Ethical Wisdom and Miracles in Life

With your kind permission, let me start with the ethical corrections and adjustments for our corporate benefit. In the introduction to the book of Proverbs, wisdom is described as the ability to live life skillfully. That's not my invention. You can open your Bible to the book of Proverbs. I'll read the introduction, and then I'll read from Proverbs 1, verse 1 to 7. We need to ethically correct ourselves and live skillfully. especially in the way we relate to one another and those who may be coming for the first time among us. The introduction reads, and I quote, the key word in Proverbs is wisdom, the ability to live life skillfully. A godly line in an ungodly word is no simple assignment. Proverbs provides God's detailed instructions for his people to deal successfully with the practical affairs of everyday life. How to relate to God, parents, children, neighbors, and government. Solomon, the principal author, uses a combination of poetry, parables, pithy questions, short stories and wise magazines to give in strikingly memorable form the common sense and divine perspective necessary to handle life's issues. I want to recommend that you make it part of your daily Meditation, that at least once a month you read corresponding chapter to the day. On the first of a month, read Proverbs 1. On the second, Proverbs 2. On the third, Proverbs 3. When you get to chapter 1, you would have finished the whole book. For months that are 30, read the last two. For months that are 28 or 29, read the last three or the last two. That way, if you add that in addition to your daily meditation and study of the word, you are going to gain the ability to live life skillfully. Listen to me. Proverbs chapter 1, 1 to 7. The Proverbs of Solomon, the son of David, king of Israel. To know wisdom and instruction, to perceive the words of understanding, to receive the instruction of wisdom, justice, judgment, and equity, to give prudence to the simple, to the young man, knowledge and discretion. A wise man will hear and increase learning, and a man of understanding will attain wise counsel. To understand a proverb and an enigma, the words of the wise and their redos. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and introduction. An instruction, I beg your pardon. Brothers and sisters, the season we are in now requires a lot of wisdom. I perceive very strongly that in this season, the grace to do... Natural things in a supernatural way. And the supernatural things in a natural way is being released upon the church of the living God. I'm not sure you understand that. When I get into the depth of this ethical adjustments and instruction, you'll find out why. I was in my room. Preparing for today's message on Monday. As the Holy Spirit impressed upon me to look for the string greetings in the Bible between total strangers, my first port of call, as the Holy Spirit led me, was the tent of Abraham, the father of faith and the friend of God, as he entertained three strangers. And when I begin to decode what he showed me, you will see why long lost dreams and things you have long kept in keeping view, drawings that you have locked and probably have lost the key, God is about to activate them. My next port of call was Ziklag after I was burnt down. Dr. Elvis was looking for the drivers today. And I said, this man is preaching my message already, but that's fine. Isaiah prophesied, Micah prophesied. It's an elongation of truth that God has given to both prophets for the people. Was led to Ziklag after he was born down. And therein was a sick stranger. That was left to die three days before by her master. The information given by this total stranger. Based on how he was treated by David. Led to the recovery of all. Not just the pursuit. He was pursuing. But it could not overtake them if this total sick, vulnerable stranger had not been dealt with kindness and compassion. And finally, I was led to the house of Mary, the mother of Jesus, who received string greetings from Angel Gabriel, which eventually led to conversation around Immaculate Conception and the birth of Jesus. of the Lord Jesus Christ. My takeaway from that encounter with the Holy Spirit in my bedroom is a strange greetings in the course of unexpected encounters can lead to significant miracles. Now to the lessons from String Greetings and String Encounters. First, Abraham and the three string men that visited him on a hot afternoon in his tent. As part of our moral values, the book of Hebrews stipulates that we must let brotherly love continue. This is not limited. Just to the brotherhood of the believers, it includes the brotherhood of all men. It doesn't make sense for you to treat your brothers and sisters nicely and to treat those who don't believe in a different manner. One way of showing love to others is to have an open heart and an opened up policy. that enables us to welcome and entertain strangers for by so doing some of our unknowingly entertained angels. Hebrews chapter 13 verse number one. Hebrews 13 verse 1, let brotherly love continue. Do not forget to entertain strangers for by so doing some of unwittingly or unknowingly can gain version entertained angels. That literally happened to Abraham and Sarah. Genesis chapter 18. Verse 1 to 15, then the Lord appeared to him by the terranberry trees of Mamre as he was sitting in the tent door in the heat of the day. Was Abraham expecting any visitors? He was hurt, so he came out to just get some breeze. That was a natural thing he was doing. What happened? So he lifted his eyes and looked. And behold, three men were standing by him. I wish they had walked up to him so they would prepare him. But while he was still enjoying breeze, he lifted his eyes and suddenly saw three men standing by him. And when he saw them, he ran from the tent door