Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar management and acting as a liaison for the Executive's department.
  • Administrative tasks including project planning, presentation production, and minute taking.
  • Point of contact for internal and external matters related to the Executive.
  • Maintain communication with the executive team and coordinate team activities.
  • Manage travel, expenses, and event support for the Executive.
  • Foster a welcoming environment and build stakeholder relationships.
