what's going on everybody I've had a blast building social media automations for you guys over the last few days and I thought I'd cap this whole series off with a video that effectively allows you to cross poost content to Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn and then even create a medium newsletter all without even the click of a button so it's a social media content curation or syndication automation it's super easy to set up I did it in maybe 20 or 30 minutes and what I'm going to do in this video is just run you through how to do it completely from start to finish either for you your own companies or maybe for client companies that you're working with this could be a system that you could sell so if that sounds like something you guys want to improve or figure out how to do this is a video for you stay tuned first things first this video idea was requested by the lovely at high greef 551 he asked for LinkedIn Twitter and a Weekly Newsletter can you please make a video regarding that I thought I would uh one up his request and I I also do Facebook and then Instagram in addition to that plus medium for the we newsletter delivery you can obviously use whatever platforms you want they're all pretty straightforward at this point what we're going to be doing is we're going to be pulling instead of a Google sheet this time I thought I'd switch things up uh and we're going to be pulling from an air table and what I've done here is I've created an example content calendar which has three rows at present and inside of those three rows are four columns the first column on the left hand side here is date this is the date that the post is supposed to go out across all platforms then there is post copy this is basically like I don't know two or three paragraph piece of copy about whatever topic that we're talking about I guess in our case we're doing recycling um and then we're going to make that content bigger or smaller depending on the social media platform we're going to use AI for that and then there's an image URL here uh this looks to be something pretty relevant to recycling I'd imagine so uh we have that you know this photo here is just a bunch of cardboard and what's this photo this is uh looks like a bunch of people uh cleaning up the ocean that's pretty cool and then on the right hand side here we have an air table multi select field where we can just put in the platform that we want so Facebook and Instagram for this post this post is only Instagram this one's Twitter and X why don't I add in a LinkedIn here yeah that's one thing that I haven't done because I'm going to do LinkedIn as well so we're just going to pump in LinkedIn and the idea here is basically this is just one example of how a company could set up a Content calendar in reality it's usually a lot more complex than this there's like a million extra Fields but this is what I'm choosing here just as a demonstration um and the the the Crux of the system is the fact that you can just choose with one button click which PL which platforms you're going to be sending it out to and then later on you can imagine now you might be able to run some analytics to see how many Facebook posts you've done versus Instagram posts maybe uh how much volume to which one's delivering you the best results that sort of thing so you have a lot of freedom here and I've just designed this to be a very simple stem that you could use for basically anything but anyway in terms of what we're actually going to do turns out the most difficult part of this flow isn't actually connecting the flow it's just authenticating the various apps that you want to post to social media apps have really been locked down in recent years like way back in the day you know 2019 it was like the wild wild west of social media automation you could post whatever the hell you wanted anywhere you wanted and there were never any limits but nowadays um like the Twitter API for instance has been locked down like crazy and it's quite difficult to get the authentication they've tried to make it a little more advanced so casual users uh you know can't really get up and running that in security of course a sensibly say security but in reality I think they just want to disincentivize people from posting a bunch of low hanging fruit content same thing with LinkedIn same thing with Facebook same thing with um uh with Instagram as well so essentially what you need in order to make this work is you need some business profiles and I have a bunch of business profiles set up which is why I can do this um but you know you're not really going to be able to do this in like a personal profile uh at least for Instagram so yeah this is the make.com scenario flow here and what I'm going to do is first thing I'm going to do is just pull this air table data so I'm just going to go air table and I'm just going to search all records so my idea is I'm just going to list every single one just so we could see and then what are we doing here um I guess I'm hooked up to a different one yeah this must be left click so I'm actually going to go um do the connection here and maybe this will be helpful for people that need to connect to their on your table select the oo one the reason why you select oo oo it just means open authentication and it allows you to do the connection without necessarily needing a key now these guys don't have a web hook or rather a callback URL which is why it goes to Resource not found but don't worry about that that doesn't actually prevent the connection from going through anytime you see that just exit it out and the connection will work now I created a base called