Chicken Wing Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- Water
- 600g potatoes
- Salt and black pepper
- Olive oil
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Rinse the chicken wings with plenty of water.
- Dry them with kitchen paper.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Mix in 3 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon honey, 3 teaspoons oregano, 1 teaspoon paprika, 3 teaspoons sesame seeds, and 1/4 cup soy sauce.
- Bake chicken wings for 20-25 minutes.
- Turn the chicken wings over and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Chicken Legs Recipe
Ingredients
- 8-10 chicken legs
- Salt and black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 240ml Sprite
- Mushrooms
Instructions
- In a cooking pot, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil and 2 tablespoons butter.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic.
- Season with salt, nutmeg, and oregano.
- Add chicken legs and pour in 240ml Sprite.
- Cook over low heat for 25 minutes with the lid on, turning halfway through.
Chicken Breast Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- Salt and black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 5 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 1 clove of garlic
- Parsley
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
- Heat a pan with 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Fry chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon honey, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon mustard, 5 tablespoons tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, 2 tablespoons yogurt, and minced garlic.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken and cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley.
