there's been some speculation about Mr Beast potentially running for president in 2048 even Mr Beast himself asked the people if he thought that he'd be a good fit for president and the majority voted yes and there was 2 million votes and even Mr Beast himself has said he wanted to run for president so it isn't that far-fetched now my opening thoughts on this is I don't fing know bro I mean a president is a pretty important role to take on you got to be really responsible and pay attention to a lot of things as president I don't know if Mr Beast has that capacity but honestly who knows bro I can't predict the future for all we know we might see a President Jimmy in 248 just big chilling in the white house today we're going to be watching a video called what if Mr Beast ran for president by all these politicians is so weird I do not see Jimmy as a politician bro I see him as a YouTuber I think most of us do throughout the past several years Mr Beast has has floated around the idea of running for president those close to him have also mentioned his White House Ambitions but what would a Mr Beast campaign look like how will it operate in this video we're going to find out I don't know what his campaign would be like but I can imagine him still being a philanthropist type of figure if he gets in office cuz that's one quality that's never left Mr Beast brother's just always giving away tons of money I don't think anything would change if he got into the White House if anything it would grow like he'd give away more money today we're going to base Mr BEAST's platform and chances off of historic precedent and predictions let me ask you that about being the greatest YouTube ever what's next because I was listening to your Rogan and I swear to God I thought this guy should be president is that know I'll say that'd be fun is that something You' thought about yeah the only thing political aspirations um uh yeah I I would love to hey how many of y'all would vote for him be honest I mean obviously at this point in time it's a no from me boss I don't know what 2048 is going to be like his campaign could be crazy it could he could make the promise of like ending homelessness or some crazy [ __ ] I can see it stated in an Insider article Mr Beast plans to run for president in his mid-40s by the time he's in his mid-40s the nearest presidential year will approximately be 2048 hey hopefully the world doesn't end by this year I'm really really hoping that we don't have to deal with the World War III maybe uh Mr Beast could solve World Peace okay I'm bullshitting now it would make both poetic and logical sense for Jimmy to announce from his hometown in Greenville North Carolina a town he never left as his current base of operations in the present Mr Beast works with the town's mayor in monthly calls on using the Mr Beast business to help bolster the town's economic growth okay so Mr Beast already has some political ties that's pretty wild I didn't know he knew the mayor of his own town that's a [ __ ] Flex this dude's just casually making business deals with the mayor keep in mind chat it's only 2024 we're 24 years away from the year Mr Beast might run so in those 24 years he could gain a lot more political connections and honestly it seems kind of wild even discussing this Mr Beast becoming a future president seems a little farf but do keep in mind we've elected Donald Trump and Joe Biden in the past bro Donald Trump was a rich guy before he got elected and Joe Biden is a [ __ ] fossil so all I'm saying is that Mr Beast might have a shot later on in life chat especially since he's already networking with the Mayors in the town that he's living in it would be symbolic to announce from a town whose economic success he's played a significant role in and especially if his home state of North Carolina solidifies as a swing state in the next few decades having been just decided as recently as the 2020 election by just about a percentage Point making the state competitive for Democrats and Republicans in 2024 inevitably because it's politics Mr BEAST's public opinion will drop once he jumps into the presidential race remaining apolitical and nonpartisan is something that Jimmy's been very conscious of for a long time yeah so obviously let's say hypothetically in 2048 Jimmy's now running for president once he starts running he's eventually by that point going to have to like disclose his opinions that are like a little bit more controversial that people are split on which will then lower his public approval for right now in 2024 he's just making his fun videos getting a huge audience off of it he's dodging the politics and keeping it apolitical but politically speaking that's a really good strategy cuz you're gaining potential campaign supporters based off of your likeness right now we've seen this with presidents in the past in different ways Jimmy Carter used to be a SNL actor before he became a president if I'm not mistaken best believe likeness is a strategy he can use if he wants to run for president his manager Reed commented on advising Mr Beast in 2018 to avoid the use of guns in his videos and I him and I talked about it a lot in the early days is like we got to stop the gun stuff right like there's a format of that on television and there are ads that play before that video but a but a 18-year-old kid in the middle of nowhere you know shooting stuff at random was like not something people were going to sponsor another case of this has been shown in a podcast from Lex fredman interviewing Mr Beast when asked about his opinions on censorship Jimmy deferred the question with Shadow Banning and censorship and all that kind of topic especially if you see it in other platforms like Twitter do you think about the role of centralized control which information isn't or isn't made available through search and Discovery I'll be honest I never really think about it see Mr Beast is really smart and I'm willing to bet that he