[Music] in this video I'm going to show you what the audit process looks like from start to finish the first step you will need to take before performing any inventory audit is to reset your current data this ensures that everything has been cleared out and you are starting with a clean slate every time so your results will be accurate from the client home screen tap on the banner for step one prepare for audit if previous inventory data has been found on your device you may receive a message asking you to make sure that this data is no longer needed and type out the words erase all to proceed you will now be presented with a message asking if you would like to start with a walking order or start with a blank inventory sheet if you have previously established a walking order and would like to start with a list of pre-populated items you may choose refresh walking order from the following source and select your master list or most recent audit period from the drop-down menu otherwise select start with blank inventory sheets to wipe everything clear from the app and start fresh for this audit from here you can tap the green reset button and you will be notified that the process has been completed so now you can tap on let's get started and the banner for step one will turn green indicating that you have completed that step now that you have cleared out all existing data you are ready to move on to step two perform inventory in order to count and weigh items you must select the blue bar at the top that says all and navigate to a specific section first this view will also give you a summary or hash count of the inventory data captured in each section select the section you would like to start at and tap on the yellow scan icon at the bottom right hand corner in order to engage the scanner once the reading bar code message appears you may scan your first item this item screen will show you lots of information such as the name of the item the size of the item the entry method and more you can also manually type in the name of the item in the search bar at the top of the screen if you are unable to scan the barcode please note that you may need to double tap the button on the back of of your scanner to bring up the keyboard tap on the green apply button then select the item from the list of search results containing that keyword when you are finished performing inventory and ready to proceed select the orb icon at the bottom left tap on the green arrow pointing left and you should see that the banner for step two has turned green indicating that the app has detected inventory data for this audit period at this point we are ready to proceed to step three and send our inventory data to the cloud tap on the banner for step three and you will be presented with a verification screen including summary details for each section after verifying this information scroll down and check the box for yes I understand and wish to proceed you can now tap the green proceed button below and the app will notify you that inventory data has been successfully uploaded to the cloud so you can tap okay here once all three steps have been completed you can immediately pivot over to sculptures online inventory platform to review and approve this inventory data [Music]