content calendar that's this one up here and then I have one view this grid view so table one and the way that air table searches work is you can select What fields you want to Output now um this is just to like limit the bandwidth or the data that your make Doom instance is using but I have never in my whole entire life ever had an issue with data in make.com I've never really used it for like really heavy applications so I always just leave all of this stuff blank then I don't do any view I don't do any sorting I don't do any formula and then I'm just going to leave a limit at 10 if I right click this now what it's going to do is it's going to go out and it's going to pull those air table records and you'll notice that it pulls it uh bundle by bundle so we're outputting multiple bundles here for every bundle we're going to run the scenario once so if I'm pulling three bundles that means we're going to run the scenario three times now just because I'm about to test this flow and I just really want to be able to test it on one output at a time I'm just going to go limit equals 1 and then I'll worry about like the the successive posting later and I'll also worry about the date filtering later for now all we're going to do is we're going to be outputting um just one at a time just to kind of make it work so the one we got was 202 24607 so that's uh this one I think did you know that recycling one aluminum can can BL blah right so that's what we're going to be using for this test why don't we do content syndicate a onto Twitter Facebook Instagram and Linkedin oh uh let's do medium too this is what I'm going to be calling the blueprint for everybody that uh chooses to download it afterwards okay great so we've searched the records what do we do next well every social media platform has different rules and regulations surrounding stuff like the number of characters you can have in your caption there's also a different tone of voice that's used from platform to platform they have different conventions some platforms still use hashtags others don't and because every single one is different what we're going to want to do is we're going to want to split up the flow and then alter the source content slightly based off whatever the platform is this doesn't have to be crazy uh and I'm not going to go like super deep into the weeds here I'm not going to like change the aspect ratio of the image or you know do like super crazy tone of voice stuff because I'm not going to spend a million hours writing a prompt most of you guys are probably going to want to develop that for yourself and um you know custom tailored to your brain voice and that sort of thing but I am going to show you just the simple way that you could do it very quickly and easily so in order to make this work I'm going to go to router and then what I'm going to do is I'm basically going to create one new route for social media platform so uh this first one here I already have selected them all here but for instance you know if we start with Facebook go to Facebook pages and then we're going to want to create a post with photos that's sort of going to be our first route next Instagram now I've gotten an Instagram for business um connection already I did that connection behind the scenes so what I want to do is I want to create a photo post so going to connect that there LinkedIn I have a LinkedIn module set up here and what I want to do is create a user image post um I'm not going to be posting on my page for LinkedIn I'm going to be posting personally and then x.com or formerly Twitter this is probably the most difficult one um and I'll run you through the authentication in a second but we actually need two things here first of all they have multiple versions of their API and so we're going to need one module from V5 another module from V6 so the one that we're going to want from V6 is we're going to want to do create a post but then we're also going to need another one from V5 and that one is upload a media and so this is at the end of it what our flow is going to look like at least to start we're going to have this x with these two up arrows which I believe just means like a previous version um for uploading a media and then we're going to be creating a post then here we're going to create a user image post for LinkedIn we're going to create a photo post for Instagram then we're going to create a a post with photos for Facebook now if you think about it we need to filter um because we're not going to be sending one piece of content to all of these routes right we're going to be sending them dependent on whether or not the platform's array includes the item that we are looking for and so I'm going to click on each of these here and then I'm going to say you know Facebook the condition is going to be a platforms we'll say contains in Array operator Facebook now I'm just going to copy this over so I can quickly do this for the other three so that's for Facebook this is going to be Instagram this one here is going to be LinkedIn so we're going to go Linked In contains array and then oops sorry we're actually going to do the opposite and then this last one here is going to be Twitter SLX I think is what I called it so we'll go contains and then if I'm understanding correctly it's Twitter SLX right now I'm doing this um just contains not contains case sensitives just make sure your um punctuation and your your capitalization is correct here and so I think mine is okay so I should be good all right so that's the very first thing that we're going to do and actually now that I'm thinking about it it's probably dumb for me to do that because of how filters work yeah that was pretty stupid um the way the filters work in make.com is if I try and add something else here hypothetically I wanted to download Media and then I wanted to put this here now the filter is going to be between these two which is kind of dumb so that's that's annoying we're probably goingon to have to redo that now that I think about it whatever not the end of the world I wonder if we could duplicate this oh yeah great we can just duplicate these so what I'm going to do is I'm just going to copy and paste all these here and then actually I'll actually remove these to start um the reason why is because uh we need to use an AI to edit the content so there are a couple different ways you could do this in practice uh the first way you could do it is you could theoretically put your GPT module here and then you could have it output a bunch of Json um with every uh specific platform so you could say you are a helpful intelligent writing assistant then you could say convert the following post into formats for the specified social media platforms then you could feed platforms here and then you could give it an example where you know it says like Facebook sorry Instagram uh LinkedIn and Twitter and then what you do is maybe I go content here and then I go platforms uh what I do in the assistant is I would output Json that goes like this Facebook copy um Instagram copy LinkedIn copy or Twitter and then go copy and the benefit of doing it this way is it's only going to run once and then you're going to get what you need for every subsequent platform uh it's going to be substantially fewer Ops um because it's longer the quality is probably going to go down a little bit if you think about it logically the other variant of what you could do is you could copy this and then you could have four of these and have one per platform have let's say this one be for Twitter this one be for Facebook this one be for Instagram this one be for LinkedIn and then you could like feed them into the platforms after that that said this sounds a little more interesting to me and I like the idea of just doing it all in one shot by iterating through the platform so that's what I'm going to do that said I want the instructions to be um understood very well and I don't trust that gbt 40 is going to do this because gbt 4 is a little bit dumber than GPT 4 it's faster and cheaper but it's Dumber so I'm just going to use gp4 for this feel free to change it um if you want later on uh but what I'm going to do is your helpful intelligent writing assistant conf convert the following post into formats based on the social specified social media platforms and I'll put the copy in Json um for Twitter ensure posts are short and punch I'm not going to use like actual character limit well maybe under 280 characters for Facebook and sure posts are I don't know um medium sized and engaging I'll say for Instagram and your posts are short and Punchy let's say under 400 maybe under 500 characters let's do 400 and then for um what else do we have LinkedIn Ure post read corporate and professional and then I'll say platforms and then uh sorry I don't actually put the platforms here what I do is I will put the content here and then I'll say platforms Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Twitter and then I will yeah okay so that this is what I'll do and then I'm just going to copy this over here now and then I'll copy platforms over here that'll iterate through the platforms and then I'm just going to give it one little example here um I needed to generate another example so I'll say write me a great post about recycling for I don't know for Facebook or something longer no hashtags okay uh we'll put this here let's make a little bit shorter I'm just going to use AI to generate the content to train the AI I don't actually usually recommend this but I just want to do this video um just in one F swoop as opposed to cutting and stopping and cutting um so this is going to be my Twitter example which I will feed over here um I'm going to say make this more corporate and a little longer for LinkedIn that's uh pretty busy and annoying but sure I don't oh oh jeez that's really [Music] annoying um man um I pressed control I pressed escape and when you press Escape it uh removes a lot of the copy for you which is really annoying but anyway whatever um I'll have to do some rewriting here unfortunately that looks good I have the four platforms here so Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Twitter okay and then I should be able to just do the same thing here um the post copy I'm going to include is going to be here and then platforms I'm going to put under here and then up here I basically just need to take whatever the post is that I generated before um and then convert it so let's just take this and we'll paste it in okay great now I'm going to press okay I'm going to save this thing before I clown my eyes out and essentially what we have here is we have a system prompt you helpful intelligent writing system then we have a user prompt which gives it instructions it says Hey convert the following post copy into formats for the specified social media platforms output in Json each platform is different so make sure you conform to the following um specifications if Twitter if Instagram if Facebook if LinkedIn then I'm giving it an actual example here so I gave it a post small actions big impact I gave it for example platforms just so it understands the Json Facebook Instagram link and Twitter and then um you know I give it an example big Json object or JavaScript object here with all of that this means that