Today I'm going to be letting a wheel determine my entire house that I build in Bloxburg from the exterior design to the interior design. And how I'll be doing this is by two different spinning wheels. One of the spinning wheels will determine which type of home I will be building and the other spinning wheel will determine my interior design style. And as you can see, we have a lot of options.
So let's start off with the type of house we will be building. Okay, the type of home we will be building is... Ooh, an apartment.
Okay. Good. I did not make this spinning wheel, but um, all I'm gonna say is there is a bunch of things I don't even know what they are.
Like what the hell is a bungalow door? A bungalow door? A small house or cottage that is a single story, sometimes of a smaller upper story, set in the roof and the windows that come out from the roof.
What the hell is that? Well anyway, we got apartment and the type of interior design style we'll be doing is Please don't be something stupid. Please don't be something stupid. Please don't be something stupid.
Art modern. Art modern. Not me googling what this is. Aerodynamic shapes that mimic those of cars, planes, and ships at the period. Boy what?
These are some examples of art modern. It kind of looks like looks like an art deco style incorporating a lot of different colors and structures. It weirdly looks like it would be very popular during like the 1950s, maybe the 1960s.
I typed it up on Pinterest though and it's giving me like a traditional type of style. So I guess we'll try our best to capture whatever the hell art modern is and see how we go. I got the house style of an apartment so that's pretty easy.
We just got to build an apartment. I'm usually really bad at building floor plans, but I feel like an apartment's easy. It's not too crazy I think we're gonna make this apartment six blocks wide and then nine blocks long This literally just looks like a block a few moments later.
Anyway, the apartment's done guys. What do we think? Do we like it?
I think it's very beautiful. Just kidding. Imagine if I left it like that yous would probably kill me Well before I start working on the interior I want to finish the exterior because this is going to be the most gorgeous apartment you've ever seen Well, I'm assuming the exterior style is the same as the interior.
So I guess we have no choice but to make the art madone style apartment. I want to have tiny bricks coming alongside the wall. But it's been so long since I've built a house in Bloxburg.
I feel like I've lost my touch. I feel like I'm losing my mind. I swear Bloxburg has wall detailing.
I found it. They're called stone corner details. I feel like a genius!
Well, I want this apartment as detailed as possible, so we're just going to incorporate a lot of basic shapes and structures. Exactly what an art-modern house would be like, or what I'm assuming they would be like. I still don't know why the house style is called art-modern.
I don't know about you, mate, but that literally just sounds like art deco. Okay, so I'm gonna make some custom windows, because the windows in Bloxburg suck, so I'm gonna make them pretty. Oh my god, why are you wonky? Die.
Now, tell me why. I go to fix this structural. It's straight, right?
I press enter. It goes back, wonky. What do you want from me, my soul? Like, what is this?
Go straight. Thank you. Oh my gosh. I'm gonna make me lose my mind, mate.
This is going to be incredibly awkward if I cannot copy this window because of how detailed I'm making this window. All right, windows are done. Now, if I can't copy this, I'm going to blow-Oh, wait. I can copy it. Kind of.
Not really. A few pieces are missing, but that's okay. See, that's kind of cute. It's giving me Emily in Paris vibes now.
I just have to go ahead and fix up these windows and ha ha ha We are done I kind of want the top story to be a different color from the bottom story a lot of the art Madone houses had incorporated a lot of brick So that's what I'm gonna do and then the roof for this apartment is just gonna be a classic Hollowed mansard roof and I don't know if this will look good or not but we're gonna have a gable roof in the middle just to give this apartment a little bit more structure if you will oh we can't forget a chimney because ho ho ho merry christmas okay this apartment is looking very cute but I feel like it's missing that grand entrance. You know what? Pillars fix everything.
If you add pillars to your build, it's automatically not basic anymore. That's girl maths for you. And then for the entrance, we can just build a fake patio.
This is either gonna look incredible or incredibly stupid. No in between. Okay, this is a bit random, but we're outlining the patio with thin square beams. Okay, I you know what I don't hate it.
