[Music] hey guys welcome back to the magtap training I'm Alex I'm part of the learning development team here with outside agents and today I'm going to take you through the training tab so once you log into your Mac tap account this will be your home page that you see you're going to come over here to the left hand side and hover over training so first we're going to go through these Pro Series workshops Chad puts on these workshops through Zoom if you're unable to attend at the time that they're putting it on you can always come here and watch the archived workshops then live trainings this will take you to our event calendar here you'll be able to see when our in-house trainings are when our webinars are and more next is destination training if you click this destination training button it'll take you over to the supplier page all of these locations we've created a page within Mac top full of information about the specific destination so if you click into one of the pages it'll give you some suppliers that travel there it'll give you some training options as well as resources next is fams so if you click about fans it'll take you to our fans page it'll give you all the information on the vendors that put on the fans fam FAQs and guidelines and details about the fams so if you ever have questions about fans please come to this page next is the mentor request form so in order to request your own Mentor it's a one-on-one phone call you have to complete your new agent paperwork as well as your quick start trainings once those are completed you're able to fill out the mentor request form in turn the mentors will send you their calendar so you can pick the right time and day to get on the phone and ask questions [Music]