to meet them and bowed himself to the ground. I mean, these are not people. And there were next door neighbors to him. Why did he bow? Look, there's a spirit in man. The inspiration of God gives them understanding. And said, my Lord, if I have now found favor in your sight, do not pass on by your servant. May God not pass you by this year. Please let a little water be brought. Did they tell him they were thirsty? And wash your feet and rest yourselves under the tree. Who treats strangers this way? And how we bring a muscle of bread? Did they say they were hungry? Now you may refresh your hearts. After that, you may pass by in as much as you have come to your servant. They said, do as you have said. So Abraham hurried into the tent to Sarah and said, Quickly, make ready three measures of fine meal, knead it, and make eggs. And Abraham ran to the herd, took a tender and good calf, not the one they want to get rid of, gave it to a young man, and he hastened to prepare it. So he took butter and milk and the calf which he had prepared, and set it before them. And he stood by them under the tree as they ate. Then they said to him, where is Sarah your wife? So he said, here in the tent. And he said, I will certainly return to you according to the time of life. And behold, Sarah your wife shall have a son. Sarah was listening in the tent door, which was behind him. Now Abraham and Sarah were old. well-advancing age, and Sarah had passed the age of childbearing. Therefore Sarah laughed within herself, nobody heard, it's within herself, saying, after I've grown old, shall I have pleasure, my Lord, being old also? And the Lord said to Abraham, why did Sarah laugh? Saying, shall I surely bear a child since I'm old? Is anything too hard for the Lord? At the appointed time. Somebody say Kairos. At the appointed time, I will return to you according to the time of life. And Sarah shall have a son. You know the rest of the story. Did Sarah know that strangers were coming? Did her husband know that strangers were coming? Did Abraham tell Sarah the night before that we'll need to bake some cakes tomorrow because I perceive strangers were coming? This is the way many people lose their miracles. The woman will complain, what exactly is all this? I'm just trying to recover from yesterday's meeting. I'm just trying to do this. And now you're asking me, am I a slave? The man ran to the tent and told his wife, one, two, three, do this. He ran to the servants, do this. And they brought food, but for strangers. He was not eating, they were eating. You know what he was doing that day? He was down payment for angels food, that we come from heaven. to sustain his descendants in the wilderness. He didn't know. He was not even sure. I don't know how many favors I'd gotten because of the goodness of my mother. I can begin to testify to you of how God opened strange doors to me because she was kind to people that met her or that she met that knew nothing about. In the mighty name of Jesus, you will look at them, people will hear about them, they'll say this is too good to be true. Many too good to be true things will happen to people, especially those who consider themselves too old and who consider their heart desires too late. They are about to have the last laugh and their laughter will last forever in the mighty name of Jesus. Now the price for this may be as simple as helping strangers that you do not know or have not met before or even strangers that dwell with or around you. Please be seated, take your pen and write down and I will read. If this is all I do today, is it okay by you? I've told you I'm not going to rush anything this year. I'm not a missionary. I'm a missionary in a hurry. You understand me? A missionary is not a missionary in a hurry. There are no key fixes. We need to get ourselves adjusted to the realities of the things that God is doing in our day. Do you understand me? Or else you pass by your miracle and your miracle will pass by you because you are not sensitive to things of the Spirit. I didn't think this would be a message I would preach. I was meeting with the leaders. in the course of the week, we were doing the last year's review and the future. And suddenly I told them, I said, I had strange encounters in my room. This is what I was referring to. Let's look at three or four scriptures and see God express instructions to the children of Israel that helped them greatly in their conquest of nations. Exodus 22, 21. You should neither mistreat a stranger nor oppress him for you are strangers in the land of Egypt. They were treated badly but don't do that to any other person. Exodus 23 verse 9. Also you shall not oppress a stranger for you know the heart of a stranger. Because you are strangers in the land of Egypt. If you have not been an international traveler, you will not know how important it is to be met on time by people that will take you out of your hotel or somewhere else in a totally strange land that you have never been. Leviticus 19.34 The stranger who dwells among you shall be to you as one born among you. Hello. The stranger who dwells among you shall be to you as one born among you. And you shall love him as yourself. For you were strangers in the land of Egypt. I am the Lord your God. I have pointed your time in Egypt as tutorial for you. So that you know how to treat strangers nicely. Don't talk down on people. Do not despise anyone. there may be miracles sent to you in disguise. And Deuteronomy chapter 10 verse 17 to 22, and get ready to receive another prophetic word that he gave me. Deuteronomy 10 17 to 22, for the Lord your God is God of gods. Why this introduction? Just to let you know how to treat strangers. For the Lord your God is God of gods. And Lord of Lords, the great God, mighty and awesome, who shows no partiality, nor takes a bribe. He