Stratégies efficaces pour réussir sur YouTube Shorts

okay real quick if you're posting on YouTube shorts and your account is looking something like this where every single video you're posting is not even hitting the algorithm you're suck on like zero views five views 10 views you're probably watching the video yourself and that's the only view you are getting this video is perfect for you because I'm going to outline exactly how you can fix the low slz view problem you are experiencing on YouTube shorts let's get into it so I made this video because this actually happened to me I started a brand new account on YouTube shorts to experiment with posting content going viral and none of my videos were hitting the short speed whatsoever I was getting some views in Search and in browse but none in the short speed and that is a massive problem but thankfully I was able to fix this and now my videos are hitting the short speed as you can see right here with with over 9,000 views coming from the shorts speed and this is super important because if your videos are stuck on like five views 10 views 15 views anything under 100 really then most likely you are getting zero views from the shorts feed T YouTube is not even pushing your content out there to test with audiences they're literally just leaving it in the search bar for people to discover and here are things that people think matters but doesn't actually matter when it comes to getting onto the shorts feed right hashtags do not matter whatsoever description does not matter same with SEO thumbnail and video length and let me explain why if you're spending energy focusing on these five areas that's not the right thing to do so your # description SEO and thumbnail does not matter because that matters for search yes if you want your video to be discovered in the search bar absolutely you need to optimize those things when it comes to shorts feed as I've shown on screen next to me right people are just scrolling through videos they don't look at the the title they don't look at the description they don't look at the SEO they don't even get shown a thumbnail they're just looking at the content that they see in front of them actually showing having a great quality video with a great Hook is far more important than those four things and video length is a bit of a tricky one because it matters in the sense that however long your video is will determine how long you actually need to watch full percentage for it to go viral in the shorts speed but other than that video length doesn't really matter whatsoever YouTube actually increased the video length up to 3 minutes but still the vast majority of people are making shorts that are just under a minute long so how it works with YouTube shorts right is when you post a video YouTube's algorithm is meant to show it to 100 to 4,000 people in the shorts feed and based on the performance of that video I.E what is the watchful percentage what is the percentage of people that swipe off the video versus the people that stay on the video that then determines whether the video has done well and will get pushed out to more people or done badly and will just Plateau at whatever view count it gots tested at it's like a pilot audience so when you've got like Netflix and all these TV show companies right they produce one episode called the pilot and based on the strength of that pilot they determined whether to make more episodes or just to just cut off the series and not produce and not fund it and that's what it's like with YouTube you produce a short it gets shown in the algorithm to a small minority a sample of people and based on the performance to those sample of people YouTube determines whether to show it to more people or not show it to any people and that's that that means the algorithm is working fine so if your videos are stuck on like 2,000 to 3,000 views perfect the algorithm is working perfectly for you it just means your quality is not good enough to get more views than that the problem that I was experiencing and what a lot of people are experiencing is when your videos are not even hitting the shorts speed right so I've got a video on the left that has got 162 views not a good video whatsoever and a video on the right that has got more views than that but as you can see most of the videos most of the views are coming from the shorts feed so the video on the left is working perfectly the shorts feed is it's being hereit the the views are coming from people in the shorts algorithm they're just not liking the content whereas the video on the right the videos the views are coming from shorts uh coming from search not coming from the shorts feed only 1.4% from there and that's probably already a follower that's just seen it when they've opened the shorts feed for the first time so this is the big thing if your views are not coming from the shorts feed that's a massive problem and i' be sitting there thinking okay does it matter if if my views don't come from the shorts feed surely I can just do it from search no your videos have to reach a shorts speed to go viral there are no two ways about it why is this the case because to get monetized on YouTube especially for YouTube shorts you need 10 million shorts views in 90 days which is a large number and you will not get that get that number with just YouTube search I refuse to believe it it does not happen you you need your videos to reach the shorts feed to go viral to get the 10 million views so you get monetized and get paid for your content as you deserve to be doing so now if you want to shortcut the process and start earning straight away with your content then I'd actually recommend getting a monetized account take accounts which I used before will be linked in the description and in the pin comment with my special coupon codes and you can get already monetized YouTube accounts so straight away you can start earning money as soon as you start posting content on the app so here is here are some things that might be happening if you're not hitting the shorts feed whatsoever so if it's a brand new account I'd recommend waiting 24 to 48 hours before posting again to see if you might get a boost in views so this is actually from my own account what happened so for the first 1 to two days almost 48 Hours the video was getting no views no views from the shorts speed whatsoever and then out of nowhere it just completely like I wouldn't say took off it didn't go absolutely exponential but it got a big spiking views up to 15,000 out of really nowhere to be honest for a long time it was just stagnant I thought my video was not hitting the short short feed whatsoever so if it is your first or second or third video on your account wait 48 Hours don't be assuming straight away your videos aren't hitting the shorts feed it can take a few hours for YouTube to actually pick up in your algorithm and start showing people content and so if that's not the case let's say that you've posted five six seven videos by now just like the account I showed at the start of the video and none of them are hitting the shorts speed whatsoever what should you do so this is a step-by-step plan I would recommend you integrate and I'm actually going to give a shout out to a fellow YouTuber and friend of mine Joe spitty who has actually helped me with devising the step-by-step plan he's running a really successful shorts page as well check out his YouTube channel and let let him know that I sent you as well so number one if you started a brand new account and it's not getting any sort of traction I'd actually start a new account your account