the next time that I feed in or ask it to do this for me I'm going to be using live post copy and it's going to adhere as closely as possible to this format which is going to help quite a bit I'll go back to show advanced settings here and then for temperature I'm going to bring this down to point7 and then frequency penalty I'm going to do like .3 or something I basically just wanted to use different verbiage okay now that I've done all this I should be good to start adding back these social media platforms oops that's kind of annoying looks like the Instagram one got tacked onto the Twitter one so I'm just going to give a little disconnect there and then this Twitter one I'm going to add over here and I'm going to Auto align them all again and now just for testing purposes I'm going to see what the out put is so we got the record we're feeding it into gbd4 it's quite a fair amount of text so just keep in mind you know anytime you're feeding like a large amount of text in you're going to be waiting a little bit longer and now I have the result I don't want it to Output this Json character so I need to tell it not to do that because I'm just going to be parsing this directly actually why don't we try pumping this through a parser and let's see if that actually matters I mean not we'll go to parse Json I'm just going to feed this back in here and then for the purposes of demonstration I'm just going to copy and paste all of this and then I'm just going to run this yeah so it doesn't work because of those um kind of uh three lines I'll say don't include back Texs okay that should work and then I'm just going to feed in the data directly from here and we'll see what the Json module does still says the source is not valid Jason why is that um it looks like it's because it put new lines in so because we asked for the LinkedIn content to be a lot longer uh it's going to be adding in new lines but when you have new lines in Json it breaks it and so what we need to do is we need to go through we basically need to to replace all these new lines with um uh back sln so we're just going to go replace and then I'm going to pump in KN line here and then we're going to replace it with a backlash in I'm going to ignore this warning because this thing keeps on popping up and I hate it and then fingers crossed we get the green thumbs up okay we still did not get the green thumbs up why is that source is not valid Jason um oh because at the beginning had a new line and you can't have a new line outside of oh right right right right okay I'm just going to tell it use backlash n in place of new lines there you go and then I'm just going to go back to feeding the result in I would like a procedural way to do this unfortunately it doesn't look like that is going to be feasible for me at this moment in time um yeah it's not using the new lines so the reason for that is because I'm just not training it to use new lines so let's go to this LinkedIn post and then just add a bunch okay that looks pretty good I'm just pretending that this is what the post wanted to say um this should now be good and if it's not I'm going to eat a shoe wonder how many shoes I've eaten up until now okay great so this one worked uh and we parsed out every social media platform in this case we had Instagram and Linkedin so we had two um and when it parses the backlash n you can see it converts it right back into text with new lines in between so we want it to do a pretty good job here um and I'm just a little concerned about the variability so I'm going to go in and I'm going to reduce the temperature further and then I'm just going to remove the frequency penalty if you think about it every time the backlash end comes up it may decrease the likelihood of the next back backslash in from being generated so I just want to remove that from basically um being a possibility okay so we have almost everything we need I know that we need one more thing and if you've been paying attention up until now um you'll probably have figured it out as you know if you notice when I click on um most of the these modules here it asks me to upload a file and this isn't like a link to an image it's an actual file specifically it asks me to map so if you're familiar with how make.com handles these files you'll know that because of the way that the error table is set up right now the error table is just listing the URL of a file we're basically going to have to download that file and then re-upload it into each of these so what we need to do is we need to download a file the way that we do it is we go to http and then get a file and then pump this in in and what we're going to do is we're going to feed in the URL of the file that we want to download which is this one here and for demonstration purposes I'm just going to do all this directly in the module just to make sure it works we're going to right click this download a file it'll give me a 200 and then we'll have a bunch of data this data is the file itself and then we can use this data to map into all of these um you know the these uh uh Fields here now I need to actually add this to the flow which is unfortunate um so I'm going going to just leave this here and then I'm going to feed in the actual image URL let's use up some Ops and then you'll notice that some of these modules still have little um red circles around them that's just because we haven't filled out the all of the information or all the required Fields but if they're not part of the main flow then they don't really matter for us okay so we just ran through we downloaded the file which is cool I'm going to connect this now and then and I'm