1. Data Owner

2. Data Controller

  • Description: Manages how data will be used within the organization.
  • Example: Payroll Department.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Provide instructions on data usage.
    • Ensure data management aligns with organizational objectives.

3. Data Processor

  • Description: Responsible for processing or using the data as per instructions given by the data controller.
  • Example: Payroll Company.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Access to user information and bank details to process payrolls.
    • Execute data processing tasks as instructed.

4. Data Custodian / Data Steward

  • Description: Ensures security, accuracy, and privacy of data.
  • Responsibilities:
