  1. Search for the "Spreadsheet to Form" widget
  2. Select the widget

Step 3: Prepare the Excel File

  2. Excel Spreadsheet: (Pre-populate Column Headers)
    • Unique Code, Name, Age, Email
    • Add data rows for multiple users (e.g., 1, 2, 3)
  3. Download the Excel file
    • Path: File → Download as Excel

Step 4: Upload the Excel File

  2. Select the "Spreadsheet to Form" widget