just going to reconnect each of these because sometimes you need to reconnect them in order to get the data inside um a module that you just ran let's start with this LinkedIn here LinkedIn makes use of the HTTP get a file module here you'll see it automatically selects just any buffer um from a module previous to that so that's nice uh the content that I'm going to feed in is I'm going to feed in whatever this is called LinkedIn but you'll notice that I only have Instagram and Linkedin I can't access Facebook and I can't access Twitter Twitter so you're probably wondering what the hell how am I going to get it well I'm going to get it pretty easily let me just select a page here um I want to upload a photo oh for whatever reason this buffer is inaccessible that's odd um it's inaccessible because this filter would not have ran that's why it's inaccessible but that's okay um that's all right uh for the caption what we want to do is you see how before it said Instagram and Linkedin but if I paste it in it's 25. Linkin well if I just go 25. faceb I know that the variable is going to be called Facebook and that is what will enable me to pump my variable in even though it's uh white with sort of this like outline effect um that is just make referring to the fact that I haven't seen that before and that's all right what we want is we want this 28. dat buffer from this um in order to put into the Facebook module here so I'm just going to put this in and then for file name I'm not going to worry about the file name I'll just call this image um I think this is a JPEG so I'll just use JPEG and I realized this is the caption actually and not the uh the right place to put this should be in the message so that's good um we need to upload media here as well so all you do is you click and then it'll just automatically get the file for it that's nice and then I'm going to go to Instagram for business uh this is a photo URL which is interesting so whereas the other modules here wanted uh us to upload an image here we can actually just feed in our photo URL so I'm just going to feed in the image URL here not that the maximum file size is 8 megabytes and I didn't actually check to make sure that all of these images were less than that um so we may have an issue there I don't know looks like there's still a problem with the Twitter field now why is that imag or GIF less than 5 megabytes okay I think that was just a little bug and now we're going to create a post with the text content the way I'm going to do this is I'll just go 25. Twitter and then if I go to show advaned settings you'll see that there is now a media ID field and what I want to do is just select the first media ID field from the upload to Media okay so um keep in mind I am posting to a bunch of my own social media platforms so what I'm going to do is because I want to actually run this test live for you and show you guys what it looks like I'm going to open up all of my social media platforms and then I'm just going to delete the post as they come in so I have my Twitter here and I believe I'm posting on my personal Twitter right let's see here yes uh got Instagram here and I'm posting on 1 second copy I believe so I'm going to have to jump over to my 1 second copy profile over here I'm posting on LinkedIn and that's my personal LinkedIn and then Facebook should be one second copy as well so I'm going to go to Facebook one second copy all right that should be fine fine I also mentioned medium here now that I'm thinking about it but we can just make medium like a like a you always um post to medium and actually why don't I just why don't I add that in afterwards as opposed to having to like reset the whole flow but okay great um I think we have everything that we need now to do this one post and to you know format it into four different tones of voice hypothetically so why don't we run once and why don't we see what happens there'll probably be an issue with at least one of these I'd imagine okay LinkedIn was uploaded fine and then Instagram for business was uploaded fine that's great well we didn't know yet but usually when it takes that long that means that it did a good job so I'm going to go to my profile here just check that Instagram post this looks nice this has all the text that we wanted before I'm going to delete this now and then if we go back here we'll see that LinkedIn um successfully posted our thing so this is probably on my personal here and let's see what the LinkedIn post looks like it's a lot longer a lot more fleshed out looks a lot better in my humble opinion so that's great so that's that post why don't we try um something with what did we have there I think we only had uh Facebook sorry LinkedIn and Instagram right so why don't I just change this content calendar to also include Facebook and Twitter just that we can test all of them at one go there you go okay we're going to click run once here I'm interested in seeing how this Twitter post Works honestly that's the one thing that I'm worried about Facebook page seems to be doing well the fact that it's taking time is a positive signal and then media was uploaded and then it looks like it was uploaded to Twitter as well so for the Facebook page I'm just going to jump back here to one second copies Facebook so I can delete this really quick don't want anybody thinking that I recycle that would be terrible um how the oh sorry I have to change my Association again jump over here and then I'm going to delete this move it to trash let's not move it to the recycling bin let's move it to trash and then on x.com I'm going to scroll down here and then I already got some likes