Eligibility Requirements
- Customers under 18 must have passed the written test, held an instruction permit for at least 6 months, and have parent/legal guardian authorization.
- Customers 18 and older must have a current Arizona customer number and a passing score on the written test.
- The Arizona customer number is typically the Instruction Permit or ID card number.
Application Process
- Sign in to your AZMVDNow.gov account online.
- Complete the driver license application form and upload all required documents.
Road Test Appointment Scheduling
- Schedule the road test appointment via AZMVDNow.gov.
