some people will call system copy some people call system refresh some people will call a DB refresh what is exactly system copy creating a duplicate system creation of a exactly similar system just like your system is called as a system you are copying a you're building a new system by using existing systems database building a new system building a new system by using existing systems database is called as system copy what is the need of building a new system by using existing systems or database for example I am having my development system so the implementation the first thing the first system what you build is your development system right after doing all your developments we install a quality system and move all this developer efforts from development to Quality there we do testing if everything goes fine then we will move that content to then we'll build a new system called production system we move all this content to Quality to production then we need to start a business on production on which system you do the business and production system right so for example Hero Honda is implementing some sap they built their development system okay done quality done production done from Jan first they want to go live on SAP systems directly from January 1st can you start your business on a new software the people who are sitting at your Hero Honda office in your towns they don't know what is sap right the end users the sales Executives in your town who are sitting at their offices Hero Honda showrooms are end users for your system when you go enter into Hero Honda showroom and you want to book one bike who will book not you the response there will be some sales executors will be there they will book a bike for you right so they have to open that screen they have to fill all your details and they need to book a bike for you on a new software without proper training can they book no they need some training before going to go live so what we do the the final production system they should be handy with the production system then only they do day-to-day transactions on your production from jail Fest so what we do from December 20th they start taking training on they need some training before going into sap right the end users and which system I need to give training I cannot give my production system to the end users for training purpose my real-time business will be there who is going to start on that system so what they do they build the exact same system like your production we need to build a new system like a Productions exact similar copy of production system that is one of the reason we do system copy means building a new system building a new training system by using existing systems database means your production system is existing system by using that system database we build a new system exact a similar copy identical copy of your production and give that system to end users for training purpose they get trained on that system finally from 1st January we'll start the running their business on your real time production system that is the one of the need of building a new system by using existing system database not building a new system by using Sap's software this is somewhat different right and another thing that is one scenario the next scenario is for example your system is running on ecc6 ehp8 your development system quality system and production system your business is running on your production system you want to upgrade your system to ECC system to s4hana so what are the problems you'll get well updating your system directly you cannot start on development so for that what we do we'll create a system called POC system proof of concept system before doing anything to your real landscape what we do we build a new system exactly similar to your production system out of your landscape your development not development quality production by using this production as a database we build a new system that system is called as POC system will do is foreign called POC system proof of concept system this system is ec6 ehp now I am updating this system to s4hana some 1909 then first I'll build that system by building that system whatever the problems are coming I'll solve all the problems I'll make a document of that and I have some meetings with my organizations within the organization I'll finish that installation upgradation then based on these experiences the what are the problems you got the same system your development quality and production also same similar type of systems right then you do development systems update then you do Quality Systems update finally you do an production simply we don't do update of our production system first POC system we build a new system exact similar like your production first we do trial run on that system if it is get successful then we started development then we update quality system finally we do one production system our previous system it will take some time to do the update right faster than you will get few problems okay you solve it then you go to development there also there is no hurry on development system to immediately build your system right if it is a production system you will have a less downtime for development system will have as time right in development system you do do for second time first system is POC system second time you are doing update to development system there also we get some one or two new problems along with the old problems already old problems you solved the new problems you solve then you'll do the quality system third time you are doing upgradation so you know what are the problems will arise while doing this ehp this s4hana upgradation so you will be ready with all the solutions for that finally you take down time for your production you will do as soon as possible why you already have experience for these three systems and you have resolutions ready with you then we do the update of our production system for this reason we need to build a new system by using existing systems database so this is called as system copy system copy is what building a new system by using existing systems or database not installing a new system installing a new system is a plain sap system you don't have your business data in that you don't have your changes your modifications will enhance nothing if you use existing systems database you will be having your business data there you'll be having all your development changes right everything whatever you move to production everything will be having that is called as a system copy I hope you got the point what is the need of doing system copy in organizations to build POC systems to build a test systems to build a training systems for various reasons there is a need of building a new system exactly like your production right for that reason we do system copy I hope you got the point yes or no yes okay see I am having my development system this is