that's pretty funny terrible terrible okay great so yeah that's the flow for social media um the one other thing I'm going to do is I'm going to fulfill this newsletter request by um having it write a little blog post here and I'm not going to use like an advanced content automation I built a bunch of content generation systems up until this point in time that are much much better much more flushed out they allow you to do really cool things um you can even now add images if you use like Source unsplash thing that I showed in a previous video um you know the quality is way better but in this video all I'm going to do is I'm just going to do short like a short medium post I'm going to pretend it's like a newsletter um and what I'll do is I'm going to copy this GPT module and then the content that's coming in just because I'm going to have to rewrite this post it's going to be a lot longer of a post I'm going to get it to do it um uh it's like its own designated module so turn the following post into excuse me let's do Punchy onepage newsletter um make it long and detailed use markdown ATX format so I'm just going to keep this extremely simple as I mentioned earlier uh what we're going to be doing is feeding in the post copy here and then why don't I actually just test it out using the same copy from previous so sorry um I'm going to do this here and then I'm just going to go into chat GPT and again like write my own training material I'll say convert this post into a newsletter about the topic write in markdown ATX format make it long and detailed this doesn't have to be perfect just for the purposes of demonstration wow this is a lot longer than I was expecting honestly okay well that looks good to me so we're going to take this in and then I'm going to train quote unquote train this model and what I'm going to do is I will just give it one example of me doing all this markdown format stuff and then I will go post copy I'm just going to use these uh three horizontal lines here just to space it out a bit and then the specific example here was this post so I'm going to use this as training material I'm not doing Json or anything I'm just feeding it plain text and then the actual thing I'm going to feed it here is the post copy and then I'm going to go dot dot dot and now that should give me um you know the markdown ATX format we use slightly higher temperature um and then maybe I'll do like a 0.1 frequency penalty and then because I've already tested these other four and I just don't want to have to like post them on my social media again I'm just going to remove all of these routes and then connect this and then before I export this blueprint for all of y'all I'm going to reconnect them all just so you have it so unlinking these four this is now the only module here that really matters um I'm anticipating this is going to do well it's going to do a good job now that I think about it we also need a title um okay so this will be um right platform specific posts this one here be WR markdown article and then I'm just going to have another one here that's going to write all the metadata that we need I'm just going to call this um oops that's not what I wanted to do write metadata and then what do we actually need we need oh uh we can do markdown here um we need a title we need tags interesting and publish status I'm just going to leave this as draft for now okay so I'm not going to put any tags in but you can put tags if you want uh that'll just help your post get seen on medium it's a medium specific thing really the only the only metadata that we actually need is the title so that's all I'm going to do so I'll just say write title and then here I'm just going to use GPT 40 because it's much cheaper much faster um write a title for the following post then I'll say recycling is an aure and here's why and then I'm going to do the same thing here and then we can just feed in the results to medium so this right metadata or right title this is going to be the title of the post the content here is going to be the markdown article I'm not going to have a canonical URL and I'm going to publish this as draft so I'm just going to open up my medium now because I have like a million profiles up we'll go to my profile I think or maybe we'll go to right okay we will not go to right Library maybe oh boy it's been a while since I've used medium I don't even remember where my stories are okay they're right over here okay yeah yes this is all stuff that I wrote like forever ago wow I have so much content here that I could probably write that's funny um awesome now what I'm going to do is I'm just going to plug this in and I'm going to post it on medium and I'm just going to see it pop up here under draft so this isn't writing the whole markdown article keep in mind this um is a simpler version of the content generation system that I've shown you previously like this is is just a single modu if you really wanted to generate good AI content you would uh loop over multiple times and you would have contacts from headings and that sort of thing I bet you in a generation or two you won't need to do that the will just be good enough to write a whole article on its own but we're uh we're still not there yet unfortunately so because I'm asking for quite a lot and I'm using gp4 here it's taking its sweet ass time but anyway the title was basically instant because I'm using gp40 and it's a very short piece of text and then it ended up creating the post unfortunately uh with the title it's a title so that's really annoying if I refresh this you'll see the post somewhere here I don't actually know where this post is maybe