is probably fried what happened to me is when I started the account I showed earlier and it was getting no views I just decided to start a brand new account why because that account clearly needs to be warmed up and the amount of time it's going to take to be warmed up and then me testing content Etc it's just not worth it that's going to take weeks if not months start a brand new account so get a brand new Gmail account with a brand new YouTube page that's not been associated with that Gmail before verify phone number ideally it should be the first account with that phone number phone number you can verify to every single year but if it's the second one sometimes you don't get the same traction as you do the first phone number I don't know what it is I don't know if it's placebo effect it's just a little thing when it comes to YouTube and then of course create the account name brand Etc basically a brand new account then with that brand new account you need to age it now this doesn't mean you have to be there for months or years it just has to be a couple weeks one to two weeks where you do not post any content and you watch YouTube videos so what I recommend doing is watching like a long Ecom course A Drop Shipping course that's like 5 six 7 hours long right just watch that long course comment on it like the video just use it like a normal YouTube user because the key is you don't to be seen like a robot if you create the account and start posting straight away the same day you create the account that's a red flag for YouTube YouTu they see that as a robot posting on their on their site and because there's so many people posting already YouTube has to be quite selective with who gets shown content and if they think you're a robot or if they think you are scamming the system or you're a Spam poster Etc they won't show your content out so you have to play the game very carefully at the start then once you've warmed up the account you've watched videos for one to two weeks Etc you've commented liked on some videos subscribed to some people potentially then post one short one short that's it wait 24 hours to 48 hours and then post again so you've got two options now what I would recommend is for the first five to six posts post every other day so post a short wait a day post a short wait a day post a short etc etc etc for the first 10 to 12 days so I have five or six shorts over those first 10 to 12 days and then see how much traction you are getting then after that you can start posting daily but maximum one video per day and at least 18 hours between the videos do not be spammed posting on Tik Tok sorry on YouTube stream way definitely do not do this right that is the fastest way for your account to get Shadow banned and not get shown in the algorithm you will get every now and then a video that doesn't get picked up in the algorithm and gets left in brows it happens to everyone the trick is you don't want that to be every single video you want that to be one every 10 videos not every video you are posting right so give it some time if you had the choice between posting three videos a day on one account or three videos a day each on every each on three separate accounts one a day on each then definitely I would recommend the latter one one a day on your accounts don't do any more now if you've got a massive following like your ESPN or your like the sideman or something or your Mr Beast that's just got a huge following then you can post more than once a day there's no problem because your following is already built up but if you're starting out brand new you have to play by the rules a little bit one a day do not spam post focus on quality over everything and I'll talk about that slightly more in this video how to optimize your quality so video quality as well make sure the video fits the 9x6 dimensions if it's got black borders above it if it's not fit in the YouTube shorts vertical Dimensions it won't it won't likely get pushed out make sure the quality is good make sure it's not grainy footage that's 144p or film like it's on a potato make sure the quality is at least minimum 720p ideally 1080P or 4K make sure the video is original or at least edited to some degree don't just be posting a video that you've taken from an Instagram page with their Watermark Etc not even altered it whatsoever make some edits use an AI voice potentially use your own voice make some zoom in some some overlays like some circles some sound effects Etc do something to the video so it's something that YouTube hasn't seen before and the more videos you have the less original you can be when it's at the start you have to play by the rules unfortunately you have to be very careful about the videos you post but the more videos you post already the more of the reputation you buildt up on YouTube the more you can actually start to be a little little bit um less with the way you edit the videos you can be a little bit more careful especially once you've reached the monetization stage and you can have less original edits and actually post more of the unoriginal content with just few minor edits like an AI voice Etc so let's say for example you're posting content you've done all these steps you've created a new account you've given it a couple weeks now you're hitting the shorts feed what's next so these are the things you need to optimize to make sure your videos get more views than just hitting the shorts feed and getting stuck on 1,000 to 4,000 views so number one your watch rate so watch rate is the amount of people that actually view the video versus swiping off if it's not at least 75% you need to optimize this and that is done through the hook the start of video needs to entice people one way or another to stay on the content so I would look at people in your Niche that are posting content that's going viral what is their hook why are people staying on that video be genuinely honest with yourself if you saw the video in front of you would you stay on it or would you swipe off because if you would swipe off that's a red flag for yourself and that's a red flag for YouTube next we've got the watch percentage so if your video is 60 seconds long then your watch percentage needs to be at least 70% so minimum 40 2 to around 43 44 seconds of the video needs to be watched so you can see the watch time in the video analytics at least 42 43 seconds if your video is 30 seconds long then at least 85% need to be watched and if your video is 15 seconds long then honestly more than 100% of the video percentage needs to be watched meaning people actually need to re-watch the video after finishing it and there's some little tricks you can do with this for example you can Loop the video so the ending goes back to the start and people don't realize they end up watching the video again for a little bit little tricks like this you can can start implementing but yeah those are the sort of stats I would recommend aiming for and if you're starting to hit these statistics then just know that over time with more and more videos posted you will start to actually go viral and build up a massive following on YouTube and like I said before if you want to shortcut the process so you got so you start getting paid straight away for your content because before you get monetized you don't get paid at all for any views you accumulate it's only once you enter the program do you start getting paid for views you start getting on your content then I would recommend checking out tick accounts linked in the description and in the pin comment to get your monetized YouTube pages and monetized Tik Tok
