at the age of 16 I stopped growing and from 16 to 17 I grew 0 in I didn't get any taller but from the ages of 17 to 19 once I realized how to actually maximize my height I grew 6 in no lies no scams here is the real truth on how to maximize your genetic potential no weird jumps no weird structures this is all that you can do the rest is due to genetics and I should note that no matter how old you are it is so easy to grow an extra inch simply by fixing your bowleggedness and anterior pelvic tilt which I'll get into later in the video but if you are under the age of 21 you can grow much more than that particularly if your growth plates are still open and if they are I will teach you how to grow as much as possible to reach your genetic potential simply by maximizing your hormones and your health it's not more complicated than that anything else is a scam firstly the two hormones that are the most important for growth are growth hormone and igf-1 and even more important than that is the relationship between them what you need to realize is that growth hormone and igf-1 are antagonistic this means that you must first Spike growth hormone and then spike igf-1 in order to leverage the hormones in the correct way now this is a super sacred method I'm about to share with you and something you literally can't find anywhere else on social media because I made it myself this is something that I actually used to grow 6 in from 17 1/2 to 19 and I've helped various other people do the same now what I want you to realize is that the two best activities in order to spike growth hormone are sprinting and fasting and so why not combine them both in order to get the greatest hormone Spike but what I want you to realize is that fasting is only effective for spiking growth hormone if you do it for over 20 hours therefore what I want you to do is one to two long fasts once a week obviously you need to make sure you're getting all of your micronutrients in for the rest of the days for the entire week otherwise what's the point if you're not getting your micronutrients you're not going to have the necessary vitamin and minerals available to actually grow your bones but the one or two days a week ideally the one that you choose to do the long fast maybe 24 hours what I want you to do is do something like lunch to lunch like Saturday lunch to Sunday lunch then on Sunday morning or before you break the fast I want you to do sprinting and I particularly want you to do six sets of 20 second Sprints with 1 minute rest in between that is not that long if you think about it that is literally 120 seconds of sprinting that is 2 minutes of total sprinting it's not that hard do it maximum intensity spike your growth horm as up as much as possible push your body to Absolute failure and then break the fast this is the absolute key thing you've just spiked your growth hormon through the fasting and doing fasted Sprints then what I want you to do is break the fast I.E after you finish the sprinting consume a meal high in natural sugars this will Spike igf-1 insulin growth factor natural sugars are the best way to spike it particularly when you combine it with a bit of protein therefore the best thing you can pretty much eat is a yogurt bowl with fruits raw honey and if you really want to be super cool you can try colostrum which is the next step but what I will say is you spike your growth hormone and then you broken the fast with high natural sugars and a bit of protein to spike your igf-1 levels your igf-1 levels are pumping and that will help your bones grow and maximize your height through that sacred technique and it really worked for me I could not swear by enough just try it and also fasting for more than 20 to 24 hours also puts you in a state called autophagy which helps reheal your gut promotes the right hormones so it is still good for your body you're not putting yourself at risk no matter how young you are it is really beneficial to fast once a week as long as you are getting enough micronutrients the rest of the week and I can't make that clear enough you need to be getting enough micronutrients on the other six days of the week now the second step is to consume something called colostrum if you can get it if you can't don't worry too much but you have to realize pretty much every supplement that everyone sells is a scam they are just trying to generate profit in order to sell their products in order to make money off of you and your insecurity don't buy any products for your height don't buy any magic pills they are a joke an absolute joke get bioavailable nutrients from a healthy diet meat fruit eggs and raw dairy it's not that hard animal-based diet is the way you'll get bi available micronutrients that will sort out all of that the second thing that you can take and the only supplement I'd ever recommend is colostrum the reason being it has the most bioavailable source of igf-1 within it if you can get raw colostrum get it it is the best thing ever if you can't you can get powdered colostrum which is pretty good and especially if you put it in the yogurt ball it will still be beneficial won't be quite as good as the raw colostrum but it will still really help you grow particularly if you have it with the yogurt ball to spike igf1 even more to spike bone growth and therefore grow as tall as you can get however if you can't get it don't stress now the third step is absolutely key obviously you can boost your growth hormone boost your igf1 however much you want but there is only a limited amount of time for which you can grow if your growth plates are closing therefore what you need to do is maximize the length of time for which your growth plates are open the only thing that you need to realize is that the process that closes your growth plates is aromatization the conversion of testosterone into estrad and therefore estrogen is what closes your growth plates and you don't need to take any magic pills or even things like aromatase Inhibitors in order to stop your growth Pates from growing all you need to do is fix your health and fix your lifestyle we are all absolutely cooked from Modern Lifestyles the reason being pretty much everything you do everything you use and everything you wear is full of phyto and Xeno estrogens which mimic estrogen in your body signal to your body that you have excess estrogen and therefore will lead to premature closing of the growth plates we are unhealthy and that is the number one reason that children today are being found to be shorter than they were 20 years ago it is not that complicated what I want you to do is stop wearing polyester clothing and start wearing cotton clothing or linen or wool not polyester it is terrible for your hormones particularly When you sweat while wearing it because it leaks straight into you the second thing I want you to do is stop using synthetic fragrances the most common places they're found in are cologne shampoo and all of these weird products just use natural essential oils as your cologne use an egg yolk as your shampoo it sounds weird but it works and cut out your exposure to synthetic fragrances thirdly I want you to start eating clean every terrible chemical and every non-organic food is filled with phyto estrogens which increase the amount of estrogen in your body and will lead to premature closing of your growth plates you need to realize that the most fundamental thing isn't the fact that you need to do weird cobra stretches or weird jumps or these crazy things you need to fix your diet you need to fix the basis of all of this fix what you're putting into your body and your body will respond better stop eating terrible processed foods and start eating meat fruit or dairy and eggs and the final thing I need you to do is get Lena fat tissue is literally made up of adip pose adip pose is literally just estrogen you need to lower the amount of fat you have on your body in order to lower your estrogen in order to keep your growth placeat open for longer if you are fat you will stop growing earlier it's as simple as that please take care of your health and the final thing I want you to do and this applies to no matter how old you are you need to fix your posture your anterior pelvic tilt it is absolutely key the things I need you to start doing are back extensions they are my number one exercise for rec correcting anterior pelvic tilt along with sprinting and like I've mentioned sprinting is a jack of all trades it boosts the right hormones and it will help you with growing but it will also help you with posture alignment at the same time it will also put pressure on your cranium and increase mandul forward growth which is crazy there's a super interesting study on that but sprinting is a Powerhouse do back extensions weighted back extensions focus on fixing your anterior pelvic tilt combine that with proper sprinting form really working on your form and maximum intensity and over time your anterior pelvic tilt will fix up and that will increase your posture if you fix your posture and especially if you combine it with doing chin tuck in order to fix your neck and head posture your myofacial posture you will become taller by fixing your posture no matter how old you are everyone has terrible posture these days because we're all on our phones hunched over we all have negative habits fix your health fix your lifestyle that is the real way to grow taller that is it that's all you have to do and that is literally it but what I want to say as a side note is that if your dad is 5' 7 this does not mean you're going to go to 6'3 I'm not promising you some magic pill some crazy snake oil I am saying that if you take and fix your lifestyle health and Implement these habits especially if you're younger you will reach your maximum genetic potential which is more than pretty much everyone else does that means instead of being 5' 10 when you could have been 6t you will actually just be 6t you need to realize that this does not mean you are going to be 7'3 but it does mean that by being healthy you will be the tallest version of yourself and therefore the healthiest the happiest and the most confident height is not the end of the world but obviously try and maximize it while you still can stop being
