do 30 minutes. So, we're going to scroll, listen to music, and work out. And then every 10 minutes, I think I'm just going to make it faster and harder for myself. Cuz if it's easy, your butt's not going to grow. So you have to push yourself. Booty is definitely popping. Oh, dolls. It's not easy. I'm almost done, though. Keep pushing. Remember, you want to be a bikini model. Your looks do matter, babes. We love it though. I love the way I look. I put effort into my parents. So, you got to put effort into the gym. That's the only way you're going to get the results you want. So, let's see why. This is the rally of it. Like, he gets so tired. I'm taking a water break because hydration is key. All right, let's get up, dolls. I had some time to mentally think about my actions. I feel good. It's going to kill me tomorrow morning when I wake up, but it's going to be a good one. It's going to be like one step closer to being a bikini model. So, I'll take it. Right now, I'm about to chug my water because I need to drink more water. You need to. If you want to be sexy, you got to keep drinking your water, babes. Don't forget, I don't forget to drink my matcha and my Lonnie nose and my coffee. So, I can't forget to drink H2O. So, I'm going to sit here for like 2 minutes, drink some water, and I don't know if I want to use these weights in this gym or or if I want to go to like more private area and do it. I don't know. But let me show you guys how I'm looking right now. I have like glitter on my chest because the Victoria Secret spray has glitter. So, bomb. Hold on. Let me fix myself up. I see people coming. This is how I'm looking. So sexy. Let me show you a little booty part. Okay, dolls. I gave myself a little break. Now it's time to go back. I need to do some booty workouts. Okay. I'm just a little tall. So, we're going to do the 10 lbs. Technically 20, you know, cuz it's 210. The greatness. Greatness. Ready to witness the great and I'm ready for a new [Music] I'm going to do four sets [Music] of advice. Should I do fashion week was more your thing than mine? I can't even lie. I rather stay inside. Okay, dolls. To finish up this workout, I'm going to do a plank because your abs need to be fire. [Music] All right, I held my plank for 30 seconds. That is honestly it for my workout because you're going to do this every single day. No resting, okay? Every single day. And I think by doing like smaller workouts like this every day will really build up. The dream bikini Victoria Secret Sports Illustrated model. Okay. This is how the body is looking after the workout and I'm happy. Look, the glut is looking very cute. She's poking. I feel very good. Look at that. Get up and follow this workout right now. Okay, we need to go to the bathroom and freshen up now. Get a little bit coat because I'm definitely a little sweaty, a little I didn't even finish this. Let's sit down, finish this, then brush it up. Sounds like a plan. Okay, dolls. I made it to the restroom. Now I have to freshen up so we can go to Starbucks. I love Starbucks. This is All right. I'm kind of filming the clock. I might keep it. I don't know. Let's probably brush our hair out. Yeah. Brush our hair out. Use my Dove deodorant. If you're not putting deodorant after your next, some Maybelline lipstick. Just a little [Music] bit. My stomach is hurting from all that caffeine. Do I look cute? I'm going to order my Starbucks. Then we're going to go journal and we're going to edit and manifest. I feel so cute. Focus. Like yeah, bikini tour secret here. Guys, I finally made it to Starbucks. I think I'm just going to sit outside or stay outside just for a little bit just to journal. I don't really know. But I did get the pink drink. And the person that made it, I just know they're bomb. I don't know. You could tell like the vibes at Starbucks. Like whoever makes it, they're just the coolest. I don't know. Like I don't want a straight person making a Starbucks. It just doesn't hit the same. It's gone obviously. No. I know you drunk. I'll be with you. [Music]
