[Music] I'm mosto ome I'm the CEO of electros Electro genos really what it does is it it's a step change in what is traditionally thought that can be achieved with alkaline electrolysis uh here with our Catalyst we're able to achieve current densities that are as high as spem but also maintaining incredible uh cost competitiveness and my role is very varied I mean I say this with most startups I'm a very Hands-On CEO I'm always trying to be involved in the lab but uh I spend most of my time nowadays more speaking with investors uh disseminating our advancements in the technology as well as uh connecting and finding new ways in which we can bring our catalysts into uh operation for green hydrogen I've always thought myself as an inventor I've always wanted to do this I studied Material Science I'm actually from Barcelona so Alfreda I moved to the UK to study Material Science about electr Catalyst and I saw this big differences of what was being done in Academia was being in done in industry and I thought to you know be able to Bri that Gap primarily was towards uh making these catalysts very durable and since I already knew about manufacturing scaling uh this technology in a in a cheap way I thought okay this could be your business so I gave my best friend from school alfo a call and said hey friend you know why don't you come over to the UK and we build a business together and and here we are now for me the most exciting thing is always the Eureka moment I think you know believing that like nothing is impossible just having you know thought of the right idea bringing the best Minds together and actually trying to find the solution then something is going to be industrially used and it's going to be commercialized I think my role as a CEO a lot of the times is bridging those those two sides of the business getting that message and translating that to the investors and The Wider Community as I was saying early I've always wanted to be an inventor and I think a lot of that came for me watching Chitty Chitty Bang Bang as a kid I mean I don't know if you you probably all know that film you know with the flying car now like whenever it gets you know tough whenever that happens that's all I try to break get myself back to you know that 5-year-old and that energy I had and being able to own a lab that would be you know my dream as a kid [Music]
