chart on the difference between obstacles and opposition obstacles Challenge and test so you persist and develop while opposition attacks you and tries to derail you so how do I know if it's an obstacle or an opposition if it's trying to develop me and make me better it's God if it's trying to derail me and stop me it's the devil and the reason you need spiritual intelligence I told you because some of y'all are asking God to deliver you from development I don't think you heard what I just said right there I'mma say that slow if it's trying to develop you it's what it's God I'm going say it again class if it's trying to develop you it's who God if it's trying to derail or stop you it's who the devil so if it's trying to develop you and it's from God that's label what obstacle if it's trying to derail you it's from the devil that's label what opposition so what am I realizing when I'm in opposition I go get God the reason some of you are stuck in this season you're in is because when you don't have spiritual intelligence you are asking God to get you out of an obstacle he sent did you catch what I just said put this in your notes this just hit me Theus on the spot Revelation put obstacle equals obstacle course opposition put prison so the the object of an opposition is to trap you the object of an obstacle or obstacle course see the obstacle course is difficult stuck in their feelings meaning when you stuck in your feelings you will only hear what offends you and responds to what triggers you so a person can look at you say I love you with my whole heart I don't want to spend my life with nobody but you but you got to stop being so mean and always coming at me like that but because you don't have any emotional intelligence all you heard was so you saying I'm a mean person so you didn't hear I love you you didn't hear I want to spend my life with you because a person who Max lacks emotional intelligence meanings they don't know how to primary use navigate human interactions it impacts your leadership communication and conflict resolution you fuss a lot cuz you ain't got no emotional intelligence you so busy addressing how it made you feel so so what am I saying I gave you all this last week my goal is for my church to do what move different that's so important to me move different why Pastor Mike because if you mislabel obstacles as opposition you'll become bitter at God instead of learning from him if you mislabel obstacles as oppositions you will become bitter at God instead of learning from him I want to take that a step off church and was almost on the point of a mental breakdown that tour and some of the drama I was dealing with in industry and in life was weighing on me so much people who didn't know me was looking praying in intensively that God will send other races and nationalities to our church there's something that God wants to break in this region watch this now and what I've been saying is Lord I pray that the Strategic weapon that the devil uses to make people who do not look like us feel insecure and out of place it's broken so we can see Heaven on Earth so so watch this so so how do I know I'm a threat put this in your notes number one a threat knows I already told you who they are and if I know who I am that's what the enemy's biggest fear is a Believer who knows their Authority in Christ done a lot of music where I'm singing a lot amen is pretty much the first song where the majority of the music is me all right so so now I'm kind of and but I want it sonically to feel a certain way so I'm in there singing it and dude it's called vocal production dude like I don't like how you sing that sing it a different way but it's the way I sing like no I want you drop squinch your eyes a little bit do it like this and I'm sitting in there and it's as irritating as it was if I wanted the result I had to have emotional intelligence to get out my feelings of thinking my way was good enough and be obedient now I need you to catch this now because according to Malachi 3:10 obedience to my giving what does giving what does tithing do three things for you it opens unexpected doors Michael so so so when I obey I unlock sudden sudden rapid advancement unexpected doors open number two promotions and opportunities accelerate number three Divine connections are made I may never stand in church and tell y'all I I need everybody to give no I may not never do that that's why we don't even really have a offering period because I've realized where I am in God and where you need to be that's a personal see see giving ain't about paying a church Bill if the church can't pay the bill then the church should close no if it's his will it becomes his bill so I'm not going to spend half my message and have I'm not going to create a portion of my service and there's nothing wrong with the people who do that this is my Revelation I'm not going to create a whole portion of my service solely geared toward what's in your pocket my father is rich in houses and land giving ain't about you helping me pay a bill giving is about your obedience why CU obedience isn't just about compliance it's about unlocking rapid advancement in your purpose everybody keep asking me everything you do you do fast cuz I'm obedient and when you are obedient it unlocks advancement now hear me when I say this I need to catch this right here it is number three a threat impacts other people I'm out of time a threat impacts other people what is that influence this is good teaching what's the biblical example of that Paul and Silas were beating impr prison in their Ministry was setting people free they in jail here's what messed me up see when I get to heaven I need a whole day bro I need a day like I need I need when I get to heaven y'all going to be trying on y'all wings and y'all crowns and all your robes you know what I'm saying I'm going to be like hey can I go to the room they Paul going to be in there and Peter going to be in there and John going to be in there David they all going to be in there I'm like Jesus that you oh man man what's up man I'm like all right before we go out here everybody knew y'all look good man um Paul you in jail right and everybody be like a here go this story they up there talking about it right I'm like all right so you beaten broken bruised blooded what did the other prisoners look like see that's the part see my imagination so crazy cuz it says and that midnight Paul and Silas prayed and sing praises everybody got an Open Door my question is were they in worse shape than the people who are in jail which makes me view my service different how you worse but worship harder no so what happens is they went through all that but what did they have they threat because they had influence they were beating cuz they were sing people free listen to you Pastor if your life is changing others that means you're on the enemy's [Music] radar and don't think you need a thousand members to do that you don't need a million followers to do that no I did an interview yesterday they was like oh my God you know we we was searching the internet we can't find four or five pastors who got 2 million Tik Tok followers you got 1.3 someone so I'm just sitting okay cool it's like so tell us what is it like I said I'm going show you this group thre that I'm in and it's me and four 10 to 12 year olds who didn't see that coming I was on tour met a kid in t oh my God we got the chips from the graos Cincinnati Ohio I remember places by food pray for me Cincinnati Ohio this little kid walked up to me he's like man his mom said he don't he don't even do Church don't even like church or none of that he be watching you on Tik Tok like I want to come and so he was like Hey man like this is this was like all right I said give me a cell phone put my cell phone my number and cell phone there another kid I know like just like three or four other ones and when I tell you they get on my last nerve literally past like look at this clip it is be clips of me you crazy look at a like they be sending me Tick Tock and I you know what I do oh that's crazy what y'all read today everybody drop your progress reports in here them two million followers is cool but real influence like like I want you to really catch this if the devil really wanted to Hur that see don't look at somebody with all these followers and say man I wish I was that if I ever make a mistake I see see when I see 2 million it scares me cuz I don't see two million followers I see two million Hearts I can break one wrong rumor about me now like ah man I thought he was the real one no real influence ain't changing the world it's impacting your world that's why some of y'all got to grow up you be following these and supporting these celebrities and won't support your [Music] cousin no hear me when I say this the greater your reach the greater your resistance it's crazy this is good a threat doesn't number four a threat doesn't just survive you're all I need god wow a threat doesn't just survive they take territory if I had time this would have told a whole church up because that's Kingdom expansion but my last four minutes and I got to stop you don't just want to get by you take over there's a level of bold you ain't catch that if you going to be a threat you don't J get by you take over your assignment is not just to exist it's to dominate whatever space you get in I'm talking to somebody dominate you caught that I'm not going to have a lot of friends it's hard to be friends with the goat y'all Miss what I just said I can't go out with y'all I'm too busy trying to get better I'm trying to dominate I need seven folk who know that it's something in your spirit I'm not trying to be equal I ain't saying I'm better than you but as a kingdom advancer I'm called to what dominate hear me when I say this I'm going to stop watch this watch this watch this your assignment is not just to exist whatever space you come in dominate you're going to be a politician you be a kingdom politician and you dominate I ain't here to play friends I ain't here to take siid I'm not going to get people bless they can't bless threats they can't cosign threats they don't take photo ops with threats I've been places I never forget I cry I never been plac I was at one event and liter they say oh can we get so and so so and so so and so so and so so and so oh y'all come take a picture I'm sitting on the front row and I'm sitting there like they don't want me in the picture I promise you now I'm literally cuz I'm very sensitive which means I may have a villain in me too you got to watch I may I may heel turn like John Cena you got to pray for can't have evidence so what they do is they try their best to ignore you and keep you in a corner as if to suggest because they don't acknowledge your impact it ain't impacting this is why you are a when that was nothing I started singing everybody start worshiping I walked off stage text himp I said I'm going to do it myself I said I'm going to do it myself went home didn't sleep laid on the floor for probably nine hours I said God give me the strategy he's like your sound going to break through it's going to be your anointing second thing was your look got to change I was three 34 lbs maybe said your look got to change your look got to change I want you to look and I want them to see you and see themselves I want you to do so and so so and so so I went and I started doing push-ups I started working out none of that work I just had to have surgery I'm not even going to lie to you I had to sleeve I had to get slim fast in Jesus