in this video we're going to be going over the NBA methods and how you can incorporate these how I Incorporated these to see extreme levels of growth and um HGH production and how also other NBA players have used this to get taller so turns out my 5' 7 to 69 transformation in 2 years isn't even the craziest one out here Dennis Rodman age 9 went from 5' 6 to 6' 8 in 10 months that's 1T 2 in or 1 3 Ines in 10 months if you incorporate these methods you will grow CJ McCollum age 14 to 16 he went from 5'2 to 5' 11 Scotty Pippin age 14 to 17 went from 6'1 to 6'8 imagine what this would do for you an extra seven Ines now why this matters understanding these techniques can help anyone incorporate similar methods to improve height posture and athletic ability so if you are an athlete this is going to help you um obviously getting taller helps you in your game but it's going to help you get stronger and therefore improve your game now the role of genetics and physical training now people tell me height is all genetics height is only 60% genetics the rest is up to you all right the perfect example of this is my family my mom's 5' 6 my dad's 6'1 my older brother 3 years older than me he's 6'1 I'm 6'8 now why these NBA methods and the other methods are share inside if you follow these methods you'll see the same sort of growth I've seen um see the image on the left me and my brother showing like 7 in difference between us so incorporate these methods you will grow taller than your parents so how NBA players maximize their growth potential training regimens often include stretching strength exercises and activities to decompress the spine and improve alignment this is what we're going to be covering and um I'll get into the strength exercises and stretches and how to decompress your spine now why this matters even if genetics do set limits so some of your parents might be 5' 6 5' 5 uh your dad might be 5' 5 your mom might be 5T uh physical training can help individuals achieve their maximum height and also maintain it through adulthood you see a lot of older people slouching cuz the spine spine eventually is going to go but it's how long you can maintain this for if you build a healthy spine in your teenage years you're going to keep this for a long time if you're sitting there slouched on your Xbox um yeah your spine's going to go early and the worst thing to have is a bad back now spinal decompression Victor Bama on the left on that image he's 7'5 just look at the flexibility he has if he can do it at that height you can do it at your height trust me now the key techniques used we've got hanging exercises this is where you hang from a pull-up bar or a tree branch or anything just hang your feet can't touch the floor um it lengthens the spine because of gravity uh reducing compression so also there's yoga poses Cobra pose downward dog and bridge pose these improve flexibility in spinal Health just look at the flexibility that he has at 7'5 you can also well actually let me just tell you this I'm going to um attach me doing some stretches cuz I don't want you doing the stretches wrong cuz you're just wasting your time otherwise I'm sure there's YouTube videos out there um on tutorials how to do it but I will attach one below so you can see how to do it and how I've done it and how it's helped me you can also do Pilates NBA players do it because it strengthens the core muscles and supports the spine I personally have never done it I just focus on the other stuff um that's my advice but yeah each to their own really now why this matters spinal compression can reduce effective height regular stretching and decompression techniques help improve posture and unlock nital High natural high potential so what I've just discussed now strength training if you aren't in the gym get into the gym or do it from home if you're worried about the cost or the price I'd do it from home to start out with this is what I did um you know you can study uh home workouts me personally I did a lot of uh body workouts so body weight um press UPS situps planks um lunges squats putting items in your school bag and curling it yeah that's what IED to start out eventually get some home weights eventually get into the gym um do it with your friends uh when you get in a gym membership to start out with um it helps a lot helps you stay consistent and personally what I did worked very well now why this matters a strong core and lower body help maintain proper alignment preventing height loss and improving overall athletic performance so a lot of you watching are probably sports players yourself me personally I'm a goalkeeper and um football or you Americans who are watching soccer um this puts a lot of stress on my leg muscles you know got to be springy bouncy just like basketball so if you aren't playing a sport if you are playing a sport this is going to help you with um all of that and your overall performance you're going to be better at your sport if you incorporate these me efforts if you aren't playing a sport I would recommend it um just to increase your HGH levels you know living an active lifestyle um yeah now next up play metrics now this photo on the left is me getting my first dunk last summer uh or maybe yeah the summer before last summer about 6'4 6'5 um My Friends BET I couldn't dunk I went and pro them wrong they didn't know I've been doing petrics um yeah so I will also attach a plyometric workout uh underneath this box jumps dep depth jumps and vertical leaps these enhance lower body strength and stretch the tendons now the impact on growth that this has is it promotes bone density and elongation during developmental Years also known as micro fractures so you get little fractures in your bones and then that's from the training uh the box jumps the death jumps whatever your football your basketball your sprinting whatever you're doing uh micr fractures are caused because of training now you get your proteins in you get your nutrients in you get your sleep in and you'll recover with these micr fractures and you will grow taller okay um yeah why this matters plyometric exercises improve both high potential and jumping ability so yeah it'll prove your vertical jump I'm not sure if you're that bothered unless you're a sports player but um it's also a benefit that you get while growing taller now posture Corrections um you can do posture focused activities like posture drills um I'll also attach this down below uh um well I say down below it will be a separate title um titled posture focused activities so look out for that um so you can do wall Angels shoulder rolls chin tucks and you focus on avoiding slouching when you're playing your Xbox sat on your Tik Tok watching this video right now you might be slouching so sit up straight or when you stand up stand up straight right you don't want to be walking around like this trust me you're going to get nowhere if you're slouching round so head up straight and go from there right um the specialized tools used I never use these but you can if you really want if you really really um