oh sorry this is this is on um 1 second copy which is different yeah yeah this isn't my actual um yeah this is my actual uh this isn't the account that I'm already R this a different one anyway uh you see that it was posted it had a bunch of points on how why should make you know recycling a habit and so on and so forth um and it actually worked pretty well it looks like the title was was pulled incorrectly newsletter the power of recycling so I like it any who um a lot that you could do with this for sure uh you know I think what I would do if I wanted to create like a full-fledged content solution and this is um we we had a Community member named Alex Hogan asked a great question in the weekly office hours the other day he asked uh something about let me see what's your approach to a completely integrated and Automated Business social content media image automation customer feedback inbound and upbound engagements Etc and my reply to him was that you know you you shouldn't really fully automate your business because there are some points of human leverage that are a lot more important and uh we just hit 400 members by the way thanks to everybody that's watching it's in the community and um this is a great example of a system that I feel would multiply human leverage because you're still getting a human being to write presumably the post copy here so you're still getting somebody at very high level to idate you're getting somebody to choose what platforms to use that sort of thing um but you know it's sort of like automation that does all of the rest so yeah that's that uh what I would do to flesh this system out maybe a little bit further maybe it a little bit better is right over here when the content is sent to gp4 here to write the markdown article I would probably instead do like an HTTP module instead and I would send a request to um another scenario that generates the whole article using the method that I've talked about before so this is the one that procedurally Loops over and adds different sections based off context makes it really long get up to like three four 5K word articles there that are reasonably good and then I would uh have it um send back a web hook response to this essentially and then i' get the result from this and then I would use it to do the actual medium post that's one thing uh the next is the content calendar scheduling automation side um we need to create like an air table formula basically to filter these records to only show the specific date that we want air table formulas can be sort of annoying so um I don't fully know how I'm going to do this I could probably just use chat gbt now I'm thinking about it let's see write an error table formula um that filters for the date uh oh boy what do we want here 66 2024 and then the date field here would just be called Date okay I just had to take a minute to get the air table formatting but essentially it's isore same and then the field that I'm looking for is date and then we have the date that I'm pumping in and then day um so this is I think day no this is month day and then year so what we could do is we could just um format date now and we could have it be um month I think mm DD year year year I believe maybe mistaken there we have to close this bracket maybe it's m Mo yeah let me just look up integrat date time tokens and it'll just show you all of the tokens that you can use in order to format a specific date so what I want is I want D I guess not d d I just want D and then I want M and then I want y y y y so we go back here and then we'll just do sorry m d and then y y y y y so then we can run this puppy and then boom we got the current post for today um so what you could do then is you could set it to run once every day at I don't know like 6: a.m. and then now this a automation will run every single day and then it will take the content in the content calendar that's specific for that day and then it'll post it you can also have it run multiple times a day uh you could also probably make use of our tables like date time formatting not just like the date right now this is just a date you can actually add like a date time I believe so there's that any who hope you guys enjoyed watching had a lot of fun putting that pretty interesting contents indicator together um Facebook Twitter Instagram LinkedIn and medium all in basically the click of a button the sort of thing is basically the the prototypical flow that um a lot of companies are looking for usually companies have like three or four people that are doing this sort of thing at all times uh which is sort of annoying the sorts of companies that I work with anyway then if you think about it they're each being paid like two and a half three $4,000 a month to manage it so this is an easy way to like shave off 10K granted I wouldn't just eliminate the team completely and then just have them use an automation because the quality is going to be way worse than if you had some human beings in the loop what I would do is I would Empower them to use these automations to improve the quality of the output and their speed and and Agility uh so maybe instead of posting it directly what you do is you would have this automation run and then just dump it into another air table with the post for every platform and then a human being could just go through and just QA make sure they're all good maybe make a couple of minor edits before sending but that is what I would do and I hope you guys enjoyed learning how to do it for yourselves if you guys have any comments leave them down below otherwise like subscribe do all the fun YouTube stuff I'll catch you on the next video
