Overview

Portal Login & Access

  • Users can log in using Google or Clever credentials.
  • First time login requires entering an email to receive a password setup link.

Common Error Messages & Troubleshooting

Navigation & Features

  • Edit equations with the equation editor.
  • Attach files or documents by entering an attachment name.
  • Video meeting options include joining with audio, video, or audio-only.
  • Option to upload and crop profile picture.
  • Join live classroom sessions, exit sessions, or respond to incoming calls.
  • Surveys and resources like Graduation Exit Survey and GPI are available in the portal.
