Portal Access & Login Procedure
- Students log in with first and last initials + ChaffeyID (example: cc0323232).
- Staff log in with firstname.lastname (example: Jane.Doe) using their email password.
- Options include "Remember username," "Show password," and "Remember Me" for convenience.
- Use "Continue" to proceed with login, and "Cancel" to exit.
Password Management
- "Set Password" allows you to create or update your password.
- "Forgot Password" and "Forgot Username" links provide recovery options.
- Password changes and account unlocks are accessible through portal links.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Enrollment
- Users are prompted to enroll in MFA for added security.
- MFA options include phone, smart card, lanyard, and mobile authenticator apps (using QR code).
