Five Pillars of Thinking for Achieving Your Dream Life

to be breaking down for you guys the five pillars of thinking if you master these five pillars you will absolutely see your life change in unbelievable ways but before we get into the Five Pillars we need to understand a couple of key Concepts the first concept is this you are always speaking to yourself you're always having inner conversations with yourself so most of us think we're actually engaging with our reality but the truth is you're engaging with your thoughts your judgments your desires or preferences and your fears now why this is important is because these internal dialogues these internal thoughts create stories and these are the stories that we're actually engaging with in our everyday life and we can have many stories that are going on in our thought process we can have stories about the self stories about others stories about circumstances and stories about what is possible for you in your life so while people think that they're engaging with the reality really it's that they don't have a good control over their mind and so they don't realize when they've fallen into stories and that they're living this Perpetual cycle of their own stories about themselves others and circumstances so what that means is if you want to see a massive shift in your reality that means you must first make a massive shift in the way that you think you see most people say that they want a better life they say that they want more money they say they want a better business they say that they want a better relationship they say that they want to be living in their purpose and passion but actually the majority of their cons ious and unconscious thoughts are all thoughts to the opposite of what it is that they say that they want so if you can learn to manage those inner conversations and thoughts inside your head you'll be able to transform not only the way that you think about yourself and others you will actually see your world start to transform before your very eyes so here are the five pillars of thought that you want to work on mastering to see massive changes in your life so the first pillar of thought is actually seeing reality as fluid and not set in stone you see a cognitive error that so many people make is that they actually see their circumstances people the things in their lives themselves as concrete objects that cannot move now the law of assumptions states that what you assume to be true for yourself will become true for you in your reality but the problem with our assumptions is it's very hard to see that our assumptions are creating our reality very often we think our reality is set in stone that that is the objective Ultimate Reality that every single person out there is experiencing and that that is just the way things are when the real realityy is that that is actually just your subjective experience circumstances change people change and you definitely can change all of these things are extremely malleable so the first form of thought that we want to start having control over is recognizing that things are fluid that they're malleable that they can change if you see things that set in stone it will be very difficult to change those things if you understand that those things are fluid and you give them the space and opportunity to change they actually can change so this is the first thought process we must start to master the second pillar of thinking that we must Master is about seeing Solutions and not focusing on problems now I know how easy it is to get caught up in negative circumstances or negative emotions that we're feeling and then focusing all of our attention and our energy on the problem and just finding us spiraling down further and further into this situation when emotions are high it's going to be very difficult to focus focus on the solution and not the problem it's going to try to drag you into the situation and keep you locked in that immovable and nonfluid kind of perspective which we just mentioned before in pillar one but this is part of the key is training your mind to start seeing Solutions preferred outcomes and changing your perspective and not focusing on the problem because you will just continue to repeat the exact same problems over and over again in your life which brings us to pillar number three and in pillar number three it's all about energy control it's understanding that your energy is actually shaping your reality where you decide to put your focus your energy your thoughts your attention that circumstance or that situation is going to grow you actually make it bigger with your attention and your energy and to the contrary where you give less of your attention less of your energy you will see that situation or problem dissolve now this ties in really well with pillar number two where we stated that we must focus on the solution and not focus on the problem and now we can see why because your energy is fueling that situation so if you want to see something grow and get bigger you might as well focus on the solution if you want to see something dissolve then take your attention away from it completely turn your back to it so pay close attention to where you're placing your thoughts what kind of conversations are you having with people and about what topics is that in line with where you want to go or is that just rehashing the old problem over and over again the more easily you can train your mind to direct your focus and attention the easier you'll be able to change your reality and get the outcomes that you want now the fourth pillar and definitely one of the most important pillars so important in fact that I've made multiple videos about it you can check this one up above and down below but as a reminder that is that circumstances don't matter yes we must train our mind to remember that circumstances do not matter and the reason that circumstances don't matter no matter how they look right now how unpreferred they are and where it is that you want to go it's because these circumstances that you're experiencing right now are actually in the past they are dead circumstances so if we tie that back in with pillar number three if we keep giving our Focus or energy and our tension to circumstances that are actually in the past that are dead we're just fueling these past negative unwanted circumstances that we don't want to keep creating we're fueling them with our attention energy and we're calling them into our future as well so for example this would be you and these are all the circumstances that are outside of you and it doesn't matter if that circumstance was even a second ago a day ago one month ago one week ago or even a decade ago it's all in the past yes even up until a second ago that's still in the past you cannot capture that moment you cannot change that moment already is past so the more that we dwell in these circumstances the longer that we're keeping them in play in our life and I'm sure that you may even be able to think of of people who cannot let go of things that have happened 10 years ago or two decades ago and they keep calling these negative experiences into their life over and over again and that is because that experience is living inside of them so circumstances don't matter I know that it's difficult when we're emotionally intertwined with our circumstances to see it that way but they really are in the past and so the more we can train our mind to see things this way the more we're going to find the solutions and be able to orient ourselves towards the solutions that we desire and therefore towards the life that we desire and last but certainly not least as you know the whole channel is basically about this is pillar number five and that is your self-concept what you think about yourself the image that you hold in your mind about yourself and the stories and thoughts that you have surrounding your concept of who you are your identity and what it is that you can have in your life so we already know that everything in your life is a reflection of you everyone is yourself pushed out as neille Goddard said but let's go deeper into this okay so I want you to understand that your mind is a super computer it really only understands how to do calculations based on the parameters that you yourself give it so why the self-concept is so important is because really you cannot think outside of the concept of self the concept of self is the container it is the framework for which your supercomputer decides to make calculations for how to live and operate in your life I made a whole video just on this I'll link it above and in that video I described how important the words I am are how powerful they are because I am is like a set of rules that you are giving to your supercomputer about how to think about life making millions maybe billions of calculations subconsciously orienting you towards certain kinds of actions certain kinds of thoughts certain kinds of behaviors and perceptions based on what you tell it that you are based on what you say that you are so for example if you say I'm a failure why is it that I can't ever get things run so this framework is going to say great let's only search and find things that are within the parameters of me being a failure and me never being able to get things right anything that's outside of that just completely ignore it and we'll continue to find and collect data it will shape your perceptions it will interact with the world and with others through the lens that you determine through your self-concept so pay close attention to what you put after I am and what is the story and the thought process around you in your life again as we said at the very beginning we are constantly having inner conversations with ourselves and so our inner conversations are always in relation to self they are never not including the self so what are the thoughts that you have about yourself what are the thoughts that you have about others what are the thoughts about the world and how all of that relates back to you by managing that thought process you're going to drastically change your world the next important point to remember is that your identity is creating what you're identifying as and what you choose to identify with that is who you are and that is what is going to uh dictate all the parameters for how you choose engage with life but very important which ties back into pillar number one which is that reality is fluid well your identity is also fluid it's extremely fluid and that's why actually identity shifting does not have to be very difficult changing your life in your self-concept does not have to be difficult it comes out to changing can remember the five main pillars that we need to pay attention to to create our Dream reality the first is that reality is fluid it is not set in stone the second is we need to stay solution focused not problem oriented we have to manage and focus our attention and our energy we got to control that number four we need to remember that the circumstances right now no matter how they are presenting do not matter they are from the past just showing up right now and the last is that we need to really work on our self-concept as that is the great container that is the framework which everything