administers justice for the fatherless and the widow and loves the stranger, giving him food and clothing. Therefore, love the stranger, for you are strangers in the land of Egypt. You shall fear the Lord your God, you shall serve him. And to him you shall hold fast and take oaths in his name. He is your praise. He is your God who has done for you this great and awesome things which your eyes have seen. Your fathers went down to Egypt. Oh Lord, help me this morning. Your fathers went down to Egypt with 70 persons. And now the Lord your God has made you. As the stars of heaven in multitude. CGCC. May your farmland be full of shining stars. In the mighty name of Jesus. Because of the way we treat other people. Other ministries. Other ministers. Other churches. Who are not part of the CGCC. May your farmland be full of shining stars. In our fields of endeavor. And upon the seven mountains of culture. In this land. And other lands. You may find yourselves in the mighty name of Jesus. If our firmament is going to be full of shiny stairs, we must have the heart of a stranger to love them, to clothe them, to feed them, to reach out to the poor, to the vulnerable, to the widows. When we do that, then we are fulfilling the great commission. And what you don't realize is God will now begin to create ways for you, places where you have not labored. platforms that are not your own, that God will give you access into them in order for you to become a shining star, not a wandering star, not a falling star. May your firmament be full of shining stars. In the mighty name of Jesus, please be seated. Let's now go to Ziklag and see David and his companions in the midst of their devastation. It was Robert Ingersoll, the American lawyer, writer, and orator who said, I am the inferior of any man whose rights I trample underfoot. Men are not superior by the reason of the accidents of race or color. They are superior who have the best heart and the best brain. The superior man stands erect by... bending above the falling, he rises by lifting others. I wish I could get into a tirade with those who do not understand our motives and the things we do and who castigate and say all kinds of things about us that we are endorsing this, endorsing that, endorsing corruption. It's got nothing to do with that. A nobleman will stand erect by bending over the fallen and lifting them up. I don't know who Oluwamu was before he met Tinumbu. You can call him area boy, call him what you like. But his own children are now in America studying Ivy League universities. Do you understand me? You don't like these things and it doesn't move me. For these lessons in ethical corrections and adjustments, our last part of call today will be the house of Mary, who received some string greetings from Angel Gabriel that led to conversation surrounding our... immaculate conception and the birth of Christ. Give me Luke chapter 1 verse 26 to 39. Luke 1 26 to 39. Now in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent by God to a city of Galilee named Nazareth to a virgin bethrothed to a man whose name was Joseph. Of the house of David, the virgin's name was Mary. And having come in, the angel said to her, Rejoice, highly favored one. The Lord is with you. Blessed are you among women. But when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying. And consider what manner of greeting these words. If he was familiar with that greeting, it would not be strange. Then the angel said to her, do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bring forth a son and shall call his name Jesus. It will be great and be called the son of the highest. And the Lord God will give him the throne of his father David. And he will reign over the house of Jacob forever. and of his kingdom there will be no end and mary said to the angel are you sure you're in the right place how can this be are you ready for this How can this be? Since I do not know a man. And the angel answered and said to her, the Holy Spirit will come upon you and the power of the highest. will overshadow you. Therefore, also that holy one who is to be born will be called the son of God. Now indeed, Elizabeth, your relative, has also conceived a son in her old age. You will see genuine change. Terrorists will surrender their weapons. In the mighty name of Jesus. Those who empower them will engage them. Let it be to me according to your word. According to what? I can't hear you. Do you know you can create your own world by the word of God? That when you obey the word of God, you can compare dry grounds to produce. Are you with me? Let it be. unto me according to your word. And the angel departed from her. So she had no evidence to show anybody. But she knew that Elizabeth's name was mentioned. And she rose. Next verse. Now Mary arose in those days and went to the hill country with his. This is what fellowship means. His fellows in the same ship. She went to see if it had happened for Elizabeth, who had forgotten that she would ever conceive. The one that was considered barren. If it had happened for her, if God had made it happen for her, God could also make this impossible possible for me. Now Mary arose in those days and went into the hill country with his to the city of Judah. and entered the house of Zacharias and greeted strength greeting because by the time she was greeting Elizabeth The Messiah was already inside. Now the baby lived in her womb and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit. Because if you don't feel the verse, you can't access what's inside. So Elizabeth was filled and John was also filled. He had said he would be filled with the Holy Spirit from his mother's womb. That's what distinguishing from all men created before him. My next port of call was Ziklag after I was burnt down. Dr. Elvis was looking for the drivers today.

