if you've ever successfully shifted to your Desir reality before or got extremely close but want to make sure that you're actually seeing these results consistently this video is for you because I'm going to be telling you guys some ways to help you successfully shift more consistently more regularly because shifting isn't meant to be this rare once in a lifetime thing that you just strike lucky on one time and then it just doesn't happen again for months and months or weeks whatever the time frame we're going to make this time frame between your successful shifts as little as possible I know personally how frustrating it is to successfully shift one night and it actually be months until you successfully shift again it's annoying or no but like any skill that you learn when it comes to shifting consistency is the key and I don't mean consistency as in trying to attempt to shift 6 days out of the seven days we have in the week you'll figure out what type of consistency I mean as we go through the video as well as having the right mindset so let's just get straight into this also apologies in advance of the lighting keeps changing like the sun just keeps appearing and disappearing so I can't really control that my apologies let's actually first talk about what loser shifters struggle with when it comes to consistency itself this first one is a massive one people relying on one method to help them shift because a lot of people get attached to one shifting method and then as soon as that stops working for them they automatically start thinking that that means that they're going to be unable to shift because this one shifting method isn't working for them but shifting itself isn't actually about the method it's about your state of mind and as you go through your shifting Journey your state of mind will evolve so naturally what may have helped you in the past to get close to shifting or to successfully shift may not work now it's all about just realizing that and then working towards finding another method or methods that now work for your evolved way of thinking a lot of shifters overthink everything when it comes to shifting they Wonder am I feeling symptoms is it normal if I don't feel any symptoms what if I'm feeling the wrong symptoms did I do the method right all stuff like that but most of the time for the majority of shifters if they just completely just let it go and just let shifting happen naturally nine times out of 10 it happens the truth is that shifting works best when you just relax and let it happen because that means the resistance that was previously placed due to overthinking will just be removed because you're not overthinking if you shifted in the past and have struggled to shift again that's when doubt might start to creep in and you start thinking was that successful attempt just a fluke is it ever going to happen again and that in itself will create resistance Mental Road Blocks we don't want that do we because that doubt can immediately make it harder to shift I've said in previous videos it's possible to shift with without but it makes it a whole lot harder shifting is belief based so if you believe that you can't do it again it won't happen again because you don't believe that you have the capability to do so so you need to flip that for on its head and actually believe that you can shift whenever you try because then your subconscious will start to believe it and lo and behold you'll start to shift more regularly every time you try that's the goal here because you believe that you can that's that's the whole point and this one is also a big one that kind of gets a bit overlooked shifting for a lot of people is put on a mental pedestal when they think about it they think of it as such a rare astronomical ground breaking event that only a few people can do but the reality is everybody has shifted before everybody has the ability to shift to their desired reality whenever they want to whenever they please so this thought thinking that shifting some rare event that not everyone can do that immediately places resistance but the more normalized shifting becomes in your mind the easier it will be to achieve actually shifting every single time you try because if you expect things to happen regularly then they will happen regularly like I said earlier shifting is all about the mindset your state of mind it's a belief-based concept so if you keep telling yourself that being able to shift loads of times basically whenever you try is impossible who can do that everyone if you keep telling yourself that you can't shift your subconscious will start believing that so instead we need to shift this mindset and start thinking about affirmations such as the facts that you can shift effortlessly whenever you try that you're some master shifter that has complete capability to shift to whatever reality they please if one method isn't working for you switch it up I see shifting as a sort of trial Andor process when it comes to finding out what works for you and that will take time inevitably because it takes time for everyone try out different methods try out having a little meditation session before you attempt just try different things because you'll never know what works for you unless you actually try multiple different things don't just stick to one method you need to experiment you need to test the waters with multiple ways of getting yourself to shift and this is where you see load of shifters actually mushing multiple methods together because that is what works for them you can mix and match you can like take little bits from all these different methods and then make your own you can even just sod all of those methods off and just create your own methods from scratch once you know enough about how they work and stuff just find what works for you honestly a lot of reason why people actually struggle to shift consistently is because they're in that mindset of waiting for a shift to happen rather than embodying their Dr selves already this sounds easier said than done at first because for some of you this reality that we're in right now is very very different to the reality that you want to shift to so it might seem a bit silly to start embodying your Dr self in this reality when it makes absolutely no sense to you but if throughout your day you start acting as if you've already shifted this can help your mindset massively because you're not waiting for the shift to happen anymore in your mind the shift has already happened and I've talked about this in the past on how to actually immerse yourself into your Dr I'll leave it in the eye above one of those videos that you can check out if you want a bit more detail on how to do this constantly thinking about shifting in an obsessive way is ultimately going to make it harder for you to consistently shift because you're trying to force It ultimately which isn't going to yield you the best of results honestly most shifters have either shifted on accident or they've shifted when they weren't even trying and that's because the pressure wasn't there to perform the doubts weren't there the resistance weren't there none of it was there because they weren't forcing themselves to shift it just happened because they were in a relaxed state that's how you're going to shift you need to be in a relaxed state to do so by obsessing over the outcome you're obviously not going to be in a relaxed State because you'll be wondering if tonight is going to be the night and you're going to be worrying about if you're feeling symptoms if they're the right ones if you're doing the method right and all of that malaky that I spoke about earlier just enjoy the process as it is and just relax and don't worry if you shift great if you don't shift also great because you're one attempt closer to successfully making it to your Dr try shifting at different times in the day this might be a bit difficult depending on how busy your life is and your commitments and stuff like that but a lot of shifters tend to think especially baby shifters when they first come into this space a lot of them assume that most a shift at nighttime which obviously if you've been a longtime subscriber you know that I mainly attempt to shift at night time and I know a lot of shifters do that too but a lot of shifters also attempt to shift at different times throughout the day so it kind of consolidates in your mind that you don't have to just leave shifting to something to do in the night time you can do it in the night time but you can also do it in the afternoon the morning like just anytime you can shift anytime you want it's reinforcing that belief that you can shift whenever literally whenever so finding consistency in shifting doesn't necessarily mean that you're trying to shift like 4 days at of the seven days that we have in a week because the way that I'm talking that's not what I mean by consistency what I mean when I talk about consistency with shifting is making sure that you're in the right mindset every time you attempt making sure that you're in a relaxed state every time you attempt it's not about forcing the results or creating this perfect shifting routine so to say it's about trusting the process and doing what I said earlier building that right mindset finding that relaxed state that you know you can get into easily and you know after that shifting is inevitable the more you embody yourself as the version of yourself that can