want to take it to the next level you can get foam roller you might already have it you can get foam rollers posture correctors and Chiropractic adjustments obviously the NBA players are going to have chiropractors the average person isn't let's be real now why this matters poor posture can make individuals appear shorter and lead to long-term spinal issues NBA players prioritize alignment to enhance their oncore performance and maintain height yeah you want to maintain your height you don't want to be slouching eventually your spine's going to go and you're going to get smaller all right next up hydration and record y absolutely crucial hydrated ensures proper joint lubrication spinal health and Muscle Recovery if you're doing your training you're doing your nutrition you're doing your sleep um and you're not getting your hydration in you're wasting it you've got to get I aim for 3 l a day minimum um smaller you are obviously the less need but still aim for 2 L minimum I aim for free obviously cuz I'm a taller person so as you grow taller you'll need more water obviously it's just like a plant see a plant in the garden uh as it grows it needs more water um yeah it's literally how it is so recovery techniques if you've got access to this I never had access to this so you can you can grow without it obviously ice baths massage therapy stretching you can stretch you can do the basic stretches um look at the videos I've attached below of me doing the stretches in the tutorials or you can go on YouTube search up stretches as hours and hours of content out there now why this matters recover is crucial we all know that um recovery methods used by MBA players are crucial for preventing injuries and pre preserving spinal Health indirectly supporting height so you might not think um it supports height but it definitely does now you know so focus on growth spurts if you get a growth spurt you must focus on it if you're seeing a lot of growth which you will when you incorporate these methods you must maximize it cuz your body works it releases a lot of growth hormone if you then um stop these methods and don't stay consistent um your growth is just going to come back down to the way it is or the way it was and you're going to become um you're not going to reach your maximum height so the impact of physical activity on growth plates exercise like sprinting um I've covered that in the hit and jumping stimulate bone growth in growing individuals you know just pressure on the bones joints causing them micr fractures that have dis now why this matters Strategic Training during growth phases maximizes potential height gains and also a FL ability so yeah you get better at your sport now incorporating restoration practices so active rest me rest methods that you can incorporate are gentle yoga I just do stretches let's be real Tai chai and swimming so so I'd recommend swimming definitely Tai trai you can do it if you want these relieve spinal pressure while promoting relaxation recovery is key guys you can't do intensity without consistency and I'll get on to that sleep optimization uh NBA players priority is high quality sleep to Aid growth hormone release and Recovery look at the Sleep guide go through that combine these methods and you'll grow why this matters restorative practices ensure consistent recovery preventing overtraining and supporting long-term growth definitely now consistency consistency is key he's never resting on his Laurels that quote says about Janice you can't either you think he's sat on his couch eating chips playing video games and he grew to that height no he was out putting stress on his muscles eating right sleeping right um so daily habits of NBA players commitment to stretching regular strength training and maintaining proper posture notice how that's says daily habits you don't do everything at once and then stop and then do everything at once again you've got to do it every day now focus on preventing High loss even after grow stops players maintain these routines to avoid losing height due to spinal compression which I've just discussed or poor posture so you see a lot of old people slouching around cuz over time your spine um eventually comes down through poor posture so keep good posture it's key now why this matters consistency is the key to maximizing height and maintaining optimal physical condition over a lifetime so even when you get older you'll be implemen in these methods still and um you'll keep your height you won't get poor posture and come down a few inches when you get older like a lot of old people do you you'll have seen old people walking around you know just how it is when you get older but maintaining that um healthy spine healthy posture can um affect how long um you've got good posture for now myths and misconceptions com myths lifting weight stunt growth they only stunt your growth if you've got crap form so if you go into the gym or you know you're doing it at home and you feel like you're doing the exercises wrong you don't really feel it it doesn't feel right it doesn't look right then go on YouTube go on Tik Tok search uh home workouts I'll also be adding some workouts onto here so you can copy how I do it how I did it and uh yeah doesn't stunt your growth if you do it right it promotes growth releases test releases hghh into your body promoting growth not only taller but your muscles obviously so special exercises can increase your height after your growth plates close I'll also add them into the um training plans also message me for personal training plans and nutrition plans and we can work out how we can um discuss that tailored to your needs tailor to your height and weight all that sort of stuff now genetics completely determine height as I discussed genetics are only 60% now why this matters you you hear your friend you'll hear people on Tik Tok talking about these myths um so focus on the scientific stuff the stuff that I use the stuff that these NBA athletes have used the real stuff not the social media lies so the conclusion and action plan you hear this now you've got to take action you'll have learned a lot this video has been very informative um so the action plan you need to look at the exercises Al love attach below and you can go on YouTube obviously there'll be personal trainers and all that sort of stuff talking about um strength training all of that obviously man will be tailored to height growth and that's why you're here now maintain proper posture upright you know that hydration fre liters minimum and rest sleeping and recovery so the next steps begin incorporating stretch stretching and spinal decompression techniques along with a balanced strength training routine so in the gym or at home you'll be doing your press ups at home you'll be doing your curls with your school bag with stuff in it you know aim for 8 to 12 reps of each and eventually increase the weight this will increase your human growth hormone obviously um so yeah why this matters while genetics set the foundation these methods Ensure achieve and maintain your
