All right, gentlemen. This is the ultimate peptide stack for fat loss and muscle growth. This is the stack that I started about a week ago. So, I do want to add in that I started the full stack about a week ago, but the HGH1 191 uh A has been taking I would say I've been taking that consistently for maybe five months, 6 months um by now. And the longer you are on HGH, the better results. Um, you're not going to really see too much when you first started, but the longer that you are on it consistently, the better it is. And I would say that now is probably the point where I'm really starting to see the results kick in from it. Um, and the SLO PB332 and the five amino Q has been taking on and off periodically for at least now about 3 months. And I've been kind of experimenting with both of those compounds cuz they're so new. Um, and I would say right now on this video, this is where I really hone it in and really starting to figure out how to use it properly. in accordance to my diet. So, just wanted to put that out there for you guys and so you guys are not confused. Yeah, I started this a week ago. The full stack. I started this about a week ago and this is what I'm going to be doing moving forward to be as jacked and swole with no fat as possible. Okay. Now, before we go over the stack, I must state that I am not a doctor. This is not medical advice. Uh I am not promoting the use of any peptides. This is just me going over the stuff that I'm doing to build lots of muscle and to burn body fat. And that is pretty much it. This is for research purposes, experimentational purposes, and entertainment purposes only. All right. So now this peptide stack I am using all the peptides from Chimera Kim. All right. Chimera Kim is my personal source for all of these. Now the first one that I am going to cover is reatrite. my notes over at Red True Thai. This is brand new to me, okay? Uh but it's making large waves over the internet and the results seem pretty phenomenal. So, I had to give this a try myself personally. And uh we'll we'll see how it goes. Now, Redatai is designed to hit three multiple targets all at once. Appetite control, glucose management, and energy exponential. Now, this is going to help maximize fat loss while keeping the body's muscle building processes intact. Okay? And you see a lot of supplements out there uh that is aimed to burn fat while keeping muscle on. Some of them does an okay job, some of it doesn't really do the job at all. Uh, but Red Betta True Tide is supposedly supposed to be the best for this to keep as like to to really hone in as much muscle as possible while keeping while burning all of the fat away here. Okay, so I am very intrigued on seeing how uh this is going to work out. The next thing is up is going to be SLUPP32. And I have it in all capsule forms right here. SLUPP332 and SLUP332 works by activating specialized proteins known as estrogen related receptors ERR and it activates all three forms of ERR uh leading to multiple adaptations that are associated with exercise including increased skeletal muscle oxidative fibers, increased fatty acid oxidation and enhanced exercise endurance. And the endurance, you feel it when you take SOU PB32, especially your first couple of weeks on it. You are going to see an extreme difference. Uh, stair master was pretty hard prior to not using SLU PP332. It's going to be a breeze once you start SLU PP332. Uh, you are going to notice that you are going to be able to have less rest times during your sets and you are going to be able to train longer while supplementing with SLU PPP332. But I do stress that you should manage this and still don't overdo it even though now you can because if you don't and if you overdo the training, I swear to you guys that you are going to pay for it later. All right? Meaning, you might not be able to wake up the next day. You might be late for work or not be uh go to work at all because you overtrain yourself. All right, going back to the Lee Henny approach. You want to stimulate, don't annihilate the muscles. Okay, you don't want to dig yourself such a hole that you train so hard that it's going to take you a super long time now for you to recover. Okay? You got to got to take that you got to take this approach very responsibly. All right? increased fatty acid oxidation, meaning that you are going to be using your fat cells for energy. Okay? Now, this is mainly going to be a part in low inensity exercises. Okay? So, a walk on the treadmill, um elliptical, uh not doing no crazy sprints or anything like that or high intensity intervals. when you're doing high intensity training uh meaning like you are going hard in your weight training right and this is why I meant that when you when you're taking SLU PPP 332 you want to try to intensify your workouts as much as possible okay you want to try to increase the intensity of your workouts as much as possible not so much the duration of your workouts okay so you want to train shorter but during that short duration you want to train harder. And when you are doing this, you are going to be burning the carbs for energy. So, you should still be eating a good amount of carbs when taking SOUP PB332. Um, just make sure that you really go hard doing your weight training sessions and then hit your cardio sessions for that fat oxidation uh right afterwards. A simple walk on a treadmill. Uh, don't go no longer than 25 minutes. Me, I'm training uh two times per day right now. So, I will hit my heavy training sessions in the morning, do 25 minutes of cardio after that, then do my hypertrophy sessions uh at night and then do another 25 minutes of cardio after that. So, I'm hitting both pathways right there, burning the carbs and then burning the fat right after that. Now, five amino 1MQ. Five aminoq. I am doing the injectable form from Chimera Kims. I found the adjustable form to be very powerful and it hits quickly. All right. Uh 510Q is an NNMT inhibitor just meaning that it blocks the activity of the enzyme NNMT. Now what do you get when you block NMT? Well, this is going to help to restore cellular balance and metabolic output uh leading to reduce fat cell size, increase NAD+ levels, enhance insulin sensitivity and metabolic efficiency. Pretty much overall this is going to turn the body into a more efficient fat burning muscle building machine. All right. HGH uh from Camaro is HGH1 191A right here. All right. H is pretty simple. It's pretty simple. It's been around for a long time. Uh it's going to help with fat loss, muscle growth, and overall metabolic health. And then the last one we have is this valve right here. IGF-1 LR3. IGF-1 LR3. This is going to mimic the actions of insulin. Insulin is a very powerful tool when it comes to muscle growth and fat loss. All right? Mainly in building muscle. When you build a lot of muscle is going to help uh increase your overall metabolism. When you increase your overall metabolism, you increase the rate of calories that you burn while at rest. So, you can make an argument that I'm at rest right now. While I'm making this video, I am burning a lot of calories right now because I have a lot of muscle. All right? So, mimics the actions of insulin interacting with cells to stimulate growth and energy use. Um this is going to boost lipolysis which is basically fat breakdown. Builds muscle u by increasing protein synthesis or improving pro protein synthesis. Um improves how your body uh uses glucose promoting better metabolic health. All right. So, I typically like to do this prior to the workout since it's going to improve how your body uses glucose. You do want to eat something sugary or drink something sugary prior to your workouts and then you use IGF-1 LR3. So, like something like um something with no fat in it particularly. So like a Gatorade or uh I like to do me personally I like to do um Sour Patch Kids. One or two servings of Sour Patch Kids. You don't want to overdo it. One or two servings of Sour Patch Kids prior to your workout will will work phenomenal and you are going to get a huge pump and a huge boost of performance when you take uh IGF-1 LR3 with this. All right. And that is my ultimate peptide stack that I will be doing moving forward.
