S Tier (Always Strong/OP)
- Ace: Best hard breacher, versatile, no downsides.
- Ash: Fast, effective utility, always valuable.
- Azami: OP, versatile cover, high skill ceiling.
- Blackbeard: Highly survivable, shield-grenade combo, difficult to counter.
- Blitz: Dominant shield operator, strong in close range.
- Capkan: Trap utility forces slower play, strong loadout.
- Damos: High value, flexible ability.
- Fenrir: Exceptional info and kill potential, versatile play.
- Grim: Major buffs make him top-tier info and execute operator.
- Legion: Always provides value, especially against shields.
- Melusi: Top defender for slowing attackers and information.

- Twitch: Counters key defenders, strong weapon, good utility.

B Tier (Decent Overall)
- Alibi: Can be effective with skillful play, but weaker than most.

- Brava, Castle, Doc, Frost, Finka, Flores, Jaeger, Maestro, Osa, Vigil, Wamai, Yana: Good situational picks, each with specific strengths.
C Tier (Very Niche or Weak)
- Amaru, Capitao, Cav, Ella, Gridlock, Habana, IQ, Kali, Lion, Pulse, Sense, Sledge, Warden, Zero: Niche/situational utility, or generally underwhelming.
D Tier (Not Recommended)
- Fuze, Glaz, Oryx, Rook, Solis, Tachanka, Thorn: Outclassed or rarely useful except in rare situations.
F Tier (Garbage)
- Nokk, Sentry: Provide little to no value, not recommended.
