so hi guys again i'm back with an awesome video which you guys as a fresher as a student you should know when and how a company will hire for example when google will hire and how the interview process will take on and then how much salary they will provide and other details as well so without wasting any time let's jump directly into the video i'm going to make this video into part one and part two so you are going to see the part one part two will be released later by the way this is my new setup for youtube so tell me how's the setup and yeah let's go into the video so the first company we are going to see is goldman sachs usually they start their hiring on january and also on august so the basic ctc they provide is from 15 to 40 lpa depends upon the role and the experience and also freshers can apply this includes five to six rounds of interview and these rounds includes hr interview and dsa and dsa with problem solving and many other rounds and the easiest way to get goldman sachs job offer is that you have to be strong in linkedin and projects and make sure that you have enough referrals from linkedin and any other professors of your college if you are a fresher and the difficulty level of the interview will be very high and you will have to be very careful about your will be tough because many people are aspiring to be a Goldman Sachs employee. And the next company is Flipkart. Flipkart hires on January and February and the usual CTC lies around 12 to 30 LPA for freshers as well.
And the interview process are like 5 rounds. The first thing you have to do is submit your application. Once your application viewed you will be getting a call back from HR for a technical screening out and after that you have to attend programming rounds in the interview and next one is HR round you will be having conversation with HR either face to face or online depends upon the situation and roles after that the HR committee will take their own time approximately up to 11 days and then they will be rolling out their offer if you are getting selected and the difficulty level comparatively lesser than other companies but yet it is high the next company we are going to see is infosys and they usually hire from march to may and the usual ctc they provide is around seven to eight lpa and why they are providing less lpa in the sense because they are going to hire bulk of students every year now how to get into infosys there are two ways the first one is normal authentic way from their career portal page you have to submit your application once that is done screening will be done and then you have to take interview calls and interview rounds like coding dsa and everything and after that the HR round will be happening and then the offer will be rolled out. That is the first step and the second step is Infosys exams. There are two exams.
The first one is Hack with Infi, Infi TQ. Through this exam, lot of students get hired into Infosys easily compared to normal authentic way. The next one is obviously the Google. They usually hire more in the period of August to September.
and as everyone knows the interview process will be very tough because ctc is 20 to 60 lpa depends upon your experience and skills mostly here skills plays more than experience similar to other top companies google also conduct lot of hackathons coding competition and lot of students get pre-placement offer so what is pre-placement offer pre-placement offers nothing but it's like a golden pass where you can skip a lot of interview rounds and screening rounds and directly get into main interview of the google interviews and after clearing the main interview they will be getting hired and the next step is you can apply directly through career portal page and then you can submit your application and as well as usual process where every company does and the third step you can get into google is linkedin create connection with people who are working in google which actually help you and lot of students are getting internships and full-time offers because of that the next company is myntra they usually hire on september and october and the usual ctc is around 30 lpa for freshers as well depends upon their experience because i'll tell you why so they have five interview rounds in that out of five you have three technical rounds easy medium and hard so make sure that you are preparing enough for it and the last company for this video i'm going to discuss is tcs now tcs hires people through their career portal page as well but mostly they hire students and freshers with one exam called tcs nqt where almost 40,000 people will be hired every year and this exam is being conducted four times in a year now I'm going to break down the roles and salary of each roads So there are three main roles and three different salary packages So there are three roles ninja digital and prime the first one in ninja the UG students get 3.3 Lpa and the PG students get 3.5 LPA and in the next one digital you just students get 7 lpa and the pg students get 7.3 lp the last one is prime where students are highly competitive about this because ug students get 9 lpa and pg students get 11.5 lpa so now the million dollar question is how to prepare for these don't worry i have given all these in a complete guide where you can get the interview experience and how the interview process will go on each and every Free companies and free resources, previous requests and papers and answers as well so it will be easy for you to prepare. I have handpicked this specifically for beginners and also for the freshers so make sure that you are accessing it for the complete preparation.
