Chicken Wing Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • Water
  • 600g potatoes
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (60 ml)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Rinse the chicken wings with plenty of water.
  3. Dry them with kitchen paper.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Mix in 3 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon honey, 3 teaspoons oregano, 1 teaspoon paprika, 3 teaspoons sesame seeds, and 1/4 cup soy sauce.
  6. Bake chicken wings for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Turn the chicken wings over and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

Chicken Legs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8-10 chicken legs
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 240ml Sprite
  • Mushrooms

Instructions

  1. In a cooking pot, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil and 2 tablespoons butter.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic.
  3. Season with salt, nutmeg, and oregano.
  4. Add chicken legs and pour in 240ml Sprite.
  5. Cook over low heat for 25 minutes with the lid on, turning halfway through.

Chicken Breast Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 5 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Parsley

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat a pan with 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  3. Fry chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. In a bowl, mix 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon honey, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon mustard, 5 tablespoons tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, 2 tablespoons yogurt, and minced garlic.
  5. Pour the mixture over the chicken and cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Garnish with parsley.
