Account Screen Authorization File Configuration (ASAF)

Overview

  • ASAF is a feature in Pega Smart Dispute Agentic Automation '24.2
  • Allows banks to submit exception file listings to Visa at the card level
  • Supports automatic submission when fraud is reported
  • Customizable ASAF settings

Functional Changes

  • ASAF submission can be done automatically or through case creation
  • Automatic submission during dispute processing
  • Case creation allows submission, deletion, or editing for specific card numbers

Configuration for ASAF Submission

  • Automatic Submission:
    • Utilizes SubmitExceptionOperation service
    • Avoids redundancy by skipping if already submitted for a card number
    • Post Collect Supplemental Info triggers submission
  • Case Creation:
    • Provides a separate case type for ASAF
    • Users can modify/delete existing ASAF listings

Modifying or Deleting ASAF

  • Options to modify/delete existing ASAF if applicable
  • Pre-populates previously submitted values for updates

New ASAF Listing

  • Auto-population of pre-defined values from Visa ASAF Configuration pane
  • Generates a Visa case number upon submission

Visa ASAF Data Type

  • ASAF details are stored in the pr_PegaFSPE_Data_ASAF table

    • Used for fraud scenario processing
    • Initiates AutomaticASAFSubmission for unique card numbers
  • Data Transform: Populate predefined values and handle request/response for SubmitExceptionOperation
