Key Responsibilities
- Calendar management and acting as a liaison for the Executive's department.
- Administrative tasks including project planning, presentation production, and minute taking.
- Point of contact for internal and external matters related to the Executive.
- Maintain communication with the executive team and coordinate team activities.
- Manage travel, expenses, and event support for the Executive.
- Foster a welcoming environment and build stakeholder relationships.
