students contribute constructively to project teams assuming various roles and responsibilities to work effectively toward a common goal doable monster project this was a great step to take because things are fairly laid out for you teachers from around the world choose a monster part like we had the ears and the head and the eyes and eyebrows and all the time and they make a twelve to twenty word description of that monster part and then they submit it it's added to a big chart and then when all the pieces are taken then it's sent out and every school builds its own monster students are now assuming various roles and responsibilities as they're planning they have to problem-solve like we had a head and then the head has to get with the mouth route and decide is this mouth going to fit onto the head and how is it going to fit and then where were the eyebrows go where were the ears how are you gonna get them to fit and then all the classes get together and then we start putting four monsters together today in our world this is how everything's moving it is working together working as a team many many many schools get to do this and the fun part is the students we're looking for different cultures how are they alike how are they similar and they can dig deeper and they can find what interests down