development database this is quality database this is production database and I am building a new system by using production systems or database so this is my test system or any POC system or any new training system this is called as system copy so I have three existing systems here by using this existing system database I am building the new system so here how you do this by using how you do installation of a new sap system by using swpm software provisionary manager you know installation master what is installation Master enema installation master [Music] and even lwp installation master installation Master is a tool through which we install sap system in a GUI manager if you remember your installation class 4.7 installation class we have done installation by using installation Master installation Master is a tool through which we do the installation of sap system in a ga manner by using that installation Master you can do installations you can do system copy means you can build a new system by using existing systems database and that tool is changed the tool name is swpm software provisioning manager remember this how you do the installation by using swpm we do the installation the tool name is called as software provisioning manager by using that tool what all the activities you can perform you can do the installation of sap system you can uninstall the system you can do system copy means you can build a new system by using existing systems database you can rename your Sid for example your asset is div you want to change that to de1 yes you can do by using swpu and dual stack Split For example your in the old index you used to have dual stack system sub-appstack and Java stack in the same database now sap is not any more supporting drill stack systems that split about abstract separate in database Java stack separate database if you want to split that dual stack systems to single stack systems we can use swpm tool software provisioning main agent see you can install a new system by using swpm you can install a new system you can do system copy and you can split above plus Java stack in one system now you can split that into above stack separate Java stack separate and you can reign in PST to TST so you're running you're changing the aside you can do all these things by using software provisioning manager swpm okay anyone can explain me the four points on installation you have seen 4.7 installation right can anyone explain me how we have done that installation first we install the operating system then we have done some prerequisites like configuring virtual memory configuring loopback adapter right and then we install the database software create database no only install the database software after that to install sap what we have done we have used one tool called sap installation Master the same way for new installations we use one tool called swpm software provisioning manager so you start that tool and it will ask you for few softwares like sap exit.sar software you know sap XE what is that sap XE the kernel files sap xcdb your kernel files and it will ask you for host agent IGS database tools by using this it will install the application at the time of installing the database it will ask you for exports export 1 export to export three like seven exports did you remember that if not go through the class one more time so if you give all these things the new system will be built in system copy already the system is there you want to build a new system exactly like that system then how you do that simple for example your production and production system run this as wpo for example this is my production system okay go to production system run this as wpm tool okay see sap inst.exe the the installation executable sapi initial.exe okay I'm running that yes software provisioning manager by using this tool I can do installation I can do system copy I can do system rename dual split and uninstallation everything I can do I'll show you see it is starting installation prerequisites did you remember anyone 4237 Port should be available why four two three seven Port this swpm will run on this port only four two three seven this port should be available if this port is not available this URL will not open remember that continue with this website okay oh I'm going with Dave ADM password now it will start your swpm down it is a browser-based tool your installation Master is not a just a tool it is a browser based tool see what all the things we can do by using this software you can install S4 Hana 2020 s4hana 1909 1809 1709 1610 okay 15. you can install all s4hana applications and you can install BW by using this swpm what is this software provisioning manager 1.0 SPS 32 this tool what you are using now in swpm we are having is swbo 1.0 and 2.0 also along with that you can install netweaver 7.5 netweaver 7.4 and ecc6 solution manager you can do all these things see along with installation of all these things you can do dual stack split means if your system is above stuck in JavaScript both Stacks you are having in one database you can split that and you can do rename of your Sid and the same way you can uninstall your system if you go to generic options you'll be having an installation also so this system my system is what what system we installed do you remember daily we are working on which system sap star net tree were 7.4 system this is net fever 7.4 system okay so I am choosing net view version now I want to build a new system similar to this system so how to do that start your swpm go to netweaver 7.4 already existing says on existing system I'm running swpm if there is no system I should choose this option first go to this is my software Network 7.4 okay right what is my database I installed Oracle database choose database or IQ database so I got two options installation system copy if you want to install a new system go with this option installation application server app standard system distributed have RTC whatever the system you want to install you can install standard system distributed standard system what is the meaning of standard system the database and application the same system distributed means the database in one host application one host High availability is Advanced okay standard system standard system I should choose this to install a system but now I am not installing a new system I want to build a same system exact like this system so what you need to choose go to your system select your database Oracle database system copy choose this option so is this system is the source system or a Target system which I am running swpm now is it a source or Target Source system for example this is my production system I want to build a new system so what I do go and run this swpmr Source system and export this databases files so I am going with Source system based on about export preparation next so it will do the export of this database then it will