button to begin delivering solution to the wound monitor the wound as it fills with solution once a thin layer of solution covers the wound is visible around the wound edges and the foam begins to expand and feels soft press the start stop button to stop filling now step 3 of 3 of the fill assist screen appears awaiting confirmation of the volume setting because wet dressings may take less fluid to fill than dry dressings consider reducing the volume 10 to 20 percent by using the plus and minus buttons before pressing the ok button to confirm your fill volume and move to the next screen