It looks cute and then along the wall we can have some planters This is so random, but I usually put a basic shape inside my planter So then I can have some hanging plants inside and then on the bottom row I usually just put normal plants and it looks something like this. She's beauty. She is grace.
She's Miss United States Okay, as for the front yard what I've gathered is that art modern likes to focus on their structures So I want to have a fancy little entrance to a apartment. Something that screams, I'm rich, don't talk to me. I even want the mailbox to be marble color.
And this house definitely recycles. Okay, we're gonna have garbage, recycle, and trash. And why not just two little fountains as soon as you walk in? And you know what? We're going that extra bit fancy.
We will be having checkered grass, full Alice in Wonderland style. And then finally, some lights. And then there you go. The apartment is now the most fanciest apartment in all of the block.
So now moving on to the interior. Now this is probably going to take a hot minute but I already know that I want checkered flooring on the entire downstairs of my apartment. The wheel determined Art Modern, I will show them Art Modern. Boom! Checkered flooring!
Thank you ladies and gentlemen. Thank you. Now before anything we need to figure out where these stairs are going.
I am weirdly vibing with these spiral stairs so that's what I'm gonna use. And hear me out, green spiraling. I reckon we should have the bathroom here, maybe dining room there.
This entire section can be the kitchen. And I'll change my mind, stairs can go over here because this is gonna be the living room. Okay we got it. So I guess we can start off with the living room because that's gonna be the first room that you walk in on.
And I typed up Art Modern on Pinterest and this photo came up and I absolutely loved it. So we're going to incorporate a lot of green in this living room. The fireplace has to be the centerpiece of this living room. So we need to try and make this fireplace as fancy as possible. Like that, that's perfect.
I usually like never know what to place. behind my fireplace. So I was thinking what if we do some bookshelves and then it looks something like this.
Something cozy. Oh gosh I'm not used to adding this many colors in my builds. I'm trying to trust the process but so far it literally just looks like the Grinch lives here and he's here to steal Christmas. I really hope an interior designer isn't watching this like um actually Alaska that is nothing like art modern.
You suck. And if that's the case I'm sorry please don't hurt me. Oh, this pot right here, definitely art modern.
Why do I feel like that's a fake word? No, because could you imagine if on the spinning wheel, they meant to type art deco and it came up art modern. This is such a weirdly shaped living room. It's just incredibly wide, but very short.
I literally just built my own coffee table using a pre-built coffee table and it weirdly turned out good. Kind of impressed. The only problem is adding the couches because this living room is so small.
I don't really know what couches to add. Maybe just two of these mid-century chairs. I want my couches to be this exact color. I absolutely love green couches but it's so hard to try and find the right color. But I think that's good enough.
So that is our living room. Okay and I was thinking for the entryway, instead of our plastic console table that I usually add, what if we just have a massive mirror? I read that Art Modern style uses lots of lines. Maybe for our coats, we can have some lines and stripes. Okay, now that our entrance is done, I think the next room I want to work on is the bathroom.
I don't know why I made the bathroom like tucked away in the corner. But nonetheless, I have a really good idea for the bathroom. Now, instead of white tiles, we're bringing back green. And we're gonna have a nice green bathroom. It's very small, so we're gonna have to be cautious of our space.
This is the inspo that I am using for the bathroom. I try very hard to actively try and avoid using this toilet, but here we are. And we're going to be having a gold sink. Decorating bathrooms seems so fun. I should be buying my own house next year, so house transformation videos, anyone?
You know what? I already love this bathroom. The only problem is the shower, considering there's not much privacy.
So we might just add some curtains on the window. That way we've got no peeping toms. I usually just have like a simple window for my bathroom, but...
But not today, folks. We're having a fancy window. All right, and there we go.
That is our art modern bathroom. Okay, let's start off with the dining room because I usually base my kitchens off the dining room. Okay, we've been using a lot of greens lately, so I want to spice it up. Maybe use blue.
I feel like using a nice baby blue will definitely open up the space a bit more. All right, let's be so for real. This dining table is definitely not going to fit this many people. You know what?
We can pretend. Fake it till you make it, right? Ooh, maybe we can have like a dark blue feature wall right here.