ask you for one location for example I am giving D trip if I go with the next text I'll show you tomorrow next text it will ask you where I need to export these files what this tool will do this tool will copy all your database content to one file called for example production production export okay so I'll get one file that file contains all my Productions data now take a new system install operating system there do the prerequisites install same Oracle database install Oracle database then start swpm then go to same system you are building right retriever 7.4 Oracle database okay choose system copy Target system no target system not Source use Target system then it will ask you for your sap exe dots are sap xcdb dots are hostage and software all other softwares finally at the time of exports it won't ask you this regular exports it won't ask you this regular exports which you get from sap instead of this exports it will ask you for the export file which you back it up from your production database your production system give that single file it will do the installation and it will build a exact similar copy of your production like that did you got it now two I'll try to explain with the picture okay this is my my screen is visible this is my production system this is my production system what is this system contains the software Network 7.4 okay I want to build a same system like this system this system production system is having my business data also right so what I need to do I have to run swpm and this system first swpm choose Network 7.4 or database Oracle my database Oracle here choose system copy choose Source system and next next then it will ask you for one location so one file name it will call okay I'll give you PRD exports one file I'll give in D drive in my data I'll show you this location so this all database backup we go to this file now I got Productions export backup now take a new system install operating system first then do prerequisites your fresh installation prerequisites then install the database software database only software then start as wpm choose net fever 7.4 database Oracle choose Oracle database then system copy now Target system Target system now it will ask you for sap excerpt give that they say the soft face which you get from sap helper everything finally and it will install the application escs and PAs and at the time of database instance installation it will ask you for exports if it is a fresh installation it will ask you for one to three exports but you choose you choose in system copy right that is the reason it won't ask you all the exports which you come from sap it will ask you for exports file you already have this export file you copied this file to this new systems PRD export file just to give that location it will read the data and it will build your system the new installation will be done at the time of this installation you give new Sid for this Sid this PRD when you started this swpm it will ask you for Sid you will give what Sid pocsid okay instance number zero zero hostname this host is different so the exact similar kind of system will be created with Sid different Sid different host name different application servers everything is different but the data the both the systems are equal systems yes or no yes this is called system copy why we need to build a system copy means for training purpose for POC system for testing purpose whatever your requirement if you want to build a new system use the method called system copy how we are doing this system copy by using which tool you are doing which tool you are doing the system swpm swpm software provisioning manager this method is also called as R3 load method R3 load method why we are calling it as R3 load method means this swpm will load the objects into the database by using r3load.exe executable file the same way you know R3 trans dot exe right what is the duty of R3 trans to import objects into Target database in TMS the same way in your kernel you will be having R3 load.exe file that are loading loading into the new database it use R3 load.exe executable files and backend that is the reason we call it this method as R3 load method system copy using R3 load method got it now I have another scenario what is this network 7.4 system my database is Oracle now I want to build a new system with the same net fever 7.4 system with Hana database how you do that ex similar procedure is same procedure okay can I explain in other figure wait wait for one thing uh please uh have this picture with you and post in the group I'll explain another method okay okay six minutes left we'll finish that now I'm having my production system this is my production system okay with network 7.4 and Oracle database I want to build a new system with netreba 7.4 and with Hana database how you do that system I said is PRD this system aside is POC system so proof of concept system I am having netweaver 7.4 with Oracle items here I need to build a netweaver 7.4 system with Hana database so I am changing the database right so how you do that same start swpm here go to save system copy export system export sorry system copy Source system then export now it will ask you for Target systems database in operating system same operating system Windows operating system and Target database you say Hana your files are Oracle supported files right you are having Oracle files here but now you are building a new system for Hana database now it will ask you for one thing called migration key migration key you will get this migration key from sap Service Marketplace from Service Marketplace you have to request for migration key we are moving from Oracle database to Hana database so they will generate a key and that key they'll give you some numeric and alphabetical key will be there that key they will give you you have to paste that key here for example that key is some something called xso one two three that key you pasted here now what this system this is wpm will do it will go take this Oracle files and convert this files into Hana supported formats and it will ask you for a location what location some file I'll give PRD exports this location I'll get a export right it will convert swpm will convert this Oracle supported files into Hana format fine I finished it here now take a new system and install operating system then install database which database you need to install now Hana database you need to install Hana database now after that you need to start is wpm here select the system copy Target system [Music] okay and it will ask you for your Sid Sid as POC and it will ask you for your instance number or host name everything finally it will comes to exports export space at export space What You Do already you copied this file to this system PRD exports just to give that one export not three it won't ask you for that three installation exports this export file it will ask give that export