And I said, this man is preaching my message already, but that's fine. Isaiah prophesied, Micah prophesied. It's an elongation of truth that God has given to both prophets for the people.

Was led to Ziklag after he was born down. And therein was a sick stranger. That was left to die three days before by her master. The information given by this total stranger.

Based on how he was treated by David. Led to the recovery of all. Not just the pursuit.

He was pursuing. But it could not overtake them if this total sick, vulnerable stranger had not been dealt with kindness and compassion. That was a natural thing he was doing. What happened? So he lifted his eyes and looked. And behold, three men were standing by him.

I wish they had walked up to him so they would prepare him. But while he was still enjoying breeze, he lifted his eyes and suddenly saw three men standing by him. And when he saw them, he ran from the tent door to meet them and bowed himself to the ground. I mean, these are not people.

And there were next door neighbors to him. Why did he bow? Look, there's a spirit in man.

The inspiration of God gives them understanding. And said, my Lord, if I have now found favor in your sight, do not pass on by your servant. May God not pass you by this year.

Please let a little water be brought. Did they tell him they were thirsty? And wash your feet and rest yourselves under the tree. Who treats strangers this way? And how we bring a muscle of bread?

Did they say they were hungry? Now you may refresh your hearts. After that, you may pass by in as much as you have come to your servant.

Now Abraham and Sarah were old. well-advancing age, and Sarah had passed the age of childbearing. Therefore Sarah laughed within herself, nobody heard, it's within herself, saying, after I've grown old, shall I have pleasure, my Lord, being old also?

And the Lord said to Abraham, why did Sarah laugh? Saying, shall I surely bear a child since I'm old? Is anything too hard for the Lord? At the appointed time. Somebody say Kairos.

At the appointed time, I will return to you according to the time of life. And Sarah shall have a son. You know the rest of the story. Did Sarah know that strangers were coming?

Did her husband know that strangers were coming? Did Abraham tell Sarah the night before that we'll need to bake some cakes tomorrow because I perceive strangers were coming? This is the way many people lose their miracles. The woman will complain, what exactly is all this? I'm just trying to recover from yesterday's meeting.

I'm just trying to do this. And now you're asking me, am I a slave? The man ran to the tent and told his wife, one, two, three, do this. He ran to the servants, do this. And they brought food, but for strangers.

He was not eating, they were eating. You know what he was doing that day? He was down payment for angels food, that we come from heaven. to sustain his descendants in the wilderness.

We need to get ourselves adjusted to the realities of the things that God is doing in our day. Do you understand me? Or else you pass by your miracle and your miracle will pass by you because you are not sensitive to things of the Spirit.

I didn't think this would be a message I would preach. I was meeting with the leaders. in the course of the week, we were doing the last year's review and the future.

And suddenly I told them, I said, I had strange encounters in my room. This is what I was referring to. Let's look at three or four scriptures and see God express instructions to the children of Israel that helped them greatly in their conquest of nations.

Because you are strangers in the land of Egypt. Leviticus 19.34 The stranger who dwells among you shall be to you as one born among you. Hello. The stranger who dwells among you shall be to you as one born among you.

And you shall love him as yourself. For you were strangers in the land of Egypt. I am the Lord your God.

I have pointed your time in Egypt as tutorial for you. So that you know how to treat strangers nicely. Don't talk down on people. Do not despise anyone. there may be miracles sent to you in disguise.

And Deuteronomy chapter 10 verse 17 to 22, and get ready to receive another prophetic word that he gave me. Deuteronomy 10 17 to 22, for the Lord your God is God of gods. Why this introduction? Just to let you know how to treat strangers.

For the Lord your God is God of gods. And Lord of Lords, the great God, mighty and awesome, who shows no partiality, nor takes a bribe. He administers justice for the fatherless and the widow and loves the stranger, giving him food and clothing.

Therefore, love the stranger, for you are strangers in the land of Egypt. You shall fear the Lord your God, you shall serve him. And to him you shall hold fast and take oaths in his name.

He is your praise. He is your God who has done for you this great and awesome things which your eyes have seen. Your fathers went down to Egypt. Oh Lord, help me this morning. Your fathers went down to Egypt with 70 persons.

May your farmland be full of shining stars. In the mighty name of Jesus. Because of the way we treat other people. Other ministries.

Other ministers. Other churches. Who are not part of the CGCC.

May your farmland be full of shining stars. In our fields of endeavor. And upon the seven mountains of culture. In this land.

And other lands. You may find yourselves in the mighty name of Jesus. If our firmament is going to be full of shiny stairs, we must have the heart of a stranger to love them, to clothe them, to feed them, to reach out to the poor, to the vulnerable, to the widows.

When we do that, then we are fulfilling the great commission. And what you don't realize is God will now begin to create ways for you, places where you have not labored. platforms that are not your own, that God will give you access into them in order for you to become a shining star, not a wandering star, not a falling star.

May your firmament be full of shining stars. In the mighty name of Jesus, please be seated. Let's now go to Ziklag and see David and his companions in the midst of their devastation.
