Hey guys, what's up? My name is Mikey and welcome to my first vlog. Who am I? I'm nobody.
I'm actually just a regular dude who likes to watch a bunch of vlogs and I decided to start one mainly for two reasons. The first one is because I want to learn videography and I want to learn how to edit and I feel like this is a good way to jump right in. And the second one more importantly is I'm a photographer and I just realized lately that I have so many images on my computer. I want to say maybe like a hundred thousand or more from traveling, from family, from friends, just... I have a bunch of images that just live on my computer and don't really see the light of day.
For example, I'll go travel for a week somewhere and I'll post maybe what, 10 or so images on Instagram and then that's that. So I started thinking, okay well, it would have been awesome if I had a travel video to be able to share. To look back on the memories we created, the cool things we did or people we met.
I just feel like it's an easier way to relive those memories. Beauty vlogger, put it in here, kind of just get it warmed up. And then I just work it into my hair.
Very nonchalant, messy vibes, you know? And then for some smell goods I do Aesop and this is the Marrakesh Intense. So this is my outfit for today. I'm just wearing an ASOS basic tee, an H&M, kind of like a jean shirt jacket. I forgot where I got these corduroys and then I'm probably going to put some Crocs on.
But yeah, chill. Got my Apple Watch. Probably gonna put some jewelry.
Simple gold necklace. Cool. Also guys, I'm sorry about the audio. I'm waiting for a mic to come in so I'm kinda just using an on-camera mic so I'm pretty sure it sounds terrible but whatever. This is my dad's ring and I ended up using it for my wedding band.
Originally I had a simple gold Tiffany's band that my husband also has but I don't know I feel really connected to this ring. And lastly just got to get some EOS chapstick going on so I don't look too chapped here. Also gotta stay hydrated. Alright, off to lunch.