your system will build what is this called the first one is called as homogeneous system copy homogeneous means same OS same database if you are sourced and Target is having same operating system same database then that is called as homogeneous system copy the both methods are system copy only but this method is called as heterogeneous system copy heterogeneous system copy means if the source and Target is having at least one thing different whether it operating system array database now what is difference here so it is called as heterogeneous system copy heterogeneous system copy only the difference is it will ask you for migration key it will ask you for migration key if it is a homogeneous system copy it won't ask you for migration key system copy what is system copy building a new system by using existing systems or database this is existing system database only now we are using this everything is same the sap software only but only the database exports are we are not using this exports okay can you please relog in only one minute left so we are doing system copy by using swpm right what is difference between system copy and fresh installation if it is a fresh installation this is my software what what are the things I need for doing the fresh installation I need Oracle database okay then swpm after starting swpm it will ask you for sap XC dots are sap xcdb dots are it will ask you for sap host agent IGS IGS helper DBA tools everything and it will install the application at the time of database creation it will ask you for exports if I go to exports based on the software retriever 7.4 that's the reason you have only three exports if it is a ECC system you will be having 7 to 11 exports these exports is having Sap's standard software and we give exports and we finish the installation that is a fresh installation if it is a system copy we use all the softwares views all the softwares except this exports we start as wpm we will choose system Copy Source system and we create our own exports right we are exporting Source systems database 215 okay we use that exports at the time of Target system build instead we don't give this exports if you go with the fashion installation it will ask you for three exports export one export two and Export three but if you are choosing system copy option it won't ask you for export fund export to and Export thing it will ask you for only one experts which you backed up from your Source system that is difference between your fresh installation and system copy only we don't use this exports instead everything we give it is nothing but building a new system almost but at the time of exports we are not using sap exports we created our own exports by using swpm on Source system right we use that export file I hope you got it yes or no yes okay so this is what called as system copy system copy is nothing but building a new system by using existing systems or database that is called as system copy that system copy is two types what are they homogeneous system copy second one is heterogeneous system homogeneous system copy second one is heterogeneous system copy how you do homogeneous system copy how you do heterogeneous system homogeneous system copy we can perform in two ways one method you know R3 load method just now we have seen just start as wpm select Source system and do export and take a Target system install operating system into the same database and say system copy Target system and give that export that will be done that is R3 load method homogeneous system heterogeneous system copy the same method but at the time of exporting it will ask you for Target system database or an operating system same data same operating system and different database our same database different operating system it will ask you for migration key just you give migration free you will get from sap and it will convert that files to Target systems or database and operating system format everything you say only the difference is migration key that is what homogeneous system copy heterogeneous system copy by using R3 load method hope it's clear now [Music] that we called as system copy [Music] and I have another scenario I have my development system quality system and production system as I created I developed one program and my development system okay for testing purpose I have to move that program to Quality system in quality system do I have any business data my quality system do I have any business data in my quality system no no that is the reason in client when we are creating quality client we use one setting called cat me cat to generate some dummy application dummy application data means business data to generate some dummy application data we use that script and we generate some dummy application data dummy business data for example if I give employee as acid it will create as in one yes in two as in three like that as in hundred Essence it will create means 100 users data it will create by using that dummy data I'll give that for example you are creating a program called employee payroll I give this 100 people's 100 employees dummy data as an input for that program and I'll execute that okay it executed successfully it gave me the result then what I do I'll move that program to it is tested right tested okay then I'll move that program to my production system but I'm production system I'm having my original employee's data I have some 10 000 employees there you tested that program with 100 employees data now on production system I am having 1000 real-time employees if I run payroll report of 1000 employees that program is not executing successfully in the middle it is giving you the above the what could be the reason we created and development we ran that program and quality and it's successful that is the reason I moved that program to production for my business use but now that program is not executing properly what could be the reason so to fetch this 100 people's data that memory is sufficient okay it is giving you the report is it but on production to fetch this 100 pupils data it is taking High resource utilization CPU utilization hard discretulation memory utilization huge amount of data some parameters are restricting your memory parameters are restricting that is the reason it is giving you there so for every program this is happening then why what is the usage of having quality system where everything is getting rejected on production so when you move that program to production it has to work well there also while that program is already executed successfully and quality it is okay and tested well what is the use of having quality system with me when it is going on production everything is failing your basic thing is missing here what is that the amount of data in your quality the amount of business application data in quality is less when compared to production so what we do generally in organizations for every quarterly