name went to Mexico almost died but I'm still here in Jesus name I ain't lying some of y'all know the truth already I came back super slim like what you been doing you know God you know God God I'm too old to lie now some of y'all going to be at home I'm fasting like no I got I had the surgery I'm laughing but I'm telling the truth Holy Spirit said no you going to dominate dominate dominate so so watch me when I say this I need to catch this right I'm I'm going fast so if I'm shifting from survivors to territory takers look at this survivors think I need to make it through the week territory thinkers think how can I make the kingdom visible for that day is man to see the power of God like never before also if you're interested in being baptized here's a good place to clap I was talking with my brother and the team this week we're getting ready to plan baptism a message is going out this week about baptism uh and um I said man I'm so excited man how many people we got signed up we got close to 800 people signed up to be baptized can y'all clap your hands for that let me show you what just blessed me too we couldn't figure out how to to do it we was like and it's so crazy how the Lord speaks to me in my sleep he showed me baptism I woke up at like 4:00 a.m. and just put it in my phone um we've already kind of been cleaning out one of our dorms and so what happens is as long as we're doing cleaning and cosmetics we don't have to get certain permits the one right here we're going to have to get permits and do sheetrock Yad y well the other one we're already been cleaning it out and getting it sort of kind of not Rock City nice but nice enough and so what what the Lord showed me in my dream was that that dorm was already cleaned out already neat it's 57 bathrooms and rooms in there and so what the Lord showed me in my dream was everybody parked over here and that whole complex was nothing but a baptism site and there were baptism pools all over the parking lot it was music playing families were hugging it was crazy and so in my heart of hearts that's what I felt the Lord lead me so we're about to send out a message if you want to be baptized you can text Water Works Water Works don't laugh at that we're Rock City so I gave all our stuff public names so baptism is the Waterworks department so Water Works and so it's going to be a special day where we baptize one of the things I'm excited about is I don't know if I can baptize all 800 people I did that once before at the bwell but me and some of my leaders we're going to be baptizing and we're going to have worship plan you can invite your family it'll be an all day event one of the things we're trying to do is although we're a big church I personally don't like big church is not personal that's why in a lot of my preaching I try to point and look at you so you can feel a personal connection so instead of telling all 800 people to come at 11: I'm going to be baptizing for four hours so this age group this a let's say a to e will get their own hour that way is personal and and it's a moment for you and your family and it ain't congested Pastor I going to take you four or five hours that's the cost of what we do I want that moment to be special I don't want an assembly line of baptisms where you don't even remember it I want it personal I don't want to just say according to the confession of your faith I want our people to say uh Maryland according to the confession of your faith we baptize you and that means something to me so I'm super excited about that I really believe what God is doing is about to be special if you're giving a day that's between you and God I'm a tither I'm a giver I believe in it I accept random expansion and random doors open in my life I receive that if you're not at a place where you believe in giving don't give just keep coming i' rather have your heart than what's in your pocket and I believe by faith one day you'll get to the point where you honor God through your giving were you blessed today amen let me say this publicly I want to say this if you're ever in our facility and you see somebody kind of just driving crazy just kind of just do it like hey stop stop stop I really want a real soft band I really want to be a good neighbor to this neighborhood the growth that we we're experiencing is terrifying this neighborhood to the point where we have County Commissioners starting to show up on our doorstep all all type of legal stuff they're trying to put on us I don't want to be the person who plays victim and say oh see how they do this no if I lived in this neighborhood it may if I want to go to Walmart it took me two hours to get from this to Walmart so what I'm saying is let's try to be good neighbors at least you know what I'm saying there's something I want to do for Easter that I haven't even told my staff about when we were in Forestdale and in Central Park we used to walk the neighborhood just being a blessing I would love if I had three or 400 members come over on a Saturday that we picked and we make these gift bags and we just walk the neighborhood and drop gift bags on each door sorry for the inconvenience we love you here's a gift card here's a so and so here's it is uh one of the things I'm working on now I'm finding things that I have that I feel like can be a blessing there's no playground around here you know so one of the things we're looking now is can we take that middle part and turn it into a playground and that way the kids can come up here I don't want to just be in the neighborhood I want to be a part of the neighborhood and I want to show my entrepreneurs how to handle adversity that every thing isn't a hater you feel what I'm saying sometimes your growth scares people but we going to show people how to do things in love