No, because why am I kind of rocking with that feature wall? This wall, however, is looking basic. So we just need some curtains. And then there we go. That is our dining room.
So I guess that means we're going to be basing our kitchen off the dining room. So nice shades of- blue. I love saying blue.
And in the rooms that have big gaps like this, I'm just gonna put a curved beam right here. Because unlike houses today, an art modern house has to flow together nicely, believe it or not. I love how this is technically meant to be an apartment. No, because could you imagine an apartment this big, how much that would be? Okay, I wanna be quirky and add a commercial fridge.
I'm feeling different. This little basic shape can be our island bench. Okay, so I guess we just paint it I don't know why I decided to go with blue. Okay, I don't want this kitchen cluttered with stuff Don't you guys love when I say that and then continue to add random paper bags?
I mean hey considering this is a blue kitchen and now gives me the perfect opportunity to use blue smeg appliances All right. Well, I think our art modern kitchen is done. I hate saying that word. I feel like it's a fake word I feel like someone's pranking me.
I've never heard of art modern in my life. So the second story consists of my bedroom, my closet, and the upstairs bathroom. The reason I didn't want too many rooms upstairs is because this is still an apartment.
So I guess our hallway's done. We'll work on the bedroom first because that's what I'm most excited to do. I literally just type in art modern bedroom.
This picture shows up. It literally just looks like a traditional bedroom. And I mean, my favorite color is green, so we are going to continue the whole green theme throughout my bedroom. And this bedroom needs a lot of light, so we're adding windows.
I don't know if this makes sense, but I want this to be the bedroom version of the living room. I have no idea if that even makes sense, but it makes sense in my head, so that's all that matters. I think I have officially fallen in love with this bed.
She looks beautiful. Maybe for the bed head, we can do like a- custom painting and make it look super duper fancy. Damn that bed looks absolutely gorgeous. The only problem this house has so far is that it's incredibly dark so we need to try and add lots of light in this room without making it too bright.
I mean this spot right here would be the perfect space for the vanity table and I mean considering this is going to be a walk-in closet I don't know if I want doors here or I just knock down this completely and just make it an open concept. You know what? Yeah, we're gonna do that instead.
Doors make everything look too crowded. So we're gonna have a very simple wardrobe and then make it curved in like this. And then there we go.
We have a little walk-in wardrobe. So then the last thing we're adding in our apartment is the upstairs bathroom, which is basically just gonna be a copy from downstairs. Except this time, we actually get room to add a bathtub. Thank god because where else would I use my 143 waterfalls that I have in my inventory?
I'm trying to focus on this bathroom but I just see my avatar in the corner and she's creeping me out right now. You guys have been sending me all of your videos on TikTok and Instagram of your plushies and guys I kid you not someone done a ritual with my plushie so If my plushie becomes the next Annabelle in a couple years, you know why. It's because of you guys. But hey, on a side note, our Art Madone apartment is finally complete.
So now we can have a look at the finished result. So the total plot value this apartment comes to is $182,000, which honestly makes sense considering the outside looks like something Princess Victoria would own. So if we come inside this grand entrance. So when you walk in, you are greeted with the... living room.
Before this video, green was my favorite color. Now every time I look at green, I want to throw up. So over here, this is the kitchen.
It looks like a Smurf exploded everywhere and now it's guts remain on the walls. Yeah. Over here, this is the downstairs bathroom.
I love this bathroom. This is my favorite bathroom. However, I don't care what you say, this toilet was not worth $1,000. Moving on. Coming upstairs, we have the entrance.
Good morning. Um, how about you shut up? That leads to the bathroom.
I don't know how I feel about this wall. It kind of reminds me of the stone era. I kind of feel like a caveman.
I'm not gonna lie. And then over here we have the bedroom. Now don't get me wrong, this bedroom is beautiful. I love the walk-in wardrobe, which is included. However, if this was my bedroom in real life, I would hate the fact that I have a massive room.
the end of my feet like there could be a monster hiding in there for all i know and for that reason only i hate this bedroom so yeah i hope you've enjoyed me letting a wheel decide my house for today comment what you guys would like to see next and i'll see you in the next one or maybe or maybe i won't bye