wake up we backup our production data and restore into quality for example my production is having this is my production system this is my quality system both are existing systems only here I am not building a new system already both the systems are system copy means build I'm building a new system but in this scenario my quality is existing system only my development is existing system quality is existing system production also existing system what I do same database same operating system everything is same I'll take backup of my production database by using VR tools you know backup restore concept right by using VR tools or any third party tool I am taking the backup of my production for example my production is having one TV business date okay I restore that same data into my quality now both the systems are having same data equal into Data now I'll run on program one quality with 20 000 employees data is there okay it gets successful there then 98 percentage of chances are there that it will get successful and production also yes or no yes yes that is the reason for quarterly basis based on your data based growth some people will do this activity for quarterly some people will do monthly some people will do this activity for six months if your data growth size is high data footprint growth rate is high then we do frequently if it is very less daily 100 MB data 200 MB data is increasing then we do for three months or six months or not equal entity data almost equivalent why I backed up I restore into this but this data is continuously growing now your production database data but it will be almost equivalent this is 1.1 TB this is 1 TB tomorrow this is one day one point one One DB one more point one two TB after three months this will be 1.35 TB this will be one TV then I'll do again I take the backup of production database and restore into this now both are 1.1 1.5 DB for three months this will be 1.5 DB this will be slowly slowly slowly growing almost not equivalent almost equivalent data where I have we are measuring in our quality system and protection system right for that reason we have to backup our production data and restore into quality here we are not using any swpm tool we are using bare tools if your database is Oracle we are using VR tools if your database is Hana database we are using Hana Studio or Hana cockpit to take the backup and to restore the same VR tools Studio this method is called as backup restore method backup R3 load method means using swpm this method is what backup restore method when you can use this backup restore method if there are two systems should be existing systems then only you can take the backup from one system and restore into another system take for example if I don't have this system I take the backup of this system where I need to restore I can't restart by using VR tools or a Hana studio right so in this method is called as system refresh refresh means I'm refreshing Quality Systems data for each and every three months I am refreshing the database of quality by using backup restore method this is also called a system copy only but if you do if you use backup and restore method that is called as system refresh if you build a new system by using existing system database then you call it as system copy okay I'll come to that see system copy is two types first thing homogeneous system copy heterogeneous system you know the difference if the source operating system in the database and the target operating system and the database are same then you perform homogeneous system please quite [Music] if the source operating system in the database and the target operating system in the database are different then we perform heterogeneous system copy so if you're building a new system with already existed by using production system you are using a new system POC system our tester system or training system then we use homogeneous system copy our three load method if the same osm database if the different os are different database we use heterogeneous system copy method both are same R3 load methodology this is what what so I am having three systems development quality and production I'm building a new system for building new system I use swpm tool but this scenario is different already I'm having my development system quality system and production system I am not building a new system just taking the backup of my protection system and restoring into my Quality Systems database I am refreshing quality database this is called as system refresh using backup restore method system refresh also homogeneous only how homogeneous so my databases Oracle if I take the backup of Oracle database and where I need to restore into save Oracle database then only it will support if I am having Hana database in quality Oracle in production system will it work take the backup of Oracle and restore into Hana will it work will it work if I take the backup from Oracle database and restore into 100 database will it work no no that is the reason homose heterogeneous system copy don't have backup restore method only for homogeneous system copy backup restore method means when you use backup digital method if you want to copy production data and paste into quality then use backup restore method when you use our three load method if you want to build a new system exactly like a production system non-existing system then use R3 load method for heterogeneous system copy to build a new system with the different database or different OS use swpm method for backup restore method heterogeneous system copy no not possible you take the backup of Oracle database and restore into Hana no not possible so backup restore method is only suitable for homogeneous system copy if you perform homogeneous system copy using backup restore method that is also called as system refresh system refresh is nothing new it is system copy only if you perform system copy which system copy homogeneous system copy by using with method or backup restore method then that is called as system refresh so the people will confuse system copy system refresh DB refresh everything is system copy only if you use backup restore method that is called as system refresh if you use R3 Road method that is called as as R3 node as the homogeneous system copy using swpm method if you use if you build a new system with a new database then system copy heterogeneous system copy using R3 load method is it clear I will give you examples nowhere any confusion here if you understand this that is enough the procedure is simple but you should understand the concept what is system refresh copying or inserting the data from one system to already existing system means from your production to your already existing means your quality that is called as a system refresh what is system copy duplication of an sap system certain sap parameters might change in copy when we perform system copy sap installation Master