actually knows a lot about what's going on with politics but he just chooses to stay silent about it this is just a guess of course I'm not 100% on this I don't know the guy obviously but think about it when you're at that level of success you have like 200 million subscribers and you have a public opinion about something that's like even mildly controversial like censorship you're taking the potential risk of losing a chunk of your Audience by coming out with that public opinion one thing for sure that a lot of people don't like is when somebody disagrees with them especially if it's one of your favorite creators saying something you completely disagree with and don't like a lot of people will just immediately unsubscribe that could be the reason for why Jimmy doesn't talk about politics or the guy just isn't political that could be another reason maybe he just doesn't like politics but I doubt that because Jimmy doesn't strike me as the type of guy who just buries his head in the sand and is uninformed he seems like a very informed guy or at least somebody who's like really aware based off of like his podcast appearances that I've seen he's a really smart dude this is no secret I'm pretty sure most of us know this uh you just you just try to make fun videos that yeah I'm more I'm kind of more In My Own Lane but it's not like that I don't just specifically think about that I just like a lot of stuff in general like I'm just kind of In My Own Lane thinking about my own stuff one of the reasons why he has expressed wanting to run is to work on bridging our political polarization based like many Americans Mr BEAST's political views can't be labeled democrat or republican in the two- party system is it just me or do those two words mean nothing anymore maybe I'm a dumbass for saying that let me know in the comments it also makes sense as he's built a career off of giving money he has stated that he wants to show he can't be bought if I had literally 0 in my bank account and I was like vote for me I feel like that's a pretty good campaign thing these Progressive policies mirrored the lean of young people including the iPad kits who comprise many of Mr BEAST's audience yeah if Mr Beast were president he would definitely give away a lot of money that's something I definitely see happening cuz that's just what he does right now but I wonder how much Mr BEAST's interests as president would conflict with elitists interests or like the really rich people's interests you know the people that probably run the world hopefully economically things are different by 2048 because if we still have like big monopolies pushing out shitty products for us to just buy over and over again like we are right now I'm going to be pissed they will ease in and comprise the majority of America's electorate and will be part of his winning Coalition but the point is by the time Mr Beast runs the youngest of his current audience will be a voting agent damn I never thought about that Mr Beast might be playing the long game here Chad that's a really good point he made there will be several key advantages Mr Beast will enjoy but also disadvantages he'll suffer from among the list of advantages includes money obviously money money money he can sell Finance Jimmy has strong financial backing he stated that he would make giving away money a part of his campaign because Mr Beast can self- Finance his campaign he's less likely to listen to the special interest including poal action committees and lobbyists Chad this is actually a huge W for those who don't know lobbyists exist in the world we live in lobbyists are like really rich people who want to see certain things happen or be accomplished and they can do that because they have a lot of money like basically the people with the money control the world chat kind of but if a president like Mr Beast comes in who already has money to his name it'll be less likely for Mr Beast to get bought out by some rich corrupt lobbyist which means that Mr Beast if he was president could contribute to a lot more good in the world instead of just bowing down to the lobbyists and their interests I feel like a goddamn political streamer right now an electorate tired of corruption could find this refreshing and there's precedent to this billionaires before such as Ross perau most notably financed their own national campaign however perau didn't enjoy the name recognition that Jimmy has right now and will likely increase in the future which leads me to my next Point loyal following already Mr Beast has more social media followers than many former US presidents and sitting Senators what Mr Beast is out here mogging the presidents that's crazy obviously there's a lot of iPad kids in that audience as well as NPCs but that's still pretty crazy to think about that Mr Beast has more eyes on him than some of the presidents his YouTube channel has been watched by more than 10% of the world in terms of viewership and following no other Creator comes even close actually that's a lie chat if you want to subscribe to the pona channel uh feel free to getting pretty close to Mr Beast sub count we got this guys let's go attention Mr Beast will enjoy the luxury of having traditional media and the internet on his side but more especially the latter it'll be a big thing on the internet for sure because it's possible that they could elect the First YouTube president it was the internet that propelled a then Senator Barack Obama into the national Spotlight and helped in his Run for the presidency as he used the internet to build a Grassroots donor base I wish I was old enough to know about Obama and like his campaign and stuff cuz all I hear about Obama nowadays is some people in my family will tell me Obama's secretly running the nation and he's just controlling Joe Biden and then I'll hear people on social media say I miss Obama I with Obama bring Obama back and it's like I only hear really good things about him or really bad things