    • Click "Click Here to Upload Documents."

    • Click the "Upload" button.
    • Confirm if all required documents are uploaded.
    • Receive confirmation notice upon completion.
  3. Reviewing Submission
    • Return to the tasks page.
    • Check "School Response Date" column for submission date.
    • If "Task Completed Date" is blank, review is pending.
    • Completion date appears once reviewed by NCAA staff.