whereas wpm will install all instance this again but it uses a copy of source system database to set up the database so system copy means you are building a new system by using Source systems or database system refresh means already the system is there just you are backing up production systems data and restoring into this is backup restore using VR tools are your Hana Studio system copy means you are using your installation Master swpm R3 load method system copy you use R3 load method system refresh you need BR tools are any Backup Tool how many ways we can perform system copy two ways homogeneous system copy heterogeneous system copy homogeneous means if the source operating system and database in Target operating system and database same then we perform homogeneous system copy if any one of operating system or databases change for Source interior then we perform heterogeneous system copy how many ways we can perform heterogeneous system homogeneous system copy by using backup restore method we can do by using R3 load method also we can do and we can use R3 copy processor also but nobody is using this method now this absolute two ways we can perform homogeneous system copy but heterogeneous system copy only one method what is that method R3 load method it needs migration key can we perform backup restore method for a heterogeneous system copy no no only R3 load method when you give migration key does s wpm will convert that files into Target systems database okay now I'll give you a few examples you tell me what you need to do I'm having I'm having my my screen is visible development system quality system and production system now I want to update my Quality Systems to database my screen is visible right [Music] thank you now I want to update my Quality Systems to database what I need to do take the backup from production system how you take the backup by using BR tools are Hana story Hana Studio or any other Backup Tool or Hana cockpit okay any backup and restore into quality using what same VR tools okay Hana Studio this is what this is called system copy system copy ah which is system copy homogeneous homogeneous system copy using what method [Music] s homogeneous system copy using backup restore method when you do backup restore if the source and the target both are existing and this is your Oracle database this is also generally your development quality and production will have CM database right that is the reason I am when I backup this Oracle database I will get Oracle related supported files I can restore that into Oracle database that is the reason backup restore method is possible for homogeneous system copy only is it fine now I am having [Music] my development system quality system and production system my systems are my systems are ecc-6 systems with Oracle database now I want to build a new system now I want to build a new system with same ecc6 and Oracle database same ecc6 with with Oracle database same Windows operating system this also having Windows operating system how you do that what is that copy first you tell me homogeneous system [Music] excellent excellent system copy homogeneous which system copy and which method R3 load method can I use backup restore method for building a new system no not possible right to how to build your application you have to build applications in database means almost it's a new installation new system right it is a new system building a new system here here it is a existing system okay fine I have another requirement I am having my development system quality system and production system and I want to build a new system with different database This Is My ECC 6.0 Oracle database and Windows operating system now this is ECC 6.0 [Music] and same Windows operating system with Hana database what I need to do [Music] yeah [Music] heterogeneous method and R3 using R3 load method excellent that's it needs what migration migration immigration we there it asks you for migration no when you are taking the backup of this when you are exporting when you you run swpm here first then uh then ECC 6.0 choose a then system copy now Source system now it will ask you for what is your target systems operating system and database you say windows and Hana database then what it will do it will create this or it will take this Oracle files and create a export create a export of Hana supported export that is the reason you have to give migration key where here itself so migration next install take a new system install operating system and install a database then run swpm choose ECC 6.0 ECC 6.0 okay system copy or good Target system it will ask you for Sid instance number or host name and it will ask you for all that software exe dots are exe DB dots are everything finally at the time of exports it will ask you for exports file which you have taken from the source system already you have back you have copied this export file to this new new system you have to give this export simple it will install which database you are installing sorry which database you are installing here oh no Hana data which database install here what is this called heterogeneous system copy using R3 load method simple system copy homogeneous system copy and heterogeneous system copy homogeneous system copy we can perform in two ways copy update the existing system use backup restore backup heterogeneous system copy building a new system use R3 load method heterogeneous system copy already existing system not possible fine see heterogeneous system copy already existing system no only you can create you can build a new system building a new system here only for a homogeneous system copy you can do in existing system or else you can do in you can build a new system if you want to build a new system use swpu if you want to do an existing system use backup and digital method for heterogeneous system copy only building a new system not possible in the existing system why I take the backup of source and paste it into different database no it won't accept so backup restore method is not possible what is system refresh copying or inserting the data into already existing system that is called as a system review building a new system by using existing system database that is called as system copy if the source in Target say homogeneous system copy if the source in Target different heterogeneous system you need to go to the point everybody [Music] that's it for the day if somebody asks you if somebody asks you what is DB refresh which procedure you will explain them this method DB refreshing system refresher both c means already existing from develop from production to Quality we do DB refresh and system refresh if somebody asks you system copy then ask them are you asking about a homogeneous system copier heterogeneous if he is a homogeneous then go with this if he say heterogeneous then go with R3 load method building a new system having migration any doubts