about him but I wasn't old enough during the presidency so I never got to see for myself I might dig into Obama whoa pause I might do some research on Obama someday it was traditional media's laser coverage of celebrity Donald Trump's campaign that helped him win as well a lot of debates and other events in the presidential election process in all playing to the audience jimmmy is a natural Entertainer he knows how to communicate his message most effectively which is key to a country seeking new leadership if there's anybody that knows how to connect with the youth better than anybody right now it's probably Mr Beast I mean he's got the biggest platform on YouTube for an individual I mean I don't know I can't think of anybody else maybe like um Drake No I'm just playing [Music] Outsider another Advantage for Mr Beast is being an outsider historically the country has had a hunger for anti-establishment figures that can shake the system up Mr Beast with his lack of traditional political experience can be used as a strength as voters will look to him as an anti-c career politician candidate someone who could be seen as the man of the people as he hasn't been in Washington for decades and Still Remains incredibly grounded to the people throughout his philanthropy among the list of disadvantages Mr Beast running as an independent or his own Party candidate has a strong chance of being locked out of the presidency if the country doesn't abolish the electoral college system oh yeah I didn't even think think about that the Electoral College they might stop Mr Beast from uh making this a real thing huh damn it historically independent as well as third party bids for the White House have failed in recent memory we have not had an independent US president unless you run under one of the two parties your chances of winning the presidency are slim cough cough RFK that dude had some pretty good ticks but ain't nobody listening to Bro age could also be made an issue in the campaign voters might think Mr Beast is too young at this point in time older voters who are less likely to know of Mr Beast or pragmatic young voters will write Mr Beast off as a perennial candidate among the likes of the guy verman Supreme who runs every cycle while wearing a shoe for a hat again assuming he continues making YouTube videos up until this point other voters will criticize Jimmy for his lack of pocal experience and will write him off as unserious they'll argue that Jimmy's experience as a YouTuber will not translate over to being a good world leader yeah and that's a valid argument because it's Mr Beast let's be real y'all taking on the role as a president is a big responsibility and we can't just be voting for whoever we got to make sure they're uh equipped I don't know how well YouTube skills translate into the US office imagine Mr Beast gets elected in the first day he's in office he immediately films a YouTube video today we're in the white house and we're giving away a Lamborghini but then again America has had an Entertainer to the presidency pipeline California elected Hollywood actor Ronald Reagan to the governorship and then later the country elected him to the White House even more amazingly America elected Donald Trump directly to the presidency who unlike his 44 predecessors held no office prior by this point America has been known to elect popular public figures into office I don't say never when it comes to Mr Beast I mean who knows bro he might have a plan one that we don't know about and one that we cannot comprehend it's impossible for pundits at times to 100% accurately predict the next election cycle much less predict a cycle decades away who knows Mr Beast might not even run for the presidency because of the time he needs to allocate to the campaign as well as the years of planning in advance okay whether he runs or not I think one thing is true regardless and that's that he could figure out a way to run and get a decent amount of votes especially if we're in like 248 by this point and he's probably got like what tons ofing money like20 billion something crazy it's never out of the realm of possibility for him running later on in life he's got the proper connections politically and media wise like Bros said he's pretty much living in creative mode if you think about it winning the presidency would also require Jimmy to sacrifice four years of his life at the minimum and if he wants to seek reelection another four on top of that that's a good point yeah I doubt Mr Beast will take any time off of YouTube he's going to have to force out some laws that let him upload while he's a president imagine Like A Day in the Life as a president YouTube Vlog or some crazy [ __ ] that would be a symbol of the times bro 2048 I'm ready all of us are going to be like 40 or 50 years old by that point Mr Beast is probably going to have gray hair the job itself already hard to earn will require lots of energy and stress by the end of Jimmy's term he could wound up with a lot of gray hair but Jimmy's smart like for his buried alive or no eating video he'll consult with the veterans in the field he'll have meetings with the best campaign strategists consultants and organizers he can find before making a decision already he's been in some sort of political conversations he's friends with those in politics including former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and billionaire Elon Musk he's been on a poker show with Senator Ted Cruz and he is geing Blindness videos sparked political dialogue while any presidential election in the 2040s is decades away the grounds for a potential Mr Beast presidential campaign is constantly being built whether Jimmy Knows It or Not N that was a dope video overall listen when it comes to Mr Beast being our President it's super unrealistic right now it sounds funny even when you say it out loud right but if we're talking 2044 or 2048 deeper later on into the future it could be a realistic
